My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was not professional and did not make me feel welcome. The restroom smelled bad, which made the room uncomfortable, and there were several broken items in the room that should have been fixed before guests checked in. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

If you like bad service stay here

In 50 years of travel this hotel had the worst service. 4 calls to get coffeepods and coffeemate. Bathroom scale didnt work and was never fixed. Coffee machine itself didn't work.
No need to stay here.

Just fabulous !

The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design.
The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. Can hear the sound of the waves all night long.

Pros: Everything: rooms, beach, pools, food, location and especially service and hospitality. They really interested and taking care of you

Air conditioner not working in the lobby at all, was told they were repairing it for 3 days. The room temperature would not cool the room below 75 degrees. They said repaired it 3 times still wasnt working by checkout. This is my third stay here and the Staff was amazing but I will never return. There are way better choices in Aqaba.

I enjoyed every day of my stay. The staff was so kind and helpful . General manager Mohamed was so accommodating and helpful . My mom got sick at the resort and he was so kind and helpful in helping out my mom . Bilal was also helpful and genuinely cared if I was having a good stay and just made my stay more personable. I would recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to visiting again

i visit this hotel several time
this time i disappoint from all condition
we didnt receive a clean room , the service so slow i didnt get the room with the size and view i booked
there was a bad smell from the bathroom and on our floor i complain for it every day and didnt do anything the crew
every night the hotel did a renovation on the floor above and it was staggering i couldnt sleep
at breakfast The quality has gone down
i paid alot of money to enjoy and relax but I was disappointed and not sure i will come back to this hotel

The beach was perfection-bright , clean sand and sparkling water and the infinity pools were beautiful, all adjacent to the Red Sea and lovely landscape. I loved my room-clean and the bed put me in a comatose state.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making me feel instantly at ease.

The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and I was impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the property. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was immaculate, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Speaking of the rooms, mine was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was pristine and well-stocked with essential toiletries.

I also had the chance to take advantage of some of the hotel's facilities, such as the pool and spa. Both were kept in excellent condition and provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

One standout feature of my stay was the food. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide array of delicious options, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had there. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a vast selection of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from.

Overall, my stay at the Kempinski Hotel Aqaba was exceptional. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the attention to detail truly made a difference in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Bad check in experience

When we came to the checkin area
First the lady said that our room is in low floor and she see we are not with kids. And people normally complain about the pool noise in the morning... it will be a good idea if we will upgrade the room, she said that they have a special offer bla bla...
After telling her we have the VIP thing from hotel.com and we are eligible to free upgrade when available she started saying it's not working that way and they are always telling hotel.com to remove that offer from the web site 😏😏😏
Overall they were very confused and each representative gave another reason why we are not entitled for that free upgrade.
After, she said we will have 20% off food and beverage and that they also give us 20 JOD credit. Eventually that also didn't happen 😕.
Other then that. The hotel was great. Room is pretty big and shower is the best part.
Need to note that the pool area is very small and there are not enough sun beds. We used a towel on the grass and it was definitely ok 😀

Beautiful beach front property on the Red Sea - in between Movenpick & Inter-Con hotels. Hotel looks and feels modern and stylish. Beach and pools are nice. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops so you have many options. I didn't really like the hotel breakfast buffet as it was busy and chaotic.

Nice beach area with soft sand and clear waters. However the passing tourist boats were very disturbing and annoying.
Staff is very friendly and helpful but service for room service was very slow- took over an hour to get a few basic dishes.
Rooms were nice, clean and big. Overall we had a nice experience but I think this hotel is priced too high for what is offered. If I had known what was at the hotel and in Aqaba I would not have stayed in this town and this hotel for such high prices.

A beautiful modern hotel with private beach. From the moment you check in , staff makes you feel special with impeccable service everywhere in the hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer free non alcoholic drinks in room fridge. Balcony overlooking the Red Sea.
Breakfast buffet had a large selection of delicious food.
Ate at two restaurants in the hotel The food was delicious and the service was great .
The location of the hotel is excellent , a short walk to the Center where there are restaurant and stores.
We loved our stay. Next time we will come for a longer time !

Excellent service right from the very start, I think our stay has been outstanding. Fantastic hotel, great location, wonderful staff. The only \"fault\" I can find is the lack of electrical outlets in the room, makes charging phones/laptops etc. challenging.

Gem, one of the Filipino staff in the Club lounge, and also at breakfast is a true \"Gem\". She's always smiling and friendly. Noor, our waitress at breakfast today was also wonderful.

Amazing resort. Honestly it was one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at in a while. Beautiful, clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.
As a vegan the food options at night were limited but again the staff was very accommodating to our needs.

Really disappointing. The Kempinski is a worn, tired, outdated 4 star hotel at the best. The super friendly staff is the only redeeming quality. The hotel is super crowded with little observation of covid procedures. Even if you have breakfast at the earliest hour (7) or after 10 the restaurant is full to the brim, noisy. Getting a cup of coffee or an omelette took an average of 15-20 minutes if at all. The gym is.. awfull. We stayed 2 nights out of the 7 booked and went to the much better Al-Manara Hotel. And - no upgrades, though advertised, for Hotel.com Gold status.

Another Awesome Stay!

Having stayed at this hotel many times previously, I was excited to return. Of course, the facilities are wonderful, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean, the grounds are well kept; these are qualities one expects from a 5 Star.

But the genuine friendliness of the staff has been and will continue to be my reason to return. From Front Desk staff to the valet staff, from the Housekeeping staff to the Food Service staff, from the Spa staff to the Lifeguards, everyone is sincere in their welcoming smile and pleasant greeting. I feel valued-special throughout my stay. This level of service isn't just through training, it is intrinsic in the nature of each individual that is employed; they enjoy their job and that cannot be faked.

So to Mohammad, Cherry, Marivic, Eroll, Ven, Dina, Anastaria and to the many others whom I have forgotten their names that work hard on their guests' behalf, thank you! I look forward to my next visit.

The Hotel location is perfect because it has a very nice and clean beach on the read sea. It’s close to downtown for shopping. It has several restaurants and beautiful pools. The hotel is new and the staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel reception is gorgeous. It’s sad that I didn’t have the time enjoy all the sitting areas and gym. I do not want to leave.

We ran into a technical issue with the room as they were re-opening after COVID-19 and were doing high maintenance and deep cleaning, and it was in the middle of the night, the night manager (I wish I remember his name) himself came and handled the situation in the best way possible, he didn't only fix the issue but gave us a room upgrade as well as complimentary savouries. They were so persistent to make our short staycation a pleasant one, next morning the manager himself (I hope I got the title right) his name was Ma'en sat with us, listened to what happened, and offered very nice options of the services they have to make it up for us. This kind of hospitality is what I look for, it made me wish if I could extend my staycation. The hiring manager should be proud. Highly recommended

All who would stay here after the March 2020 would get a better chances for relaxing recreation because the construction work in the swimming pools area should be done by that time. Apart from this noise the sand and the sea are just perfect! Tasty breakfast

It was a pleasant stay in Kempinski. We had a welcome drink at the reception, got a beautiful room on the 2nd-floor and then had a complimentary fruit plate in our room. Beach and facilities are great, the jacuzzi is exceptional. We also enjoyed the spa and highly appreciated a complimentary late check out. The only awkward moment we had during our stay was the breakfast service. We asked for coffee 3 times and still it wasn't enough to get a cup of coffee. Somehow at the end of our breakfast we managed to get it. Overall, it's a great hotel and we would highly recommend it for your Aqaba trip.

Both the quality and the quantity of staff were very very high. Polite, friendly and smiley.
The hotel itself is kept immaculate.
The rooms are amazing: spacious and airy.
An overall feeling of peace and calm.
The food was very good. Fresh with a great variety.
The beach is perfect and well maintained.
