A beautiful gem in Phu Quoc! We stayed 5 nights over new years and could not have had a better holiday! The private beach is incredible - white soft sand, tons of beach loungers, hammocks and swings for lazy days in the sun. The infinity pool is wonderful and refreshing and overlooks the beach. Sunsets at this property are epic - some of the best we’ve seen in SE Asia! We loved swimming out to the floats everyday on the water and using the paddle boards. The rooms are very spacious and rustic style with a lovely outdoor shower and large/comfy balcony. The buffet breakfast at hotel is wonderful with a huge spread of food. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to throw us an enjoyable New Year’s Eve party. We were pleased to win one of the lucky draws for a couples massage at the hotel - it was SO relaxing and lovely!

The location is awesome. Lots of delicious food at the restaurants in the nearby town along with enjoyable massage places, we often went exploring via our scooter. Highly recommend checking out the bee farm - it’s so well run!

It would have been nice if there was a gym to use at the hotel. The a la carte menu is a bit limited for food and drinks, so we often ate local Vietnamese food nearby in the town.

Highly recommend this property - hoping to come back again soon with our family!

Quite a good bungalow, large, spacious. Of the minuses I will note the already quite outdated equipment and furniture. The jacuzzi is too old and does not heat the water, so there is no need to use it. The housing needs repairs, as there are many cracks where insects crawl. Overall, a good bungalow, the resort has a large stunning pool with a view of the sea.

Great Staff, Great Pool, Great Views.

Very nice place. Fantastic staff and the pool is wonderful. The rooms are really nice, chic and have some great touches like the bathtub on the deck. However the beds are very creeky and the walls are thin so it can be annoying at night if you're next to someone loud. The breakfast is a standard affair. The views from the restaurant and bar are fantastic. All in, we'd definitely stay again but would opt for a detached room if it's possible.

Amazing and beautiful hotel ! Def a place to relax

We had a great time !

Pros :
- Amazing and beautiful rooms !
- cute products/amnities in the rooms.
- Amazing pool and Beach area
- Morning yoga on the Beach was nice
- Pool service great ! They came with a snack now and then. Refreshing cool towels for face with a fresh citrus scent.
- Great cocktails provided by the bar and ofc viet coffee
- a lot of activities on Beach: kayaking, windsurf, padlebloarding, volleyball ect.

Cons:
- When we first arrived we were asked if we wanted to purchase the all inclusive package since it is not allowed to bring food or beverages into the hotel property. Which i think should have been clear in the booking process since it was a lot more in the budget than first planned.
- the cleaning/housekeeping in the rooms seemed confusing. Many different staff members go in an out of the room at different times also when you are “at home” to light insence (which was really nice) but also to ofc do the normal things like making the bed ect.
But they never took out trash/used glasses / plates ect unless we told Them when we were there.
One plate we even brought outside and it was there for 2 days.
- we were promised a fruit basket every Day in our all inclusive package. First Day we didnt get it even after 3 phonecalls. Second day they forgot again but the last day when our all inclusive actually was over they provided a basket for us.
- breakfast was okay .. for a 5 Star hotel i expected a little more.

This is a wonderfully isolated property to allow for some downtime during your trip to Vietnam. The Spa was wonderful - book the body scrub, it was absolutely our favorite part.

The food in the main dining area was delicious, but we thought the food at the bar wasn't anything special, but it has a great seaside view.

It is really a perfect place. Perfect. Except for one thing, which I guess we cannot blame the resort - the sea in phi quoc is becoming a sea of plastic. There's lots of plastic in the ocean, and that is very very sad. Phi Quoc is becoming very polluted.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a really lovely time.The resort is really, really beautiful and the staff are overall very helpful and attentive.
We had a couple of hiccups and misunderstandings - the check in staff said our VIP benefits included a small discount on food and drinks but at the end of our stay they only discounted food. The cleaners picked up our laundry bag that had laundry cleaned the day prior and charged it to our bill despite explaining to different staff. The massage therapists arrived 5 minutes late and shortened our massage by 10 minutes.
Despite the small nuances, we had a great time and would stay again. The buffet breakfast was amazing! The pool was incredible. Big plus was no single use plastic and the resorts efforts to have enviro friendly practices. Thanks again for the stay.

This small resort and spa is paradise on earth. The villas are located on a private beach amidst lush gardens, beautifully designed and furnished. The breakfast buffet, which is included, is amazing! The spa is excellent too and I enjoyed free yoga lessons.

Fantastic overlooking beach. Water was lovely and warm and quite clean. Sandy beach. Water craft (paddle boards, kayaks, wind surfers) available at no extra charge. Plenty of shade through trees and umbrellas. Only recommendation is to have fly screen doors on villas, as we prefer to sleep with fresh air rather than a/c, which also blocks the sound of the waves on the beach.

Amazing stay, staff were amazing and very accommodating for our needs and dietary requirements (gluten free). Parts of the hotel needed some work and maintenance and if they did this it would be even more beautiful.
The beach front villa was definitely worth it and the views were incredible. Would highly recommend.
The bar and restaurant serve great food and drinks, making the most of happy hour! There was also a small beach cafe next door called Bamboo which we used for a cheaper lunch and drinks.
The activities available Were ace and we tried everything! The free beach massage was great too, we had one every day of our stay.
Overall despite a couple of maintenance issues the hotel stay was fantastic and a great way to celebrate a birthday!!

Amazing resort with great beach and we got upgraded to the swimming pool villa which was a great bonus.. it was massive and having your own private pool was great. They do have sport facilities like snorkeling and paddle boating and balls to play volleyball which was good fun. The food is a little expensive on the resort but we had no complaint over quality. We stayed for 3 night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Awesome resort and heaps of options outside!

These rooms, no matter what you book have a sea/beach view. My husband and I love the architecture of the Seaview rooms, outdoor shower (body soaps, shampoo fantastic) and service quick, bed is large and comfortable. The resort is beautiful & not too big, and breakfast is fabulous. We have stayed in larger villas in Dubai which are newer but this place is well designed and unique!

As soon as you walk out the resort you have local taverns and two motor cycle rental places (10 mins walk). A few streets away you have many local restaurants (need cab or 25 mins walk). I would come back here when returning to Phu Quoc as the Bee farm and Peppercorn farms are not too far either! Cab price from airport is VND300,000 (AUD 17)

Only downside was the cost of the meals and drinks in the resort they were extortion prices, but as mentioned you have options outside the hotel which many guest didn’t realise!

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world and the service at Chen was among the best. As an example, if you want to sit in a lounge chair, a staff member will run over and put a towel down for you and open and adjust the umbrella to your desired location. Spa services were well done and reasonably priced for a resort. The chefs maintain an extensive and delicious menu at the restaurant.

We sadly only stayed at the Chen Sea Resort for two nights, I'd have happily made it two months.
Myself and my wife were in Phu Quoc for 4 nights in total, just looking a beach, some sun and to over indulge on Vietnamese cuisine. We were spoilt.

We had a beachfront apartment, a small grassy area infront with a couple of hammocks and the beach right there 15 meters from your back door. The room itself is spacious, beautiful, simple and tastefully decorated, with closet space to keep everything out of the way to keep it clear and clean.

The staff are very attentive, you've not got a chance of trying to put a parasol up or move a deck chair before someone runs over to takeover. The options of having some basic watersports right on your doorstep anytime is great to go paddleboarding, wind surfing, snorkelling, kayaking etc.

As you are pretty remotely located you are reliant a little on the hotel restaurant, but that did not disappoint. Obviously nowhere near as cheap if you have the option of going into to town, but the quality is excellent, practically every dish we tried was just delicious. Breakfast also has great range of options for you to try.

Totally recommend the place, missing it already, can't wait to go back.

Really Fabulous Sea Front Resort

This resort has a nice central infinity pool and beautiful bungalows. I would recommend spending a little more for a sea front bungalow as the view is breathtaking. A secluded resort in a still unspoiled island

My family and I just spent 3 fantastic days at the Chen Sea Resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. It was one of the most enjoyable breakaway holidays that we have ever had. We stayed at a 2-bedroom pool villa. It was the first time that we ever stayed at a pool villa - which I was quite apprehensive beforehand. However, we ended up using the pool all the time - it was so convenient and private and we enjoyed it so much.

We also spent time in the main, infinity pool. The service there was great at the staff would bring us iced water bottles, cold towels, and even fruit sticks during the day. It was the most wonderfully relaxed way to spend the time.

At sunset, we spent time at the bar (with buy-1-get-1 free - :-)) and watched the magnificent scenery went by. It was absolutely amazing to be able to enjoy such a wonderful creation. Life took the slow lane for that little while and it was simply amazing.

Food was above average but a bit on the pricy side for Vietnam standard. However, I guess you do have to pay for the excellent surroundings as well as the most friendly service. Breakfast had a good variety without being overwhelming and they did offer different items from day to day - which was nice.

The best thing about the hotel was the extremely good staff ratio between staff and guests which meant that you get a very attentive service. Staff members were efficient and friendly and they were always eager to help with a smile - which made the overall experience so enjoyable.

This hotel is a tourist trap

The pictures of this hotel are quite misleading. I stayed several days and I was completely unable to go to the beach. I was really puzzled since the waves were not higher than 20cm. The manager told me their entire beach is all around very strong rip currents at about 10m to 20m. There is also some very uneven depth just around the beach. Anything strong than a blowing a candle for a birthday will be very dangerous. The manager said this was fully disclaimed in their website but I could not find this information anywhere! He said this is typical for Phu Quoc, but my friends who came at same time for a seminar (and staying in other hotels) were having no problem to access the beach. I was informed that quite a lot of people need to be rescued. If I had this information, I would never stay in this hotel. This was certainly the worst beach vacation I had in my entire life. If you like beach, have all this information in mind.

Perfect end to our honeymoon

This hotel is a stunning and relaxing place to experience the hospitality of Vietnam. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, albeit they didn't speak English as well as other parts of Vietnam that we visited but that is a compliment to the other locations rather than a negative. The hotel was tranquil, views stunning and food and drink excellent. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you were planning on exploring Phu Quoc however that was not why we picked it, we chose it for 5 days of luxury relaxing at the end of our honeymoon and thats what we got. The Jacuzzi Bungalow we picked was perfect and exceeded our expectations, it was huge and we didn't need to leave the room if we didn't want to as it had everything we needed! Awesome place to stay.

Relaxing and low key

This resort has the barefoot elegance feel. It blends nicely into it's surroundings. It is situated on a quieter beach away from the main beach. But that's only a 15 min taxi ride away and easily accessible. Close by are a couple of nice restaurants and resorts so it's not too isolated. The hotel keep the grounds immaculate and the rooms are really comfortable. The restaurant is in a lovely setting, breakfasts are good, but the menu is a bit boring for lunch and dinner.

This is a lovely hotel and spa right on its own private beach, not too far from Duong Dong. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and very comfortable.

The facilities at the hotel were excellent and the staff were first class. They really couldn't do enough for you. The food was also really good, both the breakfast and dinner.

As we were on honeymoon, we opted to have a romantic evening meal on the beach with a special menu not available in the restaurant and also a couples treatment package at the spa. They were both quite expensive and worth the money for a special occasion.

We were sad to leave at the end of our stay but would return in the future.

Chill out and relax.

Following a hectic 10 days travelling from Hanoi and Siem Reap, we pushed the boat out and spent some great time relaxing at this wonderful resort. It was expensive, but well worth it. Everything about this place is there to give you time to unwind. The massages, the service, the views from our beach house, everything . Except the food and drink . Although the various themed buffet's were tasty and plentiful, it was expensive, not just by Vietnam standards but I think UK ones too.

- blackout on our last night probably due to the heavy rain. couldn't call the reception either because there was no connection. called the only number we had of the hotel but no one picked up.
- a bit too far and out of the way from town, would have been good if they provide shuttle services into town

Heaven on Earth!

In spite of visiting during the rainy season and experiencing the not unexpected wind and torrential rain, we had some sunny days as well and whatever the weather, this is a lovely, relaxing place where nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff to make your stay memorable. The food in the restaurant was wonderful with a plentiful, fresh and quality supply of food at breakfast. We ate in the restaurant in the evenings and were never disappointed though the food was more pricey than we had paid anywhere else in Vietnam. We had a beach front apartment and it was definitely worth paying slightly more for this. Tho pool was very clean and a good size and the attendants always on hand to give out frwsh towels and adjust umbrellas. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a good time. Staff is very friendly and do their best to help w everything. Location is misleading-on gmap it shows the place close to the airport but that is still the old airport. The new ap is actually 45 min by taxi. It takes time and money to get to the center, night market etc. But the hotel itself is fabulous.
Upon arrival first question is when are you leaving-that is their procedure to confirm return flt details, still kind of awkward..

Everything was just wonderful, the staff are very friendly and will organise a taxi for you to have a day trip around the island as it is away from the main centre. The day spa was fab, had a hot stone massage, plus foot reflexology. Also did a cooking class there and enjoyed this very much. I had booked a sea view villa, rooms are clean and spacious with a wonderful out door bath on your balcony. The meals at the resturant are all very nice, with a wide selection. If you want a place to just relax, and find peace within you, this is the place to go. Would go back there in a heart beat.

Paradise!

Chen Sea is a little find. We stayed for 3 nights over our first wedding anniversary and found the resort to be exactly what we were looking for in terms of rest and relaxation. It did feel like a lot of thought had been put into the resort and the staff we're lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We did splash out and have some of the treatments too, body scrub, massage and head mask. Lovely! Would be good to bare in mind this is a dedicated resort so it can seem expensive in relation to mainland Vietnam, however for a similar experience in the UK you would easily pay double for food and drink. Highlights were the sunsets at happy hour and the buffet breakfast!

Our honeymoon

We stayed 4 nights on our honeymoon in a beach side room. Everything was wonderful- room, food, staff. Only thing is dont use the day spa service it's no good we paid 80 US dollars and it was terrible! Save ur money on that otherwise everything else was great

Resort Get-Away

Phenomenal Resort location that includes a lot of perks. At first it was more than we wanted to spend but the nightly cost comes with a gourmet breakfast buffet, includes catamaran and kayaking free to guests. Happy hour on the beach at sunset is about the price of one beer on the town back home. Dinner and massages at the resort were very affordable too. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were amazing!

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting

A really lovely resort - peaceful and calm. The beachside villas are just incredible - being able to wake up in the morning and walk a few steps the sea was just amazing. The staff were all super friendly (although perhaps a little over-attentive at dinner time) and the facilities (spa, sea kayak, pool) were all great. Lovely little touches like the happy hour watching the sunset and the drinks reception held by management. The restaurants on the far end of the beach are also worth a look - we were a little addicted to the fabulous wood grilled prawns and calamari! The rooms were large and comfortable - and well furnished - the bathrooms in particular. yes, it's a little far from the town, but after a couple of weeks of exploring Vietnam, this was fine for us, one night at the night market is sufficient when you an spend the rest of the week dining and drinking on your own private beach - all in all a fabulous stay!

A beautiful weekend paradise

Chen Sea is a beautiful private resort. We chose Chen Sea as we wanted to be away from the main areas of Phu Quok as we only had the 2nights. The Spa Villa was amazing, even though I booked it & had some idea I was still taken back by how spacious, private & beautiful the room was. I absolutely loved the finer details of the body wash, shampoos & lotion- they were devine to use. We plan to return to Chen Sea, we enjoyed everything from our room, restaurant, spa treatments & the gorgeous sunset views whilst relaxing back with cocktails on the bean bags on the beach. We will recommend to all our friends, especially if relaxation is what you are wanting. Thank you to all at Chen Sea

Paradise

We have been to many resorts in Asia, but this resort tops our list. Beautiful beach villas, enough privacy both at the pool and the beach, beautiful nature, fantastic food and super attentive staff. It never happened to us that we don't leave the resort in 5 days, but leaving this one just seemed unnecessary due to the fantastic amount of comfort on offer.

Great place to get away from it all

I love this hotel. If you're looking to be right in the middle of town, this is not for you as the hotel is in a more remote area of the island. For me, the remote location allows for a much more relaxed environment while still being only a short taxi (motorbike) ride to town. The hotel grounds are exceptional, the rooms are all uniquely designed and well appointed and all have gorgeous views of the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on two different nights and the food was delicious. This was my second time to this hotel and I am already planning a return trip with family in November. Chen Sea will be my go to hotel whenever I am in Phu Quoc.

tranquil and picturesque get away

My family had a wonderful time, and would go back anytime. Your staffs were all friendly and helpful.The rooms were spacious , clean and beautifully decorated. The children enjoyed using the blue clear water swimming pool so much that they did not want to go anywhere and we were tired of looking after them at the pool- I would rather lie on your white beach sand under the coconut trees relaxing with a novel surrounded by echoes of gentle waves sound .we stayed at the ocean view room and the back of the room deck is only about 15 meters from the waves was magical. Especially at night- looking at the stars and the moon's reflection off the ocean surface while relaxing in the bath tub. Breakfast buffet food was plentiful and delicious.

Paradise Found

Chen Sea is a paradise! The island is under developed thankfully, but a building boom is about to make it Miami Beach. Go now before it happens! The setting perfect, and the food very good. It is a bit far from \"downtown,\" but worth the 8.00 cab ride to get there. The town has a \"night market\", which is open evenings with stalls and open air cafes with fresh seafood in tanks that you pick out for them to prepare at very reasonable prices. Service is very spare in style, but quick and the seafood is delicious.
You can also hire a private cab driver for 4 to 8 hours to take to you to different parts of the island, which has many beaches, some pure green pools with no surf, that make you feel like you are on a deserted island.
As for the resort itself, it could not be more beautiful as far as setting, with bungalows that are filled with amenities, A C, and literally steps from the sand. There is also good security, which seems unnecessary, as Vietnam is so safe to travel in. We left our Bungalow doors opens all day with no issue.
The staff was always trying to assist in everyway, and as soon as you got to the incredible infinity pool, there was a towel and a chair waiting for you. As an American, the only fault that I can find with Chen Sea Resort is that although the staff was so accommodating, there are not enough staff who speak good English, so sometimes a request could be misunderstood. However, Chen Sea is one of the best resorts you will find

Hidden Gem - Perfect romantic escape!

Chen sea was the perfect place for 4 nights of our honeymoon. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, always happy for help with anything we needed. The whole resort was kept beautiful clean, with gardens constantly perfecting the gardens, and a pool boy always on hand with fresh towels. The bar provided a great selection of cocktails, beers and wines. The retaurant is a mix of Vietnamese dishes with a Mediterranean twist (however it would have been nice to have more locals favours on the menu). The resort is 15 mins by car/bike from the main town Duong Dong, down a red dust track road, the hotel's will call a taxi's for you. We rented a motorcycle just outside the resort which was very cheap, and is definitely the best way to explore the island if your confident on a bike, and essential if you want to eat outside the resort in the evening. The resorts private beach has well kept white sands and beautiful clean water.

This is one of, if not the nicest beach resort I have stayed at, we were right on the beach and the view was amazing. The room service is pricey for a hotel in Vietnam but the service is good and the staff friendly.

A lovely resort

We stayed in a beachfront villa for 3nights and absolutely loved it. The lounges both beach and poolside were well attended and the geouds immaculately maintained. The room took a little while to cool down in the evenings so we would often put the aircon on before dinner so that by the time we went to bed it was easier to sleep!
The restauarant's seafood was delightfully fresh and the meals in general quite tasty (we opted for mostly Vietnamese dishes).
The spa was quite nice although the staff aren't very fluent in english so check with the spa manager (who can speak English) that any requests have been understood (like if you are after a hard versus soft massage!). I also suggested they should include a scrub in their pedicure service.
The resort staff are all extremely courteous and helpful, the airport transfer is fantastic value and I would recommend it very much.
All in all a very lovely resort!

Peace in the sun!

Hotel staff was exceptional... great views of the sunset... no traffic noise... starlit nights...good food...nice room. Phu Quoc is developing their city with new roads and infrastructure - not easy to get around... no need however, as hotel had it all! Took a boat trip to Turtle Island to snorkel - saw a variety of coral and some fish. Spa is clean and pleasant. Only thing to look out for is a sunburn...bring your lotion!

Would recommend without hesitation

A great place. If I were to be picky the only thing that could do with a refresh would be the furniture round the pool villas - all seemed to be tired as opposed to \"rustic\". That is a small niggle though and otherwise we couldn't fault it. The setting is beautiful and the choice of a private beach with sailing boats, kayaks, volleyball and other equipment for free use, or the gorgeous infitiy pool can leave one feeling spoilt. The nighttime turndown service is also a great little touch, and the stories that are left on yoru bed to read are great (even with their interesting quirks of translation). The beds are also amazingly comfortable and the pool villa rooms (especially when lit at night) are beautiful.

The biggest selling point is the staff though. They were all amazing and so keen to help, always with a smile too. Even the Manager, although we did not speak to him ourselves, was around and visible, making himself available should you wish to discuss something.

We stayed for five nights and came away relaxed, refreshed and rejuvinated - couldn't really ask for anything more!

A remote resort

People there is very nice and helpful. When I encountered some pbm to the swimming pool of pool villa and the food, the staff and manager are helpful enough to meet my requirnments. They are well-trained and provide good service. But you may find the size of swimming pool is a bit small. Surely not big enough for swimming. But if you just want to gather a family and have a mini-pool side gathering, it's ok. The resort is quite remote. Way out is very pumpy. So, you may want to have meals in the resort. But don't have too much expectation. Probably it's too remote. Seafood and salad is not flesh enough. Taste is a bit too salty. For the buffet breakfast, the fruit and salad are not well covered. You can see quite a lot flies and insects flew out from the dishes when you touch them by the spoon. Ursh... it's quite horrible.

Great place to get away

Beautiful property, wonderful room, everything feels exclusive and relaxing. Buffet is great, prices at the resort are more expensive than anywhere else on the island but still reasonable. The only real bad point is there is nothing to do around the hotel, you have to take a taxi to do anything.

Great hotel, food could be a lot better, hard beds

We had a great stay. Probably one of the best hotels on the island - go now before the international airport opens and the big resorts appear. Fantastic location, nice small property, pretty gardens, never felt busy (despite being pretty much full).

Go for one of the beachfront villas if you want unadulterated beach access (there's another row of villas behind but they don't have sea views. Then the jacuzzi villas and pool villas are behind again, as you go up the hill). The villa was spacious and nicely decorated. We liked: spaciousness, big bathroom with outdoor shower (but secluded for privacy), bath on terrace looking out to beach, nightly turndown service with chocolates on bed. We didn't like: vey hard bed (worst sleep of our entire trip was here), uncontrollable water temperature in shower, loud aircon (which the maid kept turning off, and wasn't hugely effective anyway).

We didn't leave the resort once because we just needed to relax after a busy tour of the country - just lazed by the pool. We also ate bfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel daily and the restaurant was a major disappointment; nice location looking over the resort and out to sea; generally good service; but the food quality was very average and not great if, like me, you don't eat seafood. Even breakfast was poor, not helped by dry tasteless breads.

Notes: sea gets choppy in Jul/Aug so no beach swimming. Hotel provides free airport transfers if you tell them your arrival flight details in advance.

Pristine and clean, tranquil enviro great for all.

Amazing hotel. Nothing is too much for the staff, you can ask and they will help with anything. Huong, the lady that gave me my spa treatments was simply the best, very good english speaker, we had a very lovely chat and she honestly gave me the best manicure and pedicure I've ever had!

Very clean and well kept resort - restaurant is a little pricey but food is really great!

most enchanting hotel in Phu Quoc

We LOVED this hotel. We had the jacuzzi villa and could of just stayed and lived in the room forever. They are huge and so nice. We stayed in both Chen Sea and La Veranda while in Phu Quoc. While the service was slightly better at La Veranda we preferred Chen Sea. It is not as close to town as the other hotels but who cares....it is much more beautiful and we didnt really need to go in town for any reason. The whole resort is VERY nicely done it was by far our favorite hotel the whole time we were in Vietnam. STAY HERE!

Great hotel - will stay again!

The room (pool villa) was great and was a very unique offering - we had our own swimming pool and yard. The service was great; everyone was so friendly. Location a bit remote but that is what we wanted. Downtown was easily accessible by rented motorbike (fun). Only downside was the extra fees they tacked on to activities. Renting a motorbike through the hotel cost double the price over renting one on our own from the same company. Same with snorkeling excursions, squid fishing, etc. Book these on your own and do not ask them to arrange the trips.

definitely where i'll stay when i go back

there is only one other resort on the island that compares to Chenla. They offer plenty to do, activities, cooking classes, water sports, great spa. The place is beautiful and tough to leave. I also recommend renting a scooter, which they'll arrange for and have delivered, to explore some of the island and drive into town. This place is great and we didn't have one complaint.

A perfect luxury getaway!
Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Our room was stylish, chic, and incredibly comfortable. Relaxing on the terrace sofa while watching the sunset was a highlight—truly exceptional. We loved the private beach with its crystal-clear water and the stunning infinity pool.
The dining experience was superb: the breakfast was outstanding and delicious, and dinner had a fantastic atmosphere. My wife highly recommends the hot stone spa! A huge plus was that they let us use the facilities even after check-out, so we could enjoy every second until our evening flight. A true hidden gem for a luxurious stay.
