Property was very nice, especially for the price two pools one with a kids area and waterpark leaving the adults to enjoy. Staff was super friendly and easy to work with rooms were clean. The greatest part is no extra fee for bringing a pet would highly recommend.

The Anya is a nice hotel with very easy access to the Travertine Terraces and Hierapolis. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The water slides and pools looked impressive but the weather was not conducive for our stay. Access from/to Denizli is very easy and affordable by city bus or Dolmus with the stop a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room we were in was a bit \"tired\". There was daylight around the door frame from the outside. Also, I suggest you request an upper room as we were bombarded by noise from the upstairs room. There a many restaurants and cafes to choose from nearby.

For check-in, the lady at reception, Yeshmi, was great! The staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that there was no elevator, and since we were traveling with elderly people, it was difficult for them to use the stairs. Also, there was a bit of a moldy smell inside the rooms. We checked three rooms and chose one on the third floor, where the smell was much lighter. Overall, the staff were wonderful and welcoming. The hotel is close to Pamukkale—only about a 7-minute drive—and there’s a 101 supermarket right next door, which was really convenient.

Do not book. So bad. First room seemed a bit worse for wear upon first glance with a hole in the middle of the top sheet and some worn finishes but figured it would be fine for our one night stay. Then to the bathroom and the toilet is dirty and the seat is totally broken and unusable. The blatant disregard for how the room presented was off-putting. Transferred to a second room which was also dirty and in disrepair (rotting floor, ripped curtain, exposed wiring) and most upsetting, a ground floor patio door lock that was not only broken inside and outside, but did not even have a locking mechanism. Hotel staff did not offer any further options and we did not feel safe or comfortable to stay. We informed Hotels.com and the hotel staff that we would not be staying after less than 30 minutes of being there and resolution with both hotel and booking website was difficult and unsatisfactory. Hotel refused to offer refund and Hotels.com insisted their hands were tied based on hotel’s policy. Each deferred and blamed the other with neither taking responsibility or offering reasonable resolution. Listing is misleading, hotel rooms are unacceptable, and service was frustrating and disappointing.

Place in a village just below travertine lakes and acient Hierapolis.
Hotel itself is not really 5* as google says.
Good enough though, well above avarage. On reception they are really helpfull.
In the room, equipment could use some care that is lacking here. In our room it was bathroom. The door could barely close/lock. Toilet seat felt cheap and was moving. Showerhead was broken. Not really hard stuff to fix, but as I said - lack of care, and thus not 5*.

Pamukkale Travertines is an amazing work of Nature!
I think the map showing that it is the nearest to the UNESCO site is misleading. In actual fact, it is the furthest from the South entrance. Nevertheless it was an easy walk for us.
The hotel looks the most-up-date among the various ones we saw in the area. We were given a room on the ground floor next to the housekeeping area and restaurant. The music played was noisy and too loud. If we had not been so tired, we would not have easily fallen asleep. Oh! it is about time the pillowcases are replaced with new ones. The ones we got were quite rough with pilling.
Kudos to the staff at the reception for honesty. We needed a very early transfer to the airport at Denizli. To avoid delays of shared transfer, we booked a private car. But turned out, when another hotel guest needed airport transfer at the same time, the staff arranged a shared transfer, saving us some money.

It was not clean. I had to dust the table and whatever was on it myself. The floor had not been mopped. There was no hand towel in the shower, and the whole area of the shower was moldy. There was no place for the toothbrush. The breakfast on the first day was stale, and the selection was not much. It was in a way that we checked out on the second day.

Cons: breakfast was very bad with limited options (one whole table with cheese and one with olives so unless you love cheese and olives you will be hungry); my shower was broken and even though I told staff many times it never got fixed; getting the room cleaned was difficult; hotel restaurant was expensive and the food wasn’t great

Our stay in Anya Resort Hotel was incredible. Staff are very friendly and offer their helped for everything is needed. Due to the transportation schedules, we got the hotel very early in the morning, but they gave us a room ready for us without any fee for early accomodation, and offered us the breakfast of that day as a courtesy. Likewise, its location is the best. just a few blocks from the Pamukkale East entance, taxis station, and bunch of restaurants. Defenitely, I'd recommend the Anya Resort Hotel to anyone looking for an awesome hotel in a great location.

Overall is good! Consider there isn’t much hotels to choose from as of October 2023. It is very close from the west entry to travertine mount and Hierapolis town ( 5 min walk). It’s got a 2 pools,1 restaurant and 1 bar. The room we staying deserves better cleaning conditions and little moisture smell comes from bathroom.

The hotel was fine, it was busy with tour groups. The pool was nice but the area/garden around it quite neglected, umbrellas tossed in the grass and not set up. The biggest drawback for us was that they pumped out loud music all day which made it not relaxing. The music was even audible in the rooms.
Breakfast was ok. Pamukkale itself is a sad little town.
We left the hotel and Pamukkale a day early.

The Anya resort was very close to the main tourist spots in Pamukkale. The room was very big and they had a wonderful swimming pool. The location is very convenient and highly recommendable. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety options. Car parking is also available.

Sewage flowing from drain in pool+ lies from hotel

We had the most awful experience. PLEASE DO NOT book this hotel. When we arrived we were given a room that was dirty. There was hair on the shelves, lipstick marks on the bed, drink marks on the side and there were maintenance materials on the side in the bathroom. We asked to change rooms and were moved to another room. In the evening as we used the swimming pool a neighbouring room had a sewage problem. A lady then at the pool shouted “there is s**t on my foot”. Sewage came was coming out of the drains by the pool. Maintenance then started to work on a drain outside our room and the smell was unbearable and there was water/sewage flowing in the corridor. At 1am , after asking to change rooms , the hotel said they would move us to their sister hotel 30 mins away. They said the hotel was of the same standard as the hotel we were staying in. It was not. The room smelt of smoke , the wall paper was peeling, there was no pool and when we asked if we could move rooms we were told that they all smelt of smoke. The hotel said they would refund my money for the night. Two weeks later, they have not. I have sent four emails. 2 messages on Facebook and Instagram and the hotel has not responded. Please do not support this hotel and so not book here.

The food in the restaurant’s in the area close to the hotel was poor, we enjoyed the restaurant our stay was very pleasant. I did enjoy the swimming pools the restaurant breakfast this morning it was delicious adjusted the restaurants around the area of the hotel are not really good but the hotel the property is in good condition the stuff oh my gosh, those people are wonderful. Please thank him for me.

Pros: the location is very good near the entrance to travertine terraces, the pool is nice especially at night.
Cons: the showerhead holder was broken and we had to shower holding it up, when we told the front desk they said it would be fixed the next day but nothing happened nor changing the room was offered; the room looked clean at a glance but the fridge still had an empty water bottle from who knows how many tenants ago and there was a huge spider web in the corner of the ceiling. Maybe I was unlucky and got the worst room but it didn't seem look like the staff was trying to make sure we had the best accommodations.

We stayed at Anya resort hotel for two nights. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially since there are so many other hotels in the general area of Pamukkale - the room and the accomodation were OK, and what you'd expect from a place at this price level, but there were two main issues overshadowing our stay. First, we arrived on the first day to find a dirty unflushed toilet with the remains of the previous guest (member of the staff?) still inside. Not a very pleasant welcome, to say the least. Second, there were no hot water on our second night. No matter how much we urged the night staff to resolve the problem or offer a solution, they coudn't offer us more than a disinterested shrug. Quite ironic to be lacking hot water, considering Pamukkale is famous for it's hot baths.
To sum it all up, you should spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Anya Resort Hotel was an enigma to us. The place is well built, centrally located, has two beautiful pools, and should, one would expect, be well managed. But somehow that's where it stops. The resort seems to be run by a team of twenty-something year olds who think that blasting Turkish hip hop music on full volume throughout the day in the reception and, worse, across the pool area is the right way to treat hotel guests.
It was also obvious that our room had not been properly checked before our arrival, as the battery of the safe was dead so we were unable to open the safe to store our valuables, and no one had noticed that our room had no coffee station and no minibar refrigerator, despite both being listed in the room description. And on top of all these, our room had no hot water. We had to ask the hotel \"management\" to rectify all these matters.
The breakfast was surprisingly good with a good variety of everything, BUT believe it not, there was no filter coffee, only powdered instant coffee and powdered milk!
Quite astonishing!

Good value and the staff were lovely. Housekeeping works hard and does a good job, but despite being \"new\" the bathrooms were not well maintained. My shower did not drain and the shower enclosures were not adequate to keep water in. My room and my friends room had standing water after showers.

Overall it's a great hotel.

Breakfast is excellent but needs to include a good coffee: there is only instant coffee available, which is not appropriate for a hotel of this quality.

There was a leakege in the bathroom that needed mantainance. Also they should add curtains to block the sunlight In the morning. The ones currently in use are totally useless

Attention was good, pools are very enjoyable. Location is close to city center.

Amazing value and great staff. Breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had in our several weeks in Turkey. Only a few blocks away from the entrance to Pamukkale. Very clean and has multiple pools. Note that the pool is open late (~10-10:30pm) so if you go to bed early it might be hard to get to sleep with the noise and music. However we used ear plugs and sleep great. Solid hotel.

14-16 Eylül 2025 tarihleri arasında eşim ile birlikte kaldık. Çok mutlu ve memnun olduk. Kahvaltı iyiydi, seçenekleri boldu. Havuz cok iyiydi. Personel ilgili idi.

Temizlik yeterli, yemekler lezzetli ve fiyatlar uygun. Sessiz, sakin ve keyifliydi.
Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Özellikle Sude Hanım çok özverili ve yardımseverdi. Fakat çalışanlar yoğunluktan çok yoruluyorlardı. Yönetimin çalışan dostu davranarak çalışan sayısını arttırmasını ve çalışma şartlarını iyileştirmesini umuyorum.

Excellent hôtel au service irréprochable ! Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients il nous a aider avec nos passeports, la piscine est agréable et le restaurant très bon. Situé à deux pas des travertins de Pamukkale, c’est l’endroit parfait pour profiter du site.

Konforlu Konaklama

1 gece kaldık ve memnun olduk. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, büyük bir havuz, kahvaltı çeşitleri çoktu hemen doyuyorsunuz. Çoğu yerde kahvaltı zamanı taze filtre kahve bulmak zor olur ama burada bittiği gibi yenisini demliyorlar. Odalar ve tuvaletler tertemizdi.
