Muy mala experiencia.
Durante nuestra estadía, alguien del personal abrió mi valija, revisó nuestras pertenencias y robó 20 euros y 20 dólares que estaban en la billetera de mi hija.

Cuando informé lo ocurrido, la respuesta del hotel fue: “para eso tiene una caja de seguridad”.
Entiendo el uso de la caja de seguridad, pero no hay excusa para que mientras limpian una habitación revisen las valijas de los huéspedes y tomen dinero.

Lo más decepcionante fue que ni siquiera recibimos una disculpa, ni mostraron interés en resolver la situación.

Realmente una experiencia muy desagradable y totalmente inaceptable para un hotel. No lo recomiendo.

Easiest chicken ever. Nice stuff, great breakfast, comfortable hotel room. Was hard to find outlets. Walls are thin so you can hear people come in late. But that probably can't be avoided on a Saturday night in Buenos Aires. Overall would recommend.

Somebody needs to check these rooms before they rent them. There was a little couch inside my room that looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in about a year. It’s a horrible feeling to go inside a hotel and feel icky. Bathroom also icky.

international visitors are not charged iva by hotels in argentina but because one of my family group was an argentine citizen the hotel charged me iva at checkin. I suspect this was so the hotel could make up the price difference between the quadruple i booked and the two adjoining doubles i was given because this did not happen at another hotel in the same circumstances. Also be aware that the hotel puts a pending bond charge on your credit card which in my case is still shown as pending weeks later, try to use cash for this and get the money back at checkout. Otherwise the hotel is a good choice close to transport, shopping and eateries if you want to stay out of the city centre.

They did not have bell bottom staff, we had to log our 5 bags and baby strollwr uP to the room ourselves. The towels were gray out of oceruse, one had a hole in it. The pictures shown of their gym are completely false, all they had was 2 treadmills against are wall inside the jacuzzi room. Would not reccomendations to my worst enemy

Great for layovers between EZE and AEP

The staff was very helpful. They even let me borrow a subway pass so I could take the train downtown to enjoy the sights. There was an excellent dinner tango show offered at Los Angelitos. They picked you up and dropped you off to the hotel for the event. A little pricey, but worth it! The beds were comfy and the shower water nice and hot.

Really nice stay here. Top floors have balconies and I really enjoyed the view from up top. Quality rooms with fans and AC and an excellent, simple breakfast. Staff was really helpful with everything and made me feel like I was at home.

The best thing is transportation, 1 block to the metro, in 1/2 hour you are in downtown, don't even trait to go the ONCE. Or balvanera, very bad area, watch for people around you, watch your cell

Good value for money; that's all it is.

For a US$ 50 or so a night, you can't complain much. The place is clean and fairly modern, and the staff are nice. It is also two blocks from a metro station that will help you get downtown in 45 minutes (for less than a dollar each way). But you can tell it is a $50/night place: the mattress was no good; the internet connection barely works; the cable TV is to basic (no CNN or HBO); no real gym; etc. Again, a good place if you don't want to spend a lot and, for some reason, need to stay in that part of Buenos Aires.

Safe, clean, and great transportation options.

The hotel is located one block away from the subway and train station. This is very convenient because you can be in downtown BA in 20 min. The room that we stayed in was clean but a bit small with very little closet space and dim lighting. The bathroom was clean but could use updating. Overall it is a safe and good place if you are planning to be out all day and use it for sleep and shower, or as a hub to leave your stuff while you take other trips out of the city.

Simple and affordable room located close to the Subte (subway). Although the bathroom was small, the room was clean. Wifi was free and available in both the room and lobby. The hotel staff are friendly, although the cleaning staff don't all speak English. \"No Fumar\" was labeled outside the elevator. However, we definitely smelled cigarette smoke at the elevator.

The hotel was great. The shower head did not work and the water temperature was hard to control. It turned cold, or hot without touching faucet. One night there was a lot of loud music outside like at 2:00-4:00. The breakfasts were amazing, best coffee ever!

The hotel was rated by Expedia and other sites as 3.5 stars at my time of booking. I'd have given it 2.5 at most. For me this is a big difference. I realize star ratings differ based on countries but unrelaiable and unfriendly staff, zero bellman service, and mold in the bathroom is universally unacceptable. Not to mention my laundry was returned dirty. Additionally the rooms are small and the location isn't great, though there is a decent Italian restaurant next door. I would say book a hotel of at least 4 stars and closer to the city center. The additional money you spend on hotel costs you save in cab rides.

Very good hotel for the price.

I have spent 1 month in Argentina, I tried 5 different hotels during my stay, and this one its the one, that for the price, got my best attention. The hotel is clean and neat, have jacuzzis and spa, but a big plus is that all rooms include a PC which shares the monitor with the cable television. Next time I am staying here again. The neighborhood is safe, is not the best one but pretty centrally to restaurants.

Overall, quite satisfied

The hotel is north of downtown but very near both the train station (a block or 2) & bus stop (1/2 block). Very clean, pretty decent service & fairly friendly, breakfast was ample with pretty good variety, price reasonable. Room could have been a little bigger and there was road construction outside that began quite early in the morning that was noisy, but obviously not the hotels fault. It is updated and we were pleased with how clean everything always was.

We had been back packing for 2 months throughout South America and staying in hostels. This hotel was a great place to spend our last 2 days in SA. It was a bit of a small room but it had a very comfortable King size bed and was clean. The bathroom was very clean and bright with a great shower. It also had cable tv you could watch from the computer which was pretty cool. We chose not to eat the breakfast, however we did get room service for dinner...the food was mediocre at best. We were pretty sure they got the food from the grocery store a block away...and basically just tripled the price for something we could've gotten ourselves. The front desk spoke English really well which was nice...although the one girl at the front desk hung up on us once over a misunderstanding about the time we needed our taxi at...which wasn't cool, but we were used to it in SA.

It served it's purpose for us, however, if you are looking for something near the main attractions and shopping, it is far away and you have to take the subway or a taxi. We would stay there again and recommend it, ONLY if you need a comfortable, clean place to stay before going to the airport. It was a little noisy even on the 9th floor and away from the main street, but we were used to wearing ear plugs anyways. Watch out for people giving you FAKE dollar bills when giving change...we found out the hard way on the LAST day out for dinner and had to walk 12 blocks to a bank machine...

Overall was a good hotel for the price, especially with free wifi as well as internet connection in room. The furniture is all new and modern, but unfortunately it is poorly fitted. I was awoken in the middle of the night by my bathroom flooding hot water. Despite this the staff were quick to solve the problem and are good overall with anything you raise. A big let down is the location though, which is a good 15 minute walk to the nearest subway (the closest a few minutes away is still under construction) and it takes another 15 minutes to reach the main areas when on the subway. You can find restaurants and all other amenities nearby, but just make sure you carry a map with you, especially when looking for the hotel coming from the airport as taxi drivers are not aware of the hotel.

La limpieza general estaba bien, el servicio excelente, pero la limpieza de la habitación era un poco precaria, encontré cabellos el primer día en la toalla, el penúltimo día me dejaron sin jabón en el baño y ya ni se molestaron en limpiar bien el suelo, que pena porque el servicio de recepción y de restaurante fue excelente y el cuarto (amenidades, cama y cocina) muy cómodas.

La zona es de muy difícil estacionamiento las cocheras privadas están a 3 cuadras
El check-in lento y el check out mucho peor. El personal en general es poco amable y escaso, insuficiente x momentos. No los ví bien predispuestos, da la sensación que están a desgano, enojados. Subí al cuarto y no pude abrir la puerta, todo el proceso me llevo media hora para ingresar que ya de por sí era tarde para mí. Subí y baje a la recepción 3 veces que pese a las buenas intenciones del conserje al estar solo y con varios ingresos poco fue lo que pudo hacer.

El hotel es muy viejo y se nota en sus habitaciones. La habitación que me dieron era microscópica cero lugar todo muy justo. La atención en la recepción era muy mala, sonrisas falsas y se nota la falta de compromiso para con el huésped al menos en mi caso (si no te gusta el trabajo búscate otro). El resto básico. me quedé 13 días osea es bastante tiempo como para opinar. He estado en infinidad de hoteles y a este no creo que vuelva.

騒音が気になる

暖房の室外機の音がうるさく、フロントに言ったが、数日かかってようやくなおった。また近くに電車が通っており、あまり意味なく警笛を鳴らすので、うるさい。それ以外は、治安もいいし、買い物もしやすく、地下鉄の駅もすぐで、便利でした。

Em geral tudo muito bom, o desgradável foi ter que lidar com a interpretação da gerente e de um funcionário acerca da legislação de isenção da cobrança do IVA, por ser eu extrangeiro e haver pago a Expedia no Brasil, portanto Expedia pagou por envio de fora, ademais tinha eu o visto, mas na interpretaçãodestes funcionários como eu tinha uma companheira argentina no quarto insistiram em cobra ro o IVA, saí do hotelem consequência e me fui a outro tb nas mesmas condições fazendo a reserva e o pgto. por expedia, acompanhado de mesma argentina, e não me cobraram o IVA, Assim sendo não creio que me volte a hospedar aí pq ninguém gosta de ser lesado em seus direitos, se não fosse por isso voltaria a me hospedar, me resta agora verificar com AFIP, se este imposto que me foi cobrado foi efetivamente repassado para o Governo, saludos a todos.

Sobre el hotel

La ubicación del hotel es bastante buena, queda cerca de una terminal de subte y de colectivos.
Hay varios locales a su alrededor como son de comida, farmacias y supermercado.
Respecto al hotel, tuvimos unos percances. Al segundo día de estar alojados hubo corte de agua total en todo el edificio.
Después le informamos al personal respecto al aire acondicionado y no tuvimos respuesta enseguida, sino después de volver a informar y nos comunicaron que estaba roto, osea en ningún momento pudimos utilizarlo.
Después las sábanas y colchas no estaban en muy buenas condiciones.
El desayuno bastante aceptable, pero consideramos que podría ser mejor.
Nuestra estadía en el hotel Ker Urquiza fue aceptable.
