My wife and I stayed here while travelling in Pamukkale. 2 nights. We stayed here based on the reviews. It is well priced and decently located. We were able to walk to one of the entrances to the Travertine Terrace's. There is a few decent restaurants close by, walking distance. Not lots of shopping or anything exciting. You stay here for the convenience of the sites close by. Very safe area. No issues there. The building and rooms are very clean. Bed is comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning made fresh. Not fancy but thoughtful. The staff here are excellent Gave us some suggestions for food when we arrived and they were good. Help arrange a shuttle back to the airport and it was a better price, not too mention more convenient, than i could arrange myself. Also available on Whatsapp to answer any question. The hotel is beautiful, good car parking, the staff are very nice. Close to center and the main attraction. There are houses around, where we have to walk through, with chickens, which are funny but sometimes smelly.
The village, like other turkish villages and cities, is a bit broken down, but there is places to eat, drink, supermarket, etc.

excellent breakfast… and the front desk were super friendly and helpful. we had an issue with our ac and they moved us quickly to a new room. loved having the pool and being able to walk to everything. on our last day we lounged at the pool all day and showered pool side to get ready for our flight. recommend booking a regular taxi to the airport… the shuttle + bus took over an hour. this wasn’t clear when we booked it. highly recommended a hot air balloon ride at sunrise. unforgettable!

This small hotel is just darling. Well decorated and comfortable. Delicious Turkish breakfast served daily in a poolside building. Pool was lovely. Staff even lovlier! My son left an expensive piece of property at the hotel, and they contacted us upon finding it, and arranged to get it shipped within 3 days to our next destination. Impeccable service and care. A very warm welcome from Josh and a delicious breakfast from Sugar/Şeker made my stay. Their daily greeting, kindness and hospitality will be remembered. Melrose was such an easeful way to visit Pamukkale, resting by the gorgeous pool and palms then meandering a few minutes up to the South Gate. It meant I could descend the travertines with no one else around just before closing as the sun was painting them pink. Peaceful, relaxing. Glorious. Thank you Melrose team 🙏

Overall for a one night stay in this area the hotel is great. The staff is GREAT. We told them we had to leave early (15 mins before breakfast started) so we wouldn’t be eating and they just wouldn’t have it (in a wonderfully kind way) They offered to serve us early so we could have something. And it was the BEST breakfast we’ve had here. So glad we didn’t miss it!

There was a sign stating no outside food and drinks. Date of arrival wanted us to book a balloon ride with a budget company for their kick back. We flew over cornfields not the sites in Pamukkale. Cow stall in the house next door - smelled of cow manure. Maintenance needed. AC was working good in the room.

This is your basic room with no frills. Our room had the view on the mountains which was amazing. The host and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had very few options. Real coffee (instead of instant) would have been better. The water is very hard which makes your skin very dry and for the soap to sudd. The tv remote did not work well and sound could not be controlled.

Amazing stay for 1 or 2 nights. It said check in was until 8pm but I messaged them and said if I will be coming at 11:30pm and they waited till I arrived to let me stay at the hotel. Amazing customer service and they really cared about us. We got a king size bed and very comfortable. Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was amazing aswell and we left this place happy and would definitely recommend if you’re coming. 10/10

The room had a view of the Pamukkale site and was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful and spoke English. There was a shuttle to the associated restaurant which served good food. The included breakfast was a true huge Turkish breakfast and amazing. Some small negatives, the room had some water damage and the toilet doesn't allow for paper to be flushed most likely due to the slow drainage. The shower door didn't close on the water side so water got out. Overall, for the price I would highly recommend this accommodation for its kind people and good food.

Overall I think the property was over priced. The pool area was a lot smaller than it looked.
The rooms were dated and the furniture in the rooms needed some care / updating.
The bathroom looked dirty and there wasn’t a proper door so couldnt close it fully or lock it. The body wash containers had all clearly been used and left there from the last person.

On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

We stayed for one night and had no issues. We had free parking. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony of Pamakkule and hot air balloons taking off at 5.30am was amazing. The shower and toilet were a decent size and decor. Breakfast was impressive. We couldn’t borrow an iron but they offered ironing services. I noticed massage services but didn’t have time to try them. I would definitely recommend staying there.

A great location within the town and Pamukkale. We had a great view from our window of the limestone fields. The hotel is very tired, bedding, curtains, towels, general decor. The bathroom was extremely damp and base was covered in black mould.
Breakfast is included but not great quality, on the two mornings out if three it was served cold.
We would have preferred a better quality hotel to enjoy and base out from.
The local restaurants and people of Pamukkale were very welcoming.

When i write a review its not to hurt anyone's business- just to put things into context.
First and foremost, I wouldn't stay the night in Pamukkale- just do a day trip. The area ia rather quiet and not built for tourism aside from a small strip of restaurants.

When booking this hotel keep in mind that it's probably lovely by the standards of that area but if you have a lot of experience staying in hotels and traveling you wont be impressed. Its family owned in a small town and resides next to a house with some farm animals- so the surrounding area can be odiferous.
I wouldn't tell anyone not to stay here but if you can book a day trip instead and avoid staying in the area altogether I would do that instead.

1.The lady at the reception is really rude, asking us to provide evidence for the payment we have already made, only because she was not there the day before and not sure we have already paid for two nights.
2. The towels are over-used, somewhat yellow-ish.

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 1 night. We had a great experience in Pamukkale. It is perfrctly located with walkable distance to the city's top attractions Salt travertines and city of Hierapolis. The room was fancy and very cosy. We had free breakfast and it was amazing with sweet staff. The hotel was kept well sanitized and was kept extremely clean. The staff was young, energetic, and professional. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they helped us with everything we had trouble with (The trick is to just ask). I love my stay at Melrose Hotel, and would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Pamukkale.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff, the rooms, the food, everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and as seen in the pictures. The breakfast was good but no one really eats hotel breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. I felt like I was at home. The hotels area isn’t what you would expect, it’s a five minute walk from the travertine pools and if you have a car that’s great but it’s annoying to walk thru the streets because it’s not always safe for a tourist. The hotel is family owned so they treat you like family if you need a cab or shuttle bus or food spots, they’re always there to help you. I loved the melrose viewpoint and I will definitely be back!!!

My stay at Melrose was very adequate for the one night. I would say that the cleanliness could be upped a notch (rust on toilet paper holder and stains in toilet), but I still felt comfortable enough. It is very close to the hot springs. What I do have to say is that I very much enjoyed their main breakfast entree: eggs/sausage/fried bread!! I'm still dreaming about that fried bread. mm mm. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and I only encountered nice people.

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time. The room was better than expected: good bed, nice sheets, towels etc. The breakfast was wonderful, cooked by the owner's mom. A free shuttle was provided to the Southern Gate of Hierapolis. When the shuttle wasn't available, the owner drove us in her own car! At the end of the day, we decided to walk back from the southern gate. It's a very nice downhill walk, along well paved roads. Finally, we forgot our iPad pencil in the room, and the owner shipped it to us in a few days. Overall, an excellent hotel with amazing hospitality. Thank you very much, and we will definitely book again when we return!
