The air conditioning is a bit loud and made a screeching noise in the middle of the night lasting about 10 seconds, it did this a few times so I just turned it off and the room was a bit cold bit that was preferable. Noise after flushing toilet could be heard in ceiling. Great location, friendly staff, small and a bit old but clean

Clean apartments in perfect location of Salou

Arrived early due to flight at 10am, hotel wanted 30 euros for early check in at 12. However decided against it and they had storage for cases. Visited pool, however life guard very abrupt and rude, as some of our family had trainers on and we weren't made aware of rules, we had a carrier bag attached to one of our bags which contained a football, we were shouted at not use ball, although we hadn't even taken it out of the bag and we were ordered to shower before entering, which i agree with but it's not what you say, it's how you say it.
The pool area was lovely, and well maintained, only issue is the slide closes between 2-5 which I would say is the busiest time for the pool. The hotel room was clean, and cleaners came twice during our week there, we had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine and iron, however we didn't use those. The apartments are close to shops, restaurants and bars and is in the residential part of Salou, which we preferred, however it is only a half an hour walk to the strip along the beautiful beach front.
The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, they arranged our taxi for our transfer to airport. I would stay here again with my family.

This hotel was a great surprise, it’s so hard when you read mixed reviews but I’m so pleased I went with this hotel.
The receptionist was great, helped with all our queries and check in was super easy.
The rooms were clean, well presented and a very comfortable double bed
There was a lovely pool, fantastic for families and open till 21:30!
A quiet location but with lots of cafes, restaurants and easy walking distance to the beachfront
I have nothing bad to say, we had a pleasant stay.

Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend.

Nice little hotel.

Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful.

Very nice property. We had everything we needed and could get to grocery store easy for supplies needed.
But! They supplied us everything we needed from the first so we didn’t need to run out immediately to get food etc.
Which was so good as we were tired when we got there!
Would definitely use this property again!

Good Choice

The hotel is located in a residential area with a 15 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute walk to the town centre. The reception area is located in a row of shops and doesn't resemble a traditional hotel reception. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The complex is a series of apartments mainly occupied by Spanish residents. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped and the air conditioning units were excellent. There was a safe in the room which cost 20 euros with a refundable deposit which we were unable to get refunded as the reception staff don't start work until 9 am and we had to leave before this time. The pool area opened from 10 am to 8 pm and there was plenty of room with an adequate number of sunbeds for everyone. Both pool attendants were very fussy and panickity picking none Spanish residents up for very minor issues e.g walking on the grass with training shoes on. They both seemed to be trying to justify their jobs and liked the sound of their whistles. The reception staff were very helpful in pre booking a taxi for our return to Reus Airport which arrived bang on time.

You need to know what you're getting here. It's an apartment building with a few rooms managed by a company. It was clean and spacious, but without some of the normal hotel amenities (24h front desk, daily maid service, exercise room, concierge).

The location is great. Plenty of free parking. Walkable.

The hot water is iffy - we had to adjust.

You have one set of metal keys and you'd better not lose them! If one of you leaves and uses the key to lock the door on their way out the remaining person has no way to get out of the room! Be careful with that one.

If we were to return we'd consider Ona, but we'd look around a bit as well.

We keep going back !!

We've stayed here many times & already booked for september. Its well priced & the rooms (apartment) are a good size & kept clean. The local area is reasonable quiet & away from the noisy end of town. There's a couple of supermarkets close by & a few bars/restaurants aswell. My only complaint is the swimming pool, its great, but not open enough !!

Well priced & quiet hotel.

This must be 5th or 6th time we've stayed here, & will continue to do so. The description says there's a bidet in the apartments, never seen one ! The hotel parking is a must, hotel is in a busy residential area & parking space is a premium. The hotel check in is easy, the friendly staff speak many language's & are very helpful. The apartments are a good size (we're a couple) bed is quite comfortable, bathroom & shower is good. The kitchenette seems fine (hardly used it) TV in bedroom & lounge (only 1 english channel) Balconies vary in size from good to huge. Swimming pool was closed on this visit for maintenance but normally the pool is very good, & the gardens are well kept. This hotel is well priced & seems to do everything it sets out to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was immaculate. Apartment was well equipped and it was a bonus having a washing machine. We had a large terrace to sit out in. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was great, not too crowded and very clean. Lovely bars\cafes nearby. Would definitely recommend and are already talking about our next visit.

Lovely clean apartment, 30 min walk to Salou.

This apartment was perfect, the room was plenty big enough for 3 adults. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed (except a kettle!). The pool was lovely and quiet and a really nice place to relax. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.
The apartments are a 15 min walk to the beach and a 30 min walk to Salou centre, this didn't bother me as I love walking but some of the others in my party preferred taxis which are cheap anyway.

Overpriced apartment far from the beach.

If you are coming to Salou as a tourist, this is not the hotel for you. Overall, staying here for three nights, this felt distinctly like an apartment. Our feeling was confirmed by the fact that the cleaning service was minimal - including no setup nor tidying of the sleeper sofa-bed - and the front desk staff, while pleasant and helpful while they were there, have very limited hours of operation. The one selling point was the pool, though that was unfortunately completely overrun by long-term residents of the apartment. All in all, I am really not even sure why this is listed on Expedia without more explicitly stating that it is an apartment, as is done in so many other cases. Bottom line, for the same price, you are far better off staying in better accommodations close to the beach.

Had 2 appartments for the five of us one at the back and one at the front.the one at the back was quiet but the one at the front could be a bit noisy from traffic but at worst very minimal.both appartments well laid out and both kept clean everyday!perfect location to everything!don't think we could have stayed anywhere better!loved it!thank you ona jardines paraisol!!

Lovely apartments in a very Spanish part of Salou.

The apartments were clean and comfortable. Lovely location (we picked them specifically for this, having been to a hotel on the same street last year). The staff were friendly and we muddled through in broken Spanish and English.

The one point I was not at all happy with was the fact the hotel pool was closed until June (we went in May). There was no mention of this at all on booking, and again no signs up in the apartments and no mention from the reception staff when we met with them on the first day. So I had a very disappointed 7 year old whose only want was to play in the pool.

Otherwise an excellent stay - but make sure you go in tourist season if you want use of all the facilities.

Stayed here for a week at the end of April/beginning of May, and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our stay, having read some negative reviews. However, the room was fantastic, with a maid cleaning the room every day except Sunday, and the quality of the room itself being surprisingly good. I would happily stay again, especially after how helpful the reception staff were during the week. Would recommend to anyone.

My experience,......................

Our experience and stay at the hotel was very excellent. The guests, staff, and chambermaids were all polite. The staff were helpful and informative.
The apartment was clean and in order and we were able to prepare and enjoyed our meals comfortably.
However, there are a few issues, reception of the Television was grainy. On our final night, at around 4:00am, there was a contineous knocking on the hotel compound which wake us up. This continues for another 10 to 20 minutes....such a pity.

Easy check in. Lovely apartment. Clean with maid calling very day. Proper kitchen items like a fridge in good working order, pans, utensils etc. A smashing little washing up welcome pack which was ideal for the few days we were there so we didn't have to go out & buy washing up liquid etc. A good hair dryer in the bathroom etc. Would definately go back again. A bit of a walk to the main shopping centre but not a problem if you like a stroll. 2 supermarkets near by.

Jardines Paraisol - Quiet location, away from the

We had visited a number of hotels on our bus before we arrived at ours It was a little odd to see the name of the \"hotel\" on a window....
We went inside and the Reception was really a desk and nothing else. But as we were a family of 4, 2 Adults & 2 kids we didn't need much else. Anything we asked or needed was sorted for us at the reception.

The hotel room was fine for us, a bedroom plus a bed setee for the kids, that took two minutes to put up. There was a mini kitchen that included a washing machine that helped, a nice big balcony with a pool view. The one downside was no a/c. There was a large fan in each room but they were a bit noisy.

The big hit was the pool, never overcrowded and a large grass area which made for a nice setting. The kids loved the pool, the water slide and waterfall proved a hit too.

It was more an apartment complex than a hotel, located in the Sapanish Salou, many menus were in Spanish & not all staff had good English so ordering food was a little challenge. On the plus side, it was a very safe area, enough shops to keep us going. The Beach was a nice 10 minute walk away. If you are looking for a nice quiet holiday away from the masses it is a lovely location. Port Aventura just a 10 minute taxi ride away too - A big hit with us all.

Jardines Paraisol Salou - perfect cheap getaway

We booked this for three nights for a girly weekend away. The reviews were good for a hotel that had cost so little. The building outside wasn't what we had expected and check in wasn't until 4.00pm which seemed late, however the staff were friendly and we got changed and went for a look round (no changing facilities but we managed in reception) The hotel is situated within the Spanish quarters and is approx 20 mins walk down the prom to the main town of Salou. As three girls walking alone (in the early hours) we felt safe enough in the area. Once we had checked in we were pleasantly surprised by our room. Lovely and clean, spacious with everything you would need for a self catering stay. The pool and pool area was cleaned every day and was really nice - we didn't manage a day there but our balcony (that was huge) overlooked it. There was a bit of noise from other rooms but nothing too bad - we probably contributed once or twice during our visit. I would recommend this to couples, families and girly weekends. Not right in the heart of all the action, but within strolling distance down a very well kept promenade. The prices were cheap and I would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Hard to find took us about an hour driving around it then asked locals to get a location. The Place is a storefront apartment office. Staff was great room was clean but no heat and the bed made noises every time you moved. We also didn't feel as safe here as we have other places. I kinda had a dorm feel to it. I would not go back,

Amazing Trip

I couldn't of asked for a better trip. The staff were always friendly, and willing to help. The rooms were spotless, and were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Great location, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. It was a great deal.

**PLEASE** watch out for pick pockets, they are everywhere! I was on the beach sitting near my bag, and feel asleep for 5 minutes, and woke up and it was gone! Hotel was very helpful, and let me use their phone to contact my credit card companys.

Room was on busy one way street was very noisy.Charged 20 euros for rental of two sun loungers.Enquired about checkout time and was told midday and of day of checkout we were asked to vacate the room by 10-am giving us only 30 minutes to vacate.Very disapointing.

Okay, the hotel in nice. clean, even has a pool. My only gripe is its location. Yes there was MAJOR contruction right across the street, but that was only during the day, when I was away from the hotel. It is FAR from the center of the city. I had a car, so it was very easy to get on the nearby highway, but if you do not, you have to take a bus into the center of town, Or make a very long walk to the nearest train station. Would I stay here again, probably not, UNLESS I had a car rental, Hotel was VERY clean. Parking was bad, I had to park down the hill every night, but area is very safe.

La limpieza bastante justa, echamos en falta algunas cosas básicas como servilletas, un perchero... Los primeros días hacia frío en el apartamento, era necesario tener la bomba de calor puesta constantemente. Buena ubicación, cerca de la carretera de Salou y cerca de la playa. Excellent accueil avec toutes les informations nécessaires. Des personnes à l'écoute qui prêtent beaucoup d'attention à leur client, des petits gestes anodins qui font très plaisir.
L'appartement était nickel avec même un changement de serviette et passage de ménage au milieu du séjour d'une semaine.
Une piscine propre et agréable est disponible avec des bains de soleil et une belle cascade.
Vraiment un excellent choix que je recommande vivement.

Pas de restauration autour car 1er Janvier.
Structure pas agréable sur la période d’hiver (séjour décembre).

Une magnifique terrasse équipée d’une table et des chaises pour pouvoir profiter de l’extérieur . Vue agréable sur la piscine .
Tout équipement à disposition ( frigo,four micro onde ,télé ,machine à laver , ustensiles de cuisine , télécommande de là clim , draps , serviette , plaid )
Literie de bonne qualité .
Très calme malgré une insonorisation moyenne .
Petite attention de bienvenue ainsi que des échantillons gel douche , savonnette mis à disposition.

Bon prix mais s'asseoir sur la terre à la piscine

Points positifs :
- le garage sécurisé (payant)
- la cuisine avec machine à laver et sel, produits hygiènes de cuisine déjà prêt
- plutôt proche du centre/plages (15min)
- balcon et vue dégagée
- calme, propre et rénové
- togoban à la piscine à 17h
- bon rapport qualité prix

Points négatifs :
- piscine : aucun transat, obligé de s'asseoir dans l'herbe avec la terre boueuse
- pas de serviettes de piscine fournies
- A 16h : trop de monde à la piscine trop petite
- asenceurs très veillot
- literie neuve mais de mauvaise qualité
- canapé/lit pour enfant non fait
- très peu d'explications à la réception (classique en Espagne) : obligé de comprendre par soi même le fonctionnement

Escapade exceptionnelle à SALOU

Séjour impeccable, super propre et hyper accueillant ! À proximité de tout, restaurant, commerce, et de la plage à 800 m ! Ville de SALOU , très propre et sécurisée ! Conseiller pour vacances où escapade en couple ! Hôtel avec une très belle piscine !
Avec des marchés très sympa !

Muy recomendable!

Apartamento amplio y muy muy limpio. Cama cómoda. Personal muy amable. Hay parking en los alrededores gratuito. Hay supermercados y bares a escasos minutos. La playa se encuentra a 10 minutos andando. La piscina es amplia y muy limpia. Cuenta con todos los aparatos y utensilios de cocina y de calidad. La única pega fue que la ducha tenía cortina y a mi personalmente, no me gusta. La estancia fue muy agradable. Un referente en Salou.

Appartement propre, idéal pour une famille. Mal insonorisé (chien qui aboie)Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas prendre de petit-déjeuner sur place.
Personnel accueillant et qui vous renseigne bien. Très correcte par rapport au prix.

Super hôtel on recommande

La personne à l'accueil a été super. Très bien accueillis, renseigné sur les coins sympas a faire.. on y a passé 1 nuit avec des copains suite à notre séjour a Port Aventura. Pas loin de sites touristiques et pas cher du tout pour la localisation et le confort de l'hôtel.

Muy mal recibimiento y los servicios

El recibimiento muy malo, en recepción él trato de parecía qué estamos allí mendigando un habitación, no tenía wifi pagamos 12€ por tres días para una línea, pero no funcionó no pudimos conectar, cuando reclamamos nos dijo que nos va hacer un favor y nos va a dar wifi para otro terminal pero seguimos sin conexión. El colchón nos destrozo la espalda.

Todo correcto, ninguna queja.
Sólo reseñar que los inquilinos deben limpiar lo que usen, pero la política de empresa hace que no se proporcione el material necesario para ello, si la estancia es menos a dos noches. Sin embargo, comentándolo en recepción te proporcionan el material.

L'appart en lui même est très bien , le seul bémol, la vue n'est vraiment pas terrible. De la terrasse on a une vue sur les autres chambres. Les sonnettes aux portes font beaucoups de bruit. L'ascenseur fait un bruit monstre quand la porte se referme.
