The property was inconveniently located. The all inclusive meal plan was the same every day. No variation to speak of. Transportation is tricky since it’s a distance from town. The showers leak.

The property is very outdated. The towels are over laundered and the rooms are run down. The rooms are small and severely over priced for what it accommodates. The beach has no attendants and you must wake up early to reserve a lounge chair. We waited for 30 minutes to get clean towels. I have traveled all over Europe and never stayed in such a hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.

Room - beachfront - absolutely worth paying extra for this, beach is lovely and kept clean. Water clean, warm and can walk in approx 100ft into the sea and still touch sea floor.

Perfect environment for families with young children.

All staff were impeccably polite , attentive and aimed to please, from hotel reception, bar staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff

Food in restaurant was excellent- superb range of foods on buffet, delicious desserts, always topping up fresh watermelon, honey due melon, pineapple, oranges, apples, peaches, bananas in abundance

Food was very tasty , great selection of breads, cheeses.

Entertainment was available on some of the nights , violin player, singer, saxophone player all were great

Lovely range of shops within walking distance , and bus and taxi straight into Chania old town.

Had a very relaxing time and will go back again!

Front desk did not give any information related to the all inclusive perks. We could not reserve a la carte dining because we did not know we had to reserve 24 hours ahead.
We received the info the next day in English.
They would not give us a late check out, even by an hour and did not offer a place to shower in the interim.
Our room was a good distance from all activities by the beach. People would reserve beach chairs early and not use them. No one was enforcing the rules.
No water sports or hotel activities at this location.
Housekeeping was good The rooms were clean and large. Nice and clean pools. The beaches are very nice there.

Great family holiday,go during UK school holiday

This hotel is made by the staff, they are awesome and all deserve a pay rise.
We had some hick ups with the room and the misunderstanding about what’s included in the Ultra All Inclusive upgrade. But everything was sorted promptly by the amazing staff even the general manger knew who we was and come to check we’re happy. Iftihis in a la cart restaurant was amazing and really good with our 2 year old girl. Staveros was amazing and makes the best cocktails(attention to detail) Anna at Guest relations was very friendly and kind and Christina at check in was super helpful and kind.
It has to be said that the Ultra Inclusive is still only partially inclusive but it’s WELL WORTH the money!!!!!
The only unpleasant we had was with the other guests! But the hotel can’t help that their in the business of filling rooms and large groups of people from the old eastern block do just that!!!
It must be a cultural thing but we found them very very rude and unfriendly, a pair of old couples nearly push my daughter down the stairs cause they was in a hurry and didn’t even say sorry. They never say hello or smile and my little girl desperately tried to play with the other kids but they wasn’t interested instead they pushed her over.
Maybe we went wrong time of year for guest from UK(early June).
I just want to confirm we had an amazing holiday and would go again and I’m only mentioning it so guest can make an informed decision.
We will miss Santa Marina, until next 😀

Bed and facilities were good, but room and bathroom were tiny and we asked to move to accommodate my pregnant wife but they did not allow this. The customer service was not great. The food at breakfast was also not great. Location was good and the beach and the pool were great.

Best part is location and setting but...

Beach setting and courtyard dining under the stars and trees were the highlight.

But room was very small, shower room tiny. air conditioning poor (did not cool very much), buffet was good selection but was not kept very hot so luke warm food was the norm and what ever time you ate.

All inclusive was fair. Staff were mostly pleasant, friendly and efficient. Mani at the hotel bar was brilliant at remembering your drink choices.

When complained about AC at main desk was told by one gentleman 'that this is Greece'.
We were not impressed - We paid for AC...

Very noisy room

I truly believe we were very unlucky with the room location! It was given to a us a room on the ground floor next to where the reception was. Which it was very noisy during all day long and late at night as well.
Besides that I do have to say that is a excellent hotel for families and of you have kids but not the other way around. If you’re looking for some piece a quote it’s not the place to be.
Overall really good food and really nice views together with an excellent beach.

Excellent

The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it boasts direct access to one of the best beaches of Chania with all the amenities. Rooms are a little tired, bathrooms are small and breakfast is average but I would still rate the hotel as excellent on the basis of its strategic location (vantage location, fairly close to Chania Old Town and other famous beaches and villages) plus its excellent beach access. Friendly receptionists (thank you Fylio). Will be certainly returning.

Beautiful beach location, hotel a bit shabby.

The restaurant area is right on the edge of the beach with beautiful views. Having breakfast here every morning was very relaxing. We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was good with a wide choice. The beach is beautiful and my review would be 5 star if based only this. We found the room small and needed some work. Bath was chipped and brown marks. The bed was so hard that my husband was in agony one morning and had to hunt down pain killers. One night there was a rat round the pool. But rats are everywhere so no big deal. The staff were lovely and really helpful. We had a lovely week here despite the few problems mainly with the room.

Staff was absolutely wonderful, warm, and welcoming, particularly Iosef (Joseph) at the Front Desk. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a positive one....very professional, caring, kind, and just a wonderful human being. Also Christina at the Front Desk, Manousous at the Main Bar, the General Mgr, and the international staff from many countries. They all made the difference between an okay experience and a wonderful experience. Again, grazie mille!!

Amazing hotel. Rooms are a little small if there's more than one person staying in the room. Service was great. The receptionist were very friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute drive from Chania and about 10 minutes from Platonias.

You get what you pay for

The hotel is a bit worn down and needs a refurbishment. However it is inexpensive and is very close to the beach. The restaurant staff are very nice and provide good service. The front desk staff are not the best; it's fine if you don't require any additional service beyond check-in and check-out, but I had a poor experience with their guest relations and front service staff in arranging a hair appointment. The housekeeper assigned to my room did not speak English and only came to clean while I was still sleeping in the morning; I tried every day to have her come later but she never did, so for the three days I did not have my room serviced.

Unfortunate experience, poor management

When we arrived they did a check in and seated us at dinner for what they had saved on plates from the buffet (we were booked all inclusive). But it went downhill. We were taken with the luggage guy to a room fifty meters away across the street in some other townhouse complex first. Turns out the room hadn't been cleaned. It was late and we were traveling with our kid so hadn't asked earlier but this time we pressed for our beachfront room. They told us they had none left, only a single room. next room they supposedly had available. This was also across the street in another complex they own. After a fifteen minute struggle to get the door open the luggage guy gave up again. Went back and got to yet another room. It was facing another building and was also pretty small, no way they could fit the extra cot there. Left the family there and went back to speak with the manager. Couldn't get in touch. Insisted on some other room that was beachfront, we were only there for the night and had booked prepaid weeks in advance!
Finally we're transfer to a sister hotel called Santa Marina plaza with strict instructions to vacate for other guests at 12. The staff and room quality there wetter excellent. Tried getting in touch with hotels.com via phone but it wss a our connection. Yet to hear back on my email questions.

The hotel is really nice with really nice pools and everything you need to have a nice holiday.
Just be careful with the room that is provided to you. My room with really noisy but I believe that is better rooms in the hotel, I guess I was just very unlucky. Besides that it's really good.

When we arrived, the beach front room we had paid extra for was not available. Management gave us a room across the busy street stating it had a great view. It did not and actually had a view of the roof of a building. After numerous discussions the front desk staff and eventually the manager, we were finally moved to their sister resort which was amazing. Unfortunately it sounds as if the hotel double booked their beachfront rooms but the manager went out of his way to accommodate us.

It is not like 4 star

The hotel is in two different area. Between the hotel there is a road and if you want to open your balcony door you can't sleep. We thought staying in a 4star hotel would be worth but it was like 2star. Also don't buy any excursion tickets they charge you double. In the central of China is more than half price.

A good place for a single traveller.

The position of the hotel is superb, with its lovely terrace of trees right on the beach. It is within a short bus-ride of Chania, too, which is a most picturesque town, and very easy of access to the airport. The all-inclusive system works very happily and removes a lot of hassle. Lovely to be able to go and get a coffee or a beer whenever. They try very hard with the food, possibly too much variety every day: good range of Greek/Cretan dishes, salads etc. The thing that struck me most was the friendliness of the staff who seemed to take a personal interest. They got on with each other, too, so the atmosphere was cheerful.
I fear they may have overstretched themselves with vast new wing, second pool and restaurant built since I first went three years ago: better to have smartened up the slightly tired rooms elsewhere.

Lovely hotel right on the beach

Hotel was nice and clean, right on the beach with warm, clear and shallow water, food lovely, staff very friendly. The only thing I didn't like is that you have to pay extra for sunbeds on the beach even though I went for all inclusive package.

Not worth the money. Wifi didn't work for the whole five days that we were there.. And we paid for a room that included free wifi. Three days in a row there was not warm water in the shower. Reception staff did not bother to do anything to resolve these issues. Even after all the issues and complaints we were also made to pay a 12 euro fee for using the safe in our room. We had friends stay at a three star hotel down the road with much better service, modern rooms and better facilities.

Upgraded after they double booked our room

I booked the accommodation 4 months in advance. When we arrived for checkin late in the evening we were placed in a pool view room on the opposite side of the hotel. I specifically booked a beachfront view suite. Nothing could be done about this without speaking to the manager in the morning. They had overbooked the hotel and our room was not available for the entire 4 night stay. We were given the option to move into an larger suite in a new section of the hotel. No views from the property however the space was what we needed and it was brand new. We took it after expressing much disappointment.

We visited Marina Beach with our child. We had enough space in a room, baby crib was without additional costs. Sandy beach was OK, but for sure there are much more beautiful places in Crete. Food was quite OK, but not perfect (I think seafood was the best from the menu). I could recommend this place.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach.

We are a family of four - including two teenagers, aged 17 and 19. We parents asked for and got, a quiet room
overlooking the sea - the bed was really comfortable - and we liked the room, We loved the hotel, and found the staff were always really helpful. The garden is shaded and really attractive. The food is very good and very varied - it includes many Greek dishes with lovely sauces, as well as many other dishes. Meals were always a pleasure - the dining room staff are excellent. The beach is great, - lots of space between sun umbrellas - not crowded, lovely warm sea. Every day on the beach, Samuel, the animateur would visit and explain, if we wanted, what optional entertainment would be happening in the evening. He was great with the teenagers, a lovely guy, and often he organised beach football or volleyball. We adults often got away for the day, and Patrick and Alice were more than happy staying in the hotel by the beach - they said that it was one of their best holidays and that they had loved it. We all came home very relaxed. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

Located right on the beach the Santa Marina Hotel and it's staff, especially Filio and Michael made our 11 day visit wonderful. The food was very good with many traditional Greek dishes and the bartender introduced us to Ozzo.

Expected alot more...

Had a terrible night sleep as doors have gaps under them and all the noises as well as smells from neighbours travels into the rooms. We were given no orientation or instructions re all inclusive package. We chose to have our dinner there the first night but arrived around 830pm albeit dinner shuts around 930 and hardly no hot food left only salads Reception lacked customer service, I went to the reception and waited 15m to talk to the reception who didn't realise I spoke Greek fluently and she persisted to talk to her friend and ignore me . I gave up and we decided to eat and be entertained elsewhere. Beach Is lovely but hard to get sunbeds as they seem to be reserved by 6am so we chose to hire chairs two venues down. This hotel appears to cater for Germans and Dutch as all stations on tv are of these regions and also very poor reception on tv . Although normally I would not watch tv I was amazed of the quality. For the price they charge spend your money elsewhere, I wish we had.

The common areas of the hotel were ok, but the bedrooms weren’t. The beds are super hard and the bathrooms are not very nice. I think there are many hotels around the same area for the same price. We stayed there for a wedding and people were disappointed of the rooms.

Clean hotel with nice location on the beach

great location - right on the beach. plenty of options for breakfast selection. rooms were very clean and the staff were constantly cleaning inside and outside the hotel - even to the extent of sweeping the driveway outside the hotel. hotel is about 10mins away by public bus to Chania (€1.60 one way).
Downside were - wifi was free but only available in the hotel lobby and not in the rooms. constant harassment from people trying to get you to agree to a massage on the beach. they were not attached to the hotel but the hotel should at least make people aware of them. One team of women approached me and my friend and said she would show / demo the massage. even though we said no and we had no money they said it was ok and just to show. lo and behold, 20 mins later they were trying to extort €25 each from us. In the end and despite saying no, i paid them €10 to get rid of them. unpleasant experience. I stress that this is not a negative for the hotel though - its just something for people to be aware of when they go onto the beach.

Pleasant staff, but not high quality services

Staff was very nice and helpful, however this hotel didn't quite have a feel of a 4-Star hotel. A lot of amenities were not included in the price, such as beach lounges were rented for an extra charge even to hotel guests. Internet access was also for an additional fee, except to Expedia guests (like ourselves) who made their reservation via Expedia. We indicated in our reservation, that we were coming for our Honeymoon and we got a room with two double beds joined together. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable and gave me a pain in the neck after the first night. Can invest in better pillows. We stayed in the building next to the pool across the street from the sea and the main building and we had to take a tunnel to cross to the sea side and to have breakfast. Breakfast was full, but not very tasty.

We spent three nights at Santa Marina, and overall, the hotel was good. There were issues with the electricity (went off several times), but nothing that couldn't be fixed. While the lobby and dining room are right by the beach, many rooms are on the other side of the main road in Agia Marina, with no sea view.

I stayed at this hotel for one week and paid 170 euros per night. It states that its a 4 star hotel. Its maximum a 3 star hotel. Whoever states otherwise hasent travelled in their life. Rooms are like 100 years old. Bathrooms are old and the waterpipes loud. In the room you cab here your neighbor talk, go to the toilet and whenever a neighbor door closes its like a bomb going of. Impossible to sleep. Mosquitoes in the room and i spent the night killing all of them because it’s impossible to sleep aince they keep biting you. So take into consideration to apend 2 hours every night killing mosquitoes. Pool was old and very few sunbeds. If you are not the first person to the pool you will have to amtry and get a bed at the beach. Beach area not so nice. Too many rocks before getting into the water. Breakfast was the worst experience ever. Very few varieties and tasteless and to so attractive at all. Restaurant had no aircondition so you start the dlday sweating or you can sit outaide and sweat in the sun. The dont have a lugageroom which is important since there are many people with a later flight than morning flights. If going to grecce if you dont book a 5 star hotel dont go there. And for the prices they are charging it’s definitely not worth going. They have such a low standard that it’s ridiculous. Around the hotel area there are shops and restaurants. All the shops prives are ridiculously high. Alomst a scam for what they are charging tourists.

La struttura non é un 4 stelle. Sono più strutture assemblate. Salone ristorante con sedie con cuscini sporchi e maleodoranti. Pochi ombrelloni in spiaggia e nelle due piscine. Animazione inesistente, in una settimana i bambini sono stati coinvolti nei giochi in piscina una sola volta e per breve tempo. Bella la zona nuova ma vecchio tutto il resto. Nel bagno la porta sbatteva contro il gabinetto. Lenzuola e teli mare forati e macchiati. La vista giardino era inquietante. La struttura é attraversata dalla strada principale e per raggiungere spiaggia e ristorante c'è un tunnel sporco da attraversare. Personale per nulla cordiale ad eccezione di pochi. Il mare non eccezionale. Cibo nella norma, buoni veramente solo i dolci. Forse un tre stelle. Inesistente il supporto di hotel.com ma le lamentele per questo saranno gestite in separata sede.

Myg og dårlig internet på værelset

Det var rent og pent på hotellet, personale venlig, men vi kunne ikke sove roligt pga myg om natten... derudover næsten ingen internet på værelset og den samme noget kedelig morgenmad. Vi har savnet pandekager eller spejleg som bliver lavet når vi kommer til morgenmad, maden har tit været lun eller for kold især ved luknings tid.

Sehr Strandnah und gemütlich

Insgesamt schönes Hotel. Ein Teil am Strand der andere durch einen Tunnel mit dem anderen Teil (Straße gegenüber) verbunden. Wir waren auf der Seite ohne Strand dafür hat es den Pool. Essen war gut und das Personal sehr nett. Was man sich sparen kann ist die hauseigene Masseurin, fast das gleiche Preis wie in Deutschland aber wesentlich schlechter!

Fantastisk udsigt fra restaurant, super strand, Super service, god morgenmad – med friskpresset appelsinjuice, flere flotte pools, gode aktiviteter for børn. Det eneste jeg kan sætte finger på er lidt få små værelser med lit for hårde senge.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä, erityisesti rantabaarissa.
Huoneet olivat siistit ja yleistilat hyvässä kunnossa.

Sur réservation

Ma réservation n'a pas été respectée sous l'excuse que l'hôtel avait sur réservé, c'était une première pour moi que l'on utilise ce argument. Pour compenser,on m'a transféré à un hôtel 20 kilomètres plus loin dans un tout-inclus sans respecter ma réservation chambre avec vue sur la mer contre une chambre vue sur la piscine.Même si on m'a offert le buffet gratuit pour compenser j'ai quand même dû payer pour un souper à la carte ainsi que le vin. À éviter à tout prix même si les employés ont été très gentils avec nous.

Bokningen på Santa Marina blev en enda stor besvikelse. Tolv timmar innan vi skall resa får jag ett samtal från hotellet om att hotellet är \"heavily over booked\". De ordnar boende på ett annat hotell, dock inte på stranden utan vid en trafikerad väg. Vet inte om det bara är deras fel eller om det är en kombination med hotels.com. Kommer inte boka på detta sätt igen.

Não gostamos. Péssimo!

O hotel promete muito mas não cumpriu nem uma parte das expectativas.
Falta de informações, falta de atenção aos hóspedes e principalmente falta de bom senso.
Tivemos problemas desde o quarto que não era nada parecido com a categoria que escolhemos, até as refeições, passando por qualquer tipo de problema que se queira imaginar.
Não ficaria nele novamente em nenhuma hipótese.

Mycket bra upplevelse. Det fanns alltid något att göra. Speciellt för barnen. Lekrummet hade olika aktiviteter varje dag. På kvällarna var det minidisko som var väldigt underhållande. Snacksbaren hade goda snacks och dryck.

Wir waren im August 2016 dort.Das Hotel ist sauber, Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit. Zimmerservice jeden Tag, hat man etwas zusätzlich gebraucht, hat man es auch sofort bekommen. Wir haben Glück gehabt und eine deutschsprachige Dame an der Rezeption \"erwischt\". So wie wir es verstanden haben, wenn man über Expedia bucht, bekommt man Safe im Zimmer, Wlan und die Liegen am Strand kostenlos. Das Hotel verfügt über eigenen Sandstrand, ein Traum. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Blick auf Pool (Nebengebäude) und waren sehr zufrieden. Man geht durch den Tunnel um in das Haupthaus zu gelangen oder zum Strand. Wir werden definitiv nochmal dahin gehen.

Hotellet var greit nok, mye kunne vært bedre. Wifi'en var dårlig, det var ikke lydisolerte rom som det står i beskrivelsen av hotellet (mye støy fra gang og andre rom), personal kunne ventet litt med å gå inn på rommet etter de hadde banket på døren, slik at vi kunne åpnet for dem, var litt ubehagelig noen ganger når de plutselig bare kom inn. Bildene av hotellet lyger litt, det ser bedre ut enn det er.

Creta bella,albergo molto confortevole e ben curato sulla spiaggia di Chania con un bel giardino ed altri servizi in un bel giardino sula mare,il personale tutto è sorridente,gentile e molto disponibile.I sevizi bar,ristorante etc sono molto completi e mantengono quanto promesso forse il cibo dovrebbe essere un pò più vario e meno tipico.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel.
Essen war gut und reichlich . Nicht alle Getränke ( Cocktails) sind im All inklusive Angebot enthalten, was wir jetzt aber nicht als schlimm empfunden haben.
Strand und Poolanlage waren schön und gepflegt. Die Busverbindung nach Chania ist gut. Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Teilweise etwas hellhörig.
Würden immer wieder in dieses Hotel wählen

Hotellissa hyvin ystävällinen palvelu. Kokonaisvaikutelma positiivinen. Ruoka ihan hyvätasoista ja maukasta. Sijainti erinomainen aivan rannalla, mutta toinen osa hotellia vilkasliikenteisen rantatien toisella puolella. Suosittelen ottamaan huoneen rantanäkymällä, tällöin myös liikenteen haitta vähäinen. Huoneet siistejä ja ihan hyvin varusteltuja, mutta sängyt erittäin kovat. Lopulta saimme neljänneksi yöksi lisäpatjan, joka auttoi. Lyhyt 20min bussimatka Haniaan.

Bra, tills de stal våra kläder och pengar...

Sov här en vecka. Typiskt \"all-inclusive\" charter hotell. Vi hade bara frukost. Kass wifi på rummet. Rummets AC var trasig och rummet luktade mögel när avfuktaren inte stod på konstant.

Överlag var vi dock väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse till näst sista dagen, då vi upptäckte att det saknades både pengar och kläder från vårt rum. Vi kontaktade personalen som skyddade sina egna när vi påstod att bara vi och städpersonalen varit på rummet. De ringde till ansvarig städerska, som självklart nekade. De viftade bort det och hotellägaren (som jag talade med per telefon) hotade med att dra upp mig i grekisk rättegång för falska anklagelser. Bedrövlig hantering av situationen överlag, vilket gjorde oss väldigt arga och ledsna.

Hoppas de kommer till sina sinnen och tar hand om situationen, mest för sin egen skull. Dessa saker tenderar att eskalera om ingen sätter ner foten.

spiaggia di sabbia, acqua bassa, campo da beach volley. a ridosso della spiaggia una zona di pini e platani che danno un angolo di fesco e ombra. bar sulla spiaggia e sulla piscina. due piscine, una piccola palestra. animazione presente ma discreta. cucina varia per ogni palato, personale gentilissimo. ottimo per famiglie ma non solo. servizio prenotazione gite vicine e in altre parti dell'isola. possibilità di muoversi con i bus pubblici.

Vietimme viikon rentoutuen lastenaltaan ääressä ja nautimme All-inclusive buffetista. Palvelu hotellissa oli ensiluokkaista ja ruuat eivät antaneet yhtään syytä lähteä tarkastelemaan ympäröiviä ravintoloita. Hotelli oli lapsiystävällinen ja antoi mahdollisuuden vanhemmille olla hetken huolehtimatta.

Fint hotell i nærheten av stranden

Greit hotell. Vi hadde rom med sjøutsikt, og det er mulig at disse rommene er pusset opp senere enn noen av bildene vi hadde sett på forhånd. Badet var slitt. Farger og møbler er utdatert. Renhet veldig bra, noe som veier opp for at rommet føltes litt gammelt ut. Veldig bra frokostbuffet. Blide og serviceorienterte resepsjonister. Anbefaler hotel transfer, som blir billigere enn å ta taxi. Hadde røykfritt rom, og det er da kjedelig å ikke kunne/orke å bruke balkongen fordi naboene røyker ute. Heller ikke ha døren åpen. Lytt til gangen, men ble ikke plaget av bilstøy fra veien.

Ok hotell, men mye trafikk støy.

Booket superior rom med frokost og fantastisk sjøutsikt, fikk familierom uten sjøutsikt men med all inclusive.
Et greit bytte, men all inclusive er ikke vår favoritt. Det skal sies at maten var meget bra.
Mye trafikk støy i fløyen vår ødela helhets inntrykket.

Ensimmäistä kertaa Kreetalla ja mieleenpainuvinta oli kohtelias ja erittäin ystävällinen palvelu kaikkialla.
Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla aivan rannassa, uimaranta oli erinomainen ja ulkoterassialue iso ja viihtyisä.
Ruoka oli maittavaa ja monipuolista.

struttura e posizione ottime per spiaggia/servizi

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto in una stanza vista piscina al 2° piano molto spaziosa unica pecca la mancanza di ascensore. Pulizia molto accurata, cambio lenzuola giornaliero. Cura particolare nella dotazione dei materassi (è possibile chiedere di cambiare tipo di materasso) e dei cuscini (uno più soffice e uno più duro). Colazione abbondante e varia anche se ripetitiva. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio interno compreso nel prezzo. Fermata dell'autobus difronte l'hotel. Ombrellone e lettini in spiaggia inclusi nel prezzo; purtroppo però non essendoci controlli vige la cattiva abitudine di occuparli preventivamente. Consigliato: SI

Flott hotell PÅ stranden

Vi reiste en voksen og et barn (13) år.
Kjempefint hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet helt nede på stranda.
God frokost (som var det eneste vi prøvde) ikke noe Michelin men helt innafor normalen. Resepsjonen Betjenes av hyggelige mennesker i all hovedsak som gjorde alt vi ønsket. Noen manglende engelskkunnskaper og det er ikke alle som er like serviceminded.
Hotellet er todelt. En del på stranda endel på den andre siden av en ganske trafikkert vei, men de bindes sammen med en egen undergang så det er ikke noe stort problem. På andre siden av veien ligger også svømmebassenget som ser større ut på bildene på nettet. Dette bassenget er dypt. Grunneste delen er ca to meter så det er ikke noe gunstig å leke i, kun bade. Med stranda så nært er dette ikke noe problem. Stille og rolig på nettene, men litt lytt ut mot gangen.
Rommene er helt ok, men temmelig harde senger, men spør du i resepsjonen kan de gi deg mykere madrasser.
Alt i alt et finfint hotell, ikke noe overdådig luksus men ligger PÅ stranden og den beste biten av stranda også.
Så, er du på jakt etter et hotell med kort avstand til strand, butikker og restauranter ikke ønsker å tilbringe ferien på hotellrommet kan det klart anbefales.
