Vogue suites was a great place to stay in Oia for the beautiful views and a central location to restaurants and shopping. We were welcomed with fast luggage service and a refreshment upon our arrival. There are stray cats all around Oia but we saw the most dire ones here, so sad.

Got one of their more basic rooms, it was gorgeous and spacious was not disappointed. And the staff were friendly and welcoming -carrying our bags to and from the hotel to the taxis, giving us welcome drinks and always trying to help. And the location was perfect, could not have asked for a nicer spot.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was stunning and the staff went above and beyond—some of the best service we’ve ever had. Heads up if you book the sunset view room: there are quite a few steps to climb. The room itself felt exotic and special. Only minor thing is you can hear your neighbors at night, but that’s part of the charm of being in this cliffside spot. Overall, a magical experience.

Best stay in Santorini
As they designed like a cave hence all rooms are different in shape and size, some are small, so TV, shower room and even beds will be resized to fit the room space but with good sea view. Bigger room with bigger TV, more space for the shower room but views may be blocked. The only other concern will be the toilet as you cannot dump any toilet papers to the bowl after used as this will clog the sewage pipes which applies to the entire island of Santorini

Very lovely stay. Great area. They helped us organize our transfer to and from the airport and port with quick response time. A porter was waiting and ready for us to carry our luggages up and down stairs upon arrival and when leaving. Friendly staff. Beautiful, minimalistic and clean suite. Great views of the caldera and of the cave houses. Private balcony right above our unit.

The location, right in the heart of Oia, overlooking the caldera, is a 10 on a scale of 5. You could easily spend your whole time in Santorini sitting on your deck and taking in the view. The staff were great. The rooms were clean. A tremendous value too.

Such a beautiful room with a great view! Thr room was very spacious and has a cute sitting area to watch tv. Loved the little kitchenette with tea & coffee. The only suggestion would be an extra blanket and extra pillows. The staff was very helpful and left me in astonishment how they carry the suitcases up and down those steps! They were very helpful with arranging a car service to get to the airport. Loved it!

I usually do not take pictures of my hotel room (Room 106) but this was absolutely amazing! It was even more incredibly beautiful than the advertised photos. The floating bed was very comfortable and the suite was tastefully decorated and was roomy with a semiprivate outdoor sitting area with a wonderful view.
They reached out and requested that we contact them when we arrived in Santorini so they could have someone meet us to assist with luggage and to direct us to the hotel. This was very helpful as the streets are not marked and some are just narrow pathways. The owner greeted us with fresh squeezed lemonade and bottled water while we checked in on the patio and absorbed the caldera and sea view. At check out, some came at an arranged time to carry the bags to a designated place for our pick up. Throughout our stay, all the staff were caring, professional and friendly. The room and the view while on the property was absolutely incredible! The staff was very nice and the hotel can provide transportation to and from the airport with notice. When you get to Oia they send someone to come and take your luggage for you. Getting to the actual room is a lot of walking and it’s all stairs. Steep and slippery stairs which is why I only did 4 starts for the area around property. I do not recommend for older people or people who are not able to do stairs well.

We stayed in a suite that had sunset views..The suite was beautiful and the views were amazing..there wouldn't be a need to go elsewhere to watch the beautiful sunset in Santorini... if someone is older or has walking issues..our room was halfway in the mountain..in order to get anywhere Centre you are looking at 500 stairs...Santorini overall has,alot of walking and stairs..as such if anyone has issues then book closer to the top of Ioa..which will be less of climbing stairs..

My only issue with this property is that the AC couldn't be turned down. I didn't appreciate the daughter speaking to me the way she did regarding turning it down below 22. I was told \"not to touch the thermostat\". They did not have a working restaurant or bar upstairs as they state. It is very close to metro, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and secured.

We had the honeymoon suite and it was AMAZING! the outdoor hot tub with beautiful pink flowers over the terrace overlooking the caldera was the most beautiful view ever. Literally perfect. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the guys who carry the luggage up and down the steps are amazing, I can't believe how strong they were! Super helpful!! Lots of cute cats hanging around which we loved. Only one complaint, the driver they set up for us to go to the ferry port was FREAKIN RUDE! We showed up to the taxi about 5 minutes early and my boyfriend came 2 minutes after us because he had to run back and grab a bag we forgot, and the driver was being super nasty and tried driving away without him, then called my mom a nasty name in Greek thinking we wouldn't understand what he said.... But we didn't let that sour our fantastic trip and the wonderful hotel staff! Highly recommend!

Little did I know that this area of Oia (on Santorini) has narrow pedestrian access with steep steps, so *everything* has to be hand carried. The lovely porters at Vogue carried our bags from the bus station to reception, and then on to our room.
Diana at reception was just lovely, and greeted us with a cold drink and a very simple check in procedure.
Dimitri escorted us to the room, which was about 5 minutes from reception - again through the narrow and sometimes steep alleyways.
The room itself (a \"Cave Room\") was exactly as described. Airy, well lit, cool and comfortable. The view is exceptional!

We had an incredible stay at Vogue Suites! From the initial booking, the staff was communicative and helped us arrange transfer to & from the airport and ferry port. When we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink while they helped us check in. Our room was promptly ready upon our arrival and everything was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, helping us arrange taxis while we were on the island and providing recommendations. The location could not be any better! Very friendly staffs and definitely contact them ahead of time for the porter service as there are many steps to and from the hotel. The room was definitely below our expectation. It does not have the caldera view as advertised. It was disappointing. The room was also lack of space and window.

Too many steps with inexperienced staff. The porters were simply amazing. Diana, the property manager tried to be welcoming but failed with her rudeness. She promised me a late checkout at 12:00 only to call me back at 11:00 to ask me rudely why I didn’t check out yet. The person who took us to our room took an eternity to explain something we could read in the welcome package!!!!! There was no need for his interpretation.

Vogue suites was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The balconies have beautiful views of the sea, the rooms are so nice inside that you almost feel guilty leaving them. The staff were extremely polite and kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and helped us with our luggage. They made sure to welcome us with refreshing lemon drinks as well. Cannot recommend vogue suites enough, it is the best hotel in Oia!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel stay, booked through Expedia. The experience was far below the standards I expected based on the information provided on your website.
Firstly, the request for two beds in the room was not honored despite being requested and confirmed by staff weeks in advance . Additionally, the shower head in our room was broken and not fixed, despite multiple requests. Our luggage was not fully moved into our rooms; some items were left behind, showing a lack of thoroughness from the staff.
We were promised by the receptionist that we could remain in the sunset view room for the remainder of our stay as they failed to have two beds in the rooms along with not fixing the shower head with water and flood issues. However, the next day, staff members came banging on our doors, informing us that we had to move to room. This disruption ruined our entire trip.
When I requested to speak to the manager to explain what had been promised to us, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She failed to listen to my concerns, told me to leave the room, and did not provide any level of customer service.
After we were moved, the hotel staff stopped providing us with daily water bottles, which had been given to us in our previous room. Despite spending a significant amount of money on our stay, we were deprived of this essential amenity. The staff at the reception were unresponsive and rude,

We stayed at room 108 and is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and help with the luggage from entrance of Oia to room. The only bad thing that I could say is that they didn’t clean the room or leave clean towels the next day. We don’t know if we needed to tell them to clean the room but usually you don’t need to ask for this.

Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, there was hair in shower. I complained and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and was told the cleaners had gone home and it would’ve be done til next day. At 4pm the next day, we were sat outside our room where two cleaners came in for 4 minutes to “clean” our room. The room was never cleaned properly the whole time we were there. There was no fan in the bathroom which meant that the room would steam up and smell if you were to use the bathroom or shower. The shower also had no pressure and you did not feel clean after using it, our soap was also empty for a few days and wasn’t topped up. Not only this, we had cat poo sitting outside our room for a few days which would stink every time we entered and exited our room. We then confirmed the night before that our luggage could be stored and taken to the local bus stop by the porters the next day when we were leaving - the girl on reception said yes and confirmed that it could be taken there and gave us a time option. On the day of leaving our porters left our luggage in the sun from checkout til we were ready to leave. The porters stopped just before the post office and said that’s it and wouldn’t take our luggage to the bus station, as we had been told it would be taken then, we also would’ve made other arrangements to get picked up from where they stopped if that was the case. We were celebrating our engagement and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and service of this place

We stayed in the standard studio suite and was quite spacious for 2 people. Diana was so friendly and helpful! They had people to help you with luggage at departure and meeting point. The location was central and walkable to everywhere. Everything was clean, good water pressure, great view at the reception area. I wonder consider this a small boutique hotel. Would highly recommend and definately coming back!

This was a great property for our stay in Oui, Santorini. Be sure to take them up on the offer to make the transportation arrangements to and from the property. The whitewashed town is so picturesque but can be a confusing maze. It was nice to have someone show us to our room and take our luggage on the narrow cobblestone walkways and stairs. We we greeting with a cold drink which was nice on a hot day. I will be staying with them on our next visit to Santorini!

I’d give this place 5 stars except for the obscenely loud banging sound coming from the AC unit. Informed front desk who said they’d send maintenance and they never did over the course of 4 days.

I had an absolutely amazing stay!! 🥰❤️ The front desk receptionist Tia was so kind and helpful, and James (the guy that helps with your luggage and shows you your room) was so friendly and helpful as well! As was the lady that cleaned my room every day! The place itself is gorgeous!! The cave rooms are so beautiful and waking up in your own cave with views of the Mediterranean sea and blue sky was magical! I also had deck chairs and a table! There’s also a hot jacuzzi for everyone to use and a cold jacuzzi (which you want on the hot days!!), as well as a lounging area with tables, chairs, and sun loungers for everyone to use. The internet was fantastic, as was my air conditioning! They also helped me with airport and ferry port transfers and carried my luggage up and down the stairs for me, so coming and going was so easy and smooth! I stayed for 6 days, and it was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ I would love to come back again one day!

The room is small, half the bed is in a tight spot of a lower ceiling, has to crawl in from the end of the bed, otherwise overall the room is spacious enough for the price I paid. Not sure if this is a common thing with this hotel as my sister has a suite in the same hotel and same there, there was no tower hook/bar to hang your towels after use, has to put it on the counter.
