About Charisma Suites
Nested high up on the cliff, where the sun sets into the endless blue of the Aegean Sea, in the heart of the serene village of Oia, this residential complex is located about 20 km from the airport and port.
Its convenient location, however, doesn't take away from the feeling of a reclusive oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the popular tourist destination. Guests can enjoy spectacular caldera views whilst taking a refreshing dip in the hotel's main pool.
Each suite offers breath-taking views and all the features a seasoned traveller may need for a comfortable stay.
All suites are elegantly furnished in calming tones and shapes, and the feeling of luxury is enhanced by the soundproof windows, the complimentary welcome bottle of wine and the private verandas with outdoor hot tub.

The place and staff were amazing!!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary. The room was large and clean and exceeded our expectations The staff was amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and happy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely staff and luxurious accommodations
Jennifer
Charisma is luxury at its finest. The staff is so attentive and friendly. They will go out of their way to ensure you have a great time. The sunset views are amazing and complimentary prosecco at sunset is a lovely touch. The location is close to the end of the bustle of Oia, so it feels quieter.
Lisa
We had a wonderful time at this extraordinarily beautiful property. It is quintessential Oia! The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was exactly as pictured on their website and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Charisma Suites! You won’t be disappointed.
Lillian
They were so nice! Breakfast was amazing variety they deliver right to your room. The view of the ocean is outstanding. Great location near the famous sunset without the crazy crowds of people. Definitely the prettiest side of the island!
Christina
Amazing experience one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at

Our stay at Charisma Suites Hotel was unforgettable. The room was absolutely incredible — spacious, beautifully designed, and with views that are simply hard to beat.
The hot tub was perfect, especially while taking in the breathtaking scenery. And when it comes to sunsets… this is hands down one of the best places to experience them — truly spectacular every single evening.
An amazing stay from start to finish. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something special.

We stayed at Charisma Oia for our 20th wedding anniversary, and we just wanted to say thank you for an unforgettable stay. The atmosphere was amazing, and a huge thank you goes to all the staff and the manager for going above and beyond to make our time there so special. The beautiful decoration and warm hospitality made it a truly memorable experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year, thank you for everything

Amazing stay at Charisma Suites. It’s everything you’d expect from Santorini and more. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The staff were kind and accommodating, quick to respond! The hotel itself was stunning. Amazing views. 100% would recommend
Jaspreet
This place is everything you have ever dreamed about and more! Absolutely stunning views. Incredible service and the breakfast was the best we had in Greece. We will definitely be coming back !
Bobby
This was our second stay at Charisma Suites and it remains as one of our favorites. The views, Service, food and location is wonderful. Thank you.
Jonathon
Absolutely nothing we didn’t like about Charisma Suites. Room was cleaned twice a day by what seemed to be cleaning ninjas. We never saw them but seemed like our room was clean any time we returned. Food from the hotel restaurant was delicious. We had the prosciutto pizza 3 times, and the gnocchi was incredible. Service was amazing from start to end. Also very easy to get wherever you need to go on the island with their private drivers. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Gail
Breathtaking views- wonderful service- sunset toast. Be prepared to walk lots of steps and be good with directions. It was difficult to remember how to get to the pool- but we had a small one on our balcony. Vertical hotel that zigs and zags - like all of the hotels built into the cliff
Refugio
Our stay was magical. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive, supportive and there every step of the way. They were very welcoming (we stayed in the honeymoon suite) and it was perfect, just as advertised. The room had a pool that was warm throughout the day, the room as good AC and wifi. The best part is it is very quiet in this area and the best hotel for to view the sunset. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from everything. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and well planned, helped get our day started. They even offer to pick you up and take you to the airport. We are definitely coming back to Oia and will stay at Charisma Suites. We had an unforgettable experience.
Lisa
excellent staff and concierge

they gived me a room at the bottom of the hotel where i needed to go up 250 stairs to be at reception or central street. 250 stairs wasnt acceptable

We celebrated our 20th anniversary in Santorini and our stay at Charisma Suites was a big part of what made the trip so memorable. The property and rooms are stunning - amazing views, especially at sunset, private pool, luxurious and well appointed suite with a lot of thoughtful design touches. Breakfast, served on the balcony each morning, was delicious. Being located right in Oia, we took lots of walks through the village for sightseeing and shopping, came back to the room to rest and relax by the pool, and then went back out again for dinner and drinks. The Charisma staff are incredibly kind and attentive, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. We also appreciated that there is a parking lot right next to the property, and that made it easy to rent a car for a couple of days (booked with help from the staff) and easily get in and out to explore other parts of the island like Fira, Imerovigli and Pyrgos. All in all, we had a dream stay and would love to go back someday!
Terrence
The staff were SO ATTENTIVE!!! So helpful with daily planning and the BEST breakfast selection ever…well done Charisma
Lauren
This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! We stayed in room 32 and I would highly recommend it. The views were spectacular. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, especially the guy who brought our breakfast everyday. We will definitely be returning.
Michael
This suite hotel is excellent. It is at a great location, very near to the center of Oia and for sunset views. The staffs are very friendly and nice. The lades at front desk offered us warm welcome and good information about the area. Stella and Sophia - thank you very much!
Bhushan
Hotel is on perfect location. Room service and cleaning staff was excellent. Checkin experience can be improved.

Amazing stay at Charisma
Thanks Charisma team for an amazing experience- from assisting with luggage to/from our room and exceptional reception service, to delicious breakfasts and meticulous housekeeping.
The room was beautiful.
The room was beautiful.

The property was great. It is located in Oia, facing the sea. We enjoyed watching sunset on our balcony, with a bottle of wine provided on the first day. The breakfast was excellent too, with my choices. Staff were very friendly, arranged for transportation for us to go to the airport when we left, and a strong guy carried 4 heavy luggage for us to the parking lot! And the price is quite reasaonable.
quang
This property is amazing. It’s centrally located next to all the popular attractions, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The property is clean and housekeeping comes twice per day. Staff is wonderful. We stayed in the honey suite with our on heated private pool

We loved this property so much we want to return to Santorini annually to enjoy it. The location, views and service at this property are phenomenal!
Sourish
Great property. They just won’t reduce the pool temperature for some reason even after asking thrice. But overall very good.
Milica
We had a phenomenal time at Charisma suites! Everyone was very accommodating and sweet. We found this resort on Instagram and it was exactly as marketed. We came for our wedding anniversary and highly recommend the pool suite room. The sunset view is to die for and is worth it to avoid the crowds with some privacy.
Michael
Property was immaculate and the staff was absolutely great! I would recommend this property to everyone.
Francis
Clean and Convenient with an amazing view of Caldera and very helpful staff from start to finish.
Clint
Perfect location. Amazing accommodations and insane view. Would come back.

Charisma was beautiful and the staff was remarkable. During our stay we had a medical emergency and the staff took care of us and we are so thankful for them. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a romantic escape with stunning views of the sunset.
Kyriakos
FANTASTIC!!!! Best property I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we had the best service. Our view from our private hot tub was that of a movie set. Just cant say enough! Hopefully we will return soon!
Shuying
Great location, really quiet. We did experience some issues with the first room we stayed, but we were able to be replaced immediately and the hotel manager came and helped us move and compensate us with price difference and other things. The view from both rooms are amazing. Highly recommended for someone who would like a quiet place and enjoy the sunset.
Yamilka
The only recommendation is to wear a comfortable shoes no slippery because there is a lot of stairs .
Danelle
The staff went above on all levels. Alllof them made our stay perfect! Thank you!!
Alexandra
Absolutely loved the hotel, from the staff to the yummy breakfast every morning and of course the selling point, the views right outside our room. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
Ashley
This property is stunning!! In a perfect location and the staff is amazing!!
Todd
Thank you!
Staff made it 11/10. Place was perfect but the friendly staff were always willing to go above and beyond! Thank you, hopefully we can all meet again. Pool about 2 degrees too cold, not a big deal.
Kim
Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, comfy bed and amazing breakfasts.
Neil
My wife and I really had an amazing vacation at Charisma Suites. All the staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and provides top notch service. We will definitely promote and share it to our Canadian family and friends. Big thanks! Cheers!
Belen
My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The experience far exceeded our expectations. It was our first stop on our honeymoon and we are so glad it was. It set the standard for relaxation and romance. The sunset views from our private pool were magnificent. We never had to leave our room to watch the most spectacular sunset of our lives. The breakfast in the morning was abundant and over the top. Served right in our balcony. You won't feel the need to leave your room with all of the amenities, comforts and beauty offered here at charisma. They make very thing easy. Charisma is everything you are looking for in the Santorini experience.

This property was magical. The room, the personal patios and personal pools, the Infiniti pools, the views were all just spectacular. I wish I had 3 more days here. The porters climbing the stairs with 4 bags of luggage were inspiring. The rooms were comfortable. The surroundings were beyond belief. The pool for all was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet delivered to my perfect patio was unbelievable. This was an A experience.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed for 4 nights. The property and rooms are beautiful. One thing I wish we were aware of is that the property is split into an upper and lower portion (not connected). The upper portion is close to reception and has less stairs. The lower portion has more stairs; however, has a majority of the rooms as well as the pools, bar and restaurant. For us, we were here to relax and did not have a plunge pool or jacuzzi on our patio so we wanted to be closer to the pools and hotel amenities. We were initially placed in a room in the upper portion but were able to relocate for the last 3 nights of our stay to the lower portion. We loved our second room as it was closer to the hotel’s amenities and we truly enjoyed spending the day at the pool, which was very private and wasn’t busy. The views from the hotel are outstanding, breakfasts were delicious and the staff was incredible. It is also walking distance to all that Oia has to offer and we got to see the sunset right from the hotel. We will definitely be back and ensure to request a room in the lower portion as this is what we enjoy on our vacations!

It is hard to fully describe the excellence this hotel deserves but I will try. Beginning from the transportation the property arranged for us at the ferry, Antonis our driver, was so welcoming and cordial. He has worked here for over 25 years and gave us an excellent guide of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception desk could not have been any kinder to us. Emily and Artemis were hosts who always made us feel like home when we would see them. Santo was the person who helped us with over 150 Pounds of luggage on his back to the room. Oh and the room…WOW!! It was breathtakingly beautiful and comfortable. Housekeeping made sure to refill our beverages and once we left sunglasses behind and she left an eyeglass cloth. The hotel’s facilities and amenities are out of this world outstanding. There was not one thing that I did not like. Even the steps. Yes it was a workout to be sure. But it made you feel that you worked hard and earned the slice of paradise this hotel delivers. We stayed in the honeymoon suite with the hot tub which was more like the size of a small pool. It was a perfect size and overlooked the caldera and view of the sunset. The pool in the property was equally as amazing and service was spectacular. The Greek salad that I had was the best one I’ve had in Greece so far. The location was central to Oía shops and restaurants with beautiful pathways. I didn’t even find the need to wander off to different parts of the island. Thank you Charisma!

The property is simply in a stunning location in Oia. Super convenient to get to all the major areas of the village. Architecture is perfectly suited for the Calderas. Our room was right by the windmill which only enhanced the charm of the hotel. The view from the terrace/patio is out of this world. The staffs were very courteous. The restaurant in the pool area has some really good dishes (try their fried potatoes and you will thank me later). Overall, a very memorable stay in one of the most enchanting areas of the world.

The view was amazing. The staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Great stay in a great hotel. We felt it was the perfect location in oia, as it is past the castle you seem to get less tourists around and it is quiet. Our room was super comfortable and the hot tub very relaxing. All the staff went above and beyond.

Whole experience was top notch! Amazing hotel with beautiful views and exceptional service from staff. Would definitely recommend!

An absolutely outstanding hotel that tops all resorts or villas from around the world. From the moment of pick-up from the airport to the second we left, you feel the thoughtfulness, luxury and superiority.
Location of the hotel is unbeatable, close to the carpark area and next to the center of Oia. The view is gorgeous, though that’s not unique as most resorts on Santorini enjoy the view, it’s the design, the vibe and the quietness that Charisma offers really differentiate.
Food: 5/5
1. Welcome drink at reception- fresh & cold lime drink
2. Welcome drink fruit platter - nice white wine and fruit platter kept in two glass jars for freshness and flexible time to enjoy
3. Breakfast at own balcony - luxury varieties, rich portion, high quality and fresh.
Room & Amenities: 5/5
1. Very spacious clean room
2. Bath area with nice take away Bvlgari amenities, and shower area with high quality Apivita
3. Bed - very comfy
4. Air-conditioning- easy and well control. As it’s a cave room, naturally comes with coolness
Staff: 5/5
Very friendly, considerate and cheerful
Experience: 5 /5
Well worth the money! For sure will stay at Charisma at my next visits.

My best experience of my life!! Waking up to the best view in the world was just an amazing experience. Staff was really helpful and amazing. They were always available when you need them. Food and restaurant location was just amazing. Morning breakfast delivered to porch outside your room and used to have it gazing at the amazing view was out of world!! If I had the luxury, I would visit this place every year!!

We booked the honeymoon suite with outdoor jetted tub and it was absolutely amazing! This was our first luxury type of splurge so we weren't prepared for the level of service that comes with it, all the staff ready to serve you with anything you need. It was nice to be taken care of. Also THE VIEW! The privacy we enjoyed while watching sunset over the caldera either from our balcony or the pool areas was extraordinary. We saw the crowds of people at the castle and even on the public part of the resort property and were thankful we didn't have to endure that.

Our stay at Charisma Suites was fantastic! We had views of the sunset every evening from our patio. We also had a cave pool which was amazing. The staff were so friendly and attended to all of our needs. I would highly recommend staying there for the convenience of seeing the sunset, having great food options and a peaceful, quiet environment (away from all of the tourists!)

Room with a view
The hotel was fabulous. The rooms were spotless and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Always plenty of beds available at pools. Nicely located at the edge of the hustle and bustle but within a short walk albeit a lot of stairs!

Ana
Beautiful hotel with incredible views of the sea, however, the long steps down and up to your room was very hart and tiring, Walking distance to all the little shops and dining options
Michelle
Hands down this hotel is AMAZING! The staff was accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond when my husband and I almost got stuck in another island but they made it happen for us! The views, food, service is something you need to experience to appreciate the review and believe it. My first time in Greece and I know where we will be staying ! Thank you guys for making this trip memorable ❤️

The view of the property is absolutely beautiful. All staff are helpful and nice.
The one comment is that if they can add some new communication app contact (e.g. whatsapp) to communicate before and during the stay will be much better.

Exceptional facilities, great location and friendly staff. The breakfast however was later than scheduled. Not a big deal for most of our stay. However, on our last day, we scheduled early departure breakfast and luggage pick up at 5:45pm. After 5:55 am we decided to leave without breakfast and carry our own luggage. Other than that, our experience was great!

Beautiful property. Perfect location for sunset view. Hotel manager & staffs are friendly. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast needs a little improvement.

Charisma suites is the place to go if looking to stay in Oia. While it is separated a bit from the main city area, you are a quick 5 minute walk to all shopping points and main points of interest (churches/ castle/ dining/ ect). It almost was preferred between my wife and I as we could experiance Oia and separate from the commotion as the sun begins to set and the town packs up with tourists/ cruise liner members. The view of the sunset from our private patio was the best view we have seen on Santorini. Staff members were increadibly polite and professional. Though pricey- it all was well worth it.
Tyrone
The hotel staff were friendly an very helpful. If anything was needed, they were prompt in delivering. They even set me up with a wonderful tour guide named Ted for a private vineyard excursion. The food at the property was excellent. This is the best hotel for sunset views in Oia.
Shannon
The most beautiful resort we stayed at. Room was immaculate and the staff was excellent. Very close to shops and restaurants but far enough for seclusion.
Tina
We absolutely loved our stay at Charisma Suites. It was the perfect location in Oia away from the crowds and you had more privacy than in other areas of Oia because it was at the end. Our room was upgraded and it was perfect with our own sitting area and hot tub. Never figured out how to turn it on though. The views are incredible!! Breakfast was delivered to your room each morning based on your selections. The ONLY downside was we were at the bottom of the property and had to climb several flights of stairs to go anywhere. It was a little brutal but we did it. Highly recommend.
Yana
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff.

Stayed at Charisma for 4 nights...WOW! one of the best Hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed in one of the private pool suites and it was worth the extra spend, the views are absolutely incredible, perhaps the best in Oia. We could see the sunset perfectly from our terrace as others flocked to the west side of the island to get a glimpse. The staff were incredible, made every effort to ensure our stay was top notch and they delivered in every aspect! The breakfast served on the terrace daily was delicious and enjoying it with those stunning views was priceless. Thank you to the staff at Charisma for an incredible stay!!!
