it was truly amazing. timis and petros made everything perfect. they met us at the taxi drop off, carried our luggage to the room, gave us restaurant info, and helped us get a taxi to the ferry port. petros was helpful and informative. they never seemed put out at all and were so gracious. jacuzzi was lovely. hotel was quiet and the AC was great. we had a mom and teen son and my son slept in the twin bed in the entry. the large bed in the bedroom was comfortable and everything was super clean. i’d definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. 🇬🇷💙

The rooms were spacious and clean and the views are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and kind. The hot tub could have been in better shape as the jets did not work. The breakfast was good, but be prepared to wait for a bit. There is only one lady making and serving the meal for everyone.

Timmy and his staff were absolutely incredible—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. When our luggage was lost, Timmy went above and beyond to help track it down and ensure it was delivered to our destination without any issues. His assistance made a very stressful situation so much easier for our family. The views are spectacular, and the property provided a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. We truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality and would highly recommend staying here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Highlight of our trip!
The views were incredible. Pedro was so welcoming and helpful. The owner Timmy was very responsive.

Beautiful room, clean, felt fresh and high-end.
Breakfast is a very nice touch. Just steps away from the main drag in Oia.

Will be recommending this place to anyone travelling to santorini

The host was really responsive, friendly and helpful. We didn't get the room we booked but the one we were offered ended up being much nicer.
Beautiful view of the cliff side, including one blue dome. There were some steps to maneuver but we had superb help from a staff member who carried both of our luggage for us.
It was a short 5 minute walk to the famous 3 domes viewpoint.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everyone did everything they could to ensure a pleasant stay for us! The room had the most amazing view I’ve ever seen, the staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing! Thank you for making our stay a memorable and magical!

The room was great and very unique, especially with the hot tub facing an amazing view. But the icing on the cake was the warm hospitality and care provided by Timis and team. I’ll call out Timis for going above and beyond - helping us arrange transportation at a very early hour when we encountered a medical emergency. We highly recommend them!

Timmie was great and always available for any questions we had. Crina makes great breakfast and cleans your room leaving it with a fresh smell. She was very nice and helpful with anything we needed it. Overall I recommend staying here 100%

The view was stunning, the room was so cool. It is just the same as advertised. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Anything you need, they will get it for you.

The shower water pressure was very weak. It'll be nice if it was stronger. Chairs on the balcony was not very comfortable. It would be nice if there's Tea & milk (coffee mate) in the room. They only had coffee. More hooks in the bathroom will also be nice. The toilet seat is for tall people. I'm 5'3 and could barely touch the floor. lol

These are all minor issues. I would stay there for a month if I have the time. lol

Staff was top notch. We were greeted at our transportation van and our luggage was carried to our room. Timmy made himself available during our stay, his communication was top notch, and he was so helpful with recommendations on places to eat and helped us make a reservation for dinner. The view from this property was like nothing we have experienced before. We already talk about coming back here. Location in Oia was perfect to walk to everything and explore the area and have a beautiful room to come back to.

Dream come true. Beautiful location right by the bus stand. Very central and has an excellent caldera view. Five minutes walk to the blue domes. Around 10 minutes walk to the old castle. Can actually view the sunset from below rather than going all the way to the castle. Excellent staff. Breakfast is limited but of very good quality.
We went in the winter when everything was pretty much closed. Hungry donkey and Lotza are the only food restaurants open, both are very decent quality. There is also a bakery, which is open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Finally, there is a general store behind the bus stand, which is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Room service is excellent and done without you even noticing. Hot tub has an excellent view of the Caldera and the sea. Overall, we are very glad which was this hotel.

Location is excellent and for sunset viewing you do not even have to step out of the apartment. Has a well stocked kitchenette and a great hot tub. The traditional Greek breakfast options are amazing as well. With the no hassle check in and check out there isn’t anything you could ask for. The hostess Joanna is ready with information if you need it. Absolutely great stay! The blue domes are literally 2 mts walk.

Watching the sunset in the hot tub nightly was dreamy!

This is a unique property, the cave suite we had was 2 story with a private spa tub on the balcony overlooking the caldera.
The hostess met us on arrival and was available by text during our 3 night stay.
Breakfast was ordered the night before and was delicious each morning. The property was perfectly situated, we'll maintained and clean.
We would recommend this property for romantic getaways.

Everything was perfect with our stay at Kaleidoscope Cave House Oia. The room was very spacious and I love the cave bathroom. The staff truly made my vacation perfect with their impressive customer service. The location to all the shops and restaurants was a very short walk. What a perfect stay! The host, Jo, was fantastic! Very easy to communicate with and helped us book restaurant reservations and shuttles to and from the airport.

We stayed in the suite with the sea view and jet tub and it was amazing! The best view on the property, in our opinion, with a private balcony and private jet tub. Having access to that tub in the morning and evening was a great way to start and end the day.

Breakfast in the morning was top notch and provided options to choose from, which was nice and have variety.

The property is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to take you around the island, and is surrounded by all kinds of shopping and dining options.

Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful rooms in the middle of Oia!

Beautiful, convenient place to stay in Oia. Centrally located. Walking distance to shops, places to eat, sunset point, and the bus stop.
Breakfast for very tasty, more than sufficient, and served with care. Rooms were well kept. Joanna at the reception was very helpful with booking reservations for airport transfers, car rental, and local recommendations.
We were family of 4, and were sad to leave the place at the end of our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Oia, look no further!

The staff is the best and were very friendly and helpful. The place is very close to the best views and the most beautiful spots in Santorini, the blue dome. The place is 10 min away from the spot where you can watch the sunsets every evening. There are taxis and car/bike rentals 2 min away from the property and 5 min walk to the bus station where we can board the bus to Fira and other places. Have some very nice restaurant options.

Our stay at Kaleidoscope cave houses Oia was amazing! Our family of 4 enjoyed the big room with a kitchenette. Kids enjoyed that they had a separate space. Our view while using the hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, with a breathtaking view. They helped arrange pick up and drop off at the airport. Joanna also helped answer any questions, gave great recommendations, helped book rides for us when we went to Fira. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants, nearby grocery store and ATM. Would definitely recommend and would come back to this place again!

I came to Oia for a short stay with my son and we both loved this hotel. It was a little bit cold for us in general (off season) so we didn't use the jacuzzi, but the hotel offered everything we wanted, including a stellar view, and the breakfast in the morning was great. Konstantinos was a great host and full of great information and help. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful experience, I traveled with my wife and our daughter, our room was huge with two bedrooms amazing views with an external jacuzzi. Now the biggest asset is Constantine he's the property liaison, he makes your trip a true fantasy with all the insight information and connections on the island. Beautiful view and unique traditional cave house. Very eco friendly, did not require extra heating in November when we kept the screens open to warm the room with sunlight. Lots of space and Mini fridge was a bonus! Great service, accessible through WhatsApp message, especially with luggage which was helpful across the steep stairs up & down.

Bathroom was very humid, significant moisture collected on the ceiling. likely due to the cave construction and as we were unable to vent the window open in the winter.

Everything about this place was PERFECT!!!! My host Athena, was so accommodating, welcoming, friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed! You cannot beat the view from this place! The jacuzzi was amazing and clean. The bed was SO comfy and i loved how big the bathroom was! It's super close to shopping, restaurants and a car rental place if you need it! It has honestly been my favorite place I've stayed in all my travels, so far! I would come back in a heartbeat! AMAZING!! Really wonderful.

Last minute my boyfriend and I had to rebook a hotel as our flight was cancelled overnight. We booked at Kaleidoscope and it was absolutely incredible!!! They upgraded us, and were so incredibly accommodating, kind, and the suite was out of this world. Plus, a beautiful complimentary breakfast and the staff were so wonderful and helpful. If you are remotely on the fence or between this hotel and another; 12/10 recommend. Such, such a spectacular experience!!!!!!

We stayed two nights. Our host John was extremely helpful, he helped us with our luggages, recommendations on activities/dining options, and was quick to respond when I had questions during the trip.

The room was spacious and clean with everything provided, including towels, shower amenities, and even had a jetted jacuzzi. Conveniently located as well! Would definitely come back on a return trip to Santorini.
