This hotel is perfect if you want to go up the pamukkale hill.
The staff were polite and kind .
The room was of good size .
Breakfast was not good as food and fruit were left on the table before you sat down so there were fly's landing on the food.

Very good location. Less than 5 minute walk to the Travertines and Hierapolis entrance. Service was excellent. They allowed us early check in at 50 euro as we reach the hotel at 5am. My friends and stayed for a night. The whole stay was very pleasant and the breakfast served was simple and tasty with a nice background of the travertines. The rooms were spacious and clean. I recently stayed at a hotel that left a positive impression on me. While it may show some signs of age, the facilities are quite good and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, which made my stay comfortable.

The staff/owner were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The location is another highlight, as it is very close to the North Gate of Pamukkale, making it convenient for exploring the area.

I arrived in Pamukkale early in the morning 6:30a went to the Hieropalis and returned to the hotel at 8:30a well before scheduled check in. The host invited me to have some breakfast while they made up a room for me. This would not happen in Australia.

Nice, Family-run kind of Hotel

This hotel is comprised of about 3 floors all situated around an outdoor pool. It appears some of the rooms are used as a hotel while other rooms are used by family members. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is old and the condition of the rooms varied. I was in a family suite with two sleeping areas but a shared very small bathroom. The A/C was not powerful enough to cool the entire room so sleeping was not as easy. The room for another traveling companion was in better condition. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay but not as extensive as other Turkish Hotel offerings. If I came here again I would probably stay at a different property but for the price, this was fine.

We arrived early to this hotel so they welcomed us and found parking for our car . We walked to the Pamukkale mountain which was very close to the hotel . The room was ready for us in the afternoon it was spacious, clean with air condition and fridge. The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast starts early at 8 and was a verity of food and delicious. The price was more convenient than other hotels in the same area. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel

I have stayed here previously, and would stay here again. The location is great, rooms are clean but most importantly the family that run it are amazing. They are all about making you feel at home and offering fantastic service. We departed and half hour out on a small back road we got a fly tyre, we couldn’t get a response from Avis so I called Hotel Alida and he immediately arranged for someone to come and help us. They are truly caring people. Highly highly recommend.

Perfect location - just in front of Pamukkale main entrance. The owner and staff are very friendly and try their best for a perfect stay. Although not a luxury hotel, the room was very clean and spacious enough for 4 people. The air-conditioning and the fridge were both working, which was not the case in the 5 star hotel we spent the bigger part of our vacation. We had very good breakfast in the morning.

We loved the proximity to the Pamukkale travertines and the spectacular view we had from our room. They went out of their way to accommodate us for an early breakfast because we had an early flight out of Denizli that morning. The fresh squeezed pomegranate juice was the best offering after a busy day of traveling.

Our stay was ok for one night. I find it unusual not to have a top sheet or a blanket /quilt with a cover, instead there is a light blanket as the top cover. Breakfast was ok; there is a fantastic view to the terraces with hot air balloons floating above. It is also an excellent starting point to walk from the bottom of the terraces, approx 200m to the entrance gate. Hosts at reception were nice

We were there for 1 night with my wife, and we didn't like being there at all, and it is really overpriced.

Pros:
- It is near the mountain.

Cons:
- Rooms are dirty. We noticed a used cigarette in a room (we don't smoke and there's even label \"don't smoke\", funny).
- Fake photos of the rooms. Don't look at Alida Hotel's room photos, because they were made many years ago. Reality is completely different. Rooms look like in an old hotel.
- Staff. It is a subjective opinion, but when I first write to staff to ask a question I expect simple “Hi” and “Thank you”/”You are welcome”/”Have a nice day”. There was no anything like that.
- Staff didn’t allow us to stay until evening, though there were not many people in the hotel. As they said, checking out is at 11:30. We came to the hotel at 19:00 and you can’t allow us to check out at 19:00 the next day? And you require payment for all the 24 hours (50$). I think it’s not fair. You didn’t even suggest to stay 1 more hour or anything, staff don’t care.
- Overpriced. We chose one of the most expensive hotel in the city. The cost was 50$ for 1 night. It is the nearest hotel to the mountain. And we expected something, you know, really good. But it is a simple old hotel with old bad dirty rooms. I wouldn’t pay them more than 20$ if I could choose again. The only plus is a hotel near to the mountain and that’s why they ask so high price.

I highly recommend NOT staying in this hotel.

Also - The man at the parking lot next door will drive you up the hill to the top of the thermal pools for a small fee if you’re too hot to walk :)

Where to stay when visiting Pamukkale

The best thing about the hotel is the location in Pamukkale next to the white mountain however if you have a car I suggest you get a hotel in Denizli city as nothing to see after you visit the mountain and the ruins even restaurants will triple the prices for tourists . You can even come by a Taxi and still cheaper for you.
The mini bar in the hotel room has nothing and you must buy water and other drinks from the reception, there is a kettle in the room but no tea or coffee or sugar or cups so it is for display only .
Room size is ok and the bathroom is clean .
Pool is small apparently for kids .
Breakfast is very limited in food and time. All hotels in Pamukkale are old fashion and hotels in Denizli are better and I recommend to stay in the city and come to Pamukkale in the morning as one day is enough to see all the attractions and the ruins.
The area is fantastic and worth visiting,
I will give Alida Hotel 5 out of 10 overall.

While it looks like an apartment from outside, the hotel has a good courtyard occupied by its natural spring water-filled pool (the same water that flows from the travertines). The rooms are small but clean. The amenities are limited. This hotel's best feature is its location - you are just outside of the entrance to the Pamukkale travertines - just a few minutes of walking distance. You can also see the white travertines from the hotel. The area around the hotel has several restaurants, but these are of low-grade cheap eateries, catering to mostly British tourists, and are not representative of the otherwise fantastic Turkish cuisine.

Had a fantastic stay here, our room was a large family room, fantastic view of the travetines. Very clean and had all you need for a great stay. The owners and staff were lovely and couldnt do enough for you. Lovely Turkish Breakfast.
Within very easy walking distance to travetines restaurants and shops.
Balloons go over the hotel early morning around 6am, would definitely stay here again

Love this hotel, very near to the lower gate of Pamukkale (the best entrance!). The room is simple but nice, all staff very kind and polite, and the breakfast is delicious. Only shower room is bit small, but manageable.

The hotel is situated at a really wonderful location, the white deposits and hills of Pamukkale are visible from the hotel, and from nearby restaurants.
