Our sunset cave accommodation had all the comfort to enjoy the short stay in Oia. Convenient as it is near most of the beautiful spots. Bit of an exercise going to and fro but all worth it! Clean and fresh linen, thank you!

You’ll be right in the photo everyone takes of the white cliff side of Santorini. Very helpful staff. BOOK AIRPORT TRANSFER AHEAD and then meet the porter at the post office. You cannot drive inside Oia.

Omg what can I say breathless beautiful views. The staff was so helpful even carry our luggage up and down to the rooms and back, god bless them. Diana was amazing so helpful with her map and give us pointers and it was very helpful. The welcome lemonade drink was delicious. The guys who helped us Sergio and Adrian, we were thankful for them carrying our bags and trust me the up and down the steps is not easy for everyone. Some are steep and slippery so you definitely need sneakers to walk there. The room was right in front of the sunset which we loved and clean rooms, the views to die for we didn’t want to come back home after all that. Santorini is beautiful and the pictures on the web are accurate but more beautiful in person. They are cats everywhere which was nice, they have donkeys too. The shops the good food omg. They have the best gyros for $10 there. The prices are high in most shops but a lot of beautiful things. A must is to go to Fira as well the shops and food are great and the price on things are cheap and you go see the light house at the end of the island. It is so beautiful. I can’t say enough of this place. By the way this hotel is 5 stars for sure. I will never forget the beautiful views and we will be back.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and located in a beautiful area. My room was comfortable, and the property met my expectations. The staff during check-in were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made for a great first impression.
Unfortunately, my experience during check-out was much less positive. The level of service was noticeably different. Although I had tipped the staff generously, assistance with luggage was limited and I was left to carry my luggage a considerable distance on my own. When I asked for help arranging a taxi, I was simply directed elsewhere rather than receiving assistance from the property.
I was also disappointed with the attitude and customer service from the property management, which at times felt unhelpful and not guest-focused. While the hotel itself is very good, the service during departure left me with a less favorable overall impression.
Overall, I enjoyed the property and would rate the hotel positively, but I believe there is room for improvement in customer service, especially during the check-out experience.

Vie is stunning for your morning coffee on the terrace in front of the rooms. The terrace is a common area for the hotel guests only, but it feels private. For a great experience try to reserve in a restaurant that overlooks the sunset.

This hotel was by far one of the best parts of our trip to Greece! It is perfectly located in Oia which means you’re walking distance to the most beautiful places such as the castle where you can watch the sunset and plenty of restaurants to chose from! I was a bit hesitant at first because there are not many pictures but this hotel has the best views on all of Santorini! The rooms are spacious, well maintained and the staff made our stay really special. They helped us coordinate transportation to and from the port and had plenty of recommendations. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel do it! You won’t regret it

The location and room was spectacular. The room was beautiful. The location , views and tranquility one feels looking out to the caldera . Getting to the room you will see a line as you turn off to get to it and there is always a crowd because it is around the corner of a popular picture spot . The views from the room are way better than what everyone is waiting in line for a pic for . I 10/10 recommend this hotel . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Beautiful location, right on the cliff. I was not aware that it was 84 cobblestone steps each way to my room. It is very, very steep with lots of twists and turns, on one of the days the water went out, no running water for shower or faucet. The service and staff was very kind.

Our sunset view room was perfect! Every night we watched the sunset and it was glorious! It was a few steps down to get there but well worth it! Once you get up to the top, so close to restaurants and shopping area. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Our room number is 123.

Amazing place to stay, and extremely friendly staff. We originally couldn’t find the hotel and a staff member came to get us at a local shop, escorted us and carried our bags to our room. They even met with us at our room for checkout to carry our luggage back up and offered to carry them all the way to the bus stop. 10/10 service!!
Only note make sure you shower early or at night as the water may temporarily stop during high usage times though they’re super accommodating for this also. They gave us 20 extra minutes to leave the room so we could finish getting ready!

Vogue Suites in Oia was a truly memorable stay for our family. My husband, our daughter, and I had a wonderful experience. What stood out immediately was the view. It is simply breathtaking. From our room, we could see the ocean stretching endlessly, and the sunsets were absolutely magnificent. Watching the sky change colors over the caldera each evening felt surreal and made the trip extra special.
The staff were exceptional from start to finish. The porter was incredibly helpful navigating the many steps, which as anyone who has been to Oia knows is no small task. There are hundreds of steps, so we highly recommend giving the porter a tip for their hard work, it is truly well deserved. The receptionist was warm and accommodating, and the cleaning staff kept everything spotless.
One thing to note is that water pressure can be challenging in the mornings. Since the suites are built into the cliffside village, this is common in the area. We adapted by saving water in bottles and asking for a small bucket, which helped.
Despite that, staying in Oia is absolutely worth it. You enjoy stunning views all day, from peaceful mornings to incredible evening sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was stunning and the staff went above and beyond—some of the best service we’ve ever had. Heads up if you book the sunset view room: there are quite a few steps to climb. The room itself felt exotic and special. Best stay in Santorini
As they designed like a cave hence all rooms are different in shape and size, some are small, so TV, shower room and even beds will be resized to fit the room space but with good sea view. Bigger room with bigger TV, more space for the shower room but views may be blocked. The only other concern will be the toilet as you cannot dump any toilet papers to the bowl after used as this will clog the sewage pipes which applies to the entire island of Santorini

The location, right in the heart of Oia, overlooking the caldera, is a 10 on a scale of 5. You could easily spend your whole time in Santorini sitting on your deck and taking in the view. The staff were great. The rooms were clean. A tremendous value too.

The only suggestion would be an extra blanket and extra pillows. The staff was very helpful and left me in astonishment how they carry the suitcases up and down those steps! I usually do not take pictures of my hotel room (Room 106) but this was absolutely amazing! It was even more incredibly beautiful than the advertised photos. The floating bed was very comfortable and the suite was tastefully decorated and was roomy with a semiprivate outdoor sitting area with a wonderful view.

The room and the view while on the property was absolutely incredible! The staff was very nice and the hotel can provide transportation to and from the airport with notice. When you get to Oia they send someone to come and take your luggage for you. Getting to the actual room is a lot of walking and it’s all stairs. Steep and slippery stairs which is why I only did 4 starts for the area around property. I do not recommend for older people or people who are not able to do stairs well.

We stayed in a suite that had sunset views..The suite was beautiful and the views were amazing..there wouldn't be a need to go elsewhere to watch the beautiful sunset in Santorini... if someone is older or has walking issues..our room was halfway in the mountain..in order to get anywhere Centre you are looking at 500 stairs...Santorini overall has,alot of walking and stairs..as such if anyone has issues then book closer to the top of Ioa..which will be less of climbing stairs..

My only issue with this property is that the AC couldn't be turned down. I didn't appreciate the daughter speaking to me the way she did regarding turning it down below 22. I was told \"not to touch the thermostat\". They did not have a working restaurant or bar upstairs as they state. It is very close to metro, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and secured.

We had the honeymoon suite and it was AMAZING! the outdoor hot tub with beautiful pink flowers over the terrace overlooking the caldera was the most beautiful view ever. Literally perfect. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the guys who carry the luggage up and down the steps are amazing, I can't believe how strong they were! Super helpful!! Lots of cute cats hanging around which we loved. Only one complaint, the driver they set up for us to go to the ferry port was FREAKIN RUDE! We showed up to the taxi about 5 minutes early and my boyfriend came 2 minutes after us because he had to run back and grab a bag we forgot, and the driver was being super nasty and tried driving away without him, then called my mom a nasty name in Greek thinking we wouldn't understand what he said.... But we didn't let that sour our fantastic trip and the wonderful hotel staff! Highly recommend!

Dimitri escorted us to the room, which was about 5 minutes from reception - again through the narrow and sometimes steep alleyways.
The room itself (a \"Cave Room\") was exactly as described. Airy, well lit, cool and comfortable. The view is exceptional!

Vogue suites was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The balconies have beautiful views of the sea, the rooms are so nice inside that you almost feel guilty leaving them. The staff were extremely polite and kind and went above and beyond to make sure that we were enjoying our stay and helped us with our luggage. Additionally, the shower head in our room was broken and not fixed, despite multiple requests. Our luggage was not fully moved into our rooms; some items were left behind, showing a lack of thoroughness from the staff.

However, the next day, staff members came banging on our doors, informing us that we had to move to room. This disruption ruined our entire trip.

We stayed at room 108 and is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and help with the luggage from entrance of Oia to room. The only bad thing that I could say is that they didn’t clean the room or leave clean towels the next day. We don’t know if we needed to tell them to clean the room but usually you don’t need to ask for this.

Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, there was hair in shower. I complained and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and was told the cleaners had gone home and it would’ve be done til next day. At 4pm the next day, we were sat outside our room where two cleaners came in for 4 minutes to “clean” our room. The room was never cleaned properly the whole time we were there. There was no fan in the bathroom which meant that the room would steam up and smell if you were to use the bathroom or shower. The shower also had no pressure and you did not feel clean after using it, our soap was also empty for a few days and wasn’t topped up. Not only this, we had cat poo sitting outside our room for a few days which would stink every time we entered and exited our room. We then confirmed the night before that our luggage could be stored and taken to the local bus stop by the porters the next day when we were leaving - the girl on reception said yes and confirmed that it could be taken there and gave us a time option. On the day of leaving our porters left our luggage in the sun from checkout til we were ready to leave. The porters stopped just before the post office and said that’s it and wouldn’t take our luggage to the bus station, as we had been told it would be taken then, we also would’ve made other arrangements to get picked up from where they stopped if that was the case. We were celebrating our engagement and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and service of this place

This was a great property for our stay in Oui, Santorini. Be sure to take them up on the offer to make the transportation arrangements to and from the property. The whitewashed town is so picturesque but can be a confusing maze. It was nice to have someone show us to our room and take our luggage on the narrow cobblestone walkways and stairs. We we greeting with a cold drink which was nice on a hot day. I will be staying with them on our next visit to Santorini!

I’d give this place 5 stars except for the obscenely loud banging sound coming from the AC unit. Informed front desk who said they’d send maintenance and they never did over the course of 4 days.
