The overall experience was disappointing. The service was slow, and parking was a hassle—you’ll likely end up on the street since the dedicated spots are very limited. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water in the room. No action was taken, no offers or compensation were made, and it was only fixed the next day.
The spa was by far the worst experience—don’t waste your money. It’s practically nonexistent.
On the positive side, the food was decent with a good selection, and the thermal pools were nice. However, keep in mind there is no indoor pool—only an outdoor one. The indoor option is limited to thermal water.
The room itself was okay but outdated. I left feedback with the staff, but their response was indifferent—just a simple “we’re sorry” with no effort to address concerns. Wouldn’t return.

Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri kolay ve rahattı. Çift olmamız rağmen odada iki ayrı tek yatak vardı. İlk önce sadece yatakları birbirine itip gitmek istediler. İsteğim üzerine çarşafı çift kişilik çarşafla değiştirdiler ama yorganları değiştirmediler. Açık ve kapalı termal havuz vardı. Açık termal havuz katlar halindeydi. En baştaki suyun başladığı nokta epey sıcaktı. Aşağı katlara indikçe sıcaklık azalarak gidiyordu. Kapalı havuzda jakuzi bölümünün olması iyiydi. Saunası çok küçüktü. Masaj ücretleri makul ve masaj masaj iyiydi. Restoran bölümü büyük ve yeterliydi fakat hem emek ve kahvaltı çeşidi azdı hem de yemek standları çok yetersizdi. Akşam yemeklerinde kuyruk oluşuyordu. Müzik eğlence iyiydi.

We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast.

This is a very nice property, the hot springs pools are the main feature and they are great, though dated. The lounge chairs are fairly old and the hot and wet sauna could be updated. The rooms are lovely and clean. The food is very American, do not have lunch or dinner there. It is a tourist town so expect a carnival feel but the site of Hierapolis is beautiful and very close. The Pamukkale travertines are pretty, though they have become so destroyed that there is only one section worth seeing and even that is not as spectacular as expected. The town is very run down, though we did have the best Manti at one of the restaurants that we’ve had so far on this trip. Overall the hotel is a good option considering the condition of many of the others, but keep you expectations low for a 5 star hotel

The hotel seems old with the smelly rooms and filthy carpets. The overnight staying groups of tourists made a restless and sleepless nights to the people staying in the rooms facing the pools. The rooms facing the garden side has a 6 o’clock morning wake up call with the draging suitcases , idling buses and shouting people.
The food is not typical 5 star hotel in Turkey. Packaged jelly and cheese for breakfast. Dinners were reasonable with lots of variety.
The biggest concern about staying at this property are overnight groups. They staying in the pools until very late, shouting from the balconies and leaving early morning. But all this could be controlled, because hotel has a beautiful grounds around the property. Just take these buses to the lot in front of hotel and let people staying at your hotel enjoy their vacation.

If you are reading this in the time of Covid, this place rocks as we had the pools completely to ourselves multiple times. No other reason to really stay here other than the thermal pools. If you are reading this post-Covid, congratulations on surviving and watch out for tour buses unloading metric tons of tourists to use the pools.

I know it's a five-star nice hotel with great spa and service, however it all doesn't matter if they do not have a good WiFi connection. It's the first thing hotels should make sure. If I knew that, I wouldn't have booked.

We stayed in an apartment, a lot of space, maybe the space can be better configured. 2 TV (why?) not locked (can use HDMI), a huge “minibar” almost empty. A huge bathroom, half empty with a huge bathtub, with massage and thermal water. 2 air conditioning, one splitter an one builded in. Toiletry where there, not so fancy, very small and we’re not replenish in 3 days. The hotel is a series of separate buildings with 3 floors, with elevator ( at least ones I see) spread around a beautiful and well maintained garden as well as the pool and mud baths area. The good part about pool, mud baths and spa is that can be used till late in the night. ( I think till 24:00). The pool is clean big and heated. The mud baths / thermal pools are hot to very hot, are looking strange, a little smelly, red/green because of thermal spring used. The staff from reception was very helpful and speak very good English. The breakfast was poor on option: 2 vegetable, 2 types of cheese , 2 types of olive, eggs... and more types of pastry/breads

What a lovely hotel. Slightly difficult to find but sat nav does find it when entering hotel name rather than address.
Brilliant welcome and assistant had room changed as soon as he saw my wife was in a wheelchair. They provided us with a room with easier access.
Several guests in wheelchairs obviously taking advantage of the healing therapies. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay longer next time and make use of all the facilities.
Brilliant welcome and assistant had room changed as soon as he saw my wife was in a wheelchair. They provided us with a room with easier access.
Several guests in wheelchairs obviously taking advantage of the healing therapies. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will stay longer next time and make use of all the facilities.

The rooms smell of urine. the bed sheets were infested with bugs. Dirty marks on all furniture. There were no elevators. The breakfast cutlery was broken or cracked. The gentleman making omelettes was wiping his sweat with the same hand that he was using to make the eggs without cleaning them. Overall a terrible experience. Rude staff. Absolutely no customer service. The bell boy kept cursing while carrying our luggage to the room on the first floor.

Traumhafte Poollandschaft. Ein schönerer Pool in der Natur kenn ich nicht. Hotel mit super wellness Angebot, gutem Essen und vor allem sehr aufmerksamen Personal im Restaurant. Komme seit Jahren mehrmals pro Jahr hierher und immer wieder gerne. Einzig das Internet dürfte etwas schneller sein. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön, Matratze weich, jedoch nur 80cm breit. Die Anlage ist schön und unweit von Pamukkkale entfernt. Für mich das schönste und beste Hotel in der Türkei.

Номер ужасный , ни тапочек , ни халатов, вообще отстой . Поломанные дозаторы для шампуней . Геотермальный источник на территории это единственное удовольствие к чему не чего сказать .
