This place has no signs and feels like a compond so many locks and keys and pool area has no chairs or anything, place was clean but not good for vacations nothing near by and no communication with staff

This place is not in Cannes proper, it's a short drive to downtown, but that's it's advantage. Walk to a beach and a superyacht studded marina. Eat out, golf supermarket, low traffic, good walking experiences all right outside the door of this elegantly designed resi and hotel apt. complex. We stayed in a one bedder with balconies both sides, a manly man man size TV, cooking facs and views, stunning interesting views over the neighbourhood, mountains and the ocean islands. Stay here you'll like it

We very much enjoyed the stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is an \"apartment\" accommodation and not hotel so the expectations are different. Rooms were clean and efficient. We would certainly stay there again. The views are wonderful with the sun rising above the hills in the morning and setting over the marina in the evening. Pool was huge.

The views from our pool view room were breathtaking. The UBER rides along the beaches to Cannes were easy. The pool was huge and gorgeous. The rooms were clean with a kitchenette and small washer. I could sit and drink nespressos all day long from that balcony. The office staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I'd stay here again and bring my golf clubs next time. We walked to the Casino market for baguettes and picnic supplies. Without a car, we had to UBER everywhere else, but I was fine letting someone else drive. I'm very glad that I chose this gem of place.

I stayed here to attend the film festival and it was wonderful. Only a 20 min Uber ride from every thing and it was nice to stay in a quiet place away from the chaos and traffic. Beautiful apartment was lovely and spotless, fully stocked and very spacious with gorgeous views of the marina. Manager was very helpful and courteous. Easy but secure access. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. You can’t beat the value at this price

The apartment was clean and modern with a great balcony overlooking the marina and swimming pool. The car park was gated and secure. It was also cleaned midweek.
There is a supermarket and Boulangerie a short walk from the apartment.
The only downside was finding the Marina Residence office on arrival with all the temporary parking spaces occupied, presumably by apartment / boat owners.

Outdated, instead apartment did give us a studio, pictures on Hotels.com- probably the best apartment, but you will not get that. Location and view was ok, long walk to the beach. Overall- not what was expected.

The Apartment is very nice, well maintained and good condition. We arrived late the staff left good instructions for us to get in. However staff here are unfriendly, The caretaker Old guy with an office downstairs of the whole building was particularly rude borderline on racism.

This is a managed apartment block, not a hotel. The apartment was very nice, clean and had a lovely view of the harbour. Decent shower and kitchen facilities.

My only real complaint is it is off the beaten track a bit. There is not a great deal to do in the area. Cannes itself is a long way away. 20 min drive at least. We arrived at 10pm having not eaten yet and found it impossible to find anywhere still open. All in all though, a nice place to stay. Can not complain at the apartment itself.

La Napoule Apartment was perfect for a 10 day stay
A very well appointed apartment and balcony,ours upgraded to overlook the Marina, spotlessly clean , excellent kitchenette and utensils, high quality bedlinen and towels . The swimming pool was very large ,cleaned daily , and never more than maybe 15 people around it .A large supermarket and fast food are within a 5 minute walk. There is a small town centre 15 minutes safe walk away with an SNCF station , plenty of restaurants ,and an interesting Chateau well worth a visit. The beach between the marina and Chateau is superb . All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

The hotel and location was awesome. The views were beautiful. There is a grocery store right across the street. I thought the place looked great when I found it on hotels.com and the best part is it looked just like the photos if not better and was very clean and peaceful. I wish we had more time to explore the area. I highly recommend staying here. They also have onsite parking when available which was a huge plus. Staff is very accommodating and helpful.

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were warmly greeted my the staff and shown to our studio appartment. I think we received a free upgrade as we had a magnigicent view of the pool amd Cannes Marina. One night there was a storm and we watched it roll in over the bay of Cannes from our bed, it was magnificent. The complex offers and olympic sized swimming pool but no loungers to relax on. We were quite happy to swim then sit on the surrounding benches however. There’s a huge hypermarket over the road and you’re a short walk away from La Napolue port and some amazing restaurants, beaches and bars. We would most certainly stay again. Excellent value and a beautuful part of the world to holiday in. The room was clean and modern and the shower was powerful. Secure parking availble on site.

The staff is very helpful! The apartment with all you have in the kitchen, supermarket and restaurant are near the apartments. We could see sunrise every morning if you chose the apartment with sea view. Just one mirror thing is, the floor we stayed is operated by the hotel, but some of the apartments in other floor are not. And they have paid laundry in the building, you could check with the reception.

Strandpromenaden inn til Cannes ca 1,5 time. Tog i nærheten 15min. som tar deg til de fleste kjente stedene v

Hypermarché à proximité, pratique. Seul regret, le prix trop élevé pour la prestation. A 100 € la nuit vue mer ok, à 120 € c'est excessif.

On est surement mal tombé mais lors de notre arrivée il y avait de la sciure de bois de part et d'autre de l'évier et des plaques de cuissons + les toilettes qui semblait avoir été utilisé, le tout accompagné d'une forte odeur de cigarettes. Le tout laissant supposé qu'une ou plusieurs personne sont intervenues dans l'appartement sans ménage dernière ou quelconques actions sanitaires. Ce qui est pas loin d'être scandaleux considerant la periode actuelle.
