Very nice place to stay. The beach is at the back of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was so elegant and plenty of choices. The pool cooled me down after playing on the hot beach waves. The hotel has restaurants with good foods. I didn’t need to go to town for restaurants.

Two night stay

This hotel is located very close to the beach. Eventhough this hotel has seen so many seasons past, it is still well kept. I enjoyed the morning breakfast that has great selection and the team were very accomodating. A shout out to the reception team especially to Kieh accomodating my check out extension request due to flight time changes. Will definitely redommend.

My son and I had a north facing room great view of the beach and the buildings that are lit up at night and you look Stright down to the beach and you can hear the waves breaking on the sand you are a 10 to 15 minute walk to all the sea food restaurants, the rooms with odd numbers are on the north side we had room 1013 it is worth a look next time i will have my wife with us. All up i would give it 8 out of 10

Awesome hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel is located right on the beach and a beautiful park. It is safe to walk along the beach early in the morning. The hotel service is excellent with cheerful staffs. Room is cleaned and the mail are wonderful. Breakfast has variety and good local and westerner food. Very happy and we’ll come back again!

Simply amazing

My second stay there, and I have nothing to put a finger on - Location, place, staff and everything is just great. My only complaint is that my bed seems to have wheels and was a but annoying when sitting with my laptop as it would move. My own fault as last time my roon didn't have this, so I could just have asked and I am sure they would have moved my roon.

This hotel is very old and not in great condition, You can easily hear every noise form the hall and surrounding rooms while in your room. The hotel also seems to serve as event hall. We had to walk through weddings to get too and from the pool. There was some business event on the 12th floor rooftop. We on the 10th floor were awoken at 7am by the conference blasting music. It seems that the hotel and its guests are a secondary business to the event business. I had stayed here several times before, but this will be the last time.

What a lovely hotel to stay at. I enjoyed it so much. Situated next to the sea was marvellous. The staff was very helpful. The room I was given was top notch and I could not asked for more. I will definately return again to this hotel. Thank you.

Good room on 10th floor, balcony, room overlooking beautiful, clean beach. Good to swim in and safe. Good pool. Lovely long board walk along beach, parks with kids fun park and rides. Beautiful neon lights at night.

Nice beachfront properties

Excellent stay at the properties. The room was nice with a little balcony facing the ocean. The one knock I had was the pool...it was a bit cloudy due to the high volume usage, or just from the fine sand dragged in from the beach. Didn’t look very appealing. Overall, nice hotel in Qui Nhon.

Great location.... dated facilities

The location is prime but the facilities are dated and old. Bathroom smell funky and the carpet is sticky. Also, the addition aka extra selection of breakfast is only available for 3+ stay. If you stay 3 night then you only have 1 coupon for the extra selection of break, 6 nights will give you 2.etc... this is the first time I see how they served breakfast this way. Overall, my stay is ok.

Best Hotel in Quy Nonh

I stayed in the new building and the room was better than I expected. It had a fantastic view overlooking the beach. I've rated this hotel based not on being the best hotel I've ever stayed but I've rated it on value for money and I feel that relative to the cost of the room this was a fantastic hotel.

Nice hotel, on the beach, great walking beach!

Working our way down the coast of Vietnam. The Seagull is in a great location on the beach, central to walking throughout town. Rooms are large and comfortable bed however, they have old carpets that need to be replaced in the rooms. We first got a room with two beds, phone didn’t work and wifi didn’t work well. The next day they moved us to a King bed room and phone/wifi worked. We were there for e days and enjoyed the town.

Nice hotel but the room smelt badly of damp.

The hotel was fine but the my room smelt very badly of damp. Upon arrival the doors to the balcony where wide open no doubt to try to get rid of the smell but as soon as the doors were closed the smell was awful.

Quy Nhon Short Stay

The Seagull hotel Quy Nhon is well worth a visit if you are travelling through Vietnam.It is very good value for a hotel of this quality. The resort is mainly frequented by Vietnamese and we got a lot of attention as there were few westerners visiting.

Breakfast buffet was nice, a good omelet and large variety of especially Vietnamese options. Beautiful view and proximity to the beach. Western dinner food was marginal. For room service after repeatedly trying to call \"room service\", \"restaurant\" and \"office\" all with no answer I then took the room service menu to the front desk which referred me to the restaurant which then took my order. I went back to my room to then receive my meal.

Quiet, and on the beach

All good but the pool was too cold to swim in. Not so many tourists here as opposed to Nha trang so that was great. Good place to try a motor scooter as not as busy but still a pretty good size town. Amazing beach with no one using it.

Pleasant hotel on the beach

A nice hotel with excellent staff right on the Quy Nhon beach. The location is perfect to explore this under-appreciated Vietnamese city, close to restaurants, a walkabot boardwalk, and a slightly longer walk over to Queen's Beach. In January, when I visited, I was surprised and pelased to see the beach was completely clean of litter--nice job on the paart of the city. The rooms are comfortable, and have lovely views. A nice-mid-range hotel all around.

Went to Qui Nohn to look around. I was stationed near there in 1967--68. Had a great tour of the area. The beach is beautiful. Fully enjoyed the experence

The hotel itself was in a great location, and the breakfast was delicious. However, I was severely disappointed by the service (or lack thereof) we received during our stay. Given this hotel was 2-3x the price of many other places I've stayed in Vietnam, I expected top notch service, but I've received a much friendly welcome and had a much pleasanter stay at some of the budget hotels I've stayed in. The staff here was cold and unsmiling. At times it felt like we were imposing on their day simply by ordering food. Extremely disappointing.

me and my partner stayed 5 days in this excellent hotel the hotel was right on the beach and only a short walk to the center of town we booked a three star room but on arrivel they informed us we had been upgraded to the 4 star main building the room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking the sea the breakfast had a very good selection of food would defiantly stay there again

A Fabulous place to stay and incredible value

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise during my travels in Vietnam, in fact around the world. The staff had better English skills than any other hotel I have stayed here and were always extremely helpful. If I asked anything they would try and assist and almost always did. The location was perfect, right on the beach so that you could here the waves crashing on the beach even from the 5th floor. Otherwise other noise which is so common in Vietnamese hotels was rare indeed. The outlook was great with the beach and the bay. At night the fishing boats were beautiful as there were hundreds if not thousands of them with there lights on.
Up on the 12th floor out in the open was a bar with spectacular views and good service at very reasonable prices, if not cheap. The only problem here was that the bar lady who served me spoke very limited English, having said that I got what I wanted and the service came with a big smile.
The breakfast included buffet was also a very good one with lots of choice and eggs cooked the way you wanted them.
I would highly recommend this hotel and thank all their staff for their excellent service and tremendous value for money.

Good hotel, few restaurants nearby

This is probably one of the better hotels in Quy Nhon, right on the beach and all the rooms have a sea view. We requested a room on a high floor in the new part of the hotel as we understood the old block was in need of renovation. We were on the 7th floor, the room was a good size and well appointed, bed was comfy and bathroom/shower were good. The pool, opening onto the beach, was partially under cover. Breakfast buffet was good but they moved it to a different room one morning and there wasn't as much selection. Staff were courteous and efficient. Other than the hotel restaurant there are very few places to eat within easy walking distance of this hotel.

Seagull is suitable for all

This hotel is quite nice, our rooms were in the old part of the hotel. If you are lucky enough to get the new rooms in the tower I think this stay would rate a lot higher. The old wing is nice and comfortable, with a verander blocking the sea view. We booked a superior room and it came with a qs bed and a single which suited us. The bathroom is very small with the shower over the toilet.............. Wet toilet paper does not go to well.

We would stay at this hotel again.

Amazing staff! Amazing hotel view and restaurant!!!! All was on point, I booked the wrong date and they fixed it and fixed me a romantic dinner date and were just awsome!!! The massage therapist were extremely good!! Highly recommend this to all

Nice view but old

The hotel is a bit old and deserves to be renovated. The receptionists are rude. The Hotel management should train the staff much better to deserve its 4 stars. Very limited hygiene, you need to cross the underground car park to go to the swimming pool ! The deck chairs at the pool are damaged and unusable. Breakfast was just OK. So many things are wrong! I strongly advise against it despite its location on the beach and its magnificent view. Lots of new hotels around which in my opinion are much better options.
