Amazing! I booked the same day and Mario was super helpful, pickup from the airport and brought my bags down to the room which is down some steps. The room was AMAZING! As the name implies it is a cave , it is clean and nice and unique. The reason i gave it 3 stars is because of the bathroom, there seemed to be a sewage problem and i was instructed not to flush toilet paper in the toilet, but the real problem was it's smell, to be fair i stayed only one night and i didn't have time to discuss it with the staff.

The property was amazing. Just beware there are a lot of steps you have to walk down to get to your room (88 to our room to be exact). Some of them are very uneven, but it was worth it. The view was spectacular. Very comfortable unique property. Also, there are a bunch of stray cats, but they were not a problem, just entertaining.

Had an absolutely fantastic time! Mario was extremely helpful and not only did he come meet us to help us find parking, but he carried a suitcase down to our room. He also stayed in touch during the stay to answer any questions that came up. The location itself is fantastic - it is right at a very popular photo site so many tourists are there but it's still secluded as you go down and down the stairs. the view from the hot tub is incredible. the room was fun and very decently sized. there are many good restaurants nearby and much to explore. Lovely all-around!

The private hot tub was a perfect way to end the night. Located in the heart of Oia, right by the infamous blue domes. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend.

This property is very beautiful, you room is actually a cave with window- beautifully decorated and with a beautiful view however cant see the sunsets from your room - they dont serve breakfast and if you have difficulty with climbing stairs then the access can be rather painful

We stayed at Virginia's Cave Villas for 2 nights, and the property was absolutely amazing. We rented the Deluxe Villa with the outdoor tub, and we were not disappointed at all. The Views, the cleanliness, the service, the accommodation was just top notch. Albert was extremely helpful with everything. He made all the arrangements for us, including the transport to and from the property. Be ready for some steps to get to the property, but that would be with most of the accommodations in Santorini. Overall, a fantastic place and hospitality. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a nice view of the Caldera.

The staffs carried all the luggages for you with consideration for the number of stairs to climb in order to get to the villas. Amazing! We could have stayed on the balcony with the hot tub the entire vacation. Secluded and honestly, just perfect. We will never forget the view! Note: refrigerator but no stove in case you want to cook. We explored restaurants so it wasn’t a big deal to us but I thought it would be good to know. Overall just amazing!

We stayed for 4 nights and had the most amazing time. The junior sweet is everything you could ask for and more. Mario is on hand for everything, from organising boat trips, table reservations and even prosecco on our door step in the morning. All amenities were there, from towels, slippers and robes to shampoos and toothbrushes. The views are sensational and there was nothing we didnt love.
Be prepared to walk a lot, and if you have breakfast included this is a short walk up to the main street but the staff are so friendly and catered for my coeliac food requirements. This was by far the best holiday.

The cave was wonderful...the people were exceptional. Since it's early season, being in the middle of IOS was perfect...apparently the rest of the island wasn't open yet. Getting lost on the crazy stairs brings you to wonderful off path shops...throw away the map and go for it.

The staff was so helpful, Mario was available whenever we had a question and the other staff member carried our bags all the way from the taxi drop off point! SO generous. Mario arranged a great boat tour for us. There is ton of shops and dining nearby, close to the sunset view spot. The jetted tub on the balcony worked well and was perfect to relax and see the town all lit up at night. The room was very cute and clean. I would recommend this hotel!

Perfect location. Not sunset view but very secluded and amazing night view. We loved our suite with outdoor hot tub. The stairs can be a little tough which may be something to consider but likely something to think about when staying in this area. They will help with luggage so that’s nice. Lots of amenities and Netflix on the tv. The perfect place to wrap up our stay when we were hopping around Greece! Would recommend.

Incredible. First of all, if you come to Santorini, you come for the views and to relax. If you don’t have a view of the caldera, then why are you here? To souvenir shop or take photos of the caldera? That’s fine but that wasn’t our plan. Our place had the view and the quiet. Top end finishings inside the place. GREAT view of the caldera from the hot tub and our daybeds. Our manager Mario secured us reservations at top of the line restaurants in Amoudi Bay with seafront tables.

I booked the honeymoon villa, the hot tub was not overlooking the sea as the pictures represented when I booked the Villa, I stayed at 3 hotels during my 7 days on the Island, only this hotel demanded that we not throw any toilet tissue in the toilet. Uncomfortable.

The apartment and the location are outstanding. The service was great too... the only thing that we particularly did not like much was how hard the mattress was. We had a hard time falling asleep on it, and is was not only me, but my wife too. Besides that, everything was excellent.

We reserved the standard villa and it had a balcony with lounge chairs, a hot tub (small but perfect for 2 people) and an amazing sea view. The villa was specious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning, replenishing the coffee and bath supplies. There was a welcome gift - a bowl full of fruit, bottle of wine and water. Plenty of coffee for the 2 coffee makers.
The staff arranged our airport transfers and carried our luggage down and up the stairs. Special thanks to the team member who woke up at 4:30am to carry our bags to the airport van.

The hotel has beautiful views by the water. It's quiet and spacious. It's well located, in close range to the center of the action. Lots of steps to walk, along the way made friends with neighbors. A nice Jacuzzi in the patio is enjoyable to use. Mario is very helpful and responsive. We end up extending one more night there.

The staff is amazing. Without them, you will have difficulty finding the place. They brought our luggage up and down the many stairs for us which amazed us even more. The view from the villa is spectacular. The famous three blue domes is just minutes away from foot. It’s far enough away from the main foot path to avoid the noise from the many tourists.
