This was a perfect budget hotel as part of a longer business trip.
The receptionist was really helpful and informative.
The breakfast was limited - but this was a budget hotel, felt very safe leaving my vehicle in the car park. My only complaint was my room overlooked the main road - which was busy a kept me awake all night.

Good to stop over for France trip. But difficult to find a working EV charger in town as the units beside the hotel, which are usually reliable, weren't working and nothing else nearby was in service. The checkin closes at 22:00h so make sure you are not late!

Our second time at this hotel. It’s our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. Only a few minutes from the motorway (A26). Highly recommend this hotel. We will be returning during our next holiday in France. 😊

I stayed here with my family enroute to Disney. I knew it was going to be basic (we were only here for a short night) but it was very noisy outside until 03:30! A group of people sat outside the hotel basically having a party until the middle of the night. The A/C didn’t work properly so we had to have the window open. The noise kept us awake - this wasn’t ideal after a long drive! Also no towels were provided.

Auto Check-in Confusion

Auto check-in instructions stared that a code was needed, but after multiple attempts to contact the hotel prior to the stay (messages months before and calls on the day before) we still did not have clear instructions. Turns out the auto check-in did not need any specific code, just reservations details.

The room and bathroom were ok. Everything was clean. We found the beds uncomfortable, luckily we were so tired we could sleep despite the discomfort.

They claim on Expedia to have air conditioning. There was something that looked like a hotel air conditioner, but didn't work as one. I checked in just before ten p.m., checked out just after one a.m. The room was just too stuffy and warm. The folks at the front desk can't be blamed. I tried opening the window, but the curtain rod blocked it. Even so, my window was right above the road, and cars going by were noisy, even open only an inch or so. No phone in the room, either. I'm going to be disputing the charge on my card. I ended up checking into the Ibis Arras Center around 2 a.m. Absolutely recommend it. Beautiful place. AC actually worked. Wish I could have spent more time there. Pretty good breakfast.

Good, functional hotel. However, it wasnt clear on booking that there would be no reception after 9pm. Instead we had to checkin at a machine in the car park, in the rain, in the dark. The printer was broken so blink and you missed the room number flash up on your screen. Room was fine, walls pretty thin. Rod outside had traffic on it all through the night..

we had an overnight stay on the return trip from Italy. The room was clean and well appointed. The corridor leading to the room was less clean - we thought there had been some work done that day.
The shower drain did not take away water quickly enough leading to water overflowing from the tray during a shower. There was no-one on reception as we left and so we were unable to advise staff about the shower.

Unfortunately the level of facilities is going down year by year. When it was Premier Classe hotel network, it was still fine hotel and excellent value for money. Now it's dirty, full of faults hotel. The location is very convenient though and it's cheap, however if you are looking for pleasant stay, look elsewhere.

Just the job!

Besides a slight issue with check in as we’d arrived just after reception had closed and needed to use the automatic check in machine at the gate which refused to accept our reservation, we rang the phone number and we were quickly greeted with our key cards etc.
I’ve stayed here twice now - both on my journey heading to & from the Alps and the location to Calais for the ferry is perfect, not too close (Arras is a lovely little town) and not too far away!
The accommodation is exactly what you’d want from a no frills overnight stay and the breakfast was good value! This will definitely remain my pit stop for future stays.

Very convenient close to A26 road. Nice park nearby, Aldi and Lidl in walking distance perfect for budget holidaymakers, recently bakery opened just around a corner made it even more pleasing. For the price you pay you get very nice room with well balanced aircondition, comfy bed and hot shower, just what you need after long day of travel. Facilities getting a bit tired, but it`s still nice and clean hotel for a very reasonable price.

Nice park around the corner to walk the dog. Room was small bathroom very small .A/c wasn`t on at this time of year ,,,Sept ??? no internet in room very stuffy opened the window but the road was so noisy it kept us a wake .Beds only had one small pillow and the towels were old and thin .

The automatic check in was inoperative so we walked across the car park to reception and thankfully found someone there. He seemed very bothered that a total of 4 men were sharing 2 x triple rooms? He even said \"I am very sceptical\" and insisted he changed our rooms to 2 x twins?? This process took a good 20 minutes which at 3am was rather unnecessary and I suspect rather homophobic.

Used this hotel based on previous reviews for a stopover for Women's World Cup. Clean and comfortable and close to centre, a 15 min walk taking either of the roads to the side of the Artois Expo, both will take you to the station, choose the right one as it easier to get to the main squares (Grand Place / Place des Heros). Plenty of car spaces. Buffet breakfast great and reasonable price. Nearby Aldi and Bakery if required. For a family of 3 I would have liked to have seen some more clothes hangers and would have preferred a separate bed for 14 year rather than overhead bed. All in all it was fine and would stay again.

Gated free car park with check-in machine outside, worked well for checking in after hours.

Room very basic which is ok for the money HOWEVER there was a large poo stain on the bed covers which I didn’t notice until the morning, sickening. Our friend’s room seemingly had bodily fluid stains on the walls too.

Breakfast was “all you can eat” but there were no plates, just napkins. The only food was a few bits of bread or yoghurts.

Wasn’t expecting much from the hotel for the money, which is fine, but the cleanliness needs sorting

the hotel was a bit out of the town centre, but for what i was doing it was perfect, the rooms were nice and clean and comfortable beds
the down side was the breakfast or lacjk of choise, it comprised of some bread and jams, cereal and a yougurt, no cheese or cold meats

I picked this hotel based on location and price. The hotel is,inexpensive but qhat you get is a,good location, a clean room helpful desk staff and a decent breakfast.
I would,return and recommend it to friends. It is 15 minutes from the Vimy Memorial.
I would ask for a parking lot facing room though as the street at the rear is busy and noisy.

Very cheap when I booked, I had a fuel problem with my car when after driving 10 hours I put some petrol ony deisel before realising. At the hotel Hamza at reception got a friend who is a mechanic to sort my car out and much cheaper than having a garage sort it out. Thanks Hamza, you are a good man. The hotel is fine, you get what you pay for, a decent clean room with few frills. Due to car problems and having arrived very late we missefd our onward connection but staying an extra night was no hardship, Arras is a pleasant town.

The hotel was too small for the price. They did not offer anything like ammenities ect. The breakfast was too little. If you are Canadian, you will be treated poorly or ignored.
