I would stay far away from this hotel. Old dirty & smells bad. I would not even stay here for free. I checked in at 4am and stayed for 10 minutes when down to check out. Bugs in room. They refunded me 3 days but charged me for the first day $450 because I came so late. Went to a much cleaner comfortable hotel. Thanks but no thanks.

We stayed in a superior room with a partial sea view, which was fresh, clean, and very spacious – definitely one of the highlights of our stay. However, the lift lobbies were tired and in need of refurbishment, which gave a poor first impression.

Our main frustration was with the pool area. Not only do you have to pay a minimum of €40 per day to use a basic lounger with no cushions, but there’s nowhere else to lie down and relax unless you pay – even if you only want to unwind for a short while. This felt unreasonable, especially given the cost of staying in what’s meant to be a high-quality hotel.

In addition, the pool itself is enclosed behind a perspex screen with a small gate, which made it feel oddly off-limits and less inviting. It’s a shame, as the hotel has real potential, but this setup took away from the overall experience and made us spend our time and money elsewhere.

Everything was great for the most part. Just know that the pool chairs outside aren’t free. You would think when staying at a hotel you would get all of the hotels amenities. That is not the case. All of the chairs and beds are extra. The staff were a little rude about it when I sat down. I didn’t assume they were free and waited for someone and after 15 minutes no on said anything. I got comfortable and of course THATS when they come over. English isn’t great so it was a little awkward trying to figure out what was happening. They moved me over to a different chair because the one I sat in was reserved. 3 hours later and that chair was still empty. A little annoying. Besides that the hotel was great.

All was good except the a la carte type pricing for various services - beach chairs/towels, parking, breakfast. Particularly disappointing was the price of breakfast - €30 per person! We found a Boulanger in walking distance and were able to get what we needed for breakfast for a total of less than €10.
Great location and staff. Casino a little disappointing.

Overpriced convenience. There’s a sign in the lift that tells you most of what you need to know about this hotels ethos. Sunbed? €40 if you’re a hotel guest having already paid €350 a night to stay. Up to €160 if you want the cabins. There’s nothing special about this place other than its ability to extract your hard earned cash.

The customer service was just horrible, ruined the whole experience. We paid almost 500 a night per room because it was a busy weekend and it was not worth even 200. We got 2 separate rooms, they were very nice except a few things. The tv is not a smart tv so only shows in French. One of the rooms had an ant infestation from the moment we walked in and then the shower head on the ceiling would drip cold water when it was off and we were using the wall shower. The seal on the shower glass was damaged and water would go everywhere when you shower.

Grubby overpriced tourist hotel. Desperately in need of a good clean and general refurbishment. Stayed here many times over the years. Staff are apathetic, one server for 15 tables for lunch, waited over half an hour for a menu so gave up. Not overly busy, just woefully mismanaged.
Good beach access but if you want a sun bed be prepared for a many Euro fleecing.
Can and should do a whole lot better.

We had a fantastic vacation here; the staff are excellent. Very attentive, very classy and from the moment you arrive you know that these guys run a tight ship. Very reasonable price for valet parking too (15 Euro)...

The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about the spa staff.

Minor disappointments; the \"fitness room\" is essentially a bug empty room with a couple of home gym cardio machines, some mats and a very haphazard Dumbbell rack. I wish they had better gym equipment. Finally, the food at the restaurant is ok, but could be better. We ended up only eating at the hotel restaurant twice during our stay because it was unremarkable but convenient. However there are several great restaurants within walking distance which is one of the reasons we chose here anyway. Overall would definitely come back.

This facility has a mold problem. The shower water spills copiously on the adjacent bathroom carpet, in both rooms we were in. The mold smell in these rooms was unbelievable. Had to sleep with the balcony door wide open to minimize the smell. The management seems oblivious to this very obvious problem. My advice is to stay away. By the way, the everything looks dirty in this hotel, except for the lobby.

I paid almost 700€ for one night. When I arrived they told me they have no rooms. After some discussions they find a room for me. They said that it's deluxe room which I paid for. But wasn't. I was sleeping on the couch! The price for breakfast was 100€ wich was definitely not worth it. It was average breakfast from 3* hotel with no fresh vegetable, no special food.

Der Service in dem Hotel ist unorganisiert und uninteressiert. Das führt dazu das am Morgenbuffet 5 Mitarbeiter nacheinander fragen ob Kaffee gewünscht wird und an anderen Tagen gar niemand fragt. Einen Tisch zu kriegen ist Glückssache weil auch vollgemüllte Tische einfach liegen gelassen werden und wenn du einen Tisch hast kanns auch mal passieren das der Stuhl dazu selber organisiert werden muss. Die \"Designer\" Stühle sind richtig verbraucht und da Durchsichtig erlauben Sie die Sicht auf ungewolltes am Morgen. Der Privatstrand ist nett aber ein Sonnenstuhl kostet zusätzlich 25 bis 35 Euro pro Tag was schnell mal ins Geld geht. Das Zimmer inklusive Nasszellen und Balkon ist mit einem speziellen Teppich ausgelegt was mich an der Sauberkeit zweifeln lässt wenn man direkt nach dem Putzen das Zimmer betritt ist der gesamte Boden Nass und Klebrig. Das Deluxe Zimmer lohnt sich nicht der einzige Unterschied ist 6 oder 7 Stock und ein Holzbrett an der Wand zum liegen. Am letzten Tag ging uns die Klimaanlage defekt. Es brauchte 3 Receptionsbesuche und 9 Std bis das Problem gelöst wurde. Das Hotel ist aus meiner Sicht maximal ein 3 Stern Hotel und wenn ein Hotel selbst in Corona Zeiten kein Interesse an Gästen zeigt ist es fraglich ob ich andere Pullman Hotel besuchen werde.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. We had a Deluxe room with a fantastic view. However, the room not in excellent shape, needs to be refurbished. Also, we could hear the elevator constantly during the day and late into the night. The bed was fantastic and the breakfast very good.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for a week relaxing in the sun. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the local train station so you can travel to Cannes/ Nice ect easily. Lovely big room, very comfortable and with everything you need. Only downfall is that you need to pay for sun loungers - expect to pay about €50 a day. The sun loungers are also available for people not staying in the hotel to reserve meaning that hotel guests can be left without - to avoid this make sure you reserve in advance. Despite this, a great hotel with very attentive staff - will be returning.

All in all it's a nice hotel. The rooms are good and the outside is a nice looking place. Unfortunately their service leaves a lot to be desired. I've never been in a hotel where they charge for a bed by the pool. Not a fancy bed or something just a bed by the pool.

Food services also leaves a lot to be desired. All meals were expensive and service was painfully slow. My wife and I both had steak and only one got a side salad. No idea why and not explanation. If you need this location use it. Otherwise I'd suggest finding another hotel who looks after their customers more and isn't charging for anything they can !

Cons:
If staying for a week (like I did) breakfast is the same everyday. I would recommend variety, particularly for those staying over an extended amount of time.
As a family, the pool and access to the beach are the primary attractions of the hotel. (lounge chairs 15 euros per person/per day) x 7 days x 2 people ... will not motivate you to go to the beach.

We arrived close to midnight and with the hotel being so far from anything, we were excited to order room service after a late flight. Poor service and deceiving beach front

This review is only for the hotel because we didn't try the casino. There was no porter to help us with our bags when we checked in. The staff overall isn't very friendly or outgoing. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory but nothing special. I've stayed at the Pullman in London and Cannes Mandelieu pales in comparison. There were no towels to be found by the beach and no one helped so I grabbed some towels from the gym. The beach shown in the pictures seems endless. In reality it is small only about 80 yards across. It is a good thing it wasn't too crowded.

Check-in was painfully slow as only one staff member who was constantly occupied on the telephone. When another was summoned from the back office he chose to deal with the locals first, apparently oblivious to the line of tired travellers waiting to check in.

Staff in the restaurant made up for this poor welcome, however, with courtesy and efficiency.

The Pullman Cannes Mandelieu is just right/perfect for couples and families. We wished we could have stayed longer - and for once a hotel restaurant that is cheaper/competitive and just as high quality food and service as the local restaurants; its private beach is clean but it can get a little overcrowded when trying to find a beach-deck-chair; We are not supporters of Casino's but this is not the primary focus of the hotel; Most of the staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We left Nice to retreat somewhere more respectable. I highly recommend Pullman Cannes Mandeliue - a short drive/train to the centre of Cannes and a bit further to Antibes and Nice but Mandeliue is nicer !

Value for money not impressive, however the breakfast buffet (which we due to other reviews were sceptic about) proved to be very nice - and the remaining staff could actually learn a lot about service from the people at the breakfast buffet. Parking: you can save the €15 per night valet parking by using the free parking just across the street. In the city center of Cannes there is a very cosy restaurant street with fair prices: Rue Saint Antoine

Great location ;) Parking available free across the road or at 15 Euro valet at hotel. Lots of restaurants close by within walking distance and 5 min drive to Cannes and 25 min to Antibes. Room is big and comfortable, breakfast is good. The one thing that stand out is the beach and ocean, one of the best in the area and it does not get crowded in comparison to other beaches around the coastline ;) There was a conference at the hotel but no drama and hardly noticed them. I would stay here again :)

Yes good. good good...you need a car to get there and around as the transport is a bit flakey...but if your looking for a superb hotel on the beach you will not be disappointed...

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the water with beautiful views. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely (although quite expensive). I will definitely stay again.
