Have stayed 5 times before always been a high class hotel with excellent food even stayed in covid and was satisfied. It this time restaurant menu poor and breakfast even worse not the classy place it used to be. Asked for other items in restaurant with no joy couldn’t even do a chicken breast for us just thighs!!! Sorry place now won’t stay again ended up eating in a fast food place at the shopping centre further down the road.

This property is not as advertised and the reviews are out of date. Online refers to “5 star” and I’m not sure how. The AC doesn’t work throughout the entire building and when asked the response was “open your window”. To which we did to loud barking dogs all night across the street. Thermometer registered 31C in our room. The outdoor pool was completely green and unusable. The rooftop lounge wasn’t open. Non smoking rooms stunk of cigarettes and had ashtrays. It was hard to get service in the restaurant even for a bottle of wine. The list goes on. Hate to leave such a negative review but people should be aware. Would highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Expedia let you know there’s construction going on - but what they don’t tell you is that some of the rooms are also under construction. I guess I got that room. The floor where tell you’re to find the pool/gym looks like some kind of blown out bomb shelter. The pool area is disgusting and nothing like what it looks like in the pictures, the water is cloudy - which means it’s not cleaned properly. There were several grease stains on the concrete around the pool and the chairs are cheap broken pieces of plastic. The service was exceptionally slow not to mention my room was at a consistent 75°. I had to call downstairs to have a technician come up twice, and even once they “fixed” the problem the room still never got cool. When I asked about getting a new room I was told the hotel was completely booked and there was nothing they could do. There were visible dirt and marks in the ceiling where the vent was, which means the filter hadn’t been changed or cleaned in months. The drapes were hanging half off the window so I had to stand on a table to try and pull the drapes up so no one could see in my room. The room smelled of cigarettes so even though I had a non-smoking room - it was definitely not non-smoking m. I’m guessing this the best of the worst hotels in this area, give there isn’t much around.

We stayed for one night as we were on a road-trip. For a 5 star Hotel , Bad A/C , old rooms & furniture's and we had a better breakfast in 4 star hotels . Poor Sleep Quality , a lot of noise and sounds from the building facade and windows.
It was 40 degree outside and the A/C is humid and not cooling, rural area nothing much can be done around. The hotel depending on tourist groups when i arrived at the counter for check in the receptionist looked at me and asked ........ What do you want ?!

One of the best in the area
This is one of the best hotels in Denizli area. Service and facilities are good , breakfast excellent, wifi works fine. Personnel is friendly. I prefer this hotel in all my trip. Only problem doors looking backyard are noisy. They need to add ironing in the rooms.

This hotel has to many promises on the expedia website, it is outdoor in a lonely commercial neighborhood, we actually drove thru streets and were scare for our safety and we travel all over the world, the pool was green, the maintenance in our room such as silicone, door knobs and other items were actually put up by someone whom has no experience, the carpet, finishing details, this is not a hotel that should be put as of great hotel, maybe 1 star hotel. You need a car to get here. We arrive really late and the employees did not seem to care, very unfriendly and that is not normal for Turkey everyone is nice out there.

The Reception staff were very professional and friendly. I had just my hand luggage with me, but the porter still insisted on helping me with it as he escorted me to my room.

One thing you have to be mindful about though will be the extra charges if you have to eat a none inclusive meal. I ordered a meal and orange juice in the restaurant for a total quote of 35TL on paper but ended up being charged 56TL. I know some hotels will charge extra for room service, but in this case I ordered and had my meal in the restaurant. Obviously I wasn't happy with this markup and had to gently ask why, but was simply told by the huge man at the till who didn't speak any English except to order me to pay-pay! It was this man's attitude that made me mark the staff 4 out of 5.
So long as you are not bothered about such things as paying a lot more than the price in the menu of a hotel restaurant, then I'll recommend this place.

A major hotel in Denizli
Hotel is in the outskirt of Denizli and 20 minutes by car to Pamukkale. It is a major hotel in the region. Hotel staff are nice people. There seem to have no good restaurants in town so we had our dinners for two days in hotel and it cooks good fish.

Very nice and modern hotel, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. The neighborhood is not so good since the hotel is on the main route. Just try to avoid rooms with a swimming pool view on weekends, since the hotel is hired for parties and the loud music goes on until 12 am!

Nice hotel and room is clean. But one odd thing in the room is there is only one sliding door to close either shower or toilet area. Someone will be exposed if both are in used at the same time.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room attractive and comfortable. Had everything I needed and more. Some people might like a door on the bathroom though. The view out the back of the hotel was beautiful. I didn't have time to try the gym or the pool but the pool looked nice (only criticism is that it needs to be child-proofed, there is nothing to prevent someone from falling in) Delicious breakfast in attractive eating area with live piano accompaniment - a lovely extra. Room service quick - food looked even better than the pictures in the menu and tasted good too! For my first time in Denizli, the hotel was easy to find, if you are on the right road (from airport follow signs to Izmir) you can't miss it as it is near road and large and the name is lit up. I would definitely consider this hotel again or one of the same chain in another city.

Hotel itself is a popular one for business travellers. General ambience and exterior and interior lobby, restaurant and facilities very good. Rooms slightly dated but clean and adequate. Front of house staff are very efficient and friendly. Wouldn't really recommend for luxury factor for holiday but great for a base for travelling and particularly for business in the local surroundings.

Anemon Hotel seemed abandoned
It seemed there was just us, one other business couple from Germany, and a few sports team members. Among the 8 hotels we visited in Turkey so far, this hotel staff's English skills were the poorest. Not only did much of the gym equipment not work, but I had to get someone to let me in (room key didn't work), and there was no water available in the gym! Pool and hot tub were empty and in a state of dis-repair. A/C didn't work either. The staff had no information and no idea how to get to local sights of inerest (i.e. Pamukkale/Hierapolis), which I'm sure the local tourist office would have given them for free. Glass separates the bathroom from the bedroom, so if one person goes to the bathroom at night, the light shines into the bedroom. The 2 cm depth of the shower lip was inadequate to keep in the water for the shower. Restaurant staff couldn't explain the dishes (i.e. \"Denizli platter\") in English. The hotel was hard to find, not on Garmin GPS maps, and in the middle of nowhere. The two positives were that parking was easy, and the place was clean and visually appealing.

Very expensive for the region. However, it's a wonderful hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I was always greeted with a smile. The pool closed early. I told the manager I wanted to swim with my toddler and he changed the schedule for me. Would recommend to anyone!
