A beutiful hotel with great views and good service. A nice small beach, pool and beachfront restaurant. Rooms and large and many overlook the bay. The team - Irina, Anush, Svetlana have been very helpful (thank you ladies). Im happy with the experience. Perhaps the only small issue is that its 20-30 min drive from Cannes and 45 min to St Tropez

From the moment that we got to the property, we arrived at the valet and they told us that there was no one to help with our bags and that they were at some event elsewhere. Was actually blown away by this considering the property is five star and guests should always have this assistance.

The desk lady was nice and helped us to our room but when we got there, other issues were noticed. First of all there’s a lot of rugs in the hotel and there’s a musty smell that’s in the hallway and It was even in the room. There was some stains on the inside sofa and just didn’t feel like there was a great attention to cleanliness and details.

The other thing that I really needed for my work was Wi-Fi and it was not the greatest service in the room which was frustrating.

We booked for two days, but ended up leaving early as we just did not feel we got a 5 star… $1000+/Night experience.

It was our honeymoon and they made it very special. Beautiful location but far from public transportation. Reserve transportation ahead of arrival and day before departure as we did miss our train connection, which fortunately we did get a second train and were able to keep our 2nd connection as it had an hour layover. So all in all everything worked out well.

We stayed here for 7 days and it was a great base to see Antibes, Cannes and Saint Tropez. The staff, and I truly mean the whole staff, were incredible! From check-in to check-out we were treated so well, that we will miss each staff person we met. The front desk, the breakfast and dinner staff, the gentleman that parked our car…….so professional and accommodating, and in a truly genuine way. It really made our stay memorable and we’re not only appreciative but very thankful.

I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. It was a tiny problem at the check out, our luggage was checked back in vs being checked out. It was resolved relatively quick. Also, check out fees were charged twice, and we are still working to resolve this matter. Otherwise, perfect vacay, thank you for your hospitality.

We had 3 nights pre paid but left after the first night. When we were shown to the room the elevators doors opened and the first thing we saw were dirty food trays scattered throughout the hallway with house keeping’s dirty laundry carts. First impression was terrible. The pool side resturant felt like I was at some all inclusive 3 star in Mexico. By the ocean side, it was all concrete with loungers scattered about and no shade. Very very hot as the concrete holds a ton of heat. I am a bit of a fussy traveler. The staff were all great and very helpful. I’d rate this property as a 3 star.

The Service was unlike any other I have experienced! The staff were present, extremely helpful, true professional waiter experience that went above and beyond without hovering over you. Every person we encountered whether it was the reception, server, hostess, cleaners, cooks were so professional. It made for an outstanding experience!

The waterfront was breathtaking with the ocean view, red rock and beautiful greenery. You were truly transported to a gorgeous oasis.

We stayed mid June 2023. Very friendly staff and a very good quality hotel. Breakfast was good. The location is a bit isolated with a limited choice of bars and restaurants. Notwithstanding the name there is no actual beach at the hotel but you do have direct access to the sea via a secluded cove. The actual beach is a few mins walk away.

The hotel is a magnificent oasis of calm away from the hustle of Cannes. From the minute you walk in door you feel the relaxed vibe. Rooms are beautiful and the pool area by the sea stunning. We highly recommend. Staff super friendly however one note of development was the relaxed vibe occasionally resulted in very slow service (30 mins+) from ordering a drink to it arriving which could be improved.

The rooms are large and beautifully designed. The setting on a hill overlooking the water, with private beach, is beautiful. The only thing I would improve would be the food at the restaurant, which is very heavy. Also service at the private beach was very slow.

This is more like a 4 1/2 star property, rather than 5 stars, which I would reserve for places like the Four Seasons, or the Ritz, etc... Not bad, but just not the same as true 5 star resorts. Location is great. Breakfast is excellent. Room was very nice, but I've been to better.

Rooms are beautiful but very dark, lighting in the bathroom was dark and no windows. Location was superb.
Make sure you bring several converters or adapters as theirs do not work. No hair dryer in room and service was very slow from housekeeping.

Very disappointing! We have been staying at The Miramar Beach for 20 years so I had high expectations . The location is stunning with far reaching sea views. The hotel has undergone some essential refurbishments and changes these seem to be much better but some areas are very disappointing. There is also a lack of atmosphere and staff seem insincere. The service is very poor in the restaurant, demotivated and nervous staff that are not properly trained. There is only 1 restaurant serving all meals all day and no separate bar area or additional bar! The food is not 5 star standard but 5 star prices and 2 star service.

Great hotel with ridiculously overpriced services

I would love to give this hotel a 5 out of 5 but the tremendously overpriced food/room service/laundry service prevents me from doing so. Room service food is Paris 5 star hotel level expensive without the quality to justify it and the laundry services are 30% MORE expensive than the very best 5 star hotels in Monaco!? How can this be? Other than that we loved the hotel but they need to get realistic with the services pricing.

we were shocked to find that at a high quality hotel didn't have a lounge bar..if you were not having dinner you were treated like you were not welcome..no place to sit and have a drink ..as the lounge bar was closed IN SEPTEMBER when does the holiday season end at the Mirimar Hotel !!!

We stayed several nights in may. Hotel has it's own beach and it's nice. Just several restaurants in walking distance that are not good. The main concern is room service- I just couldn't reach them early in the morning, there was no drinking water in the room, no one renewed the minibar during the whole stay!, in room dining was different each day from good to horrible..
If u look under your bed and inside the shelves- rooms are not clean at all.

Overall it was okay, there's nothing superb about this resort. The photos they show are the actual room you'd get which is good, the beach however has no actual sand it's just really part of the sea. In the photo they show lovely cliffs you'd imagine to go and take nice photos but all the cliffs were restricted to guests and they have put wires, you've probly have access if you swim by the sea. There was a shallow part with nice cliffs but you're not allowed to go as well because it's private property. The staff are friendly but are not well versed in English so it's a challenge. They serve the same breakfast each morning. And the location is really far and there's only two bus schedules that go up that route so it's difficult to go to mandelieu or explore if you don't have a car. But all these being said, it's still a perfect getaway if you want to stay super far from the city and just seclude yourself in the mountains reading or meditating.

Perfect End to Our Honeymoon

My husband and I booked the Tiara Miramar Beach Hotel & Spa for the last three days of our French Riviera honeymoon. It was the best decision we made! After traveling all over the coast for the first seven days of our trip, the Tiara was the perfect high note to end on. Everything was beautiful - from our gorgeous room with the balcony and view of the sea, to the pool and seaside chaise lounges (we were thrilled to be able to jump directly into the sea!), to the exquisite spa and sauna (we frequented the two saunas multiple times and had a couple's massage at the spa) - everything was brilliant. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful too! We loved our stay there!

Amazing hotel with a wonderful view!!!

From the moment we pulled up to the front we knew this was like no other hotel we had stayed at before. The staff immediately jumped into action to grab our bags, check us in and even offered us a nice beverage in the lounge before getting us down into our room.

The room was immaculate. From the decor to the mood lighting it was absolutely phenomenal. Pulling back the curtains reveals a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. The room was stocked with anything you could possibly need, including wine glasses, champagne flutes and whiskey glasses :)

The spa services offered at the hotel were very reasonably priced and the service was impeccable. In all my years traveling I have never met hotel staff that were so willing to bend over backwards to make the stay more enjoyable.

For all those out there who don't speak French, no worries here. Even though I speak fluent french (my mother is French) they insisted on speaking English since my guest did not speak the native tongue.

I will definitely revisit this hotel on my next trip to France.

Very small room. No coffee & tea making machine in room. Service at reception is a bit impersonal and cold for a global standard service at 5 star hotels (typical French style). The hotel is located at right next to a major road, so you hear traffic noise during day, but not much at night.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights this Feb over valentines weekend, the Hotel is probably one of the most relaxing I have been too, and with the Spa facilities whilst a little expensive were well worth it for an over all experiance.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Breakfast was of a very high quality.
The only minus point would be for the Valentines meal that the Hotel was hosting @ 115 euros each, we ended up in an overflow room - they converted a suite to hold 8 more tables - there was no music or atmosphere - whilst the food was good and the service, it really wasnt romantic, watching a TV screen saver bounce about the living room TV screen. I wouldnt let this put you off my over all Love of this hotel will mean we will return - just maybe eat else where...

3rd stay in one year. My wife and I love this hotel for its location, boutique feel, friendly staff, great breakfast, very good foood, easy parking, nice little gym, nice little SPA with steam room and sauna and the quiet location yet 30 minutes away from Cannes and close distance to hiking.
We love this place in the winter and the summer is also awesome there (private secluded beach, more options to R&R and soak up the sun).
The GMs are also very friendly (Frederic in the winter as well as Jerome the remaining of the year). What else, Arnis (waiter) is awesome and makes you feel like home. Reception is great and helpful and Fabrizio was great too.... Highly recommend it!!!!
Last but not least, this is a testament of my endorsement as I am from the region (Cannes) and have a place to stay in Cannes but I always book several days at this hotel because it is very special to my wife and I...

We were originally looking for a hotel in Cannes, but for some reason ended up 16 kilometers away from it. But the we could not have been luckier. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the center of Cannes, but the drive is so worth it, we actually looked forward to the drive. The views are spectacular, you are driving along the Blue Coast with all its bays and hills.
The actual hotel is super nice. A hidden treasure. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant has a view of the Mediterranean Ocean, we would have a hard time getting up from the table just because of the beautiful view.
Even though we did not use the pool or jumped into the sea, they were nice. Wish we would of had about 4 extra days to relax there.
It is an excellent place to relax, read a book, book a massage on a hill overlooking the ocean, and many more. The town were it is located also has great restaurants.

Great hotel, excellent service, good facilities. Had a relaxing 3 day break and everything was just right. Its expensive (depending on your perspective I guess) but worth it. Only slight negative is food in restaurants is relatively expensive but there are good options in the nearby little port 10 mins walk away and if you have a car then plenty of other choices within 20 mins drive. Other than that, can't fault it. Would definitely go back.

This was the highlight of our recent Europe multi-country trip. Everything about the property was spectacular. The view is just as pictured. The restaurant was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and given the size of the property )not too big, not too small), they all know you. My only recommendation is -- if you are going to stay here, spend a little more and uograde to at least a superior room. The classic hill view rooms all have queen beds, are quite small and the views are not great. We changed rooms on the second night and the superior garden room was SO much nicer and more comfortable. I highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was amazing. Although other reviewers said that the food was expensive, I took it with a grain of salt because I am from NYC and everything is expensive, but the food actually is quite expensive. I will say that you do get a lot of food for your money though - and everything we ate was excellent. It is possible not to spend so much if you stick to cheaper items on the menu.
ROOM TIP: Do NOT book the classic room, hill view. We did because we figured we would save a bit of money and we wouldn't be spending much time in the room anyway. The room was probably 100 sq ft - you cannot open the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. And Expedia states that there is a \"furnished balcony with mountain views\" - this is not accurate - there was no balcony. Fortunately, we were able to upgrade our room to a superior room, garden view, which was lovely.

Wonderful location, service, food and rooms

The hotel is tucked into a little cove, and cleverly positioned so it does not feel overlooked even though there are lots of other waterfront buildings nearby. You just look straight out to sea. The staff are warm and friendly; the service is attentive and thoughtful - they even tucked a free teddy into the baby's cotbed. The spa is excellent. The food was delicious. There is also at least one good restaurant (Maritime? Marinade?) in the small fishing harbour about 10 minutes' walk down from the hotel. Otherwise there is not much in walking distance so you either want to stay put and enjoy the hotel's excellent pool etc, or have a car for exploring - it was a great scenic drive along the coast in any direction, and easy to get to St Raphael, Cannes, Antibes, Nice etc. If you do have a car, watch out for the parking charges which were a surprise to us on checking out. The only other thing to beware of is that the restaurant gets busy at weekends - we arrived on a Saturday and couldn't get a table either for dinner that night, or for Sunday lunch. Other times were fine and generally I would highly recommend the hotel - a little gem!

Totally fantastic! I love this place. Me and my wife went here for a weekend without the kids and we enjoyed it very much. Not the best place for smaller kids. But perfect for a relaxed couple of days for a couple!

Highly highly recommend this boutique hotel of 54 rooms located in the spectacular theoule-sur-mer also known as balcony over the sea.
The hotel location is perfect for couple or solo getaway. Rooms are very inviting with their middle eastern feel and super clean and spacious. Not to mention the view from the room (highly recommend a seaview room). The gym is very small but has all you need to get some cardio going. As a guest you will have access to the steam room and sauna. Should you desire a massage, their spa will cover a variety of treatments,
Nice size pool big enough to do laps and heated (we swam on dec 21 and laid out shortly after since the weather was very nice for winter - 66 F or 16 C).
Marine and Corallie at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
Easy parking for a small fee and nice place for brunch with friendly servers (tony was really nice as well).
The hotel has a private beach and very inviting grounds and gardens that can only keep you zen :-)
Will make it a tradition to go there once a year ....

Spectacular!

The location is spectacular, directly on the Med! Absolutely outstanding personal service. Dinner at the sister property high above has the cuisine to match the view! This hotel is a perfect 'get away from it all'. If you are looking for the action of a city, Cannes is not far away, a beautiful drive along the coast.

Romantic getaway in France (but maybe too remote)

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, it was very nice oriental design (which we like), very clean, private beach, beautiful garden in the hills, very nice set up of the property. There were few things we didn´t like about this place though: room service was not available 24 hours a day, lunch or snack not possible form 3pm until 7pm (what can you do if you are hungry if there is also no room service available that time?), hotel is quite remote from everything, if you want to explore a bit, you don´t find much. Only 2 local restaurants in close by harbour and 1 local pizzeria. Otherwise no shops around, you have to drive 5 km to nearest small town. Also breakfast was quite expensive if it is not included in the price (32 EUR per person). We know that prices in South France are not cheap but this place was quite over the top - it was our honeymoon so we didn´t mind too much but anyway.... Very nice hotel but next time we would probably stay somewhere else because of the location.

Beautiful views

We stayed here for a weekend in September for my husbands 40th and judging by our lovely stay we will be returning next year.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff a very attentive.

The view from the pool is absolutely amazing and the food is very good. Although it's 15-20mins drive to Cannes the scenic route is stunning.

Excellent hotel, great service and amazing location. Only a couple of downsides, rather pricey menu with little choice. Staff were great and made our stay amazing. The room was a little on the small side, specifically nowhere to place suitcases. Overall I would definitely go again.

Such a special place

From start to finish this hotel was a class act! Beautifully decorated, amazing rooms and facilities and staff were the best I've ever experienced!!

The only thing I would say is it is pricey for food and drink but when you are in a bubble of such luxury it is totally not noticeable!!

Loved it so much and we were devastated to leave!

Perfect escape

It was the perfect escape I needed at the time. I'd stayed in the hotel 3x before, so I know & have seen the surrounding locations & area. This time it was all about doing nothing. The renovation of the hotel is excellent, personnel great, spa completely satisfying. Great choice.

Pros: Recent renovations are fantastic, location is great, staff is friendly, valet parking price is relatively cheap (10 euros/night). Cons: Restaurant prices are high (33 euro for a regular burger), bathroom toiletries not restocked everyday (we needed to ask them everyday), no computers for airline check-in and boarding pass printing (but reception will print it if emailed to them).

The rooms are quaint but the bathroom are sizable. The Hotel overall is older but not run down. The staff is great and they are very courteous. The bed (full size) is not comfortable is you're attempting to curl up with your mate/it was 2 twin mattress on top of full size box spring. The room service ends early and its nothing near the place to grab a quick bite to eat without driving. The location from Cannes is about 20 minutes. Each time the drive got shorter..lol.

Quiet and relaxing

It was our second stay at this hotel. We like the surrounding area and the ambience. Hotel staff is friendly and attentive.
There was no pressure in the shower and water was a bit cold too. Apart from that the food at their restaurant on level 4 was far from being delicious...
