The room was clean, it had nice amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Major problem is there was some construction and for the first couple hours there was no electricity or Wi-Fi. I only got the room because we had like a 12-hour layover and so I just wanted to have a place to take a nap and conveniently grab a bite to eat if I wanted to. There was a very nice patio which I was not expecting. They also let me do an early check-in by a couple hours, so that was very helpful.
There's also a pool or spa but did not visit that. The location is very good with many restaurants nearby.
After my nap I went out for a walk and got something to eat but when I got back the power was out again so the elevator wasn't working. I think I was on like the 8th or 9th floor so fortunately I have no mobility issues but if somebody had those issues it would have been a different situation. Overall I would recommend the hotel as far as the location, the staff and the cleanliness of the room. As I mentioned the only downside was the power going in and out and I have no idea how often that happens or if it was just on the day I was there. I would say check other reviews and see if this is an ongoing issue.

Heavily scented rooms - if you have any type of lung issue, Asthma, COPD, or sensitivities to chemical fragrance: stay away. The room itself was great: spacious, clean and really nice but there are automatic sprayers of some type in the rooms to keep it smelling \"good.\" I was able to switch rooms and got into one that had less of a scent but it was still too much for my lungs to handle. If you don't have any type of lung issue - This is a great place. It's located across from a beautiful park in a very safe neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and the sauna very nice. I rented the hot tub, which didn't get very hot but was still nice. The champagne they serve is excellent

El hotel es lindo y limpio. Tiene dos ascensores muy espaciosos y las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas. Camas cómodas. Cocina con lo necesario y baño aseado. Diagonal al hotel hay una heladería deliciosa, en la otra esquina hay un café (Mc Nor) muy bueno y menos de 25 metros después hay una frutería. También muy cerca hay tiendas de conveniencia. A la par del hotel hay un restaurante con reconocimiento Michelin y cerca del hotel hay muchos restaurantes/cafés buenos. Recomiendo 100% este hospedaje!!

This hotel allowed a one-night stay, which can be rare in Argentina, including in Buenos Aires - at least in this price category.

Exceeded expectations - spacious room, very comfortable bed, good working bathroom, mini-fridge and kitchenette with even a stovetop (you do have to request cooking utensils - they are not automatically placed into the room). Hotel was considerate of our need for late checkout.

Location is excellent as well - in Palermo, one tiny block away from Ecoparque and the Libertador avenue.

Indoor pool can be used all year long. It's designed as part of their spa experience, but pool access is included with hotel stay, so you don't have to book any additional spa procedures.

The location was great, close to the AEP airport and several parks. The area felt safe. The hotel was ok. Breakfast was only room service, but it was not bad either. There was, however, a weird, artificial smell of the air freshener that was very annoying. I complained about it and was told someone would take a look at what smelled; nobody showed up.

Great choice for non fitness oriented

I really like this hotel and can highly recommend with some comments:
THE GOOD
1. Location is perfect, plenty of restaurants, parks, etc.
2. Apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Very classy.
3. Service is great from everyone.
THE NOT SO GOOD
1. It is called Spa, but it is barely one. They do have a nice pool, jacuzzy, sauna and offer massage. But the biggest downside is the gym. In an extremely small space they have an old machine, two treadmills and a bike that barely work. Weights are a couple of old dumbells. They should get rid of the machine, buy new treadmills and eliptical and a new rack of dumbells, and it will be an improvement.
So if the gym is not important for you, this is a great choice.

The staff has such a good attitude. And near by are many fantastic places to see and eat. The city is the most positive city that I have ever been to, by far. It's the only city that I have ever seen so much positivity. No trouble makers, anywhere and everyone has a smile. You cannot beat the hotel for location, and the staff is really good and positive. I definitely loved the location and friendly staff, the suite was big and comfortable as well as clean. However, my only feedback is that the minibar looked a bit dated and it should have more snacks and drinks options. The bathtub definitely needs to have a sliding door or curtains, it is not comfortable to shower, the shampoo/soap options could be upgraded to a better quality. Overall my experience was great.

The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. The staff assisted me many times & were very helpful. They held some of my luggage for several days which helped a lot.

The location near AEP airport is perfect. And the cost of rooms is great.

I didn’t have time to use the spa area but the services looked very nice

If you’re vegan, do not order the standard breakfast, not worth the $, there wasn’t anything I could eat. There aren’t any dining areas - only room service.

What a wonderful little hotel! I picked it because it was closest to the airport, but I would stay again for the spacious room, lovely amenities, delicious room delivered made to order breakfast and the courteous kind staff. Very walkable to lovely restaurants including a Michelin Grade restaurant right next door. Amazing.

We wanted to be close to the parks, so this was perfect. Was quieter than if we were in the heart of Palermo but trade off was fewer restaurants & activity. Close to Planetarium, Japanese Gardens, ecoparque, Avenida del Liberator (good pickup spots for both city busses & tourist bus), 3 ice cream shops within a block, Serena’s Cafe for good breakfast & lunches. Loved the large balcony, indoor pool. Thought reasonably priced, good value. Staff were all patient with our spotty Spanish. Most front desk folks spoke some level of English (some quite fluent). Very accommodating. I’d stay again.

Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. Bad side, you have to call first to go to the pool, we were told so thry can bring you a robe. Granddaughters never got a robe. Also $40 extra for the jacuzzi. No thanks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Uber is a great way to get around in the area and taxi's are abundant!

We chose this place because we wanted to be close to the AEP as we had an early flight to Ushuaia. Also, we wanted a place with staff to help us arrange for a taxi, etc. The place is really close to the Japanese Garden and the Latin American Museum but about 20 to 25 min walk from all the top-notch Parillas such as Don Julio, La Carniceria, Fogon Asado, etc. The room was very modern and clean. Very quiet at night as it was at the outskirts of the main part of Palermo. The staff was helpful in storing our luggage and calling a taxi.

Really nice stay near Aeroparque Jorge Newbery, also not too far walking distance from main areas of Buenos Aires. Rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was really good value also. The staff were also very friendly, also helpful. The facilities looked great too, I didn’t manage to give them a go however, due to being very tired when arriving there. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anybody staying in Buenos Aires.

A wonderful oasis in Buenos Aires - close to so much in the (Botanic) Palermo. The rooms are LARGE, clean, wood floors, with a balcony, \"kitchen\" (microwave, stove, sink fridge, electric kettle). Hot water and lots of it. Welcoming! Breakfast is delivered when you phone for it, the room cleaners come at reasonable times. Amenities too - pool, gym. A very comfortable welcoming hotel wthg MANY restaurants close by, in an interesting, walkable area in friendly Buenos Aires.

According to the Expedia booking site, payment at the property with the local currency came to less than 27000 pesos plus tax. However, on arrival we were told 34414 pesos. When we asked why so much the receptionist said they charge us for the Expedia commission. We said no, you are over charging. We immediately contacted Expedia and they have a file open investigating the matter. Upon arrival we met two very rude men who were speaking to each other under their breath. One did the calculation and told the other guy what to charge. They did not smile or greet us. When we asked for a proper receipt with the breakdown of the cost, they refused and told us we are not Argentinian and he gave us a receipt of 393 and a receipt for 34414. We want to pay as Expedia showed on its site, no less, no more. Please refund us the balance.

Don't go to this hotel. The building is come down. The management are gangsters. Is unsafe. When you arrive they will ask you to cancel Hotels.com and say that you left and promise you a better rate to collect money in advance. After the pandemic the new managers have no clue how to run a hotel. The will see you carrying many suitcases and not offer any help. Don't waste your money here.

Noisy environment, close to Main Street and it was still noisy from traffic and people conversations on the street around midnight.

Surprised to see the room also come with a mini kitchen(could be a big plus for some people), but we only stay for the night and had to leave around 6:30, I paid for breakfast but they won’t open until after 7, and the clerk refused to give me refund for breakfast.

I got bitten by spiders in the suite. Cleanliness is not their strength. Cleaning of the suite happened every other day. The don’t provide towels for the swimming pool, hence one has to take the ones from the bathroom.

This is a nice boutique hotel. Its location is unusual for Buenos Aires, as the hotel is right on the edge of the beautiful Palermo residential area and is very convenient to those, like me, who have relatives living nearby.

The property feels a tad tired –a peeling toilet seat here, a dangling towel hook there– but I would go back with no hesitation. I just wish they would improve their customer relations. We had paid for \"a room with a balcony\" but ours only had a tiny balcony completely filled by an air-conditioner. It turned out that they had decided to give us a larger room instead, but they never told us! Breakfast is delivered to the rooms and we were explicitly told it would be a continental breakfast. We discovered, much too late, that they could have also provided cooked items such as eggs. Our experience would have been better if such things had been communicated to us.

Ok hotel. A bit run down and a bit far from places to visit as a tourist.
Also I found the 'nickle and diming' annoying. Charging me US 50 cents for milk powder in the room and 30 cents for tea.... really? Oh, but the sweetener is free.
On a plus, good wifi, comfortable bed and a balcony for smokers.

good location , good Staff nice people , but hotel needs updates( refrigerator very small and has no freezer, all my baby food went bad, things were barely cold , not cold at all, rare kind of refrigerator , and it is very old set up ,pillows never seen in other hotels or in your imagination , comforter full of stain, big stains disgusting horrible , towels loosing trends like the ones you can used to wipe floors or furniture , so destructing, only Spa looks good. We had to move out of there .

Always love to go back to this hotel... staff is delightful, there is a mini kitchen (which helps if you have dietary restrictions), a supermarket (\"un chino\" as locals say) with a little bit of everything right in front and located on a very charming area of Buenos Aires. Love it!

Only bad comment is Breakfast, they charge U$12 for a wood box with cheap bread and industrialized yogurt... don’t waste your money, there are plenty of places within 1/2 block to have a way better breakfast.

It's in a good area with restaurants and bars nearby. The pics can br misleading. The rooms are small, the bathroom even more. No actual breakfast area, only room service. Thin walls so you can hear noise from all rooms around you and hallway. It isn't a bad hotel but it isn't the luxury place it looks like online.

Great hotel with kitchenette and pool, gym amenities, great location, but hotel & staff is not very flexible with any changes that you have, and with international travel we all have changes. Due to travel delays we arrived a day late, and hotel would not adjust our booking and refund, and getting a late check out was difficult as well.
