I cannot say enough about our stay at Armenaki. The room was impeccable, spacious and even nicer than what we expected. That rarely happens! Our view was perfect and the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delicious. The staff was incredible- always helpful with recommendations and any requests. One note is there are many stairs required to get down to the hotel and then back up to the town. As long as you know that, you will love Armenaki. Staff actually helps to bring your luggage up and down to your room upon arrival and departure. If we are able to return to Oia, we would absolutely stay at the Armenaki!

Our stay at Armenaki was a dream come true. The Residence Room we stayed in was beyond wonderful—the pool was huge and the room itself had 4 showers! The AC was chilly and refreshing (adjustable) and we got great sleeps on the comfy beds. The point person Fei was top notch—helpful, accommodating, kind, and had great follow through booking a few reservations for us in advance. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay in Santorini!

STAY HERE! We had the most incredible 4-night stay here and highly recommend this hotel. It has the most amazing views, super modern rooms, the more incredible staff, free breakfasts that hit the spot, and absolutely no complaints. The staff were truly incredible; they helped us with our baggage, were super responsive when we called, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. My mom had hurt herself on our way to check in, and the woman at the front was ready with supplies to bandage her up and checked on her health throughout the trip. The view alone is worth the stay, but the service made us never want to leave!

I stayed here for 3 nights in one of their suites. It was a pre- birthday treat, and it was fantastic. They met us at the pre- arranged drop off point and the porters carried our heavy suitcases on their shoulders, through the town and down the windy steps which eventually led to the hotel. We would have really struggled!
Our accommodation was stunning, with a large bedroom, and a separate large lounge area. We had a large hot tub, which was the perfect temperature to relax in, and a lovely outdoor space where we ate breakfast (delivered to the room) or sunbathed whilst enjoying the stunning views. We also had a sauna, although we didn’t use it.
There was a 24hr reception, and the main receptionist was really lovely and so helpful. She booked us a meal at one of the Ammoudi bay restaurants and also booked us on a sunset cruise, which we loved.

The room we picked online, is the room we were given and it was awesome! The view and the suite itself were stunning. The included breakfast was delicious- but, you have to pick a time for delivery to your room and it might be earlier or later than you’d like. There are lots of steps down to the hotel - but, there is a porter to carry your bags. Going up to shops and center of town - is very steep - so, something to keep in mind if you are older or have any physical limitations. Loved the private dipping pool overlooking the caldera. My only complaint is the bed - it felt like an air mattress with coils. The rest of the room and the view made up for it.

Alexia and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome and were able to provide us with whatever we needed any step of the way. Our room was absolutely breathtaking, with an amazingly comfortable bed and an infinity pool with the most unreal view!! We didn't have a direct sunset view from our room, but the view of the caldera as the sun was setting was simply breathtaking. The breakfast was brought to the room every morning and we were able to eat it with that amazing view of the caldera from our room. It was quite hot during our stay in Santorini, and the private pool was just the perfect temperature to stay in all day and relax. We would highly recommend anyone wanting a luxurious, relaxing, and perfect stay in Oia!

Armenaki is a stunning property with a great central location in Oia, footsteps away from shops, restaurants and other scenic viewpoints. Our luxurious suite was beautifully decorated, minimal in design allowing the cave-like architecture to be showcased (the rooms are carved into volcanic rock). Our suite had a breathtaking view and outdoor space with a plunge pool. The resort provided ultimate serenity and is the epitome of sophisticated luxury. The in-suite breakfast option was an added perk. There is an abundance of food/drink options to choose from and they are all made to order and delicious. Above all, the staff is amazing. They took us in like family and instantly became friends. They made everything seamless and always provided an abundance of warmth, friendliness and generous hospitality. We had an instant connection with Alexia. She goes above and beyond for her guests and always has a beautiful smile. She made sure we had a phenomenal stay and treated us like family. The only blip I experienced was during check-in. My flight was delayed quite a bit so I was tired when arriving. The hotel is impossible to find on your own so I wasted 40 minutes trying to find their front reception — be sure to have your taxi driver call them to let them know when you're near. The hotel did include a note in my booking confirmation to give them a call but didn't emphasize how critical this is as part of check-in, and I was trying to avoid having to call them myself as I didn't have an international cell plan. Other than that, I loved the hotel and wished i could have stayed longer.

Exceeded Expectations - Beyond & Above
We decided to splurge on this hotel bc when in Santorini the absolute best experience is to stay “where all the photographs & selfies are taken” and this is the spot. The rooms are spectacular we had the largest & best room bc we wanted the infinity pool & the Turkish steam room that came with - we didn’t even need the extra bedroom or bathroom! The hotel staff is amazing from carrying your bags down the treacherous stairs of Santorini to all of the food service on your outdoor patio they were absolutely wonderful. We already want to go back and would gladly recommend this hotel. I actually wanted to go inside each of the other rooms just to see as no two patios and no two rooms are alike which is part of the fun.
