From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. Our flight got delayed and thus we arrived later than expected and the hotel offered complimentary breakfast for our stay which helped get our vacation back on track! Near restaurants and shops and lots of parking! Loved every secod of our stay! Kudos to the Team, they are experts at customer service!

Great place to stay, fantastic duplex room with terrace and jacuzzi. Sea views. On the beach. Inclusive sun loungers and great breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to say whatsoever and highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from.

Heavenly home for a week in Crete

Great value for a great location. 20 minutes from Chania and many western points of interest. A great pool and the best beach location in Agia Marina IMO. A unique island was across from our beach which was cool. Good food and drinks at the convenient bar. Good snorkeling a short walk down the beach where a lot of rocks are found but very safe

We recently stayed at Vergina Beach Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The service here is impeccable, surpassing even the finest 5-star hotels we’ve experienced.

A special thank you to Anna, Maria, Lefteris, Agios, Baya and Leo (apologies if I've misspelled or missed anyone). Each member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Any concerns or issues we had were addressed immediately. For instance, when our AC was not working optimally, the team first tried cleaning and fixing it. When that didn’t resolve the issue, they went so far as to install a whole new unit.

The hotel's location is fantastic – just a 15-20 minute ride to Chania Old Town, with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets available locally. The hotel’s own beach was also wonderful, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We would definitely come back again and highly recommend Vergina Beach Hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

If you’re looking for a place to stay where you’re made to feel welcome and valued well this is the place. I have not a single bad thing to say about Vergina, from the second we stepped foot inside to the moment we checked out our experience was perfect. The grounds are clean, well kept and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is incredible I’d like to shout out Sarah at the check in desk she was amazing. The bar staff was also amazing! Our stay included breakfast and it was INCREDIBLE… I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for breakfast if it wasn’t included. The beach area is very nice and there were lots of beach chairs and umbrellas. This is a great place for relaxing and recharging, I will be back for sure.

Don't expect a luxury resort. Do expect a clean and well-run property with the friendliest and most helpful staff. The area is very touristy and crowded but there are some excellent restaurants nearby. The beach is sandy and outstanding especially compared to beaches elsewhere on the island. We stayed at Vergina beach hotel for a week at the end of august. It was a great experience. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Agilos and Anna. Staff helped us with a list of local restaurants all walkable and none of them disappointed. Location is really convenient with shops and amenities nearby. Getting to chania from here was very easy. Hotel arranged a day trip to Elafonisi which we really enjoyed. We stayed at a room with sea view and was really nice.Staff and their service makes this hotel really special.

My mom and I came to Vergina beach hotel with no expectations as it was our first time in Crete, and this hotel absolutely blew us away. The staff was amazing, so helpful & extremely friendly. By the end of the week it was our home away from home. Food is delicious , Beach is gorgeous and we were so close to hundreds of amazing restaraunts in walkable distance. I give this hotel a 10/10. Would highly reccomend it to anyone planning to visit Chania. We will most definitely be back. Thank you Vergina Beach hotel for a beautiful & memorable experience.!

The friendly staff, especially Ana, were extremely accommodating, specifically when my baby grandson visited. They brought a cot to my room so he could sleep over. Stayed at Vergina Beach for our honeymoon. I would recommend contacting the property to arrange pickup from airport. We didn't think to do that and took a taxi but had to stop at an ATM to get Euro as they only take cash. Arranged a car back to airport with the hotel a day before and it was smooth-paid in cash as well. There is an ATM across the street as well as an awesome bakery. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Bus stop and also Mystical Crete tour bus stop very close (recommend them also). Service was awesome everyone is very nice. Breakfast at hotel very filling.

Shower was small and no fan made the bathroom stuffy. The locks on the door didn’t work so we were given an actual key to lock up. Area is nice with lots of restaurant options. My stay at the Vergina Beach Hotel was a highlight of my trip to Greece. Our room was spectacular and I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff were. They went above and beyond with suggestions of what to do and see in the area, as well as helping to arrange my covid test before flying home. I felt very welcome and safe throughout my stay. Great hotel right next to the beach. We had a fantastic room split over two levels with a view right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and always keen to help. Whilst the weather was less than kind, we made the most of the comfortable hotel. It was a shame the pool/hot tub weren't heated a little higher to allow use in the inclement weather but don't let that put you off.

Such an amazing stay.. the hotel is in a GREAT location for day trips, the breakfast is AMAZING, and the best part has got to be the staff- Aggelos, Eleni, Yannis, Maria, and Dionysus, to name a few, really have the best recommendations and make you feel at home. I always felt safe and well taken care of, and that was important as a solo traveler.

The location is ideal, it's on the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing, everyone is so helpful and happy to chat or provide recommendations of things to do.

My only issue was that the pool was a little smaller than the pictures make it look but to be honest when you are this close to the sea it's hardly a problem.

Hands down the best hotel service in Greece!

My wife and I spent nearly a week at the Hotel Vergina Beach and I can't imagine us having a better stay anywhere else. The service provided by the staff (Yorgos, Dionisis, and Eleni) is simply perfect.

Yorgos and Dionisis made it clear from the moment they met us that they were happy to help make our stay perfect in any way possible. It was evident that the team wasn't just concerned with us as just customers, but they were concerned our stay was as comfortable as possible--hands down the best, friendliest customer service we received in our two weeks in Greece.

The hotel facilities feel brand new, if not very well taken care of. We felt right at home in in our room and at times didn't want to leave for the day.

The hotel itself is located right off of the beach and a quick drive away from Chania. It is located on a semi-busy road in a bustling area (which is very convenient for access to shops, bars, and markets), however you would not know this as the windows were highly soundproof.

Major thank you to the team at Hotel Vergina Beach. Our stay was so nice we're looking forward to our next trip to Crete already.

Vergina Beach hotel was beyond amazing! This is a family owned hotel that puts service for its guests above all else. Perfect family-run boutique hotel with a great location in Agia Marina right on the beach in the middle of town. The service was excellent, the accommodations were clean and contemporary, and the value is very high. We loved how friendly the family and staff were, the cute OKI bar at the front of the property, and the delicious, shaded cafe on premises with breakfast and lunch service at modest prices. It's charming and modern yet still small enough with just over 20 rooms to feel like home. I highly recommend this place if you're looking in Agia Marina, Platanias, or even Chania, only about 20 minutes away. Service is tops!

Gorgeous penthouse suite and view

We stayed for a week in June and want to go back! The penthouse suite was perfect for me, my husband and my dad. You can sit on your private deck in the jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean, watching the sun rise or set. The air conditioning works well, there is a little kitchen for cooking, you can have dinner inside or out on the deck. Very clean. The staff are top notch, family run business.

The beach is beautiful and there are many shops and restaurants to chose from.

I don’t want to stay anywhere else, this was perfect!

Had a good time at this hotel. We stayed in a room with 6 people, it was very large comfortable and clean. Only thing is that the service isn’t so good. The receptionist didn’t help with arranging tours or helping us figure out the bus schedule.
