The staff are awesome! All were very courteous and thoughtful, they helped to push our luggages whenever we bumped into one. Special thanks to Ms Maggie 王淑霞 from room upkeep. I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. When I left my room, she will take the initiative to come up to me to book a time to change dirty cups and provide new bottles of water. So thoughtful! We had a wonderful stay.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the pool and gym were very nice. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). Was the equivalent of a 4 or 5 star hotel in America. Truly a great experience. 5m drive to Westlake.

Marriott remains the top brand. This hotel once again proves this point. It si conveniently connected with JW Marriott. The swimming pool is exceptionally large,
The breakfast is really good and has anything one could.
Team at the reception is exceptional. Fancy Zhou and Lee Li went above and beyond to make my check in and check out comfortable and pleasant experience. Very nice hotel i will always keep going back to.

The service in Courtyard Marriot is impeccable. This is my second stay in a year. The establishment and it's staff make my stay so welcome that I felt like \"coming home\". A special thanks to Momo Cafe staff Tina and her team for their attentiveness in serving our needs. Their corrective measure in our comments。 Well done team, you all had made my stay so enjoyable. Everyone in the hotel was really helpful. Plus the location is right at the heart of the city, big shopping complex within a few minutes walk & half an hours walk by feet brings you to the lovely Xihu. Like the fact its situated in a busy location, within walking distance to transport, restaurant and shopping malls. I would rate the hotel 5 Star, even though its considered 4 star. Excellent service, attention to detail, clean and big.

This is my first visit to Hangzhou city since 1980s. The hotel is situated at a very convenient location at Wulin. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room comfortable and clean except some of the neighbouhood buildings and streets are a bit wirn out. Will stay again here next time.

Totally no service and old . I took the breakfast and even before I can finished my first round and I went to take my tea while waiting for hot water .. my table even to other people !!! I need to stand and waited for another table to clean up while holding my cup and a plate !!!! Terrible service . Plus when I arrived to the hotel no one help me with my luggages at all !!!! Then I ask why ? The response I got from the staff : all the front staff went for lunch and could not get anyone to help for my luggage.

Hotel is generally alright with location being pretty decent. Breakfast is adequate but could do with more variety and changes day to day. Over three days we had mostly the same breakfast options. Staff at breakfast were really kind and helpful though - they packed our coffees to go when requested. Appreciate the warm jacuzzi at the swimming pool area too. We didn’t use the room safe though as the batteries were not out of their place and there was liquid around the safe area - uncertain if the liquid was from the batteries. Staff came over to put in the same batteries and wiped away the liquid - but we didn’t use the safe for safety reasons. Generally happy but we suppose we could have expected a little more for what we had paid for in comparison to the other hotels in the vicinity of equal stature.

Although the hotel looks slightly dated, there is a good selection at breakfast, gym and swimming pool shared with neighbouring 5* hotel so the room is good value for money. The hotel room is cosy, curtains can block off all light, allowing good quality sleep. The hotel is also located in a relatively convenient area, although not within walking distance, it is not too far from tourist attractions like West Lake.

Good Hotel near Wulin Square, Hangzhou

We took the bus from Hangzhou airport to Wulin Square. The hotel is 10 mins walk from Wulin Square. This shares space with JW Marriott property as well. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped set up a itinerary. Smooth check in and well maintained rooms representative of Marriott/Courtyard hospitality.

The property shares the same address as JW Marriott. Went to the wrong hotel lobby to check in but was redirected to Courtyard.

Staff is friendly overall, good breakfast and clean comfortable room. Location wise, while in the middle of the city, isn’t really close to malls or areas of interest. West Lake is about 30 minutes on foot.

We booked 2 full beds on 1 of the room but the staff of the hotel told us that they do have available room for 2 full beds. They added an additional bed for us and we have to changed room the next day. The additional bed was not comfortable and troublesome changing room the next day.

Great stay with family. not far from West Lake. About 20 mins walk. Just avoid walking in August, it was pretty hot. Kids loved the pool that is shared with the JW Marriott right next door. Breakfast buffet was really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel as very nice, clean and not too expensive.

We booked a late train departing from Hangzhou and asked the front desk if we could extend the check-out time. The young lady was very friendly and said it was no problem. When we returned in the evening, our room was replenished with extra towels and toiletries.

Being a regular business traveler (over 200 day per year) I would say I have seen all types of hotel both good and bad.... what really makes this hotel is the staff, from the moment of arrival and the helpful polite and cheerful bell boy, to the efficient and again polite and cheerful staff who got us checked in with the minimum of fuss, every member of staff we encountered throughout our 2 night stay had such a nice positive attitude to making our stay relaxing and trouble free, even the maintenance guy walking the corridor took the time to give a hello (and most speak a good level of English which is really helpful to a non Chinese speaker)
On top of this the hotel is clean, nicely furnished with good size rooms, good breakfast and kept to a very high standard of cleanliness, good location and everything works efficiently . You could not ask for anything more

Really nice hotel that had everything that we needed. The staff were great and advised us on restaurants, tourist locations and helped us book train tickets to Shanghai. The indoor pool and spa area are huge and complete with a sauna and plunge pool. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and clean with beds that were just the right firmness.

The location was great within walking distance of the subway and a larger mall if that's what you're looking for and a 10-15min taxi drive to West Lake.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel service, the counter staff are really helpful and friendly advise. Also helped us to book a taxi through their own mobile App.

The breakfast is good, but don't have enough seats for all customers when rush hours, sometime you need to queue up and wait for spare table.

The hotel location is little bit far away from the underground station, you need walk to the station about 15 mins, but still close to the shopping mall.

Room wifi sometimes is slow, you need to update counter for help

Luxurious and pampered family get away

We enjoyed everything about our stay minus the air pollution. We had to wear masks while renting bikes, exploring the temple and being paddled on the lake. Inside the hotel was the one place where we could relax without our masks. We really enjoyed the fitness equipment and every evening we spent time in the pool and jacuzzi. This was one of the few hotels in China where we could get two queen beds in one room so our daughter could stay with us without an additional room charge.
