The apartment was great. It was a good size and we loved the kitchen and the fact that it had a balcony and a washer and dryer. The secure parking for no additional money was fantastic. It was good value for your money. The only issue was the fan in our bedroom was old and not working that great. We needed it to sleep because there was no air conditioning in the bedroom.

we were heading to the Wollongong area to stay with friends when we heard the forecast for possible major hail storms. We decided to find a hotel or similar with undercover parking and we were able to book it with minimal notice. Easy to access, quick check in, excellent undercover parking and a large, clean, apartment. To top it off we were close to restaurants and coffee shops.

When I arrived there was a car in the driveway checking in, so I had to keep driving around the neighbourhood as its all meter parking and was full...bit stressful with peak hour traffic, but all ended up ok. Not good value, but serves the purpose

This was an afternoon and overnight stay, the images of the property are certainly either made up for the photo shoot or were taken some time ago.
The staff are lovely and welcoming.

Unfortunately there is Only ONE split system aircon in the whole 2br apartment and it’s right at the front not facing the rooms. On a 35 degree day, that makes things quite uncomfortable.
The property is somewhat semi- comfortable but is a bit old and rundown, and in desperate need of repairs and renovations.
Rooms are terribly over priced for the age of the property and accommodation.
It did serve its purpose, and is in a reasonable location.

It’s a little dated but for the price they charge well worth it as much cheaper then other serviced apartments I have stayed in
Outdoor area with apartment was massive
I would have given 5 star if sliding door worked in main bedroom and if the bathroom did not have a drain smell (bad on first day) then went away and was only minor for rest of stay. Also shower is noisy (but shower pressure is fantastic for a older apartment)

Our room was expensive for what we got. The rooms were very dated but clean. Some spoons and bowls went right into the dishwasher so hadn’t been checked since the previous group. The air conditioning is in the lounge area and doesn’t reach the bedrooms which didn’t have ceiling fans. In a coastal area ceiling fans are a must. If I had paid substantially less my expectations would have been met but as the price goes up so does what you require.

The location of the property was excellent - 2 blocks from the mall, walkable to Woolworths, beaches etc.

Unit is a bit older, but clean, in good condition and has everything you need including off street secure parking and loads of space - the in unit laundry facilities were an added bonus 😀

There’s a fair bit of noise from the various building projects happening around the area during the week, but this is happening everywhere and is no fault of the accommodation.

DO NOT STAY HERE…Booked to stay the weekend with my partner and specifically here as it had kitchen , balcony and convenience of location close to shops. Once returning from buying groceries to cook in the kitchen and bathroom were completely infested with cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting and there were no more rooms available. Images and video sent to manager but no reply.

Great service and very comfortable and roomy. Only downside was the balcony and windows faced another apartment block's windows and balcony. So not very private or sunny. Other than that the apartment was in a great location and walking distance to main centre and beaches. Apartment was serviced everyday which was nice and very clean. Sercure parking was great and included in the price so overall great value.

A great stay with an easy walk to the Wollongong Entertainment Centre. Some socks and underwear still in drawers in main bedroom, sock under bed in 2nd bedroom and back of remote battery cover missing, but nothing to be an issue. The apartment was clean and fresh with comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax. Easy check-in and out. Friendly staff especially the lovely lady from housekeeping. Would definitely recommend.
