The room had a chemical smell similar to lacquer. It caused us to have headaches and not able to sleep. We got up at 4:00 am and left as soon as we could get ready. The heat and air was controlled by a master controller and not by the room thermostat. I couldn’t get the fan to work to help air out the room. The hotel itself feels old. It seems it’s just an old hotel that was rebranded. Not our most enjoyable stay.

This property is very nice especially the rooms . They are a bit small especially the bathroom. But very clean and nice !! Great location! The decor of the lobby is mediocre. The lobby needs updating. The elevators need updating . There’s a roof top bar and lounge , I noticed a lot of young people was coming there from off site late nights to attend. The bar area is nice but the bartender was a bit rude to the customer beside me , overall great stay , Parking is pricey but you get that in Buckhead

The rooftop pool was also nice, small but nice, I appreciate the fact that the water was not freezing cold. And to top everything off rose n rye is on the very top rooftop, which is such a vibe!!

The place was nice, be aware valet is $60 per day. There is a parking area (but you have to pay as well of course) best to do valet! The room was smaller than I thought. I’d have to say is they should thoroughly check everything before allowing people to check in. Two lights weren’t working, no body wash and the fridge didn’t work either.. the second day the AC went out, but had someone minutes later came to fix the issue. Staff was kinda, local area, nice hotel.

Clean room and convenient location. The only problem we had was the room we stayed was too loud and vibrated with club music at night disturbing our sleep every night. Not sure that was because of the weekend; we heard the loud banging music after 9pm for several hours on Friday and Saturday. Other than that the room was comfortable and service was good.

We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition.

The security was a little aggressive at night regarding the seating areas. I think if an area is closed off there should be a clear indication of this. The carpet on the 11th floor was flooded. Otherwise everything was great. The food and service at sister was amazing. Check in and out was seamless, the scent on our floor was amazing. Yes if you are a light sleeper you will hear the noise from the rooftop. The tv on a 10 volume can drown it out.

The lounge Rose Rye was nice on a Friday evening, drinks were good and food was good. They were always packed with people going up to the lounge. Valet was a bit tricky but okay. This has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. I’ve stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. The rooms are always spotless and feel so comfortable, and the staff is truly phenomenal, everyone is so welcoming, attentive, and helpful every single time. I love how easy and stress-free everything is from check-in to check-out. It just feels reliable, which is hard to find. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Great location near Lenox Mall. Very nice property that has been updated with all the ammenities you want. You do have to pay for parking but that goes along with the outstanding location so it is worth it. Fairly priced stay in a location that can get real pricey so an excellent value for the money. I recommend staying here!

I thought it was turned out to be a hidden Jim in the heart of Buckhead. The place is dark, noisy, lots of traffic in and out because of the nightclub. The staff was excellent especially Angel in valet parking. Elevators were rough and smelled like weed.

The only thing I don't like is the full length mirror insude the closet. My room is double queen bed. One bed directly look into that mirror while you sleep, which can be bad feng shui for some people(lol). Its just personal preference though.

Stayed at the Colee hotel this past weekend, our room was on the 11th (top) floor. The carpets on the top 3 floors were sopping wet from a major leak causing everything to smell like mildew. They were running strong industrial fans to try and dry the carpet but these were ran all night long and were not where near a quiet white noise fan. Was looking forward to using the amenities of this hotel, the rooftop bar was closed for private event and the infinity pool was half empty. The rooms were clean and no complaints about them other then the dam feel from the leak. Parking is also expensive so expect to pay at least 60 dollars more than you booking fee for parking.

I would book again when im in that part of town. Only thing i would warn is that parking is about $70 per day and that is outrageous. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, but that gets costly as well. Be warned.

Staff extremely friendly and the lobby is beautiful.
I visited floors, 4,9,11 & 12, for done reason there is a funky, musty smell in the halls and room. I used my perfume and some Lysol spray and turned on the fan to freshen up the room.
The rooftop lounge was nice but the hotel should definitely have a separate entrance/elevator for the lounge guests, at certain times, we had to wait a while to get on an elevator to our rooms because of the rooftop guests.
Valet situation wasn’t the best, there were always a line of people waiting for their cars.
Last thing is that the hotel doesn’t really accommodate celebrations. I was there for my bday and there wasn’t a happy birthday card or banner on the door or, a dessert in the room, or anything like that, which most hotels do. They did give a ticket for a complimentary drink at the lobby bar.

The property was fine. My only issue was that there was no parking on site. Valet was our only option and we weren’t made aware. Saying that you have valet parking available doesn’t mean that’s ALL you have available. Then for it to be $60/day??? None of that was expressed in my itinerary?? I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Walking 15 minutes for affordable parking is insane. Valet is crazy because you obviously have parking, but want extra from someone who’s paying for a room already. Just give assign spots at that point. It’s pure greed. I won’t be staying there again if I’m being honest. I know there are plenty others in Atlanta. I was here to visit my mom, and that whole parking stuff really put a strain on how we were able to move. I’m not too fond of that.

I actually enjoyed my stay overall — the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and met expectations. I also want to specifically call out the restaurant staff — our waitress was absolutely fantastic and provided great service.

Unfortunately, the billing experience completely overshadowed what would have otherwise been a positive stay. I was charged twice for the same reservation — once through Hotels.com and again directly by the hotel (processed through Expedia).

When I contacted the hotel, they acknowledged the duplicate charge and admitted it was an error. However, despite that, no refund has been issued.

I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the hotel responded with documentation claiming the charge was valid, which contradicts what I was told directly.

It’s frustrating because the stay itself was good, but the way this situation has been handled is very concerning. With so many other hotel options available, this simply isn’t worth the risk of dealing with questionable billing practices. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was nice and beautiful but and again i say that BUT, the have a parking where you have to pay and it can go up fron $40 to $120 ,what kind of hotel doesn’t have a parking for their guests and on top of that have to pay ,the vallet parking is not that great they will charge your credit card even if you didn’t ask for the car,but after talking with the vallet parking manager they will refund it to you,the restaurant is good and the buffet was ok just OK ,but the workers at the restaurant were really respectful and was asking if you need something more ,the hospitality was good under than the parking i have to pay nearly $500 in 4 days i will not go back there anytime soon !

Stylish hotel with a very comfortable bed and a great overall aesthetic. It definitely feels geared toward young professionals or people looking for a lively atmosphere. The rooftop bar is a big draw and stays open until around 3am on Saturdays, which makes it a fun spot if you’re looking to swim, drink, and party without leaving the hotel.

That said, because the rooftop is open to the public, there’s a lot of late-night traffic in the hallways and you can hear music and people coming and going. For that reason, I wouldn’t consider it a family-friendly hotel. If you’re looking for a quiet stay, this may not be the best fit. But if you want a trendy place with nightlife built in, this is definitely the place to stay.

Our room A/C had an issue upon arrival, he fixed it in 5 mins and also brought us a bigger fridge for our room. Thanks to him for his excellent customer service and making our stay better.

I really enjoy the Colee. This is my second time there, it’s a beautiful hotel. The rooftop lounge is nice. Sometimes I stop through there even when I don’t have a room. Just to enjoy the food and the view. Staff are decent.

The bartenders upstairs are awesome by the way.

This is my second time booking this hotel. My initial visit was memorable. This particular visit didn't meet the same expectation. We weren't able to check in as early as we wanted but did get an early check in. During our stay, Emmanuel at valet was the real MVP!!! The front desk was helpful and cordial but nothing like my first visit. This was a busy weekend in Atlanta so there was a lot going on. But in terms of location and proximity, for the money spent this hotel is very good

We arrived at the hotel and immediately started experiencing issues with the equipment in the room. Phones did not work to be able to call the front desk, internet on TV did not work, and A/C did not work. The first night stay was terrible because we were literally hot all night. I went to front desk about these complaints so they moved us to another room. However, in this room we left out early at 7:00am and I stopped by front desk to notify them we were going out and would like our room services as far as clean towels, wash clothes, hand towels and bedding changed. When we arrived back to the room about 10:00pm at night the room was not services even upon request. I called down to the front desk with these concerns and was told no one is available to service the room. This was very upsetting because after being gone so long there was no excuse it should have been still the same. The most uncomfortable thing that happened was the hotel power went out. I woke up to completely dark room and it was out for majority of the night. Which means we were hot and uncomfortable two nights which means we were uncomfortable and hot for two nights straight there. This experience was very bad and really upsetting.

This hotel is really cute and in a prime location. The fresh baked cookies and fruit infused water was a nice touch after a long flight. Staff was very accommodating and friendly upon arrival. The room was clean and tv has streaming services available for your convenience. My only issue was the noise above….you can hear people walking over your head all times of night.
