We have stayed here before, enjoy the room,. Ac is great, love the kitchen option and bed is comfortable.
Only complaint was internet connection was off and on and we were here partially for work. Apparently has been on going issue for months so should’ve been taken care of in my opinion.
Pool and hot tub is great outside of some of the staff. They are 3rd party and was quite unprofessional possibly drunk or on something!
Was terrible experience.
I don’t want this to take away from the hotel itself. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed the room .

Location is perfect right in the heart of Waikiki. Front desk was always helpful and gave us an easy check in/ check out.

Only downside to the property is the parking which is to be expected but highly recommended booking a parking stall before hand.

All in all it is a safe, reliable, and great place to stay for an affordable price!!

The staff was very nice. Management will only allow room cleaning after the 7th day but they do give you refills on any amenities. The pool and hot tub were great after long walks. And the beach is very close. It was also close to the bus stops which we used to tour the whole island. We will always remeber our stay here. Shout out to Tom and Cecilia! They help you with a smile!

Very outdated and musky smelling . Was there a week and one day had to ask for towels twice. The room did its job by allowing us to speep from 10 pm to 430 am but the hallways smell. So we stayed out. Quick distance to the beach and good food and shopping

The courtyard with tropical trees, small pool, and tiki theme restaurant was wonderful, we loved it.
The front desk staff and house keepers were all friendly and very helpful. This building looked very old, but well maintained. Our room had newer kitchen and fridge, good for a long stay. No hidden charge at the check out, exactly as explained at the time of booking.

There was a snafu about the booking dates. We had booked it in 2024 for 2025, however, the hotel booked us for 2024 and marked us as a no-show. I called hotels.com where we booked, and they straightened everything out for us. We were allowed to put our luggage in a safe room to be picked up before our flight, which we really appreciated. But the staff could be a little bit more friendly when hotel guest were entering and leaving the hotel.

You get what you pay for and that is true here. The hotel matches the price. Decent/good. It's in a good location and there is a Tiki Bar on site for a convenient cocktail. My biggest issue is the curtains are in shades of sunset. Which means any light outside is MAGNIFIED into the room. Darker curtains would be better, even if they can't provide blackout curtains.

The room I stayed in was pretty nice. It lacks the polish of other hotels near the beach, but it was still very enjoyable. The main thing to pay attention to is that they lack adequate parking. Make sure you reserve parking WELL in advance.

Pool area wasn’t super clean and is shared with a restaurant so outside diners come through frequently, rooms are tiny, loud construction noise made louder because bathroom window doesn’t close. Overall cleanliness was great. When we got to our room we noticed the faucet in the kitchen sink was very loose. The shower heads have almost no power so it made taking showers longer. The property itself is in a great area, staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were great. Laundry areas are weird. The washer on the 8th floor was bubbling everywhere from the hose. Overall not a terrible place to stay for the money we paid.

There was roaches all over our clothes and bathroom sink!! When we asked to be moved the staff just brushed us off. We stayed there seven days and housekeeping never came in to switch our trash bags out or bedding. We had to constantly keep asking for supplies. The lobby also smelled terribly disgusting.

The location was great. The bed and the pillows were like a rock. The chair on the lanai had missing slat which made it very difficult to sit on. No comfy chair in the room. The room was very small. I liked that they had parking, but there was always water on the ground in the parking facility. I didn't like the gaps between the screen and jalousies. Just kept thinking roaches would come in. I liked how it was convenient to walk anywhere for shopping and eating at different places. I was surprised that staying for 7-days there was no maid service. I did like the access of filtered water and ice. The pool and bar area was nice.

We really liked the location of the hotel for our stay. It was convenient to many attractions and food. The hotel is quite old and showing its age in it's rooms and accomidations. We had to have our shower fixed during our stay as it had no pressure. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to pay a significant cleaning fee and only have our room cleaned once. But this could be overlooked for the price of our stay. We were lucky and able to get parking for our rental car but I understand this is not always the case so book early.

The worst part was the terrible noise from a construction site right next to the hotel with machines working at 7:00 am, it’s unbelievable they got authorization to start so early.

On December 23. 2024 approximately 2324 hours, i iakopo Leota checked in to my room and got my kids in bed after a ling trip for them from Ft Riley Kansas and i iakopo came from deployment on special leave crossing 2 continents. My 2 boys 9 and 8 years old were tired and i got my kids into bed after checking in and then came down to the desk and asked about where do.i parked my vehicle and was told i should had got a smaller vehicle to fit in the garage and my jeep rental could not fit and was told by the technician and given a paper to go look fkr parking and pay another additional money out of my pocket for the toll after i had paid in full for my hotel room and garage together but after looking for parking for 12 minutes alond the canel and around the area i had gotten upset due to the fact my young children was asleep up in the rooms by themselves and i had to go look for parking lot and pay more additional money to the toll. The garage space had other suv taking 2 space. I spoke to technician and said i need my money back because im tired and crossed 2 continent from deployment to pick up my kids from Kansas and looking for parking for 12 minutes left my tired children upstairs in the room while i went out to go hunt for a parking spot and i didn't breach hotel policy and informed the technician yall did as a agency and also informed im going to call HPD if i was not to receive my full refund back but the technician did refund me back. I was nit happy of my stay.

This is a smaller hotel for Waikiki only 12 floors but seemed to be fully occupied so I felt that it was popular. The location is excellent, bus stop across the road and food and shopping within easy walking distance. Travelling solo I had a small room, but it was large enough for one. I had a small view of the sea from my lanai which considering the location 2blocks back from the beach was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The pool is my favourite part of the complex, it is a little peaceful oasis in a bustling city.

Staff were being rude to my family and I. Not just the staff but also other guest staying at the same hotel. And let me not forget the roaches I seen in the closet and living room. Don’t Believe me ? I have pictures!. Only nice and respectful person there was John aka Jonny boy amazing service from him and only him!. Our shower was broken and couldn’t use and it just looks like it needs a renovation, it looked more old school and not like the pictures at all. Close to the beach in Waikiki and the International Market. Wasn't the most luxurious place to stay, but it was quiet and we had a lot of space. By we had a lot to do all over the island, so this was almost exclusively a place for use to shower and sleep. For the amount we paid, and the fun we had, it was well worth staying here.

This stay was a mixed bag;
*The staff were oddly unfriendly and we experienced a natural gas leak via the stove in our unit that led to my husband and i getting mildly ill.
-A memeber of staff at the front counter when informed implied I was either making it up or it wasnt happening. She told me that there couldn't have been a gas leak because the cleaner had signed off on the room. When she came to our room to verify that there was, indeed, a gas leak she said she would call maintenance. When we asked if we would be miveds to a different room, we were told that she woukd try, but that it could take several hours because she would have to do a lot of searching to see if they had anything available. At this point both my husband and I were feeling the affects of the gas leak, despite having the lanai doors open. Relatively quickly, however, we were moved!
The next room was just as beautiful as the first! However, drinking coffee on the lanai, in the morning, was not an option unless we, too, wanted to be watered like the floors growing on the floor above us. Oh, well, at least we gad been relocated.

The hotel, however, is in an incredible spot! Youre a block from the Waikiki beach, Starbucks is a 10 minute stroll, there are food trucks close by, youre in the central hub for everything and anything! Rooms are clean, decor is wonderful, hotel even smells great!

We enjoyed our stay regardless!

If you think this is a fancy resort you will be disappointed, but if you have read the info this place is exactly as described. Charming rooms and at an amazing price. The pool was so lovely and secluded. Service was friendly. There are limited parking spaces
So check on that before you commit. Location is absolutely awesome. We were on the 6th floor and there was some noice but Waikiki is a noisy town. We plan on staying again best value.

We stayed for 5 days and not once was our room cleaned or were the beds made and the only reason trash was picked up and towels changed was because we went to the desk and asked for that.
Parking is an absolute joke. But we were warned about that. I suggest that arrangements for parking be made thru another hotel nearby.
It was noisy because of the building next door.
But, looking down into the pool area it was great to see 2 pairs of fairy terns nesting in the trees. They are an endangered species and each morning they were out flying around. Very nice that the hotel property is protective of them.
We did enjoy our stay. And would use this property again.

Be cautious before booking because there is no room service throughout the entire stay even if you pay for room service. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two full weeks. Throughout our stay, the front desk staff were all very friendly and always did their best to accommodate when it was in their power to do so. The hotel overall is dated, though this didn't really impact quality of my stay. The room was just adequate. There was a smell to the room overall. We got a room with a kitchenette so there were some dishes and utensils available. The coffee maker is a two cup coffee maker and the coffee provided was terrible. The hotel did provide one dish towel, a sponge and dish liquid. They also replaced these items when needed. To renew towels we had to go down to the front desk to replace them, which they did without issue. PLEASE NOTE: the cleaning staff is NOT directly connected to the hotel. They are contracted out. We were informed that the room would be cleaned once per week upon request we just had to ask the day before we wanted it cleaned. However, this did not happen. It was five days AFTER asking that my room was cleaned and that was after I had to ask three subsequent times. So, in two week stay we had our bathroom and floors cleaned ONCE. I was doubtful that the bathroom was cleaned upon arrival because the tub looked much cleaner after asking for housekeeping. The TV in the room was a smart TV. Its a good thing we did not go to Hawaii to watch TV because it only worked half the time we stayed. The laundry room was very convenient and as was the ability to get beach towels

Stayed 16 days, Room smelled bad upon arrival and until it was cleaned on day 13. We were told to leave patio door open and air conditioner on to get rid of smell, but it stayed until room was cleaned. Even though we asked twice for the room to be cleaned, it was not until I spoke to the manager it was cleaned on the 3rd request. Location to beach is the best part. They will give you fresh towels and other supplies at front desk when you ask, but not having our room cleaned for so long was an issue for us. Place needs updating. Beds are not comfortable and pillows are flat. We will not stay again.

Nice, clean hotel with great amenities. Close walk to the beach and great variety of restaurants nearby. The only down side is the parking garage layout and access in and out.
