The property is nestled between the sea and the main walkway into Oia. Stunning views from every direction. The room was well appointed with an outdoor whirlpool above a shared pool (we pretty much had the pool to ourselves as it was the last week the resort was open). The temperature was perfect in the whirlpool and the pool was very brisk depending on the time of day, but refreshing! The hotel gave us pool/beach towels and we liked that the cleaning team left a couple extra to have on the loungers. The room had a great view out to the sea and points of interest like the lighthouse and small chapel. The sunset was a daily ritual! The rest of the property was beautiful with amazing vistas and sweeping views to the sea and peaks of Oia along the rocky slopes. Very close to Ammoudi Bay we had a wonderful sunset dinner looking out at the bay. The restaurants at the property were all delicious. The stand out every morning was the breakfast buffet that had so many options it was difficult to choose! Cappuccinos and every style of egg imaginable! We also had lunch by the main pool at the bar. The deconstructed spinach “pie” as a salad was inventive without being too dressed up. Good wine selection too. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to always enjoy a little conversation without being too intrusive. Pauline did our nightly turndown service and had a little treat for us whether it be tea, chocolate truffles, a welcome bottle of wine or a lavender sachet for a departure gift!

From the moment I arrived at Santo Pure, the reception team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.

The room was beautiful and well-designed, though I did notice a bit of drainage noise during the night. Closing the bathroom door helped, but it was still somewhat noticeable. Other than that, everything else was outstanding — the pool, jacuzzi, and overall setup were perfect.

The staff checked in during my stay, which I really appreciated, and the breakfast offered a great variety with excellent service throughout.

Overall, the experience and service were excellent, and I would definitely return.

Let me start by saying the property and rooms are beautiful. The restaurant staff, house staff and bellhops are excellent and very friendly.

The front office staff leave a lot to be improved. We unfortunately had a room with a very strong sewage smell and having called maintenance it was no better. I travel often and know that such things happen at hotels and present an opportunity for service to shine for their guests.

In this instance there was no respect given and we were treated like we were an inconvenience to them. We eventually were moved to an alternate room but with no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience.

It is a shame but reinforces how poor management can ruin a beautiful resort.

After an initial hiccup, we were upgraded to a suite in Santo Mine which was exceptional. Our concerns were addressed in a first class manner and the transfer was quick and seamless.

All staff are excellent - difficult to fault any of them. Atmosphere lovely, views fantastic, sunsets exquisite, all the small touches carefully thought through and beautifully.

This is quite a place which we’d highly recommend.

Hotel was overall good but we had several issues with staff that were not up to par. They ignore “do not disturb” signage and come into your room whenever they want/need. We were in the room hot tub balcony and they came in, before leaving the room they locked us on the balcony. We tried to call the front desk and room service several times but no phone number listed worked. Upon check out we were also forced to provide them with a credit card (this is the 4th time mind you that they have used and charged this card)

The patio to our room was ant infested coming from colonies in the stone work surrounding the hot tub. There were many colonies of ants.
Brought it to their attention and they sent someone to spray which killed the ants but left them all dead on the hot tub and in the hot tub without cleaning for two days.
The service was absent altogether we waited 20 minutes for drinks by pool and never got them so canceled the order and went into town.
Parking lot is 1/4 mile from the rooms uphill.
Breakfast was decent spread but lacked taste.
There is an eerie cult like vibe that permeates the staff in there dress and attitude which is also a bit unsettling.

The property is beautiful no doubt but the tipping feels too much. We tipped the gentleman taking our bags to our room (which is norm and that was fine). We went to lunch and on the bill there is a tip section and it felt like we should tip. We tipped the cleaning staff, but then during the day we had a separate person bring water to top up the room water and it seemed like he was looking for a tip, then someone else came in the afternoon to drop off a 'gift and it seemed he was looking for a tip too. At breakfast there is a tip option as well. We received a call the night before we were due to leave to find out what time we were leaving and if we wanted assistance with our bags, we declined as it seemed like yet another tip. The gentleman with the cart was there anyway which is great as it is a bit of a mission to take your bags back to reception . On checkout they advised there is a tip option for the reception staff on top of the 13% charge for a meal at the poolside bar. If you are used to tipping for everything then I'm sure it's fine, we come from a non tipping culture and this just seemed over the top. We have travelled extensively in Maldives, America and other tipping cultures and never found it quite to this degree. Breakfast just felt like being watched. They didn't like you getting your own water or juice and like to bring it to the table it just felt like they were limiting it. There is someone standing watching over the breakfast room too which doesn't feel nice

By far the best hotel we’ve ever been to. The attention to detail, amazing facilities, extremely kind and helpful staff…. Everything was outstanding.

The hotel has lovely breakfast every morning, unreal views, spacious rooms with huge beds. All 6 pools available to guests (as well as our private pool) were clean and clear water. No horrible chlorine smell and all are infinity pools. Very modern. Extremely good value for money. Will 100% be returning. Very close to Oia town centre.

Thank you Santo pure for an unforgettable week. We were treated exceptionally well throughout and loved every minute of our stay here!

Overlooking the beautiful Sunset over the Aegean Sea, the property has both the best ocean view and walkable convenience to the town of Oia. Villas are super beautiful and spacious, offering private pool and privacy. The restaurant and bar are on top of the hill offering a spectacular ocean view. Spa is very nice. They charge 35 Euro per person per hour for the use of sauna and steam room. For the luxury and frankly the price of the hotel, I felt this was unnecessary nickel and dime to well-travelled customers. The staff were either nice or mediocre. Luggage service man was friendly, charming and eager to help. So was spa staff. Front staff was not very helpful, declining to call spa to make a sauna use reservation and insisting us calling spa directly when we were about to go to private wine tour organized by the hotel concierge. That was rude and offensive. Overall nice property, potentially staff are trained not to help customers and think only about themselves.

Santo Pure is just a 7 min walk into Oia and secluded from the tourist hubbub on the Main Street of Oia. There is a big pool with a bar and an onsite restaurant. We did not eat at the restaurant but judging from the quality of the food from the room service, we think it should be top notch. We had a junior suite with sunset view and an infinity pool. Compared to the Santorini Sunset in Oia, the privacy of the pool, the sunset and floating wine glass makes the Santorini sunset mesmerizing and out of this world. The staff is super helpful, and the turndown service was superb. The only downside, which is not limited to the resort, is that Santorini has so much trash and plastic bottles along the footpath or the roadside. I wish the visitors would respect the environment and not litter so much, maybe the hotels and businesses could also do more to keep Santorini clean.

It was a beautiful property with fabulous views. The hot tub only got really hot once, though we asked several times that it be kept hot. Our last night we looked forward to a sunset hot tub but it was cold. They said it was broken. It took a couple of days for them to replace the broken coffee maker. The dinner at Allios was disappointing- the meat was dry - both chicken and steak. The breakfast buffets were wonderful though! Bathroom was small. There were no drawers or shelves to store our clothes for a 5-day stay! Had to leave all in our suitcases. Nevertheless we loved Santorini and we were very happy with the location.

We loved our stay with Santo Pure Oia. Very relaxing and welcoming. Gorgeous sunsets from our balcony or take the sunset Oia cruise for delightful swim and dinner. The spa was wonderful- mud massage and steam room and sauna. Poolside yoga with Katerina is a must! Breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful with several local options and fresh fruits & pastries. All staff was incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. Definitely plan your stay at this bit of paradise on the tip of Santorini Oia.

From room service which never took more then 5 min for drinks to max 25 min for food considering it had to be cooked. I gave the place 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Oia is an absolutely beautiful town, we took an Uber from Santorini airport to the hotel. The check-in and gardens were beautiful at Santo Pure. We chose the Junior Suite Sea View with Hot Tub. The room is not modern, however the room is white, airy, lots of windows and closets, a small kitchen area sink only and small fridge, sitting area. The patio view looked over a vacant lot and you could not see the sea from our room unless you move the patio chairs off to the side. We were very happy they switched us to room 211, they did offer us a much nicer room for an additional €400 a night which we declined. Upon check-in, we did notice black mould along the sink in the bathroom and we called and let them know, after two additional follow up calls and an in person visit to the reception they finally recaulked the sink the afternoon before we checked out we were there for three nights four days. We appreciated the manager calling us to apologize for us having to follow up for two days, he offered us two free drinks totalling $33 Euro for our inconvenience.
The breakfast is absolutely worth it and the pool is beautiful, but not heated, our patio had a hot tub.
The resort had the most amazing sunset views from the pool area, although sunsets are beautiful from anywhere in Oia or Fira.
Lastly, the property has a nice 10 minute walking path into Oia for shopping and restaurants, that was a plus!
We booked this 5 star hotel, felt more like a 4 star. Greece Is absolutely beautiful

Place is ok, the service is great, but it’s way overpriced for the quality you get.the room are baron, the front staff not very warm and welcoming when we checked in or accommodating, and the prices for food are outrageous ($60 for a basket of basic drinks and chips)! There were no amenities in the room at all. The pools are private and lovely. The spa was probably the worst I’ve been to because they push for reviews as soon as your treatment is done, they don’t coordinate well with the hotel, and the spa itself is nothing special so all. They charged $40 for steam and sauna and $50 for a yoga session. But overall for the price we paid, I would find something else.

The property is great if you’re looking for quiet and relaxed but extremely expensive for what it is..
I booked a suite with sunset views, I was put in suite 316, but in order to see the sun set we had to move into a very small corner of our terrace while other suites next to ours had great views.. if you are given suite 316 ask immediately for a different room as you are also in constant shade on your terrace.
The pool is nice, albeit freezing cold, and the sun loungers are comfortable but look like they need a clean.
The restaurant is okay but not for the amount you are paying per person and the bar food is also very expensive for what you get.

There’s a huge hill to hike to Oia, so ladies - no heels!!
One issue we had in our suite was the jacuzzi plumbing run underneath the bathroom, so there were some off putting noises that would wake me up (I am a light sleeper) early doors.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at for a while. By far, the best hotel I have visited in the greek islands. The food, service, location, cleanliness, facilities, all were top notch. There is really nothing I would say was negative. We stayed for a week. Housekeeping was always on time, turndown service was amazing, the dining options whether it was room service or hotel restaurant were amazing. Honestly, if I come back to Santorini, I am staying here. It is worth every penny.

Unreal luxury property. 6 pools! And 5mins walk to the center of Oia. The manager was exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond in making our stay absolutely flawless, thank you Panagiotis Minas. The private pool in our room, sunset water views, bottle of wine, fruit bowel and birthday cake made my birthday extra special. 5 stars!
