This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea. We had booked bed and breakfast but had intended to eat dinner in the hotel too. Unfortunately this proved to be tricky. I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat. The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me. Staff ensured I could eat the meal provided but it seemed like less thought had gone into the guest experience for those with food allergies or intolerances. For example there were around 25 different breakfast pastries, including 3 or 4 which were gluten free but non which were dairy free. A simpler way of communicating allergy information to staff and a little more thought about guest experience for this could improve things hugely, e.g an allergy card to put on the table so you don’t end up having to constantly re explain. In the end, we ate out in Rhodes as restaurants provided a much less complex experience. There were enough breakfast options to eat but limited variety for me.

Excellent friendly staff, great location if you’re looking for some quiet down time but easy walk into centre of Rhodes.
Only a few minor things that didn’t quite meet 5 star- no water fountain in the spa/sauna area.
Rooms were good but lack of signage to elevators/stairs. First day was a mystery tour trying to find way from room to exit!

Excellent hotel. Amazing staff made the stay memorable. They really are brilliant. Room was lovely and sparkling clean, serviced daily with housekeeping visiting morning and afternoon checking on towels, water, mini bar etc. The wifi was great, even for work -teams calls etc. never used the pool but it was beautifully clean and well subscribed. 15 mins from old town made it a perfect location with spectacular views.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Platinum Resort in Rhodes. The customer service was excellent – the staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was spotless, with everything kept very clean and well maintained.

The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, and the food was of very good quality with plenty of variety to enjoy. On top of that, the views were absolutely amazing, making the whole experience even more memorable.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return in the future. Please keep up the same high standards – it truly makes a difference!

Super hotel, lovely pool, towels provided for sun-beds, bottled water provided in room each day. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and always a warm welcome from staff. Easy to use App to order food and drinks to your sun-bed, or mini-market where you can buy drinks, snacks and ice creams and charge to your room.
Lots of excellent restaurants nearby to walk to. Beach across the road from the hotel very stony and sea was quite rough, umbrellas and sun-beds available for hire. Short taxi ride to Rhodes old town, lots of lovely shops we had fantastic meals in il Borgo and mama Sofia, definitely worth booking in advance as large queues outside. Only downside, not really enough sun-beds in July if you get down to pool after 11am, although staff are very helpful at finding spare beds and moving them for you.

A very nice hotel. Great pool. Lovely room. Good breakfasts. Staff all seemed happy & were friendly & helpful. Both pool bars have excellent teams. Aquafit/Aquayoga led by two young Ents staff twice a day was great. Cooking lessons on a Friday super.
Because the hotel is so nice, once you get outside the grounds the area feels a bit underwhelming, but there are decent places to buy water, booze etc & restaurants & bars 3 minutes away (Greek, sushi/Korean and more) & lots more down towards Ixia (mainly Greek, but a good pizza place too). Best were Olympias on the parade and Le Gourmet on a side street in the Ixia area.
Bus stop to Rhodes is very convenient (bus takes 10 minutes, but can get v busy). The walk into Rhodes is easy & safe, and particularly nice early morning or early evening; takes about 40-45 minutes. Taxis available over the road (there is an underpass) & would be cheaper than bus if there’s more than 2 of you. Rhodes Town is a must visit.
Excursion place on the parade outside the back of hotel (Manosgoing) sold us a couple of very enjoyable and very well organised trips.
For a sunset drink on the beach try Anna’s Place, just behind the taxi rank

checked in was late at 11pm due to delayed flight. Thanks to Mike for warm welcome and helped with our luggage bags to the room. offered with a champagne for myself and orange juice for my wife. amazing welcome !!!
Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. They offered a lunch coupon for a missed dinner as we were on half board.
Smooth check in and check out.
Every evening with new dinner menu with Italian, Asian and many others. Great foods and drinks. Room were cleaned and maintained everyday. Drinks in the freezer were filled on usual basis including tea and coffee stuffs.
Pools were clean, quiet and a bar in the centre. Hotel has got multiple restaurants with so many varieties of menu and local foods.
Beach is very near with 2 supermarkets nearby for purchasing groceries which accepts card all the time.

Encountered safe even at midnight while roaming around

Aircon works efficiently in the room during hot days. towels were offered free of cost for the pools.

Only thing I got confused was with the billing of drinks getting filled everyday. We just had 3 drinks but were billed 100+Euros. They should have left the receipts/bills on the table after filling the drinks as mentioned on the policy. Spoken in the reception during check out but they were unable to explain in English. They still got to improve this for fair pricing and avoid hidden charges.

Except this, staying was great. Recommended to everyone who are new and looking forward for travelling in the future.

For a large hotel the feel was very welcoming.
The staff were helpful and hard working.
The pool was amazing and food options were plentiful.
My only complaint would be the shower over a spa bath.
Climbing into a bath is annoying enough but a spa bath is much higher and just annoying.

much, going on to 11ish most nights also be aware if you book this through some websites
It makes it look like you are booking an all inclusive holiday when I fact it’s breakfast only
so be careful

This place stands out because of its amazing staff. From bellboy George to bartenders Tereza and Sophia, every interaction was warm and welcoming. The waitstaff, including Vasilas, Petra, and Alexandra, the redhead lady from a la carte restaurants, made our meals special. We hope management recognises their hard work!

On the downside, while having a private pool was fantastic, ordering food and drinks to the private pools, too, would be a welcome addition. Additionally, more hooks for towels in the bathroom would be helpful, and the rooms could use better soundproofing, as noise from neighbouring families can be disruptive.

The hotel has great facilities, indoor pool ,gym, spa and
various dining options. Staff are friendly helpful and well trained. The room was comfortable and spacious with everything you expect in a five star hotel mini bar safe etc.
There are half a dozen restaurants and a few shops in easy walking distance of the hotel and Rhodes town is a short taxi ride away. My only slight issue with the hotel
is that it is huge and the main dining room is rather soulless and canteen like. However that is a design flaw
and does not take anything away from the management of the property which is excellent.

A delightful experience! The 300 room hotel is well situated, a few minutes drive to the old and new parts of Rhodes town and to all the restaurants and shopping. It’s also an easy drive to the best beaches located on the south side of the island as well as to the cute beach village of Lindos and to the airport. Facilities are top notch and the staff even better! The breakfast buffet offers all options and the omelet chef made the best! Specially highlight at Mary at Reception and Litsa or Housekeeping for their personal attention. Over and above! We will return!

The staff treated us like royalty. We came for our honeymoon and arrived 2 days late due to airport issues. They had a nice bottle of wine and sweet treats in our room with a nice card. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. The lounge had live entertainment nightly, children welcome. There is not one thing you could possibly complain about. Would come again.

Great Getaway

We had a nice stay at the Platinum Resort. The staff were great. We had a large room and I enjoyed the breakfasts. The pool was clean and refreshing and there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is very close to the hotel, but we found that swimming there wasn't pleasant due to the beach rocks and litter nearby. We walked to Rhodes 3 times, which is a bit of a journey - taxis are easy to arrange through the hotel, but agree the price beforehand..

Great resort for a modestly luxurious getaway!

Excellent resort with upscale touches in the otherwise quite middle-of-the-road island of Rhodes.

We stayed at the resort with my family ranging from 6 to 65 in age and everyone was very pleased. There was nothing uniquely exceptional about this resort, but everything was meticulously maintained and up to expectations.

My mom and dad enjoyed their beautiful sunset view from the balcony and my daughter loved her \"secret pool\" on our balcony.

And she loved the kids club, of course. Even though compared to many other luxury resorts, it was quite a modest closet next to the pools. But it did the job—and the staff was lovely.

The breakfast spread was also excellent and the staff everywhere at the hotel super helpful.

We also really loved the location: easy access to Rhodes town but also convenient to explore other parts of the north coast. And the airport was also just right there.

We would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed and looked after. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and clearly work incredibly hard.
The hotel itself is quite vast and spacious with generous sized rooms. The main restaurant has beautiful views over the sea and the food is excellent, with lots of variety to suit all tastes. There are others on the top floor, but I didn’t actually end up trying them – I was very happy with my half board meals in the main space.
The pool area is also generous, with a fabulous set of pools to try and plenty of loungers to go round, which are well maintained. There’s also an excellent pool service via app, allowing you to enjoy maximum relaxation time.
The beach is a short walk from the pool area, with a beautiful, if choppy, sea.
I also tried the gym and the spa during my stay, both of which were excellent. I had the signature treatment which I thought was great value and would highly recommend. The gym is well kitted out and wasn’t too busy.
I have to also mention Elsa at the front desk. I became ill during my stay (no fault of the hotel!) and she was incredibly kind and helpful to me, making sure I had what I needed and knew who to call if I needed further help. I really appreciated this extra support and was still able to enjoy the rest of my holiday. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff was great! We got half board which was okay. Alcohol isn’t included but we thought we could eat at some of the hotels restaurants with this option. That is not the case. Only the main dining room can be used and only a discount is given at restaurants. They had theme nights with food options which again was okay. For example seafood night. In the event that you don’t like fish there were only a couple of things I could eat. Kind of limited and disappointing. We traded and got a lunch versus dinner one day and there were limited options. No hamburgers, hotdogs, salads, etc. just much of the same as dinner, really. It needs improvement.
The room was beautiful but bath lighting was terrible. It was so dark my husband couldn’t see to shave well and putting on
my makeup was terrible. There aren’t bathroom outlets so I went to the desk to get ready. My friends bathroom was better and it seemed that lights had been updated.
The indoor pool was $12EU a day to use and considered part of the spa. There are several things we learned once we were there. Still a nice hotel but these things and signing things like the location of the elevators on floors was an opportunity.

Lovely hotel perfectly situated between the airport and old Rhodes town. Easy cab ride to the town. There is plenty of pool space and there were plenty of very comfortable sun beds. Service around the pool is excellent for drinks and snacks. The dining area was large and very comfortable for breakfast. Our room was large with a huge bed, bigger than a super king. The hotel staff were very friendly. There was entertainment most nights. We had a lovely stay.

Great resort and perfect for families. Very large swimming area with plenty of lounges and towels available, with app based ordering for beverages and snacks your lounge. Kids club is available and the girls who look after the kids are amazing, they have it available every day apart from Monday, great for parents to leave their kids in safe hands. The staff are amazing and always friendly, smiling and willing to help made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. We were half board and had breakfast and dinner at the resort, the food offering was good and a large selections of food, fresh fruits, desserts, you can't be bored by the variety. They also have ala carte available if you wish. Amazing resort and thank you for the great stay.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful, clean and service was outstanding. We were made to feel special from the moment that we arrived until the time we left. All the facilities you would expect and a good outdoor pool and amazing spa with indoor pool and jacuzzi and a full range of treatments available. Room was a good size and bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom had an excellent shower and jet bath. I recommend getting a room with a private pool as it was great to jump in and cool off after a long hot day and the view of the sea was breathtaking. Food options are incredible and you are spoilt for choice at the breakfast buffet with everything you could want and it all tastes great. Dinner was equally great and all of the hotel restaurants produce some exceptionally tasty dishes. The hotel app is also great for making reservations and ordering food and drinks by the pool. Only a 10 minute drive from the main town and well so location was good. Nothing to criticize here at all as our experience of this hotel was flawless and one we won't forget. I couldn't rate this place more highly. It is definitely worthy of the 5 star rating and all of the great reviews from other guests that I checked before making my booking. You won't regret staying here.

We asked to store out luggage for several hours. The bell boy showed us where is the storage room, he didnt give us a ticket or anything that says what is our luggage. In addition, the room was open at all times without any supervision. When we asked to lock the room and to give us some ticket that shows what is our luggage, the bell boy said there is no need. I wish the hotel would take more responsibility on guests belongings.

Beautiful room and hotel. the breakfast was incredible every morning and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We must though acknowledge our bell boy Dimitrius, he went out of his way everyday to give us great recommendations for restaurants, sites to visit, best beaches, a ferry trip to Marmaris,Turkey and much more. A very pleasant young man who the hotel should Be proud of!

Fantastic hotel, very modern and made even better by the exceptional staff. The friendliness and genuine warmth from everyone working at the hotel will make your stay that little bit better.
There's an app you can use to order drinks and food by the pool and have them delivered straight to your umbrella.
The food served by the pool and in the main restaurant was great. Plenty of choice at the buffet, and the staff kept it well stocked the entire time. Rarely will you see a buffet option running out.
The entertainment in the main bar was good too. The staff kept our drinks full and the bar manager is a dead ringer for Tom Cruise!
All in all, it was an excellent stay. I would find it hard to pick a fault with any aspect. Would definitely consider a return visit. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it a great vacation.

Absolutely fantastic hotel but the best thing about it is the staff/ team couldn’t do anymore for us so friendly & helpful every single person we met didn’t disappoint. Well done atrium you got it absolutely right.

A fantastic hotel . Great service, sumptuous rooms and wonderful facilities make a stay here a fantastic experience. This is the best hotel I have ever visited and rightly deserves its 5 star rating. The Atrium Platinum has the best staff I have encountered, always cheerful and helpful, always asking if you are enjoying your stay. In particular, the dining room staff and especially Ionida who was so welcoming and went out of her way to making dining such a pleasurable experience.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, there was not enough water pressure to fill a bath but the separate shower was fine. Ate at the hotel for lobster night. Food was good but the atmosphere was a little sterile. Had a massage which was nice and included use of the spa area. If you don't have a treatment however, it's 12 euros to use the indoor pool and spa. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good overall.

The pools were beautiful and the evening entertainment in the bar was a real plus. Although the lobby of the hotel is at the top of a hill, the first floor is at the bottom of the hill so you can walk to town or the beach.

Staff are amazing, property spotlessly clean, rooms are massive as are the beds.
Hotel has a slightly unfinished feel with vast empty spaces and corridors, some open to the elements (floor 4). Food varied but Luke warm and of average standard canteen style. You have to pay extra for a la carte food; it’s cheaper and MUCH nicer to go to a Genuine Greek restaurant in town.

Superb quality hotel with excellent facilities. Staff are completely customer focused and above all friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite with our own pool. The room was wel-equipped and spacious. The fine dining Greek restaurant is outstanding. All-in-all we had a brilliant stay here and I would recommend unreservedly.

Not a place to have fun

My husband and I recently stayed here for just under a week as part of a wedding party. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff very attentive. However, if you talked too loudly, laughed or had any fun at all after 10pm the hotel security were all over you, on more than 1 occasion calling the local police. Our group were in our 40’s and knew how to behave appropriately, not young and silly. Hotel security knocked at our room asking us to be quiet more than once, the first time because my husband and I were having a conversation on the balcony. It was 10.15pm. This is not a cheap hotel and you don’t expect to be treated like naughty school children on a school trip. It did put a dampener on our time here as we constantly had to watch how loud we were speaking. It sounds ridiculous but it really was that bad. If you are thinking of booking this hotel please consider how loud your voice is and how loud you laugh as there is a VERY strict noise policy. It should really say in the description that this is a very quiet hotel for very quiet guests. We have stayed in lots of beautiful hotels and never had this problem. I think it’s only fair people should know this about the hotel before booking.

Family vacation in Rhodes

Overall it was a very good stay. We got upgraded to Junior suite with private pool free of charge instead of sea side view room. in the room there were fresh fruits and a bottle of wine and also a Nespresso coffee machine with complementary 4 capsules a day. Hotel is big, new and very nice. Wi-Fi was great in all buildings. everyone were nice and kind. Breakfast was very good and also dinner.
ON the other hand there are few things that must be improved:
1) the kids club is very poor and opened only between 10-14. actually there is nothing to do with kids and babies in the hotel.
2) The beach of the hotel is very neglected and abandoned, so if a good beach is important for you take a hotel in the east side of Rhodes.
3) Many of the Junior suites all located in the side of the hotel that isn't exposed to sun, so we actually didn't use our private pool because no sun was on it.
4) After dinner there was some music in the main bar of the hotel. so we took a sit and had fun until one of the waiters come and said that if we aren't ordering something we can't sit there. a little bit of rudeness i must say.

Lovely hotel with terrific staff!

Stayed for 2 weeks with my family in a Junior Suite with personal pool. We had a fantastic, relaxed time with great food and very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet had an extensive choice of tasty and good quality food. We usually ate lunch in the restaurant next to the pool, where the food was also very good. There are a few restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel, and you can easily call a taxi to Rhodes Town or Ialysos where there are a lot of choices.

The pool area was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols and a nice bar. The 2 main pools, both quite large, never felt too busy and had space to play ball games and swim. However, the pool wasn't always clean and could benefit with some more cleaning.

Our Junior Suite was very comfortable and clean. The housekeeping service was excellent and the personal pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family and was very clean, as were the 2 sun loungers on the terrace.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with our air conditioning, but the hotel were very efficient in repairing it and compensated us with a bottle of champagne and a complimentary dinner in the main restaurant, which was delicious!

All in all, a very enjoyable, pleasant and comfortable stay enhanced by the friendly and helpful staff!

Wonderful staff - the best there is!

Theur staff are the most welcoming, friendly and helpful I’ve ever known and interact with all the guests. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless and everything cleaned every day. There are plenty of sunbeds and guests can have a leisurely breakfast because they do not tolerate reserving sunbeds before10am. Food is plentiful and a very wide choice to suit all tastes. We ate in the Asian restaurant on the ninth floor. Definitely worth eating there with the wonderful view and great food.
The staff gave us a bottle of bubbly and a lovely card for our 30th wedding anniversary as well as a bottle of red wine and fruit in the room and a glass of bubbly on arrival. One of the best things I will remember are the amazing sunsets every night which you could watch from the dining room - you never tire of them!
Staff sensibly sit couples on one side of the dining room nearest the windows with the views and the families on the other side.
Facilities at the hotel were excellent. A mini market, hairdresser, shops, kids club, tennis and squash, gym and spa. I treated myself to a very relaxing massage and wonderful facial in the spa. Probably the best I’ve had!
Location is on the hillside near the village of Ixia with views over the Aegean Sea and Turkey. It is a taxi ride away from the old medieval walled town of Rhodes Town - which is well worth visiting - day and night.
This must be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and would have no hesitation returning there.
