This resort is magnificent! The sunsets are dreamy! The staff is so lovely, especially Lucy and An whom made our stay extra special. Breakfast is so yummy and our ocean view room with a view is gorgeous and tranquil. The grounds are meticulous and gorgeously tropical. We absolutely loved our stay!

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, very peaceful. The restaurant is famous for watching sunset. Food in their restaurants are very good. The customer service Lucy is very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoy the stay there. However please be aware that the resort is at the north side of the island and you need Grab to go to the city centre and other tourist areas. Last the hotel provides airport return shuttle which is helpful.

Me and my partner are guests of the hotel. After recently becoming engaged earlier on this trip, we booked the Camia restaurant on the evening of 11th November to celebrate our engagement and ordered the lobster with squid ink spaghetti to share and a chocolate brownie each. We also had lunch (club sandwich) that day from the restaurant and did not eat off site.

Following this meal we both had diarrhea and vomiting which has lasted for 3 days. Upon raising our concerns to management, we were told other hotel guests ordered the same food that evening and there had been no issues or other issues generally.

After looking at Google reviews, 2 other independent reviews noting vomitting from food served (crab and shrimp) that night are present, clearly showing there is a contamination issue in the kitchen that evening. Management have therefore lied to our faces and are accepting no responsibility or providing any form of compensation, noting that we have had to cancel day trips which we have lost money on and more importantly, lost time celebrating our engagement by being primarily confined to our room.

Whilst the staff on site have been great to cater for our wellbeing where possible, senior management clearly do not want to accept responsibility for this incident and is frankly an appalling attitude to have for an expensive resort (and restaurant) in the area.

Avoid this restaurant and resort at all costs!

Beautiful surroundings, excellent staff and great facilities. The resort also allows you to hire scooters and bikes to get around, which is useful, as Ong Lang is a small village and you might want to go further afield.

Stayed here for five nights and it was generally a wonderful stay.
Room was spacious and as advertised. Housekeeping did a fairly good job although the floor could be cleaned better but small issue.
Breakfast was good, there’s always a noodle station that changes daily.
There are two pools, one closer to the reception and the other that overlooks the sea. Beach is very small. Camia Restaurant is popular for sunset dining. And there’s a spa that overlooks the sea.
Service is well provided for.

This has been the loveliest stay, we have enjoyed every minute of it. All the staff have been amazing, from the reception, gardeners and all the waiters and waitresses. We had a fantastic room on the sea front and sat on our balcony every night listening to the sea after having a meal in the wonderful sea front restaurant. Some special mentions need to go to Hai Harry, the manager of the restaurant, he has made our stay very special and some of his staff as well Hue, Thinh, Ngan. Also a big thanks to Hue who looked after us so well at breakfast and reception. We cannot recommend this resort highly enough, Had the best time thank you everyone 😀

We had no hot water for 3 days. The food at the restaurant was not good and really overpriced for Vietnam. The mixed drinks were watered down. The hotel is very isolated. You need motorbike to get around. It’s okay for 2 days. Not more.

This resort is wonderful - infinity pool right at the ocean and a great buffet breakfast. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is divided between the sink area (with AC) and the shower/tub/toilet (no AC, a real outdoorsy-feel). Staff was super kind and gracious. The resort is not on a sandy beach but hearing the crashing waves is great! It is a bit remote - without a car you need to walk (or use their free bikes) for a half mile to the nearest restaurant (and much of this is up- and down-hill). We enjoyed our time and would return.

Beautiful place, stunning hotel, amazing service, very friendly and attentive staff!

Hotel is situated in a beautiful location, right by the beach. Even though the pick up from the airport should be booked 48h before we booked ours 3h before landing and we were picked up - fantastic! Hotel pays for your bike rentals and you pay back at the end. Walkable distance from bars and restaurants. Clean and safe.

It was a stunning week, thank you to everyone who made our stay special!

Overall, great trip. Breakfast was done well and even had personal service if they had something in the kitchen that wasn't available on the buffet. For me, it was bacon a couple times and maple syrup for the waffles. Good egg station. Pool was fantastic by the water. Oceanfront villa/bungalow was nice comfortable and spacious. No complaints except the pictures of a sandy beach aren't really a beach at all. Don't expect to swim close by either as we couldn't find a public beach nearby. Great resort to hang by the oceanfront salt water pool and a few good restaurants are close by. 4.5/5

Our Christmas stay at Camia was the highlight of our trip around Vietnam. An absolute jewel of a resort, how it is only rated 3.5 star I’ll never know - I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels not as nice as this.
The Christmas Eve party and food was incredible. All the staff were very friendly and did their upmost to ensure we enjoyed our stay to the maximum.
The 2 bed sea view villa was perfect, huge rooms with the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in. The gardens are so colourful and beautiful.
The food selection at breakfast was endless. We ate in the restaurant several times, the view at the beach restaurant is to die for.
We’ll be back one day, I’m 100% certain of that.

Loved the Camia. Is in a quiet area of Phu Quoc away from the main areas of the island. Had a beachfront sea view room that was very spacious, outdoor shower and plenty of storage space.
Could hear the water at night which we found very peaceful and loved waking up to the sun across the ocean in front of our room.
Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options in a lovely open air restaurant overlooking the pool and a beautiful view of the ocean
Staff went out of their way to assist including booking a private driver at a reasonable rate and have Cable Car tickets available at reception.
Both pools are great with the ocean infinity pool a nice place to relax and watch the world go by.
The only thing, very minor is that is a long walk to get out of the resort and there is no shuttle at all. The local area is not well lit and you may get to meet the local cows whilst out at night. Quite harmless and part of the local area.
Loved the Camia and would stay again if in Phu Quoc.

Excellent customer service and they made a lot of effort to make sure our stay was comfortable. When we arrived, we were being served with Free Vietnamese tea when checking in, I love that they know we are tired after a long flight and the tea was just right to cure our thirst. We were guided wRmly by their staff to our room and our room was romantically decorated as they knew it was our anniversary :) appreciate that!
Breakfast was nicely served with varieties of food and I miss the coffee!
If you use coming, please choose a non rainy season, we did not enjoy enough beach session due to the weather :(
Other than that, our stay in the resort was awesome!

We stayed at the Ocean View chalet, facing the beach. Unfortunately, it was the monsoon season so the rain was continuous and the beach was out of bounds due to the rough sea. So avoid going during this season!
The chalet was very comfortable and clean and well equipped. Thankful for the international electric plug points! Despite the weather the wi-fi was good and the TV channels varied. There was a good variety at the breakfast buffet. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Local cabs can be called and booked for a day out in town.

By the way infinity pool infront of the beach is wonderful! Only disappointed the beach-front restaurant is not open during this raining season.

Loved the Deluxe Seaview Room. Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast adequate though need to keep dishes warmer. Construction going on at beach side for a new infinity pool. Resort built on slope so good exercise. Not many food options around and roads outside resort get muddy after rain. Biggest gripe would be minibar was not cold so after a hot day coming back to the room could not enjoy a cold drink. Location isolated so come with the expectations to be away from the hustle and bustle. They do provide shuttle to night market etc for a fee. Highly recommend for a private quiet holiday to kick back and just relax.

Blown away by the service at camia. Nancy is the supervisor and really knows her stuff. Pro tip: do NOT turn off your mosquito lamp at night. That’s the one with the holes in it and the incense. This is imperative to your not being eaten alive by mosquitoes. I learned this the hard way. The location is pristine and the views are gorgeous. The pricing is affordable as well relative to hotels in the states. I would advise going in the less muggy months. The area seems sketchy but I assure you the hotel is legit. The food is great and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

A lovely, newer resort with not too many rooms. Very friendly staff who are attentive. We enjoyed the ocean front dining and Jeff's live music. Small sandy beach with some rocks but water shoes are provided and many guests didn't use them. Good breakfast selection. Free transport to a local beach but we liked the Camia's better. The property has lots of steps.

Best Choice in This Price Range

I usually only stay in 5-star hotels, but after reading lot of good reviews, I chose to stay in this new 4-star resort for 3 nights. I have to write this review in a fair way for a 4-star hotel instead of 5.

The best thing I love about this resort is there are less than 40 rooms in this resort, and most of them are villas. It's never crowded and noisy in the resort. There are always enough sun-benches in both the beach and pool.

We stayed in a Beach Front Villa. It is spacious with very good Indochine decoration. But the mattress is a bit too soft with not much lumbar support. But it is not so bad that would bring you back or neck pain in the morning. The bathroom including the toilet bowl is outdoor. I love the feeling of having a shower outdoor, but I personally would still prefer to have the toilet bowl indoor. It's too hot outdoor in Phu Quoc.

We ate in both the beach bar and the main restaurant. The food is not outstanding, but the price is still reasonable. If you want to have a good breakfast, make sure you go earlier. They do not tend to refill the food much. We went there usually at 9:30 am (the breakfast finishes at 10 am). Most of the hot trays were empty every morning. Luckily they serve Pho and egg by order.

I won't say this is my best resort experience, but this is really one of the best choices in Phu Quoc in this price range. If you like to have a more exclusive and quiet holiday. It could be better than those big and busy 5-star resorts.

Amazing Resort

Stayed in Camia for 6 days with my partner & it was definitely the highlight stay of my trip to Vietnam.
The beach is small, but once you go past the shore deep in enough there's is ample space to swim. And if your adventurous, take the Kayak 1 km up north of the coast & you'll visit one of the best beaches in the whole Island. Plenty of Mountain bikes to use to go exploring & you can even get the scooter if you're able to ride. Breakfast buffet was exceptional & the Hotel's pool facilities was great. And the staff are lovely & always willing to help.
Room was clean & new but above all you're treated to the a stunning sunset every day! Will come back if I ever visit Phu Qouc again.

Our initial stay was 7 nights and we extended for a further 3 nights as we enjoyed the resort and location so much. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the resort is clean and spacious with a feeling of serenity. The pool area is ideal for relaxing and there is plenty sitting and relaxing area. The sea side area is clean and very close ....there is good safe swimming. The breakfast is extensive and a mix of European and Vietnamese food. The resort has great gardens giving it a very fresh and open feel. The resort is within 5 to 10 minutes walk of small traders and good restaurants where alternative evening meals can be enjoyed.

Spa Hotel without a spa

It's a new resorts with some quirks. The most obvious one is that there is no spa yet. And the hotel didn't accommodate the shortfall at all.
The location is ok, the beach front easily accessible, and a lovely sunset. The food is basic, and doesn't live up to standards yet.
But the staff is very nice, and makes efforts to satisfy the guests, but many things are probably out of their control at this stage. For instance the shower continued to fail, without hot water. The hammock rings were installed, but there were no hammocks to hang actually, or the ones they had were too short.
The breakfast is good, but the quality could be better, more variety on fruits, proper table service, etc.
And obviously the english knowledge of the staff is basic at this stage.
All things could easily be fixed, so hopefully they improve over time, and capitalise on the beautiful location and the secluded access to the sea.

冰箱不夠冷，早餐沙拉裡面有頭髮，半夜電視櫃會嘰嘰叫每五分鐘叫一次，發出怪聲、吵得無法睡覺，房內硬體有些老舊，海濱與花園泳池都很壯觀景色迷人很好可以達到放鬆效果，雖然最後有幫忙換房間，還貼心送上一個小時spa 還送我們到下一家飯店，除了以上一些不好的經驗可以讓飯店繼續努力改善、不然服務人員基本上都是親切貼心的。缺失部分都有影片不發上來是因為
有換房間給延遲退房給按摩那就還算有誠意囉

Vi bodde 12 dager på Camia Resort & spa. Dette er et tropisk eventyr paradis. Fantastiske omgivelser og eksepsjonell service. Bildene klarer ikke å gjengi hvor utrolig flott dette stedet er.
De ansatte på resorten fortjener ekstra skryt for sin imøtekommenhet og ønske om å gi oss gjester det beste oppholdet!

The hotel pictures do not give enough credit to this resort! Absolutely wonderful place with a small beach and two pools. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone!

The only downside would be that the food at the restaurant was quite basic, except the pizza that was terrific (however very expensive for Vietnam). They also weren’t flexible/accommodating with the airport transfer and we had to go 3,5hours before our flight which really didn’t make any sense for a nice place such as this..

Vacker resort vid stranden

Superfin resort med bra service och fräscha hotellrum med balkong. Frukosten hade inte det bästa utbudet om man tycker om typisk svensk frukostmat. Maten på restaurangen var ok men det finns bättre ställen utanför resorten som man kan äta på! 2 stora pooler och jättehärligt att bada i vattnet på stranden. Solnedgångarna var otroliga :)

Très bon hôtel avec de bonnes installations. Le personnel était charmant mais le service est comme partout au Vietnam vraiment à améliorer. Les réservations au restaurant ne sont pas honorées. Nous avons été surclassé la 3ème et dernière nuit. Dommage de ne pas l’avoir été dès la première nuit alors que l’hôtel n’était plein qu’à 30% sachant que nous étions 5 personnes sur 3 nuits. L’écologie et la gestion des déchets est à travailler sérieusement : les plages aux alentours sont sales.

연말을 가족과 함께 다녀왔는데 결론적으로 이 리조트덕분에 다시 푸꾸옥에 가고 싶단 생각이 들었습니다. 테라스 빌라동에 묵었는데 조식당과 로비, 수영장이 바로 앞이여서 너무 좋은 위치였습니다
조식은 가짓수도 충분했고 맛도 좋았습니다. 특히 egg station의 계란후라이와 쌀국수도 맛있었습니다. 아버지가 한식아니면 잘 못 드시는데 부모님도 4박동안 입에 안 맞는 것 없이 잘 드셨습니다. 참고로 샐러드바에 김치가 있는데 맛이 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 또 기억에 남는 건 총괄매니저분이 오셔서 베트남커피를 만들어주시는데 이게 또 너무 맛있어서 베트남커피에 흠뻑 빠졌네요 ^^
매니저분 외에도 모든 직원분들이 다 친절한데 특히 리셉션에서 갑자기 푸꾸옥에 오게 된 제 동생네 부부를 위해 방을 2박이나 쥐어짜 마련해주셨습니다. 그 과정이 매우 친절하고 저를 도와주려는 마음이 느껴져서 넘 감사했습니다 Thank you, katty^^!

해변가에 해수풀이 있고 몇걸음만 가면 바로 바닷가여서 아이를 보기에 동선이 좋았습니다. 하지만 발라 인근이나 앞에 수도가 없어 모래가 집안에 들어갈수 밖에 없어서 그 점은 아쉬웠습니다.
사실 외진 위치때문에 무료셔틀인 빈버스를 이용하기 어렵고 인근 동네도 나가기가 쉽지 않습니다. 하지만 친절한 스태프와 프라이빗한 비치 덕분에 단점들이 잊힐만큼 멋진 휴가를 보내다 왔습니다 가족같은 스태프들과 편한 힐링을 원하시는 분들께 완전추천입니다^^

Amazing hotel with very nice and big rooms and bathrooms. Good breakfast buffet with a lot of choices.
The stuff is so friendly and always helpful.
The sea was very rough during the rain season, so we couldn’t swim, but they have 2 nice pools.

깨끗하고 친절하고 비치와 맞닿은 수영장이 좋았어요.
조식은 평범했고 리조트 내 레스토랑이 가격대비 맛이 아쉬웠습니다.
먹을거 싸들고가면 조용히 쉬고오기 좋은 곳이예요.

리조트 내 스파 마사지는..너무 별로였어요

Vra och mindre bra

Det är en fin resort om man vill ta det lugnt. Wi-fi fungerar bra. Personalen är toppen. Men det finns bsta en liten strand som är i ständig skugga. Vill bada i havet så ärcdet väldigt stenigt. Tyvärr det blev poolen alla dagarna. Det händer ingenting på resorten och då tar man taxi in til staden. Enkel resa kostar oftast 88 kr, ibland mindre. Dyrt i längden.

施設の雰囲気はとてもいいのですが、フーコックの繁華街からは距離があるので、夜間などの買い物などには不便。ホテル内で過ごすなら快適です。

満足。海に直結。静か。きれいなプールが二つ。部屋に入る際足を洗う水槽があると良い。建物の配置、色、景観とても良かったです。
