We stayed during the blizzard of 2026, so it may have been a harder time to keep everything clean, but the carpets on the stairs and in the hallways were very dirty, and the door to our bathroom wasn’t wiped down. Breakfast was good if you steered clear of the eggs and home fries and just stuck to the bagels and pastries. Again, that could have been a staffing issue due to the storm. Staff was vey friendly and I am thankful they had lights and heat, and the kids had a blast in the pool, just wanted to be honest with my review.

So hotel lobby was well kept, but when we left to get to our room, first was garbage can outside of door to get in was overflowing with trash and all over the ground, then when we went in door Firebox in wall was beeping, when we got to room, wallpaper falling off, dirty chairs in room, dripping shower, heat didn't work, they came and tried to fix, then set at 70 in 15 minutes was 77 tried to lower it and system shut off again and we spent the night with no heat....so we were supposed to stay another night but checked out next morning, tried not to rude and said we were leaving because of a family emergency at home

Room was clean. The bathroom had a barn door and the sink was outside of the bathroom. It has a microwave small refrigerator and keurig which was nice. There was a table but only 1 chair to the room. The buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately for us and not the hotel’s fault, a couple of youth hockey clubs and their families were staying at the hotel and the kids ran through the hotel unsupervised making quite the noice.

The last 2 times I stayed there they had teams (hockey, football etc) staying at the same time and kids/families simply took over all the public areas like other guests were not there. Kids running through the hallways, playing ball, knocking on doors, pool was a mess and they don’t try to control the noise etc.

I wasn’t expecting the property to be kept as well as it was. I was a little nervous when I arrived because there was a hockey tournament going on and lots of kids and families in the hotel but the front desk clerk assured me that my room was as far away from the hockey team guests as possible. While there was a little bit of noise and activity with the kids, it was lights out by 10 o’clock, and I got a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the continental breakfast had eggs, bacon, bagels, and assortment of juices, coffee and other bread and muffins and was staffed by a service person who was friendly and kept the place well. I don’t think you can expect much more than this for the price that I paid.

I basically got very little sleep due to a large group of kids running up and down the corridors until late in the evening. One even banged on our door and took off. They were constantly yelling and carrying on. The other issue was with the tub drain being clogged. Never had that happen before. A hotel worker came and unclogged it. The front desk employee in the morning was apologetic but overall definitely not a good stay.

It’s great deal it’s updated clean staff is excellent and the onsite restaurant is delish! But parents let their young kids run up and down the hall like it’s a playground- up until 11 pm. I have some empathy but by 1045 pm when you have to get up early… it’s rude. Multiple families.

The hotel was extremely loud with running and screaming kids for hours at a time through the hallways, and the staff did nothing about it. Also, there’s a huge language barrier when communicating with the staff, which is also a bit of a problem. Later in our stay, there were some shady folks hanging out in the parking lot and I inside the hotel. I don’t believe they were staying there. The one guy was just hanging out in the stairwell for hours and we saw him every time we came and went.

Would you like to see the picture of the blood stained sheet we had, which was hidden by the pillows or the fact the floor in the bathroom was so, slippery because they put us in a handicap room and there was no shower curtain Just the shower stall. so water pooled on the floor not to mention in the rooms, there are no USB Ports only plugs The pool was clean and well maintained, and I think that was the only highlight. The breakfast wasn't bad they had the waffle machines but you could tell the proteins, and the potatoes were heated up in a microwave. I did bring it up to the front desk on our checkout. She shrugged her shoulders and said, okay, she would tell management. I do not suggest anybody staying here unless its just an overnight stop over

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times as it's conveniently located for the beaches and is a good mid-range hotel. It's always clean, parking is easy and it also has a great indian restaurant.

There is no insulation in the walls between the rooms. We could hear a lot of noise talking and laughing to 2 in the morning from the people next door to us all night we couldn’t sleep and the staff didn’t do nothing about it plus bathroom door was broken and kept jamming locked. Also 15 minutes before breakfast is over they turned off the lights of the dining room and took all the food away at 9:45 AM. I am not happy. It was horrible night staying there, and the staff didn’t do nothing about it after we have notified them two times.

The staff was friendly, and considering the area and price, the hotel was a good choice overall. Nothing extraordinary, but everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast starts at 7:00 with a decent selection, though kept simple since additional options are available for purchase. The gym equipment was also fairly good. I wish the pool closed later than 8:00 PM I felt that was very early.

Our room was somewhat damp to the point where our clothing became somewhat damp. The free breakfast was not great. We have stayed here in the past and it has gone downhill. They now also offer fresh breakfast for purchase, therefore may not be as invested in the free breakfast items which is disappointing. The room had a funky odor. The door did not have a top latch lock and it was hard to tell if the door lock was even working right. There was a note that said to use the wall thermostat to adjust the temperature but we didn’t see one. Had to request shampoo.

The hotel was recently remodelled and is relately nice. WHat is not nice is the lack of cleaning. The hallways were filthy. The overall cleaniess is poor to say the least. Its a same because its relatively new. They need to hire more staff or replace the staff they alrady have.

I believe they changed owners cause I stayed before and it was different, the inside pool wasn’t warm at all , very cold . There was no towels in the pool area , I had to ask in the front desk . In the morning went with my baby (11 months old ) to breakfast area , I got a couple of things and set with her in the high chair when I had to grab something else I couldn’t leave her by herself so I grabbed her , the older lady st the breakfast simply put the chair away like I was done and leaving the area . She was rude , the waffle maker wasn’t working , I also told they didn’t have any more cream cheese (I believe because was 15 minutes to finish breakfast time) overall I didn’t like it this time!

Room turnover didn’t happen until way later in the day (like 4/5ish) and then the day that we were leaving someone came knocking on our door at 9:45 looking to see if we left early. Breakfast had good options but once something was gone, that was it, no replenishing. Location was pretty convenient. Would stay here again.

Our hotel room had what appeared to be a mold or grime stain on the wallpaper by the bed. Lots of miscellaneous stains and splatters in the room, especially bathroom, lots of grime on the shower and floor. One towel was stained with red lipstick. The shower door had a rusty screw sticking up out of the threshold, causing the glass door to slide against it creating a terrible sound, and could be a possible shatter risk. The hallways had lots of the same uncleanliness, especially the carpets. Overflowing and smelly trash by side entrances creating a pretty terrible smell when walking out. Overall an uncomfortable stay, but the beds were okay. Based on other reviews expressing issues with staff, the manager, or refunds, reaching out was discarded as an option for us. Luckily I have stayed at worse places traveling for work, and it helped it seem not so bad. But not at all acceptable if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely not choose to return.

We were there for three nights. Our room was not cleaned on our last night. Staff would not take responsibility for this and blamed us. There were no towels and toiletries. Also, the beds were not made. It was an inconvenience for my family and I. This was the first time at this hotel that we had a problem. We have visited there two other times.

This hotel is very deceiving, looking from the outside and walking into the lobby. It looks like it would be a nice hotel, but the room was completely rundown. Smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling. The room was extremely musty to the point where the beds and pillows were wet. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was food crumbs in the corners of both rooms (family suite). The shower handle broke off the wall. The outdoor pool was dirty and cold. There was an Indian restaurant in the hotel and once they started cooking, it smelled like Indian food throughout the hallways. The free breakfast in the morning didn’t seem to be cooked, the eggs were runny, the sausage was cold. And to top all that off, they were multiple nights that the hallway smelled like gas to the point where they had to shut the propane off to the back outdoor pool tiki bar. I would have thought with all of these issues there would’ve been some type of help or discount to the room even though we mentioned all of these issues management said there was nothing they could do. I would NEVER recommend staying at this hotel EVER.

The stay was great except only two bath towels… no hand towels or bath mat. The shower curtain was too short for the shower so the floor gets soaked. Not a huge deal, we were only there for one night, but kind of a pain. That’s really my only complaint . Everything else was good. Staff were nice, quiet, safe, clean.. seemed very reasonable compared to other options. I would stay there again.
