We stayed for 2 days, but we were not happy with the shower, the water used to leak into the main room. And the the tea or coffee in the room was never refilled. The food choices in the restaurant was not great so we had food outside. But it was decent not the great experience.

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide choice. The hotel is bigger than we expected and the rooms were a little noisy but it was run well and we had no issues. It’s between Cambrils and Salou and you would need to walk 30mins. There are taxis/buses available either. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, right beside the beach. We were given a room looking out on the pool area and the beach. Beautiful sea view. Food in the hotel was very good, even though we didn’t book inclusive we had our breakfast there ever morning and also had some of our evening meals there. Friendly helpful staff.

This hotel was not a good fit for our group of 6 adults. Crowded with families and little children. The food at the bar does not have many options ; just pizzas (not very good) and ham and cheese sandwiches (not good). The dining room for breakfast in the morning was super crowded and loud, not very relaxing. The rooms are quite small and the beds are not comfortable. The view on the beach was nice.

The parking was not an option, had to pay for the street parking. The food was included, but drinks no! You have to buy even water (1 l for €2.5!!!) at the lunch or dinner. The wine price is insane!!

There’s not much choice in the area, this was like being in a Hotel 6 with IKEA dining. No fan, no AC, old towels, uncomfortable bed and bedding. Only saving grace was having our balcony door open to hear the ocean waves.

Excellent customer service at from Desk. Maite, And and Monica are the best and deserve a special commendation. Yen was very helpful and attentive at dinner time.
I would recommend this place with no hesitation. The only substandard issue was the poor and intermitent WIFI. I'm shock as normally WIFI is excellent in Europe. Room to improve

Just exactly what we were looking for...a place on the beach that was a little quieter than Salou. We did just breakfast and then enjoyed the local eateries for snack and dinner. Worked perfectly for us. Rooms were very nice with a good balcony to enjoy the morning and evening breezes. Had no problem finding beach chairs on the sides, pool side was pretty busy. Lots of families but the sides were quieter.

Good hotel, bad bike rental

The hotel is just at the beach, clean and spacious. We took a superior room but i suspect regular rooms are just as fine with just windows facing the outer side (which might even be better if you don't want to hear the party from the courtyard).

However, DO NOT rent bicycles from the hotel. The bikes that the hotel has for renting out (although they belong to another company) are very low quality: the gear system didn't work properly, handles were dirty, and overall maintenance was poor. The are a number of other bike vendors outside the hotel just on the street, so just keep that in mind. The cycling path along the beach itself is wonderful :)

Great location just outside of main Salou centre. Lovely beach front walk into town. It was just an overnight stay enroute to meet family. We couldn’t have picked a better place with a quality room and great selection at breakfast in the morning.

Lovely upmarket hotel in picturesque part of cambr

Lovely resort perfect for family holiday . Away from noise and chaos of salou but near enough to Cambrils if you choose to go in and walkable to salou if that’s what floats your boat ? Not many English families there so limited friends for my son to play with but may have been week we chose . All German Russian and Spanish but all friendly enough just language barrier for a young 9 year old ! However excellent hotel next to beach really safe and daily maid service . Breakfast resembles wacky races but most buffet style do . Bacon the worst yet I’m afraid but we are used to it !! All in all excellent holiday and we will be back . Checked out late and got use of room to shower clean towels and store luggage etc so was hassle free 😀

We choose this hotel for a sea view room an parking option, our room was poor sea side view and parking wasn't available. At the time of the check in I asked to help with my luggage but the hotel doesn't have bellboy available, they can afford an extra salary for a bellboy as explained for the receptionist... Very dissapointed for the price that we paid!

Great little break.

Really enjoyed our short 3 night break at the hotel. Played football in the nearby Futbol Park (12 Euro taxi ride) and had a day visit to Tarragona. Bus stop to Barcelona and Reus Airport at the front door. On the beach front and plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. Very hard to fault for the price.

Good food choice helpful friendly staff great evening and daily entertainment my only concern where uncontrollable toddlers/children and too much smoking also needs to be firm rules regarding reserving pool beds although there where plenty they were all reserved all day by guest not coming to use them hence having to get up early to move sunbeds from stock piles and arrange them and find umbrellas and concrete stands and hope no one helped them self to your umbrella while having your breakfast I found this stressful I would recommend out of school holidays for a lovely stay

Perfect stay really, and turns out to be close to go karting and theme parks which was perfect for my fiance and I. The rooms could be better insulated for sound, and housekeeping could be improved, but these are the only small negatives I found.

This was my 7th time to stay in this hotel.

We had a lovely room with a great poolside and beach view, room was cleaned everyday. We always found something nice to eat, they cater more for the Russians, if would be great if they catered more for english, breakfast was excellent, dinner loads of salads
deserts were wonderful, as I said we always found something to eat, you certainly would not go hungry. I dont wish to complain about this hotel, because every time we go we come back and start saving to go back again, it ticks all the boxes for us, we are a couple in our 50s.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas de la mer.
Le personnel (accueil, service et ménage) est aimable et attentionné.
La chambre est dotée d'une bonne literie.
Le buffet est très varié, avec des produits de qualité et bien cuisinés.
L'espace piscine est spacieux et propre, avec un nombre relativement important de transats. Merci à Jamon pour son extrême gentillesse et sollicitude pendant le séjour.

Sobre el buffet, en horario de cenas, se queda un poco justo para ser un 4 estrellas.

Très bon séjour dans cet hotel.
Chambre : propre et fonctionnelle. Un peu petite pour 3. Insorisation pas top mais comme dans beaucoup d'hotels en Espagne.
Hotel en général : piscine pas très grande mais agréablement surprise de trouver une place à 14h sur les transats en plein aout sans avoir à réserver. La plage est très en face et très bien donc nous avons privilégié la plage. Mer chaude et pieds loin !
Nourriture : buffet très bien. Nous avons préféré ne pas faire la queue pour le grill ou le matin pour les pan cakes ! Seul point négatif : la clim qui à mon sens est trop froide dans le restaurant. Heureusement il y a des places \"protégées\" et en plus plus au calme.
Environnement : En face plage et possiblilité de se balader sur le bord de mer. Assez loin du centre de Cambrils (et nous sommes des bons marcheurs ;) )plus proche de Salou. Point négatif = le parking : cher et places étroites.
Au final, je conseille. Nous étions 2 adultes et 1enfant de 12 ans

Desværre er respektionen ikke professionel. Virker på mig som nogle ansatte som skal tjene lidt penge til studierne. Ingen smil, ingen vi tilbyder og lidt anvisninger osv. jeg skrevet til hotellet direkte og forventer et svar. Skøn sted men lidt vi glade for vi besøger så tror jeg den er der.

Ich wurde sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Rezeptionistin Monica, die uns bediente, war bis zum Schluss äusserst aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer war wunderbar sauber und bequem, und die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer war hervorragend. Das Essen war in Ordnung, und es gab täglich spezielle Menüs aus der internationalen Küche.

Die Mahlzeiten waren leider nicht abwechslungsreich. Es hat zu jeder Mahlzeit immer das gleiche gegeben.
Für mich waren die Getränke zu teuer. Ich misste für ein 7up 2.40 Euro bezahlen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr schlecht Isoliert. Man hat alles gehört auf dem Gang oder beim Fenster. Im grossen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt okei. Ich würde dort aber nicht noch einmal Buchen und Ferienmachen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise unfreundlich.

Schönes Hotel mit sauberen, etwas kleinen Zimmern.
Lage direkt am Meer für Strandurlaub super. Leider zu weit weg von Cambrils und Salou - man braucht für fast alles den Bus.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Shows am Abend waren unterhaltsam und die Getränkepreise waren günstig.

Hotel au bord de la mer avec une grande piscine. Nous avions pris l'option demi pension qui était intéressante. Nourriture de qualité moyenne, c'est un repas buffet assez simple avec du choix. En revanche il y avait beaucoup de monde et il y avait la queue pour aller manger et pour payer sa note à lissue du repas (boissons non incluses). Le PDJ ne commence qu'à 8h! Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue gratuitement mais à partir de juin le stationnement extérieur est payant. Le parking de l'hôtel est à 18€.

El hotel está muy chulo, con vista directa casi la mayoría de habiyal mar, y se agradece estar a pie de playa, instalaciónes buenas, y personal casi todos agradables, digo casi todos, ya que en recepción hubo una persona en concreto que no fue especialmente amable... Ya que le pregunté algo, me contestó me imagino, y eso me llevo a coger maletas y pasarlas de nuevo hacia recepción, ya que la pregunta que se imaginaba no era la correcta, ya que no se molestó en verificarlo!!!, y nos hubiera evitado el volver.

Bra resorthotel med möjligheter till alla sorters avkoppling mm fint placerad vid beachen, och detta till ett bra pris. Dock var rummen lite lyhörda, och vi hade rum vid hissen vilket gjorde att man stördes lite av det ibland. Bra frukost med stort urval, dock mycket folk och därmed spring.. Nära till anågra affärer mm. Parkering var ett problem, men det löste sig med lite uthållighet och tur..

Très bon séjour en famille

Hôtel qualité/prix parfait. Hôtel propre, très bien situé (mi distance entre Cambrils et Salou).
La restauration est très correcte pour un 4*, une vraie paëlla aurait pu être proposée en une semaine de séjour.
Le système d'ouverture des chambres avec le bracelet électronique est vraiment une superbe idée. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse, grande salle de bain, terrasse avec une vue magnifique.
Points négatifs :
- la disponibilité des transats autour de la piscine. Les personnes réservent leur place très tôt mais ne les utilisent pas de la journée ! donc nous avons profité de la mer à proximité et pas de la piscine !
- le parking : très petit parking à l’hôtel, non réservable à l'avance. Pour nous c'était un très gros point négatif par rapport au standing de cet hôtel ! La solution pour le parking : un parking surveillé et fermé moins cher à quelques mètres de l'hôtel.

Hôtel au top

Situation de l'hôtel idéale en bord de plage, et pour ceux qui préfèrent la piscine il y a toujours un bain de soleil à disposition, prestations au top, buffet qualitatif et varié, chambre spacieuse et literie XXL, spectacles proposés chaque soir par des groupes de bonne qualité, très bon hôtel nous revenons chaque année.

Op zich prima verblijf, helaas overspoeld met Nederlanders, waarvan sommige zich helaas als bezopen dwazen gedragen. Schreeuwend tegen elkaar en personeel wat er niks aan doet.
Gevolg huilende kinderen.
eten is eigenlijk elke dag het zelfde, geen speciale avonden o.i.d. Entertainment is zeer luid, >90db
(Buiten gemeten, binnen nog harder) verklaard waarschijnlijk ook waarom bovenstaande naar elkaar schreeuwen.
Verder wel lekker aan het strand, helaas wel voorzien van de nodige hoeveelheid plastic zooi uit zee

Séjour agréable personnel dynamique accueillant chaleureux que ce soit le personnel de restauration, d’accueil, ou de nettoyage tout le monde était au petit soin vraiment un séjour agréable buffet varié et de très bonne qualité, hôtel face à la plage avec piscine pas besoin de voiture tout peut se faire a pied petit commerce de proximité, les chambres sont faites tous les jours. Een super hotel!! Animatie is wel alleen gefocust op Spaans, wat het soms lastig maakt met kinderen. Het hotel ligt ook wat verder weg van het centrum wat het lastig maakt wanneer je niet zo mobiel bent. Wij hebben uiteindelijk gekozen om alles met de taxi te doen, wat ook geen pepernoot kost. Eten is fantastisch! Als we zouden moeten kiezen, zouden we hier ZEKER naartoe terugkomen!

The hotel is nicely renovated, the rooms are spacious enough. There's some complimentary drinks included in the fridge, free coffee and tea also in the room. We chose the half board for some days and full board for others, but both were excellent (for the price). The selection and the quality of the food was great. And there's sparkling wine available for breakfast LOL!

A nuestra llegada nos atendió una recepcionista a la cual dudo mucho que le guste su trabajo por la desgana que mostraba. El parking es un caos (dicho por la propia recepcionista) y corroborado por mi experiencia.
Muy poco personal trabajando en la zona de bar y comedor. En mi estancia era habitual comer el postre con los restos de platos principales en la mesa sin recoger.....
La habitación correcta y la ubicación muy bien!

El hotel es muy justo para 4 estrellas. Le salva que es nuevo más o menos. No había nada en el mini bar, salvo 2 botellas de agua. No había vaso para los dientes en el baño. No funcionaba la recepción desde la habitación, por lo que no se podía solicitar nada. Es imposible aparcar en ningún sitio ni en el hotel, ya que no tiene apenas plazas para lo enorme que es el hotel.
