Room was clean. Bathroom and shower clean and good size. Staff was great. Johnny was helpful and responsive. Whenever I had a question, he answered within minutes. He will help you with just about anything you need. He really wants to make sure the guests are taken care of. The hot tub was tiny, but I don’t like hot tubs so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Transport from the airport was organized for a fee. We were greeted immediately upon our arrival. Thanks to Johnny who was available by WhatsApp for anything. Room was very nice and clean. Thanks for an amazing stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable during our entire stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. That there was no clear signage. There’s no parking in the facility. However the public parking was nearby. The room was excellent. My teenage boys like the loft and the room was spacious. Tje location is walkable to where all the action is but I didnt expect it would be the opposite of the caldera. Very good for the price paid. It is very clean.

Incredibly misleading

Not great, very misleading as there are not cooking untensils or rainfall shower as stated in the hotel description. Had to wait 6 hours in the rain before checking in even though they state a speedy room clean can be done if your arrive early and they were also aware what time we would be arriving as we emailed them 48 hours before arriving.

Luckily me and my partner were out most of the time, but due to no cooking equipment, we had to eat out everyday which stretched our holiday budget and made the rest of our trip harder financially.

Would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday. If we had known, we would have paid more for a better hotel.

The hotel is recently updated and is near the car and scooter rental areas. Most things are in short walking distance. No local laundry services are available. The staff \"Eva\" was excellent! She was very attentive and nice. Eat at Skizas Pizza. Ask for Steve there. He is also an outstanding server. Desserts are phenomenal!

The property is a minute walk from the main walking street. The best thing was Eva , she was the host , she is very helfull and pleasant. She made our trip easier.

Genuinely the most lovely experience. Eva was wonderful and helped me check in sooner since I’d had a long travel morning, which was so kind! The space was perfect for solo travel or a couple- SO beautiful and a 2 min walk across the street to the white marble of Oia. The amenities were amazing (hot tub etc) and I had an excellent time in Santorini largely due to the comfort and enjoyability of this listing.

Highly recommend & convenient!

My boyfriend and I had an astonishing stay in Muses! We loved our room and would definitely stay here again in the future. Our host was accommodating, sweet, friendly, and kind. He took the time to sit with us and gave us lots of recommendations. The Caldera is on the other side of the road but it’s honestly less than a minute walk. Oia is certainly a must see. It’s so beautiful.

We loved our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Muses Suites! Oana greeted us upon arrival and she was such a pleasure to deal with. We felt welcomed and she also gave us a rundown of Oia so we knew more about the area and the history. The room itself was perfect for us with a view of the water (not the caldera side) but beautiful nonetheless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it as a budget friendly option.

Firstly, Eleni is a very warm and lovely host. She gave us several great tips to explore Santorini.
The hotel is clean and well furnished. The bed came with warmer, a heaven to people who are afraid of cool. Wifi is fantastic, very generous in giving extra coffee and tea. Cleaning service is good too!
My two girls love the hotel so much that they are reluctant to leave. The village of Oia is so beautiful and the food nearby are good too!!

Great location. The view is of the backside of Santorini but the property is right off the main marble road. It’s also very spacious. Love that there were 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. The property manager was super on top of her job and very diligent and helpful.

Fantastic tay

I loved this hotel. Small and just away from the crowds but you can be back in the middle of it all in a minute. Very close to the bus station 5-7mins walk. There is a taverna and bakery just a minute away. Krystalia was very helpful and provided lots of information and recommendations for me. The hotel is quiet and was very clean.
