Higly recommend for families

Had an excellent stay in really clean rooms with very nice zen decor. Breakfast was very good and service even better. I booked two rooms as it was a family trip and thus place was ver accomodating for children and kid-friendly. Location seemed a bit inconvenient first, but it was a matter of knowing and planning ahead to catch the buses passing by the hotel. The beach near the hotel is excellent and was only 4mn walk.

Use for local business trips

This is an average hotel on an industrial estate next to an airport. Useful only if visiting said industrial estate for business. I had to move rooms twice due to excess noise from the hotel services. Lobby area and buffet breakfast were nice.

We stayed there for a weekend as we were invited to a wedding near by. the hotel has plenty of parking space and is right by the beach. breakfast is really great. room was spacious and clean. Although we came back late from the wedding (2-3am) receptionists was still able to assist us when we wanted to purchase some snacks.
service was spot on as I called in the morning on day of arrival to request early check in and i was told that even if they were full the night before they will still accommodate my request at no extra fee. when we arrived there early, the room was ready as requested. Wouldn't mind coming back there again !

Clean basic hotel, in commercial part of the town.

Business stay for Cannes airport, ideal for that but location not great if you want views or short walks to shops etc. Clean basic rooms, good value for the area. Breakfast adequate .

I had a non-smoking room however every evening my room smelled like cigarette smoke, which was not pleasant and the hotel was fully booked with no option of changing a room. The food and beverage selection was not available after 2230.

Nightmare hotel

The hotel is not by the beach it's on an industrial estate next to an airport! The hotel gave our room away so put us in a spare emergency room that lead to the outside, was filled with garden furniture and put up beds as well. The staff were really rude and refused to reroom us because they'd given our room to another group despite that we booked weeks ago! We felt unsafe and left

The hotel was very standard. It was clean.
It cost 20€ to get into the centre of Cannes in taxi. The location of the hotel is very poor there's nothing around. We figured we could get a bus into the centre but that was a good 20 minute walk to the bus stop.
If you are looking for things to do here and want nearby shops, bars, restaurants then this is not he hotel.
I have a little boy and thank fully it was just my partner and I that went for a 3 night break couldn't of took my boy with nothing around.

Good comfortable hotel. Friendly staff.

If travelling to hotel by hire car from Nice you do need to put address as well as zip code in to sat nav, Just putting zip code not good enough as takes you centre Cannes La Bocca. All facilities excellent which includes food in restaurant and outdoor area of hotel.
Best to walk beaches and restaurants in area as if travel by car you can miss quite a lot. Half hour walk sees you get to most places. Beaches excellent all along corniche. Beach towels provided daily by hotel which is a lovely touch of service.
From hotel by car, easy to get on to A8 which is main motorway to visit different parts of S of F.
Don't be put off by where hotel is situated. Not far as said to beaches and restaurants. August is for families as other months might be more business.

A hot holiday maker

Nice Hotel, commercial location, no a/c

The hotel and staff were good. The location is slap in the middle of a commercial estate, however the hotel itself is well presented. Definitely need a car to stay here. The breakfast was good. One of the criteria for choosing this hotel was the air conditioning. Upon arrival in the evening I discovered that it wasn't working in the bedrooms, only the public areas. I called reception and asked how I could turn the a/c on and they said \"open the window\". With the open window it was still too hot and we got mosquitos in the room too (which with their high pitch buzzing at night never leads to a good night's sleep). The next morning I asked if the a/c could be turned on and they replied that it wouldn't go on till June. That policy would work in the UK, but in the south of France it is just too hot and stuffy. If a hotel claims a/c on the details they should supply it.

Good hotel in a strange place

This was my third stay. It is hard to find reasonable, good accommodation during the Cannes Film Festival and the Mercure fitted the bill. However, the May weather was exceptionally bad, which made the remoteness from the town centre (despite the shuttle service) less bearable. If only the shuttle operated until late - taxis are absurdly expensive. But the hotel is fine, despite its strange location on an industrial estate.

NEAR GREAT BEACH

The hotel was new and spotless, staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has a lovely pool and has a great outdoor eating area. Hotel location is not ideal as it is a 15 min walk to the frequent bus services into Cannes, and is located in an industrial park right next to Cannes Airport which can be a bit noisy. Breakfast was excellent with a buffet that had lots of choice and was probably our favourite thing the hotel offered. Only a 5 minute walk to the lovely beach though, so overall if you can get a good rate it is worth staying at this hotel.

Good choice if you have a car

The hotel is surprisingly good overall, the rooms are quite large and clean, and prices are good for the location.
This was our second stay there as it is very close to the places we need to get to. Although the hotel is situated in the middle of an industrial zone, if you have a car, location does not present a problem, you can be at the beach in 5 minutes.
Also it is situated right next to a small airport. There is not much noise from the helicopters and small planes unless you are at the decent sized pool, and at worst it is a slight annoyance that you get used to in ten minutes.
In general it is a good choice if you don't intend to spend most of your time in the hotel, but then why would you when you have so much such a short distance away.
The only slight problem we had was items on our bill which were probably human error, and were sorted out immediately.

The hotel was satisfactory. The hotel is near the airport, but the noise did not effect us as the windows were double glazed. The location is in an industrial area which is not attractive and quite away from the action of Cannes. It is a short walk from the ocean if you chose to do this. Breakfast is great. The price for the room is good comparing with other hotels in Cannes, but this is due to the location.

nice but in the middle of nowhere

Nice breakfast with hot and cold items. Far from action of Cannes, actually by Mandelieu industrial area. By a private airport with some jet and helicopter noise. 25 euros by taxi to Cannes center. Small bar and restaurant with limited menu. No free WI-FI but was available for pay. Nice, large room. Friendly staff.

La chambre était grande. La salle de bain propre. J'aurais préféré une douche qu'une baignoire mais c'est un détail.
Le petit-déjeuner est très varié : un choix énorme de salé et de sucré. Rare de trouver autant de choix dans des hôtels de ce type. Le personnel est très professionnel.
Seul bémol. L'emplacement n'est pas top.
Nous n'avons pas pu tester le restaurant mais nous reviendrons sans faute une autre fois pour dîner.

Accueil du chef cuisinier extrêmement désagréable, refus de communiquer, demande au client de prendre RDV pour cela. L’histoire tourne autour de la commande du dîner de la 1ere nuit qui s’annonçait décevant. Le cuisinier refuse de remplacer les légumes d’un plat par les frites. Interdit par le groupe et nos procédures. Mais où est l’humain dans tout cela. Bientôt on va avoir des bornes pour commander comme chez MacDo ?
La responsable de l’établissement, après avoir été avertie confirme la décision du cuisinier. Résultat, après 10h de route, je pensais être bien installé pour un dîner et un service à la hauteur, que Nini, je me suis levé et je suis allé dîner ailleurs. Vive la concurrence !
Décision : avec plusieurs collègues, nous avons décidé de ne plus réserver dans cet hôtel qui ne voit que par les procédures au détriment des attentes clients.
Tout ça pour une frite !!!

für das Geld kann man definitiv hier erwarten. Weder das Frühstück für 19 €, war vergleichbar mit anderen internationalen Städten noch das Zimmer. Das Zimmer war alt im neunziger Design und der Teppich hatte auch schon viele Flecken.

hotel propre et confortable , personnel extrêmement sympathique et accueillant que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant avec une vraie volonté de bien recevoir et de satisfaire. Un gros bémol sur la situation dans une zone industrielle vraiment moche et pas agréable et surtout, surtout le bruit incessant et infernal des avions et hélico sur l'aérodrome qui jouxte la piscine et la terrasse de 8H du matin jusqu'au soir !!! vraiment insupportable ! Après les nuits sont très calmes et la literie comfortable ! Autre point fort : la plage est à 5 minutes à pied !!

La moquette de la chambre était tachée et faisait sale.
Pas de prise électrique dans la sdb.
Petit déjeuné basique, un peu déçu vu le prix.

Le personnel est agréable et l’hôtel bien situé (a 10min à pied de la plage et 10min en voiture de la Croisette).

La piscine de l’hôtel est sympa.

Accueil et confort corrects. Non loin de la ville. Climatisé. Restaurant avec très bons plats.
Bémol et pas des moindres : non respect des procédures covid dans les parties intérieures communes de l’hôtel. Le personnel ont des masques mais les clients se promènent dans tout l’hôtel sans masque et sans recadrage des responsables. Inadmissible sur ce point. Sinon hôtel agréable.

Pour un 4 étoiles c'est correct. Personnels agréables, sympathiques, disponibles, attentionnés, courtois... Que ce soit à l'accueil, au resto et femmes de chambres, des vrais pro.
Par contre j'ai pas aimé la pelouse autour de la piscine qui n'est pas souvent tondue, les moustiques à partir de 19h sur la terrasse tjrs autour de la piscine et enfin le petit déjeuner qui n'est pas suffisamment fourni.

Hotelli oli ihana ja siisti. Uima-allas oli erittäin mukava. Viereinen lentokenttä aiheutti aika paljon melua päivisin. Lähialueella ei ollut muuta kuin teollisuusaluetta, mutta kun jaksoi kävellä 1-2 km löytyi rantoja ja ihania edullisia ravintoloita.

Helt greit og rimelig hotell med beliggenhet nær havet, men i næringsområde. Hyggelig betjening, men lang ventetid på taxi, kanskje pga den litt usentrale beliggenheten.
Frokosten var meget bra, med stort utvalg, også av spennende lokale produkter!

The room is quite OK, definitely more than good enough. There was weird smell coming from the sink, but it was disappearing every time when the water had been running for a few seconds. The breakfast was quite good. There was a slight hiccup with the payment: despite paying my stay in full in advance at hotels.com, the hotel was still demanding extra payment which they described as \"city tax\" - not good. Payment in full should be including everything, otherwise it is not \"payment in full.\"

Hyggelig hotel. Mange småbarnsfamilier rundt bassenget. Hotellet ligger inntil småfly- og helikopterplassen i Cannes, så noe bråk til tider. Godt lydisolert og bor du på den siden som vender mot sjøen så er det helt stille. Lite med restauranter i området som virker mer som et industriområdet. Kort vei til stranden ca. 10 min å gå. Absolutt et sted å anbefale for nærheten til strand, Cannes og andre småbyer i området. Stor gratis innelåst parkeringsplass.

Oikein mukava hotelli varsinkin jos on autolla liikenteessä. Vähän syrjäinen sijainti, mutta rauhallinen paikka ja auton sai kätevästi (ja maksuttomasti) parkkiin. Lentokentältä tulee vähän melua, mutta se ei hirveästi häirinnyt ja koneita oli ihan hauska seurata uima-altaalta. Hyvä ja iloinen palvelu. Huone oli tilava, siisti ja toimiva. Aamullakin ehti uima-altaalle, kun uloskirjautuminen oli kivasti keskipäivällä.

Des décollages de jets privés et d’hélicoptère ponctue la journée.
Mais sinon le personnel est assez agréable et la piscine rafraîchissante.
Le +: situé à moins de 5 minutes (en voiture) des belles plages de Mandelieu-la-Napoule.

Hôtel ce trouve dans le fond d une zone industriel a collé à une piste d avion et hélicoptère donc du bruit toute la journée. On nous a proposé une chambre familiale qui ce trouvait à l extérieur la porte ne ce ferme pas correctement avec une clef la chambre et les fenêtres était vieillotte ma fille à cru que c était du camping elle trouve une araignée sur le lit

problème avec la télé

problème avec les cHAINES canal plus et autres
personne a la réception pour faire quelque chose ET AUCUN RESPONSABLE TECHNIQUE
On m'a dit qu'il y avait du vent alors que le lendemain dans un autre hotel il y avait encore plus de vent et aucun probleme.
le lendemain matin on m a dit qu on me ferait un geste sur mes points car je suis client vip
j'attends toujours
je suis bien résolu a faire un courrier a la direction de mercure.

Assez déçu de la chambre nous qui avons l'habitude de partir avec la chaîne Mercure. Je sais pas si c'est parce qu'on n'ait passer par le site trivago que nous avons eu la chambre la plus vieille de l'hôtel vu les photos proposées sur le site je vous laisse deviner laquelle nous avons eu, en même temps vu les prix que nous avons payé pour 3 nuits le choix pour l'hôtel de notre chambre a été vite fait. Sans oublier que l'hôtel et situé là où décolle les avions à peu près tout les 6 à 15 minutes pas trop agréable. Pour le personnel rien à dire femme de ménage souriante et serviable le personnel à l'accueil rien à redire.
