Basic hotel but no issues apart from the stairwells and staircase to the car park being inhabited by homeless and stinking if smoke etc… my wife in particular found this very intimidating and wouldn’t go to car park alone. This clearly needs addressing by the hotel.

Perfect choice for a stay in Arras
This is a great hotel located within an easy walk of the main square. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of variety and well cooked and topped up. Great coffee too. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a great option.
The parking was conveniently below the hotel and accessed via a lift and was also subsidised.
The food was brilliant and the cost was reasonable. All in all a great choice for a stay in Arra.

Hotel is rated as a 4 star however, the rooms are not 4 star. No fridge, only 1 pillow each, not enough coffee/ milk for a family room and the room is really dark! I understand the cool black ceiling but just not enough light to see.

We only stayed for one night on a stopover from Périgord to Calais, but it was a perfect stay. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival and our dog was given a tasty treat before going to the room to find dog bowls provided! We used this hotel for a stopover on our road trip and it was perfect. There’s an underground car park (entrance in the central reservation outside the front door and can be accessed with a code out of hours) that is secure. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. All the staff were really friendly and the town was nice for a walk around in the morning. Recommend the artisan boulangerie that is on the corner close to the hotel for road snacks!
