Everything was great honestly only cons I have are the fact that my A/C unit kept going out during my stay & I had to keep calling maintenance to come fix it.

I went on the roof top lounge and one of the women assisting me never gave me my change back it was only $13 but she basically took a “tip” for herself when we barely got any service.

The hotel over all is a good hotel. Personally it’s a 4/5. Great vibes especially with the rooftop bar and it’s very busy. The view is nice and staff is cool. My shower was extremely hot I didn’t know how turn it down. There’s only two main elevators & it can take some time to come due to the volume of people. Also, it’s valet only and it’s $59 nightly. I parked across the street & paid $46 for two nights and walked across. If you like going to good bars and being outside with city view it’s a good place to stay. Buckhead is a nice area.

Do not stay here, especially if you are a solo traveler. This was the worst and most unsafe hotel experience of my life.The nightmare began with the first room, which was absolutely disgusting. The sink was leaking loudly, the room stunk like vomit, there was a random acrylic nail on the floor, and the room phone was covered in a sticky substance and did not work. When I complained, the front desk agent promised a new key but left me waiting for 40 minutes. I had to go back downstairs myself, only to receive a completely indifferent response from the staff.The second room was barely better, featuring a heavily rusted bathtub and a broken toilet flush. However, the real horror happened later that evening.After hearing strange tapping on my door for an hour, a man suddenly began aggressively banging on the door, violently yanking the handle, and screaming at me to get out. Terrified and traveling alone, I had to call the police. It turned out the man was hotel security. Because the front desk completely botched my room reassignment in their system, they sent security to evict me, treating me like a criminal. Even when I showed my working room key, the security guard hostilely shouted that \"a key doesn't mean anything,\" forcing me to show my receipt to the police officer just to prove I belonged there.The gross clerical errors and hostile behavior of the staff turned a standard stay into a traumatic event requiring police intervention. I arrived on time for check in and was told the king bed room I booked wasn’t ready that they would let me know when the room is ready or if I want they could give me another room which was a double queen. I was stranded for up to two hours after traveling many hours of flight before they finally provided a king bed room. I don’t know if it’s the culture in Atlanta or poor booking/hotel management.

We had such a wonderful stay! We chose to stay here because it was close to Chastain Park where we attended the Yungblud concert! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! I will say parking can be a little tricky if you aren’t used to cities like Atlanta - you can pay the hotel $60/day for valet parking with unlimited entry/exit —- the other way more costly option is a public lot right beside it BUT you pay by the hour. The most it will charge is $27 /day BUT if you plan on using your vehicle to get around town I do not recommend the public lot. The meter starts over at 7am. I had to run a few errands around 10am - so I paid $27 overnight PLUS 3 hours - $42 dollars I had to pay to get out. I quickly did the math of how that would add up with us needed to get around in our car. Take it from me who learned the hard way lol We chose the hotel parking for $60 after we returned from our errands. CHOOSE THE HOTEL PARKING SERVICE :) — we will definitely be back to stay there in ATL!

Love Hotel Colee! Wonderful staff and clean rooms. I adore their decor - eclectic and fun. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's Sister restaurant. Great avocado toast! My wife had two dirty martinis and found them to be delicious. Monica at Sister was lovely. We will definitely stay at Hotel Colee next time we are in Atlanta.

The valet is high for $59 a night in my opinion but the self parking steps away from the hotel can be unpredictable. The self parking is not controlled by the hotel. The self parking states you won’t be charged higher than $26 but it goes rogue and charges you up to $45 for about 10-12 hours. After it’s all said and done the valet may be a better option.

Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Our AC kept going out and they really should update the showers. There are tubs with poor drainage. There are no robes or closets. The pool was average and the professionalism of the valet staff was mid. The location was great if you’re going to hang around Buckhead. However, parking is excessively expensive.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived after a 9 hour drive , The valet didn’t notice us, greet us or even look up from his phone, I honked to get his attention, he didn’t take our bags, or open my door , and just pointed to a cart & said there’s the cart. He helped load the cart after we asked , my friend and I pushed the cart inside , it was heavy with wheels that didn’t turn well. The front desk wasn’t much better, three girls all chatting with eachother , never even looked up to greet us. I had to get their attention. I asked them for a bell in man to take the cart to our room, they said the valets do it if they have time , they’re wash

We loved everything about our stay, from the location, to the amenities to the staff! Everyone was friendly and engaging, great concentration on service. The pool is fantastic and worth spending time in it. The close proximity to Lenox Square, Phipps Plaza, numerous restaurants and bars/coffee makes it a great value, indeed.

Don’t waste your money. Concierge Angela dumbaas lied and tried to give me a regular room after I ordered a premium even though my reservation was showing premium.
AC stopped working, TV can hardly stream anything. Rooftop floor was sticky. The only crew that was holding it down was the valet.
I asked for my receipt after my stay and unfortunately there was lying ass Angel again who still hasn’t emailed my receipt for my hotel stay. Choose this last and don’t let them lie to you. I would’ve spent way more $ with hotel if they didn’t suck.

The staff is very friendly, helpful etc.! The rooms are surprisingly comfortable and convenient as far as multiple outlets by the bed, easy temp. control, simple and strong shower, refrigerator, microwave and ample sized safe, reading lights on each side of the bed and rheostat light switchs is a big plus for the price! Also...very comfortable bed!

The room was relatively clean, but the shower grout needed to be freshened up a bit. Otherwise I give it a 9.

I had a lighting issue in the bathroom that was not fixed after I requested it to be fixed along with another light, but I just think it was an oversight. If I had followed up, it would have been corrected. They fixed one and overlooked the other.

The bar was very good with food as good as any mid-priced chain restaurant. Shout out to Elliott who was outstanding at the bar!!

The location is outstanding with easy-quick access to Marta and near all of the best restaurants!

For the price, this was a special treat and if the prices stay the same, I will continue to book every six months for my market trips.

The WORST stay I've ever had. The hotel stinks like mildew, the manager is rude and unhelpful, the air went out in our room and we had to switch rooms after midnight with not even a \"sorry for the inconvenience\". The cleaning staff woke us up by shouting down the hallway. They ignored Expedia when they called and emailed to address our complaints. Doesn't tell you that you also have to pay 60$ for parking and that's THE ONLY option besides finding public parking that charges a lot. Worst stay ever, I've never even left a review for anything before until this disgusting place. The manager is awful and will be no help to you.

For what I paid I thought it was a good deal. Location was great close to shopping and quick trip stores. The pool area could be better. Parking was weird too but overall fine. Limited seating by the small pool was a disappointment.The Rooftop pool is a more of a selling point than an amenitie. Housekeeping staff is good rooms were clean and accommodating.

I can’t even say enough great things about this hotel! I am crying in the airport because I don’t want to leave. Literally in tears. Angel at check in was the most professional sweetest attentive start to my fabulous experience with hotel colee! She complimented me every day she say me during my stay. The hotel staff was over the top, from the valet to Sister restaurant! Speaking of the restaurant onsite “Sister”…Ariel sho took care of us the first and last day of our stay while dining there, was outstanding! She remembered my name and my partner’s name throughout the stay. Her energy felt like family. I can’t compliment her enough and she truly made me feel so welcomed. The hotel is well maintained and such a hip esthetic. They even had a live violinist playing one day on the lobby. He was awe inspiring! The small touches like a pitcher of fruit infused water in the lobby to complimentary fruits there too and bottled water in the rooms throughout the stay, wow! The hotel smells lovely in the lobby, the rooms, the halls everything is clean and comfortable. The decor and art throughout the property is just perfect vibes. First I want to start with the positive. Victor at valet was honestly the only positive part of our stay. He was so kind and caring and should be rewarded for all his hard work.
Now to the negatives. We tried to go to the pool but chose not to because there were guests playing music so loud and being so obnoxious we just left. Our room was gross. Huge stains on the wall, peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom. The straw that broke the camels back for us was the morning we were leaving, we woke up to our bathroom light no longer working. So we had to shower in the dark. All in all the hotel needs a good deep clean and is seriously run down. I would not recommend staying here if you are in the Atlanta area.

Theme of the hotel nice and the roof top lounge really nice and you get in free if a guest of the hotel. Nice perks, you don't have to leave the hotel if the weather isn't good because it's all inclusive of most things you'd need. The neighborhood excellent, mall a couple blocks away, restaurants, banks, etc. My only complaint I don't like carpeted floors in the hotel room and parking is convenient but expensive, 59.00 per night with in and out privileges.

Gorgeous Hotel‼️Fantastic for a family of 3. Pleasant and helpful staff, room service was top tier; the food from the restaurant Sisters(located inside of the hotel)was cooked to order and tasty‼️ The rooftop pool was very warm despite the weather being very windy. Not to mention that the skyline view is amazing! My daughters and I didn’t need to travel far for shopping and eatery because everything was near the fabulous Lennox Mall which is within walking distance of the hotel. Not to mention that the Marta train station is also nearby which allowed us to travel around the entire Atlanta metro area .

The hotel was very nice, I just have a few complaints. First off, the iron didn't work in our room and I had to call for a new one. It took staff 30 minutes to bring me a new one and we were almost late to our event. Secondly, parking is a TOTAL SCAM!!! Parking should be free if you're paying for a room, period. To charge guests $26 from 7am-7am is insane, especially since check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 12noon!! After only one night, my parking ticket total was $46!!! Outrageously Ripped Off!! That's almost half of my room cost!! And lastly, breakfast wasn't free! I've never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have complimentary breakfast! As a Marriott member, I should not have to pay for breakfast! But it's ok, it was my fault for not doing better research on the hotel before booking. The rooftop lounge sold me on the hotel but after seeing the crowd that was going up, my husband and I decided to just enjoy our room instead. Our room was nice, but we won't be back.

I do not like that you cannot co trol the thermostat in the room I am paying for. It was initially freezing and then it was so hot, we couldn't sleep. When I went to adjust the temperature, the thermostat stated you cannot modify the temperature it is being controlled by the front desk.
We went to the bar at 7pm at asked for a cup of coffee. The bartender told us they only have coffee for breakfast. Meanwhile, a large beautiful coffee machine was sitting on the counter. Definitely better places in Buckhead to stay!

The hotel was a very nice experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the hotel staff was very courteous. We will definitely stay again, we like that it was accessible to shopping, although in downtown area, it was nice to take a walk or eat at a very nice restaurant onsite or walk to nearby restaurants. The valet parking was convenient and more economical than getting self parking.
They had a very nice rooftop lounge/club on campus with a great dj.
Overall, great stay.

I booked this stay expecting to enjoy the pool for my birthday, only to find out it was closed in the middle of May. This was extremely disappointing because the pool was a major reason I chose this location. Guests should be clearly informed ahead of time if amenities like the pool are unavailable. I would appreciate management addressing this situation appropriately.
