The room was quite basic, I wouldn't say it looks exactly like the photos, a bit old and dated. A few lights in the room didn't work but overall it was comfy and spacious. We didn't get a free bottle of wine which was an advertised perk to book this room. Very pricey for the room but it was apparently a busy weekend.

The room was very average on cleanliness. Room was big, but sound proof was poor. We can hear people talking on the hall way, and people flashing toilet and having shower. The hostess was really nice during the day. However, whoever was working on Saturday night was not the best in communication. We received a call from the reception regarding noise complaint at 7:50pm on Saturday night. We were not parting and were just doing family gathering chats and activities in the room. The host who called us told us there is noise complaint when he should have sorted out with the person who complained or communicated to us in a less aggressive way.

Our sink in the bathroom was also not working properly and the hotel was not able to fix it for the two nights we were there for.

Overall, for the price we paid, it was very poor.

One nights stay with friends in \"2br apartment\". The pool looked very inviting but there wasn't enough time for us to try it out. We were unable to stream on the TVs as the code to link our phones didn't work. Two bedroom apartment was a 1 br plus studio with connecting door; the studio was not fully equipped e.g. no fridge in the kitchenette and no beside lamps. Despite this it was a comfortable stay in a central part of Wollongong. A little expensive and parking is limited and can't be reserved. .

The location to be very convenient. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was quite disappointing.

The overall cleanliness was below expectations, especially in the bathroom. The sink was completely blocked, making it very inconvenient to use, and there were noticeable yellow scum stains between the tiles.

Overall great stay and in a convenient location near some amazing restaurants and the beach. Staff were lovely and helpful. Carpet was dirty as I had a toddler running everywhere and lying on the floor and could see the dust and dirt stain her skin. Air con temp was hard to manage - felt too hot then too cold within 1 degree change. Limited gym equipment as well.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant time. Staff were friendly and helpful; any requests we had were dealt with quickly.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Decor was a little dated and some minor maintenance required but overall we had a great stay.
The hotel is an easy walk to the Wollongong foreshore, dining & drinking options and shopping.
Like most hotels these days parking spots are narrow but available at a small cost.

Location is great and reception is friendly any helpful. Room on the otherhand was very disappointing. It felt old and worn, with the carpet loose and coming off the ground and a lot of mould in the shower. We stayed here before, also in a 1 bedroom apartment, but the room we had before was in much better condition and a lot larger. The 1 bedroom we had this time had a smaller this time with a small window in the bedroom instead of the balcony. Overall, the place needs renovating, and if we're to receive a lower quality room, the price should reflect that.

Shower was dirty and I mean dirty around the shower edges. Spot stains on the kitchen floor. The curtains could do with a clean.
It is a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
The room faced the main road and it was very noisy when leaving the windows and sliding doors open to catch the sea breeze. However, due to the noise, the air conditioner was on most of the time.

Overall, the Adina could do with a facelift and we won't be staying there any time soon.

The staff is amazing. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our checkin time and were accommodated.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Which was spacious & fulfilled our needs. They provided us with extra bedding for the sofabed which was easy to setup & retract when not needed.
The room was clean, while I can't call it spotless. The washroom was spacious, well equipped & spotless.
The pool was heated and they provided us with extra towels.
Will definitely stay again. As the hotel is minutes away from the City beach. And restaurants, cafe's & woolies are all around the corner.

From booking to arrival, the process was very easy. I had phoned to confirm some things prior to my stay and it was never an issue with concierge. Parking was available within the hotel carpark. You used a room card to access lifts which added that extra level of security so that no one off the street could come in. Kitchen was great however I’d suggest a larger saucepan and some oven trays. The lounge area - comfy and inviting. The bed was comfy as and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer was very handy. Pool facilities and spa was enjoyed greatly by the kids. Overall, fantastic stay and we will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we really like it. The front desk staff are always friendly and polite and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to many good restaurants and a short walk right into the centre of the City.

Excellent staff and service- Lily, Jason and Stella as well as the Duty Manager all were very responsive, friendly and helpful.
Amenities like pool, sauna, spa and gym are good value additions.
Paid underground parking is available where parking can be a bit tighter for the SUVs.

We love staying at Adina every time we’re in the area. It’s central location is amazing, walking distance to everything you would need. If you’re after the beach, restaurants or shopping, it is in a prime location.
Rooms are clean and comfortable in size. Good for families, particularly those with smaller kids. Parking is also reasonable, and the staff are friendly and accomodating.
Adina is definitely our little home away from home whenever we head down that way for a little getaway.

Great location but a little dated

Foyer/corridor looked clean, tidy and fresh. Opening the door into the room was not as nice as corridor. Rooms are a bit dated, especially the carpet. It just wasn't sitting right (not flat) throughout the room, therefore a few trip hazards. Bathroom still had hair etc on floor. With a freshen up of rooms and a slight improvement in cleanliness this could be a great place. Location was fantastic. Short walk to beach, dining, shops and stadium/entertainment centre.
