Il menù del colazione buono troppo il personale buono la pulizia della stanza malissimo la piscina non esiste quella esterna non si poteva usare perché era troppo fredda quell’altra interna era piena di immondizia che non era praticabile quella sul tetto era piena di l’immondizia i bagni del spa non erano puliti troppo odore di urina il hotel Massimo una stella, ma quella con indulgenza. Alla cena mancava la acqua dovevi pagare extra quindi costava 4 euro per una bottiglia di 200 ml. tanti giorni mancava l’acqua calda e poi quello il l’ umore del aria condizionata faceva fastidio il soffitto dal S.p.A. è caduto giù quando pioveva l’acqua entrava nelle stanze la colpa delle porte delle terrazzi.. quindi se pensate a fare una vacanza nel periodo di Natale, io sinceramente vi dico cercare un altro hotel perché mancava tutto il spa.. la gente personale troppo buono gli diciamo 10 stelle Ele ringrazio grazie al personale👍👍👍 un grande consiglio noleggiato l’auto senza autonoleggio. Siete senza piedi Non voglio fare la pubblicità, però il noleggio dell’auto che è è stato un bello servizio a un bel prezzo vi consiglio COSMOS Rent stanno facendo la consegna all’hotel e potete lasciare la macchina al terminale.. mi dispiace per la vacanza che non è stata come desidero nelle foto tutto è bello però la realtà mi dispiace😢😢 Quasi dimenticavo alla cena abbiamo il buffet molto buono grazie ma senza nessuna bevanda, neanche l’acqua ho dovuto pagare 4 euro per una bevanda di 200 ml..

The hotel is very outdated, it really should be shut down and completely renovated. The rooms and the common areas as well as the pool are in desperate need of renovation. The breakfast was quite poor quality. Hotel staff seemed to have heard it all many times before, as when we pointed out all the cracks in the floors, he just shrugged. We checked out the next day and found something much better.

Really great for a chilled out holiday been to hotel a few times. Unfortunately accomadation outside lights not working for a few days and really dark and steps full of leaves so slipped on stairs. House keeping was missed a few days and not cleaned properly also asked for extra coffee and milk never received them. Unfortunately dud not find the female reception staff member very friendly and when pointed out a few issues was not apologetic and was like it was an issue to raise concerns. But hotel is beautiful and peaceful and nicky who does beauty treatments is amazing and so friendly give her 5 stars

Staff were not very welcoming, took three tries to get in the room with an electronic keycard resorted to a key after the third trip back to reception. Bathroom lots of mouldy silicone around the bath. Bed linen did not look that clean. Bathroom towels weren’t white anymore just a pale sort of grey.
Breakfast was ok there was lots of choice.
The room was of a good size with a large bed and aircon was very good. Reception area was very good , but the rooms did not compare.
The room I would liken to a holiday inn standard definitely not a four star.

Hotel is very tired and minimal effort in my room as far as updating. Covering mould with silicone is not the way….very poor.
Cleaning the room was a bare minimum…very disappointing.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, the staff are very friendly.
10 walking distance to the beach of Faros, quite nice beach and relaxing.
The only issue about the area is that you need to hire a car or to have the bus schuddle to the center of Larnaca.
Bus no 429 to the airport or the center on finish at 8:30 to 9pm on weekdays and waiting time +60 but on weeknd waiting time is 2 hours which is long.

Basically it was closed for the time I was there. Nothing available to sit in sun,,,bad reheated food from freezer. No heat at night. Shower hot water cooler than body temperature. They shut down water heater to save money. I was booked for five days checked out after booked another room at Best Western the a working pool and good food.

The hotel is well-placed in a quiet village close to the seashore. It is currently undergoing a renovation of the rooms (not noisy) but to be honest, My room was perfect 228. The main soul of the hotel is the wonderful team there from Elena and her colleagues on reception, to the room cleaners to the restaurant staff, and to the lovely lady running the massage area.

The hotel is nice, quiet but remotely located from the airport with no shuttle to late comers. Pre arranged taxi cost 25€ , better than any offer we heard about. The staff is great and breakfast offer was excellent. Few faults: air-conditioning in the room wasn’t operating. The fridge leaking water all over. I recently stayed at EHotel, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The entire place is in dire need of maintenance and renovation. The rooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The front desk staff was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to any issues raised.

The only bright spot was the bartender, who was friendly and professional, but unfortunately, that alone can’t make up for the rest of the hotel’s shortcomings. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until they address these serious issues.

We we're very unhappy with our stay at hotel. We asked in advance for a baby crib, when we arrived they didn't have one. Then I wanted a shower byt they didn't supply any, when asked they gave us 2 little ones. When we went down for breakfast we had some bread which had fungus growing on it. They only had one high chair for baby. No one seemed to care, the food was not good to say the least, the service was below average. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. You can fo better for 150$ anight

We recently stayed at the E Hotel Spa and resort for 10 wonderful days. I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews and would implore people to disregard them.

Despite the hotel being 10 minutes from the airport , there is very little noise from the planes.

My mum has mobility issues and we were worried about accessibility for her. However, from booking the hotel to leaving, the staff have been nothing but attentive, caring and friendly.

All the staff went above and beyond and we cannot thank them enough.

The pool is lovely and serene and will cool you down on a hot day.

The rooms were comfortable and felt like a home from home. While they could be updated a little, the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities.

There are high levels of humidity in Cyprus. We did not have an issue with this, as we left the air conditioning on over night and did not open the window.

The cleaners were great too and did a great job cleaning ours rooms and communicating with us.

The breakfast was decent and as standard as you would get anywhere else.

The restaurant served good burgers and a lunch buffet. However there is an amazing restaurant across the road, which serves mainly fish, but other delicious dishes too.

There is a beach nearby, but we did not go to this in the day time. At night time is it nice to walk around.

It is advisable you hire a car, but the hotel provided us with a car hire company to rent from, which was incredibly low cost and they ha

Unfortunately the property is in need of updating and is nowhere near any local conviences. You really need a car if you are staying here.
They seemed understaffed and some of the staff didnt seem like they wanted to be there at all!
Rooms were very basic and need modernisation, spa wasnt in use and neither was the roof bar. Indoor pool had a ceiling falling down.
Very understocked bar, which is no good when there is nowhere to go in the area.
Such a shame as i expected far more for my money.

A lovely boutique hotel

The indoor pool was really warm which meant that we could swim even when the weather was changeable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is an excellent fish restaurant just opposite the hotel and a charming family taverna called Enalia in walking distance.

Its a shame as this hotel has potential. All it needs is a little TLC and it might be classed as a 4star. This is very clearly a 3 Star hotel maybe a 3 and half star. The restaurant is sun standard. Pool areas decent. My rooms sink kept getting blocked. The bed side lights took 3 days to fix. But the worst part was the ceiling had damp and the paint kept falling on the dressing table daily. A little disappointing. Overall, the room was comfortable but as i said, falls short of a 4 star for now but could easily be fixed.
Lastly i booked because of the Spa which was
Closed. If i knew i would t have booked. Bit misleading.
Oh and the gyms equipment werent working either.
Safe to say i wouldn’t be staying again until improvements are made

This hotel is a great location to see the sunrise and sunset. The hotel is a distance away from the town centre but great for peace and quiet. There is a bus available that goes into town but not as frequent. The pool is a good size, but not a heated pool, the seating area around the pool is nice and clean. The staff are all friendly.

The gym was really good. When i was there, the indoor pool was not warm enough for me to use. The staff were really great, the food very good, full of fresh salads and a variety of dishes. I actually stay 5 nights, so I got to really see what the hotel was like. It is far from shops, but there is a bus every hour or two. Look at the website Cyprus by bus to check the times. You can take the bus to the hotel from the airport, as long as it isn't late at night. Thanks, waiters and staff for your dedicated service! !!

We chose the hotel to have a rest after an evening flight. To our pleasure it is so much more than just a transit airport hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The delicious buffet breakfast included hot, cold dishes, deserts, salads, fruit and vegetables. And a variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 200 meters from the hotel one can find a lovely sandy quiet beach. The whole area was so serene and quiet. You would not thin the airport is only about 4 kilometers away.

We booked a short holiday to this establishment because of its promising features (e.g. Spa), good ratings and nice location.
The moment we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes. The hotel is situated in a deserted little village outside of Larnaca, where many places have been abandoned and are now a sanctuary of mice and pigeons.
The hotel had broken glass, empty fountains and pools, pitch-black corridors and concrete floors (\"natural design\" according to the lady) as some of its features. It also absolutely stank of old deep-frying fat and the sea view was impaired by numerous of the earlier mentioned abandoned properties.
We had booked a 40 sqm room for a lot of money, but were given a cramped place with around 20 sqm and broken curtains.
According to their staff, most of the hotels' facilities were not operational or permanently manned.
The bottom line is that I didn't even get my family out of the car. This place is a gigantic rip-off.
Needless to say that we will not get our money back. Expedia also didn't help, but made \"notes on the PC\" and promised a £100 voucher, which would be around 1/4 of our expenses.
Make sure you have spare change available when using their services, since they won't bother paying for even a proper low-end accomodation. And they won't help you find one either.
Despite my obvious disappointment the staff of the hotel remained professional and calm. I cannot fault their behavior. But the E-Hotel is a junkyard and needs to be avoided.

Stay at E-hotel near LCA airport

The hotel location is convenient @ 15-minute derive form LCA airport. The hotel's lobby and exterior facades are modern and beautiful. However, my room revealed that this hotel was actually an old one and that only parts of it were recently renovated, the most likely explanation. The bathroom was smelling moisture. The room's furniture and equipment were old. The TV had an old flat screen, not LCD. I couldn't make it work. After the reception sent someone with another remote control (they were a priori familiar with the problem and knew what it was) to check it, the guy who wouldn't speak other than greek was ultimately able to have me understand with hand gestures that I had to hold the room's old remote at a blank-point range from TV if I wanted to turn it on/off, change channels, etc. Never mind replacing the old remote control with the new one he came with or simply replacing the batteries. Nope. I took it with a lough. Not sure I would have reacted the same way if I was there for more than a single night. The hair drier would work only for tens of seconds before quickly overheating and shutting down automatically. The phone in the room didn't work properly. I could receive calls from reception but couldn't make any to them. So plan for plan for many back-and-forth walks between your room and reception. At checkout, I wanted to have a 0-balance checkout confirmation but couldn't get one. Room paid for already through Expedia. Promise to send me one by email. Never had it.

4-5 minutes' walk from the Mediterranean beach, and from a great restaurant on the shore. My room air conditioning didn't work the first night, but (on 2nd try) hotel staff got that solved. Not perfect, especially given high price, but really a good place for a short rest.

Give it a miss if you want to sleep in

The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating and apart from being a little worn, the hotel is a nice hotel. However we encountered noise from 9 am from the cleaners who seem to spend all day cleaning one floor as the cleaning trolly and the cleaner was there every time we came back to our room on the 2nd floor. Doors slamming and loud talking outside in the hall were there every morning and the cleaner seemed to bring their child as we would hear a young boy making lots of noise every morning when the cleaner arrived. On the last day the noise from the child was horrific, he sounded crazed- screaming and wailing and kicking doors. We had to shout out for them to shut up as it was unbearable. It was just totally unacceptable as just because most people are down for breakfast doesn't mean that some people don't want a lie in. The breakfast is also awful, watered down \"juice\", nasty coffee and cheap and overcooked breakfast items meant that we ate out of the hotel each morning. The location is quite far from Larnaca which has all the restaurants and bars but is peaceful if you want to relax. The pool and spa treatments are lovely and apart from the issues encountered the staff are lovely and are happy to help.

for us its convenient and easy
the hotel is very nice and staff are friendly and helpful
the only thing I would say is that now, I think its time to redecorate the rooms, as they are getting a bit tired
the bathroom tiles need replacing and the general décor needs updating

the reception area and restaurant are lovely, but food could be improved
also , tea and coffee facilities are not standard in the rooms unless you ask at reception( but they will bring )
but overall, its a nice hotel

Disappointing, doesn’t worth the price.

Not worth the price. The hotel is well built but not maintained at all, the pictures of the room I closed did not match the room I actually received. I took the largest and most expensive room offered, looked great with a bedroom and a living room and actually got a standard room with a double bed and a sofa. Not worth the extra price. I stayed in December, in the entire hotel there were maybe 4 service providers who did everything at the hotel, even though they were nice and tried to provide good service, the lack of manpower was very felt and hit the service. For example, there is no one to help with the suitcases because the only one who can help is the man at the reception who is supposed to do check-in and check-out and other things. You can not have lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant because there are not enough guests to justify keeping kitchen people and because the hotel is cut off from the city whenever you hungry, you have to travel about 20 minutes to restaurants. The pool was in maintenance and cleanliness so not only could not be used despite the hot days there was, there was loud noise in the pool area from the cleaning so it was not pleasant to sit outside. Acoustics in rooms is terrible, you hear everything, every little noise from another room or hallway sounds very loud in the room. Breakfast is very disappointing, very basic, after the first morning, I preferred to go for breakfast outside the hotel.... not a place that I will think to go back to.

Check in was awful, staff rude and unhelpful - only tried a coffee at breakfast which was cold and watery didn't bother with the food as looked terrible
Spent all my time elsewhere and just used the hotel to sleep in as the staff so bad just didn't want to spent anytime there
Only plus was the bed was comfortable

Fantastic Hotel

Went with my sister and elderly father. This hotel was so convenient and beautiful! It was so calming and zen here- even the color scheme and decor were so peaceful. Very conveniently located, close to the airport. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, responding to our requests, and caring about our needs. There was a wide selection of breakfast options. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back!

Can be great

There restaurant at hotel is not much for dinner at night.
But over the road from public car park. all nice Greek food to eat at this nice restaurant overlooking out to sea. all at the right price, and free fruit after dinner. Free WiFi also...and 2 great beaches.

Really nice and comfortable hotel

The staff were all very pleasant except for one young lady in the resteraunt bar who refused to give me a glass of water unless I paid for a bottle! This was rectified by a lovely young man , who was more than helpful. I also had to 'queue ' in the gym for the running machine as one was out of order! That's it ! Can't say anything else apart from it was a great holiday in a great hotel.
