Pleasant stay! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They were very accommodating. Rooms were slightly on the smaller side but asked for an upgrade and they helped us move from rooms. The staff did is awesome at arranging transportation and giving suggestions! Definitely recommend and location was great!

We had an amazing stay here. The room was incredible, staff were amazing and the view was great. We were in prime position for walking around at any point in the day but also secluded enough for the privacy when wanted. Only minor annoyance was that it was bath only and it made it difficult to have a quick shower or to wash hair, but the sheer size of the tub was big enough to make do. Would stay here again!

A lovely stay and a great location in Oia, nice and quiet but close to good spots. Would go any later than we did as can imagine it would be far too busy!

The staff was all friendly and helpful in all we asked including taxi service, restaurant suggestions, helpful hints for tourists, and more. The room and amenity area was clean, and served as a quiet oasis in the midst of the chaos of the busy tourist hours. Terra Verde was recommended to me by my daughter-in-law and I recommend it to all who are interested in staying in Oia.

I loved staying at this hotel in Oia. The service was excellent and the location was perfect. It was only two minutes from the bus stop and close to some of the most iconic places in Santorini.

The rooms were very modern and had everything I needed. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely recommend it, and if I come back, I would stay here again without hesitation. 🌅

For a first-time visitor to Greece, this property may appear luxurious and comes with a premium price tag. Its location is definitely convenient — right next to the Oia bus stop, with the famous Oia domes, mini markets, and many Instagram-worthy spots just a few meters away. However, the overall experience felt more like staying in an overpriced Airbnb rather than a true luxury hotel.

Hospitality was underwhelming, and there were no thoughtful touches for birthdays or special occasions. The jacuzzi, which was supposed to be the highlight of the room, was not clean. Privacy can also be an issue unless you book the topmost room.

Another disappointment was the lack of breakfast availability, even for guests staying in their high-end rooms. Also worth noting: the hotel is located on the opposite side of Santorini’s main caldera view.

That said, there were a few positives. The cleaning staff were extremely kind and helpful, the room size was spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally large.

Overall, despite the excellent location, the experience did not justify the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

We arrived on the first day of the pool opening for the season which was a very special bonus.
Would most definitely stay here again when I come back to Santorini :)

I cannot say enough about the staff at Terra Verde. The rooms were wonderful but the hospitality is really what makes this place the best place we have ever stayed.
I communicated with staff ahead of time to let them know when we will arrive. We arrived at 9 am and had booked 1 of 2 rooms in our reservation for the night before so we could get at place early to freshen up. They had BOTH rooms ready. In addition to this they helped us arrange transfers all over the island, the were always friendly and communicative. Lastly, the day we left

Terra Verde was one of the best properties we have stayed in. The rooms very clean, had all the amenities needed, GREAT location (steps away from bus station, mini market and also the caldera edge) but above all we cannot say enough about the staff. They went above and beyond in helping us with information. They had rooms available ahead of time because we told them we would arrive earlier, they didn’t need to do this but did. We knew the receptionist and cleaning lady by name, it felt like living in a small family villa with so much love. The cost is very reasonable and because of this we took several rooms to enjoy privacy and space. It was a fabulous time and I cannot say enough about the hospitality, truly grateful.

Irini is the perfect hostess. She saw to our every need, and arranged a wonderful sunset catamaran cruise for us. She gave us excellent pointers as to what to see and where to go and how to get there. I cant say enough good things about her. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with wverything we needed. Centrally located to all the wonderful sights in Oia, and also very close to the bus/taxi station, and several delicious restaurants. If I come back to Santorini in the future, this hotel will be my first choice. Top notch!

Beautiful, quiet and cozy hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shops and the bus stop (to and from the port) and within steps of the plaza that overlooks a spectacular view! My ferry was canceled the day I was to depart from Piraeus to Santorini due to weather and thankfully, the hotel was able to accommodate my situation, as I was able to take the ferry the following day. I received great customer service. Thank you, Irini! She provided me with information and recommendations of places to eat, tours and helped me with the bus schedules. As a solo traveler, I had many questions about the area and communicated with her frequently before my arrival, which I greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay at Terra Verde Oia and would definitely do it again in the future.

Exceptional stay

Our stay at Terra Verde in Oia was absolutely wonderful, largely thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel so welcome.

From the moment we arrived, Irini greeted us with her big smile and patient, super helpful attitude. She answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable and settled in, setting a perfect tone for our trip. In the evenings, we were so grateful for Andres, whose friendly and welcoming approach and engaging conversations truly made us feel at home. He made sure we had everything we needed and was always a pleasure to chat with.

Beyond the fantastic service, the hotel itself is beautifully designed. Its location is perfect, being very close to both the bus stop and a car park, which made exploring the island incredibly easy.

We would highly recommend Terra Verde to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptionally kind and helpful staff.

We stayed on a very small room, which is not a problem during a vacation where we want to visit the city. The property is new, well maintained, very clean and with a great location! Good enough to avoid climbing all the stairs with all the luggage but close enough to everything you need to! We would definitely stay at this property if visiting Santorini in the future !
