This hotel is really beautiful. The spa facilities are basic but well priced for what you receive, all very clean and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Food was fab, therr was so many options to choose from for both dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was really good. We only stayed for one day and night but we had a really lovely time and would happily return .

Outdoor thermal pool is good. 5-10 drive to Pamukkale.
Room dated . No light for the desk in the suite I stayed in. Dinner is buffet only 750 t like $20 but food is poor quality. Free breakfast but I would give food 2-3 stars only. Lots of tour groups so be warned.

Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

Great Hotel!

Very nice hotel with great location and facilities.
Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is family friendly, good with indoor and outdoor pools and these pools are open until 11pm (some pools are heated so we were able to enjoy outdoor heated pool.) We enjoyed heated pool so much that we returned again the morning.
The food is ok. A lot of vegitable options but limited options for meat eaters.

The thermal water pool was relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed here after a visit to Laodicea, Hierapolis and Pamukkale from our starting point of Kusadasi (which we used as a base to visit Ephesus). The hotel does not live up to 5-star category. We had 2 rooms. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, the rooms smelled very stuffy, the bathroom was very basic (more like a 2 or 3 star hotel). There was only shampoo and a conditioner that looked extremely old (it had separated in the dispenser and looked like it had not been changed in a long time). There was no shower gel or bath soap. No tissue paper (Kleenex) in the bathroom (at all) - usually these are basics in a 5-star hotel. The buffet food both at dinner and breakfast was basic too. Instead of having so many dishes, it would be best if they offered less dishes but of higher quality. The hotel had very few guests and yet they could not give us two rooms next to each other (they were in the same hall but separated by another room).

Never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

By suite bedroom had no air conditioning at all. The front desk kept on giving excuses about it. The 2nd suite room had a/c in both sitting room as well as the bedroom. Dragging our luggage to and from parking lot too was very difficult with no help from the hotel staff. For the price I paid, I should have gotten a lot better deal expected from Hotels.com

Not a bad hotel, very close to Pamukkale about a 6 min drive. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool which although small meant we could swim despite it being too cold in april to use outdoor pools.
The thermal spa in the hotel was nice and a unique experience. We chose this hotel as the location meant we could drive to Pamukkale in a few minutes as the hotels in town opposite were a lot more basic.

So the hotel itself is fine and nice enough. Although the main reason we booked this hotel was for the thermal spa facilities, massages etc.. I have to say I am very disappointed with the spa services but mainly the management. The workers themselves are innocent as they are on contract from Bali and work 28 days a month and honestly they are sweet and very kind. However the woman running the spa is not professional at all. She cheapens the experience and brings down the hotel. Unfortunately she was unable to provide a relaxing environment or service for us..it was all about the money. She changed the price a few times and we had to leave

The hotel staff passed on the mistake made by Hotels.com to me.
In the hotel room, the cigarette butts that the previous customer had thrown away were on the floor.
I was in the bathroom in the morning, and the cleaning staff knocked twice on the door and came in without hearing my answer.
I leave with a lot of unpleasant memories.
Hey staffs. Don't blame your customers. It's not good attitude.

Hierapark made our stay in Pamukkale great

Amazing hotel and facilities and certainly for a medium sized hotel offered exceptional service.

Pleasantly surprised and definitely competes with some of the 5* hotels found in Belek.

Great front of house staff and y the lad managing the spa facilities.

Just one minor point- waiters could smile a little more, understand they work long days but need to offer same level is service as other staff.

Hotel is situated on the very edge of the town with an amazing valley view. The biggest advantage was the thermal pool that was amazing.
The hotel and the room were moderately clean with visible age and numerous scratches. Very basic things missing - phone number to the reception and room service menu. The personnel was welcoming but the room service was a big mess - I waited for the dinner more than 1,5 hours.

The receptionist said no reservation for me when I checked in. I showed him my confirmation number, my passport, nothing helped. then after a while seeing how I struggled in trying contact with Orbitz, he said “ ohh I got you”?!! Really?? So where was my booking before?? The room facility is dirty, and seem like no one cleaned it before we checked in. The staff cannot speak English at all. I just don’t feel welcomed to be here, and definitely I will not be back

Such a shame, a place with good potential is being ruined by the management, staff and very bad food. A hotel should have basic service, some green tea, a vase, a pillow and some eatable food, chicken wings were served, worst than KFC, most of the breakfast were the leftovers from previous night buffet. Staff moody, room condition not good, shower slow and so forth. I travel more than 80 days per year, this place they have totally lost the plot, find another hotel

Amazing stay at Hierpark Thermal hotel. We loved the hotel personal - the kitchen chef and all hotel personal have done an excellent job welcoming us there and making our stay easygoing. The morning breakfasts were excellent, many of food choices presented, also the dinner were great! We extended our stay by one day and spent more time taking hot thermal baths at the hotel and spent more time visiting Pamukalle.

Experience was amazing! We booked last minute with a great price. The outdoor thermal pool was perfect and stayed open until 12am. When we arrived at 10pm, check in was super fast, the kitchen had also closed but they let us order and delivered it to our room within 15 minutes for a very cheap price. Breakfast buffet was huge and great as well. Overall it was amazing and we would definitely go back. Thanks!

Does the job for a short stay

Hotel was clean and maintained but a little soulless - felt a bit like a business hotel with nothing above and beyond necessity. The outdoor thermal spa and hammam were nice - though the indoor pools and saunas were closed (suspect due to covid) and we didn’t use the outdoor pool. We ate both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, both served as a buffet. The food was nice enough with some good salad options but again nothing hugely special (though the Turkish delight on offer was great!) The staff in the restaurant were polite enough but there was little interaction - they had several big tour groups staying so we’re fairly busy with them. However the staff on reception were great! We had some issues with our pre-booked transfer (not booked via the hotel) and the staff were really great at trying to help us sort it, even calling the company on our behalf to speak to them in Turkish and assess the issue.
In terms of the location it is a little further away from the main pammukale entrances so you have to either get a bus or a taxi. The bus station is round the corner and cost us 7TL for two people but it took forever to get there as it’s a public bus so stopped at lots of other places. While the hotel directed us to the station they weren’t hugely helpful with details so we weren’t aware it would stop and got to the site an hour later than we wanted and getting the bus back was harder! Over all it does the job!

Camera vecchia e che puzzava di fumo (come spesso accade in Turchia). Arredo senza senso con una mezza cucina che non serve a nulla. Asciugamani e prodotti da bagno di pessima qualità, doccia totalmente distrutta (noi avevamo la suite 3315, immagino le altre camere). Camerieri del ristorante molto svogliati e imprecisi (ci hanno detto che il ristorante chiudeva alle 23:00 invece ha chiuso alle 22:00)

Completely splendid experience. Top breakfast with wide selection of fruits, vegetables, seeds, eggs, etc. Waiter made really good effort to make us feel welcome and provided even coffee after the bar was closed. There are several indoor and outdoor thermal pools (separated for man and women) and outside regular pool for cooling down which provide great way how to relax. Highly recommended. Probably the best hotel in the area

Nice hotel about 10 minutes drive from pamukkale travertine. It is 5 min walk from karahayıt village market. The hotel is generally very good. The communal areas are very nice . The reception lobby and lounges and terraces are very nice and furnished with lovely funiture. The area around the pool is also very nice. The dining room looks out onto the pool and there are some pool side tables where you can eat if you wish. We had breakfast and dinner. Food is ok but i would say choice could be better I would rate food 5/10.
Rooms are clean and good size. Shampoo conditioner and body wash provided. Slippers toilet paper and towels provided. Bath robe given on request. No cotton buds. Rooms attended to daily. Kettle and two cups with tea and coffee provided replenished daily. Fridge (no mini bar). NO safe box in our room which is not good.
2x 500ml bottles are given each day complimentary per room. Drinks prices were reasonable and room service prices okay. E.g burger was 18 tl in your room and sparkling water 6 tl.
The hotel has 6 pools.
The main outdoor pool is large but was cool. The outdoor thermal pool was nice and warm and has a cave effect which looks a little dark from outside but us fine when inside.
There are 4 other inside pools appx 8mx5m each 1 clear and 1 thermal for ladies only. 1 clear and 1 thermal for all.
All the pools looked well kept and clean.
Staff were helpful and most speak english. The food could be better but overall very good.

The hotel is located at the beautiful location with a nice building. I provides all the basic amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful.
The best part of the hotel is the type of pools like thermal indoor & outdoor pool, regular pool for adults, small seperate pool for kids with rides.
In the evening they open the pool side bar and play the music as per guests choice

Dışardaki sıcak termalin üst tarafı küçük bir alan ,en fazla 6-7 kişi aynı anda bulunabilir. Alt taraf zaten pek kullanımlık değil sadece dekor amaçlı. İçerideki SPA bölümü yeterliydi ve kullanışlıydı.Dışardaki büyük havuz mevsimden dolayı kullanamadık ama yaz döneminde güzel olabilir.
Maalesef bulunduğumuz dönemde konaklayan misafir sayısı azdı ve personelde buna orantılı olarak oldukça yetersiz sayıda idi.Oda servisleri ,dış alandaki temizlik ve bakım eksikti. Giriş ve çıkışta valizlerinize yardım edebilecek kimse yoktu. Girişte odamızın yerini sadece tarif ettilerki burası 5 yıldızlı otel standartında olması lazımken. Odalardaki çift kişilik yataklar bugüne kadar gördüğümüz en dar ve standartın en altında olan genişlikte yataklardı ve rahat edemedik. Aslında 1.gün sonunda ayrılmayı düşündük ama ücreti girmeden peşin ödemiştik.
Akşam yemeği bankoları uygundu ve çeşitlilik yeterli idi .
Sonuç olarak memnun kalmadık ve zaruri olarak 3 günü tamamladık.
