This hotel can be found in a strategic location for access to nearby entertainment parks such as Oltremare and Acquafan, both of which are approximately 10 minutes away by bus. The bus stop for Riccione and Rimini is directly in front of the hotel.
This family-friendly 55-room business and beach hotel offers modern accommodation with free wireless Internet access throughout. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned premises in the lobby with 24-hour reception and here they may also make use of hotel safe and lift access to the rooms.
Additional communal spaces include the café, pub and disco. The hotel also houses a business centre, a TV lounge and a bar.

Hello, we stayed here for our vacation with two children. Overall we were very satisfied...kitchen could be better equiped but other then this everything was really fine. The staff was really great, every time we were passing around they were smiling and helpful.

Our room was very big, and consisted of a room with a kitchen, table and chairs, daybed and balcony. The bedroom was large, and had both a queen and single bed, with very comfortable mattress, and another balcony with a view of the ocean. The tv had multiple channels. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and also provided a view of the ocean. There was plenty of closet space, with sufficient hangers.While not beachfront, it is only one road away. Easy to reach-we picked up bus #11 right outside the train station and got off at stop #30, and we were standing in front of the hotel. Do the reverse, and you can be in the centre of town in 10 minutes. The bus is frequent and punctual. We were even able to pick it up at 6am for a trip to the train station, and even at that time in the morning it arrived on schedule.

Miramar is a bit rundown, but there are restaurants aplenty and the quality and service is also good. I have no hesitation in recommending the Residence T2 to anyone wanting a good not too expensive hotel.

Our room was on the fifth floor and we had two balconies which overlooked the ocean. Bus right out the front which takes you to Rimini, where we caught another bus to visit San Marino. Wish we had more days here!

The staff on the reception were very helpful but other than that not much ! We had to complain as we only had one chair one glass 3 hangers between us the shower wouldnt stay in the holder the glass door which seperates the bathroom from the bedroom wouldnt close the safe wasnt attached to anything so could just lift it up and take it then the safe wouldnt open and had to use the hotels master key our room was not swept the during the 8 days we stayed there the balconey was filthy had never seen a mop (before we arrived and the whole of our stay) would not return location was good for beach

Residence di medio comfort vicino alla spiaggia
Il residence si trova in buona posizione, sulla seconda linea rispetto al fronte mare. La presenza della struttura in prima linea limita la vista mare anche dai piani più alti, ma la zona arretrata ha il vantaggio di essere silenziosa e tranquilla, pur essendo a soli 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Comodo il garage sotteraneo a pagamento, in fascia medio-alta per il territorio. La Junior Suite (sulla carta per 2 adulti + 1 bambino) è composta da una contenutissima camera matrimoniale + una piccola zona giorno dove trova posto anche il 3° letto; a separare i due ambienti un armadio a tutta altezza che rende il tutto piuttosto angusto e claustrofobico. Il cucinino ridotto al minimo e la mancanza di sufficienti spazi contenitivi un po' in tutto il locale non agevolano soggiorni lunghi. In compenso il bagno è ampio e ben concepito. Graditissimo il balconcino annesso alla zona giorno, arredato con tavolinetto e 2 sedie. Comodo e funzionale anche il doppio ascensore panoramico che collega i piani direttamente con il garage. Nella norma le pulizie, previste giornalmente nelle zone comuni e settimanalmente negli alloggi privati.

Residence davvero curato, dotato di buoni comfort. A 200m c'è un supermercato Coop, a 400 la stazione, e il mare si raggiunge attraversando la strada. Reception sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Unica pecca di quest'anno, non c'è più la colazione inclusa, problema ovviabile visto è sufficiente richiedere una soluzione con cucina. È il secondo anno che scelgo il T2. Soddisfatta!

Ma devo fare un appunto riguardo la cucina in quanto c'era scritto che se usavo la cucina dovevo pagare 12€ al giorno ma se io fitto un mini appartamento con tutte le stoviglie è perché mi cucino da me e non devo pagare per usare la cucina

Достаточно хороший отель для семейного отдыха,есть кухня ,хотя в итоге мы ее не использовали. Скромные завтраки, но все очень вкусно. Пляж совсем рядом, очень чистый, если взяли номер с посещением пляжа, то зонтик и лежаки бесплатно, также бесплатно посещение одного из детских парков аттракционов , но он достаточно далеко.Есть русскоязычный персонал.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura dal 22 al 26 agosto 2016. Si trova a meno di 100 mt dal mare, comodo a tutti i servizi (nelle vicinanze c'è un market Coop e una farmacia). La stanza era ben insonorizzate e chiudendo i serramenti non si sentivano più i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dai locali.
Ambienti non grandissimi, però per due adulti e una bimba piccola sono sufficienti.

Residence carino e ben attrezzato, personale cortese alla reception, in una buona posizione vicino al mare. Abbiamo preso una suite per 4 persone che ha permesso un piacevole soggiorno. Unica nota stonata il rumore la mattina prodotto dagli addetti alle pulizie. Si consiglia di lasciare l'auto in garage (a pagamento) e passeggiare in bici (gratuite, ma con cauzione).

Отдыхали семьей 2 взрослых и 3-е детей. Отель находится в очень хорошем районе, есть подземная парковка, т.к. брали автомобиль на прокат было оч. удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей и парков аттракционов. Единственное - хромает уборка (пыль под кроватями, на жалюзях и т.п.), но совершенно не критично. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый, есть русскоговорящие, но и с английским нет проблем. Нам понравилось.

Mi sono trovata benissimo al residence hotel t2. Il personale è decisamente gentile disponibile professionale e simpatico. L'ambiente è pulitissimo ed elegante. Le ragazze alla reception sono deliziose (una é anche salita in camera con me perché non ero capace di usare sky ;D). Ho avuto solo un imprevisto: una notte non riuscivo ad accedere con la mia tessera tramite l'ingresso notturno. É bastato suonare il campanello e chi di dovere é venuto ad aprirci.

Nice suite / apartment of good size, reasonable price, short walk to beach. Only annoyment was the quite noisy air-con, frequently switching on/off as temperature came within and outside range. Wifi transmitters are placed near the central stairs and lifts, and connection and speed is good if close enough, but if you have one of the corner rooms furthest away from the transmitters, the signal is a little too weak.

A tenger ~50m a szállodával szemben, ha nics a napernyő a szobaárban, akkor az napi ~15 EUR két napozóággyal. A prkoló díja 9 EUR/nap, ennek ellenére azt javaslom, hogy használjátok, mivel kint az ingyenes részeken gyakorlatilag lehetetlen helyet találni. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, kétnapont atkarítanak, ilyenkor cserélnek minden ágyneműt, törölközőt. A belvárosba jó a buszközlekedés 10-15 percenként jár. Mindenképpen látogasd meg San Marino-t, egyszerűen gyönyörű és sok minden olcsóbb mint Riminiben.
