Let's see how many times I can use the word SPECTACULAR in one review. The rooms were spectacular. Our private backyard, pool, and garden were spectacular. The service from our butler was spectacular. Having a 24/7 driver to take us around was spectacular. The furnishings were spectacular. The room service food was spectacular. The indoor/outdoor bathroom was double spectacular. Highly recommended. I am pretty sure that this is the nicest accommodation that I have ever had in my life.

We had the most perfect stay. Our personal butler, Boni, took such incredible care of us. Driving us around, recommending fantastic restaurants and helping with everything we needed. The à la carte breakfast was delicious, and the daily cocktails to our villa made it even more special. Truly an unforgettable experience.

A Simply Stunning Stay – A True Hidden Gem

Our recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The location is right in the heart of the action, yet it somehow manages to feel completely peaceful and serene – a perfect blend of energy and escape.

The facilities were out of this world – beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and effortlessly luxurious. From the pool to the dining areas, every space felt thoughtfully curated for relaxation and indulgence.

What truly set the experience apart, though, was the incredible service – especially from our butler, Ari. His personal attention, warmth, and care made our stay feel truly special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made everything seamless and stress-free.

Ametis Villas was an absolute dream. My husband and I stayed here in the Royal Villa for our honeymoon during our last few days of our Bali trip. Service and communication with our butler Pasek was excellent - he even surprised us with a few things! Honestly, if we had known how beautiful the villa was, we would have stayed longer. Of course, our first time being in Bali, we weren't sure how long to stay within each area. Definitely look into staying here. It may be a bit pricey, but it is TOTALLY worth it, especially since there are a few perks that come with the property. My husband and I have never spent time in a place like this and we were so sad to leave it. Highly recommend!

Ametis VIlla is amazing!!!! We had a wonderful personal Butler, Boni. He made sure everything was well taken care for us since both my husband and I had food allergies. He would make reservations for us at restaurants and notify them and then we would confirm when we arrived. He also surprised us a few times since it was our wedding anniversary and on our last evening, our room was transformed! We also loved the premises! We had our own pool, tub and there are a number of freebies (sunset drink, fruits, amuse bouche, 30 mins massage, ride to Semniyak). The breakfast that is included is amazing! My husband and I never ordered lunch because we had such huge breakfasts in the morning! I highly recommend this property! You will be pampered till the end! We miss it already and will go back when we return to Bali!

A wonderful relaxing break

An amazing property with great staff - all very welcoming and kind - a large 14m private pool with shade, and your own outdoor kitchen and lounge area w TV was a pleasant surprise. The butler service was just 5 star :-) An amazing restaurant on site (Billy Ho) serving breakfast in your own private dining area in your Villa plus The Slow and In the Raw plus the amazing Mason in the street - all gourmet! Inside the villa was a lovely bed (perhaps could add a mattress topper to add more comfort) and a very large bathroom. 2 A/c Units and a fan. The rooms were made up twice daily with the evening make up of the bed included the addition of mosquito nets (you can never be too careful). Only drawback outside the control of the villa owner was the occasional disco music coming from the bars near the beach - otherwise 5 start!

Ametis Villas are a great option for travellers to Canngu. The gorgeous private pool accompanying each villa is absolute bliss! The villas themselves are tastefully decorated and spacious. The huge bathroom and outdoor kitchen and dining area make it easy to make yourself at home. The location is great with dining options like The Slow and Mason just a stroll away, as is Spring Spa (the only downside to the location was the loud nightclub music nearby in the middle of the night but if you're party people that may not be a concern). The people help make a stay though and our butler Pasek and driver Gede were truly amazing. Thanks for a great stay Ametis team!

Incredible experience

The moment we were collected from the airport we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Arriving at the Ametis Villas during the late evening it felt as though we had been transported to a place of tranquility. The Villa became our home away from home for the next ten days as we explored Canggu and the greater Bali region.
Celebrating a milestone birthday with an in-villa Indonesian themed dinner including private traditional dancers was definitely a highlight of our stay.
The only downside was the street noise particularly from late night revellers and traffic however, this shouldn’t stop travellers from experiencing the luxury that the Ametis Villas provide.

Spacious Luxury Villa Near To The Beach

Ametis was one of the bigger villas we have stayed in to date in Bali; the pool is also of a decent size. Located along Batubolong street, it is less than 5 mins walk to the beach and a big selection of good restaurants just outside of the compound. Service in general was just awesome, from the airport transfers to their amazing butler service. We were very happy to have met Mega who was interacting and helping us in many ways during the trip!

Beautiful hotel and exeptional service

I traveled to Bali for the first time with my girlfriend and we stayed at three resorts. Ametis, Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. I can tell you that I’m a really picky person when it comes to hotels and I recognize quality service.

Out of the three places I stayed, Ametis was definitely the best bang for your buck and had absolutely amazing staff.

My butler Mega was one of the nicest ladies we had met in Bali. She was so sweet and I feel like we gained a new friend after leaving there. She was so personable and helped us out in every way she could. I can say she really went above and beyond to make our experience at Ametis unforgettable. We are very greatful we had the opportunity to have her as our Butler and friend throughout our stay.

As for the resort, it was very clean and well kept. The scenery was beautiful and the villas were private. Infact it was most private villa we had stayed in out of the three hotels. I have nothing negative to say about the resort at all and I always find at least one thing to improve on.

We only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. Mega served it in our villa poolside every day and it was quite nice not feeling rushed in the mornings and eat poolside.

We would definitely recommend Ametis to our friends and anyone who is looking for a beautiful hotel with great service and a reasonable price.

Ps. We had two spa days at the resort and they were amazing. The staff was professional.

Beautiful Villa close to beach

My husband and I stayed at Ametis the last few nights of our honeymoon in Bali. Our butler, Gede was super accommodating and made himself available during our entire stay. The villa was way larger and more beautiful than we had anticipated and the service was phenomenal! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends! Thank you for helping us celebrate our honeymoon!

Dislikes: Sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable, bedroom smelled like firepit/trashfire smoke which permeated our hair and clothes, bathroom was outside so very muggy with ants and a bat, quality of food was marginal at best, doors to room and bathroom did not close well so had to always be locked, looks tranquil but revving motorcycles could be heard right behind our bedroom wall at night

As a 50 year old woman traveling with my daughter, I especially did not appreciate the hotel management's nosiness into my activities. A female friend I had not seen in seven years happened to be in Bali (different hotel) at the same time. We arranged to meet at my place to get caught up. The managment was very concerned and condescending about her coming to our villa, asked many invasive questions and made a point of saying she had to be gone by midnight.

We couldn't sleep in the room.

Pick up service and atmosphere of the villa entrance and the passage to the room/villa was great but when we got in to the room, we found several cockroaches both live and dead one. also, bedroom and bathroom looks well equipped but cleaning level for the both room was extremely disappointing. My partner couldn't stand for this so despite we had several days to go, we moved to villa where we stayed during previous visit to Bali.

They refunded for the rest of night but consider that quality of sanitation and bad memories, I thought full refund would have been the least they could have offered to us.

Also another disappointment was so called \"management\" who seems to be Japanese never contacted us and our butler handled all the communication between the management. I personally recommend highly of this butler as he was very professional and we felt that he was trying to make our vacation better.

Our best trip to Bali yet! Ametis Villa is amazing

Our best trip to Bali yet! Ametis Villa is amazing and perfectly located in Canggu. We stayed at the villa for 7 nights for the week of Christmas and it was far beyond any expectation. We stayed at villa Jade (Premier villa) and it was true to the images on the website as soon as you walked through the gates. Our breakfast was included each day and was delicious. The private pool is huge and the gardens are beautiful, I loved each morning picking up the frangipanis that had drifted to the ground as I walked from the bedroom to the open kitchen dinning/lounge area. Our white canopy bed was made perfectly made every single day and the villa cleaned spotlessly every time we stepped out. Ngurah, our butler, was friendly and fun and made staying at Ametis so relaxing. He was always offering to assist us and made sure we knew on arrival how to work everything in the villa. Just dial 5 he would say. The complementary mini bar was fully stocked every day without fault. Transport was free point-to-point arrangement to nearby areas and the Wi-Fi was flawless. All the team at Ametis made the experience so pleasurable. We couldn’t ask for more. We got a complimentary 90min Balinese massage at Ruby spa which was so good we booked for another 90min massage. We had a cooking lesson with the Chief who took us to the local market to gather the vegetables and spices and later we cooked together in our villa an amazing meal. Lovely boutique hotel in surf village

We were on our honeymoon and our butler Dika was fantastic, catered to our every need. To the point where you would phone or whatsapp him and he immediately attended to us. The hotel runs on one butler per room. Recently they have been trying to recruit more butlers because he had to look after two families but we wouldn't have known unless he had said that to us. The spa is brilliant, I have a lot of sports massages but theirs was the best relaxation massage we've ever had. The room is almost overwhelmingly amazing, such a great concept and the hotel is right in the heart of town. The beach/sea isn't really for swimming, there are lots of rocks around but if you like water sports it's perfect for you. The shops and restaurants are like living in an east london boutique village. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Quiet getaway in an up & coming neighborhood

Nice neighborhood if you want a more quiet getaway, and it's close enough to get to Seminyak if you enjoys the fun in the middle of the city. Very spacious and a very nice pool in Villa and you can basically spend a whole day in the Villa / nearby around Canguu.

Great service and very responsive team at the villa and they've prepared special cakes and decor for our anniversary. There's a small Spa service available in the villa as well.

2 things that could have been better: (1) breakfast/ food served in the hotel - not bad but comparing with all the options that you can get at nearby restaurants and in Seminyak, you may want to spend more time out of your Villa if you are a foodie; (2) hot water supply - if you use the bath tub, after filling up the bath tub you may have used up all the hot water that you'll need to wait for another hour to have water that's hot enough for shower

Villa experience in Canguu

Ametis Villa is perfectly situated in the ever expanding idyllic Canguu. With Seminyak bursting at the seams Canguu is the new hot spot: a blend of great restaurants, bars, beaches and excellent accommodation. The villa at Ametis was simply stunning. Private and quiet, open plan and surrounding your pool we found our stay here to be nothing short of perfect. The staff were attentive to our needs, which weren't great in any case as we found everything we needed in close proximity. They supplied transport to close by areas free of charge, with the room turned down and the fridge replenished every time we left. This is the Villa you want if your happy to lounge by the pool, eat local and truly relax.

Our stay at Ametis Villas was amazing. The villa was very private which made it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool. The interior and exterior of our villa was exquisite. We stayed in 5 different resorts while we were in Bali and Ametis was our favorite. The only thing that I found that they could have improved on was the bathroom. It is a semi-outdoor bathroom and there was only a fan. In the morning and the afternoon, it got very hot and we did not use the tub (although it was beautiful) since it was too hot. And since it was a semi-outdoor bathroom, there were ants and other bugs in our bathroom which was not so pleasant. Other than that, the bedroom and the outdoor pool/lounge area were amazing! Also the service was excellent. I would definitely go back to this resort if I ever go back to Bali.

Good villa but a quite expensive for overall quality given other options in bali. No reception staff so always wondering who to call on for service ... a bit strange concept to my taste. They claim is to make feel guests more at home, but did not work for me. Staff is however very nice and helpful once you get hold of one. Water filtering system was not working but they fixed it quickly. Breakfast and diner were very nice. But no turn down service.. so I would go back but worth 200-250 sgd , not 400 ..;)

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels in our lives... this was the best!!!

location is great, you can just step right out into the Canguu vibe, and relax and feel like you are in paradise when you come home to your villa.

everything was beautiful.

the only thing.. my blonde hair turned green from the pool haha... not their fault though.

we will come back, and would recommend this villa to anyone who needs a good relaxing holiday.

These villas are amazing you check in like a hotel and shown to your room. Open the door to your room and you are in your own private garden, complete with pool. Amazing half outdoor kitchen and living room area, and cool air conditioned room, with semi outdoor bathroom off the side. A huge space. You're surrounded by living walls, trees, grass. I would love my own house to be like this. Staff are great. Dial 5 and your butler will come and help you with anything you need. Garden is big enough to have a private yoga instructor come for session in your villa!

Beautiful villas and perfect location!!

I stayed in the Imperial villa for 3 nights and loved it! The outdoor area of your private villa is perfect and the bedroom and bath are quite large as well. the staff were helpful - you can get free rides to anywhere in Canggu or seminyak! Ametis is a quick 5min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the main area of canggu with great healthy cafes -- I would absolutely recommend ametis!!

An amazing place to unwind, relax and be pampered.

I can't recommend it enough. Such a beautifully presented and maintained villa, private pool and bath for two. The staff are amazing. I won't say butler because by the end of our stay Dika felt like a friend. Just a 2 minute stroll to the beach and the chilled vibe of Old Mans bar, a 15 minutes walk along the sea to Echo Beach with its fresh BBQ'd seafood and amazing sunsets. If you want to unwind in complete privacy and reconnect with yourself and your partner this is the place to do it in Bali. 5 stars.

Everything from airport pick up to arrival at the hotel and departure was fantastic. Good work to everyone at the property. They remember you by name! That's excellent service. Special shout out to Boni - our stay wouldn't have been the same without you.

Amazing luxury villa 3 minutes from the beach

We stayed at Ametis villas in May 2016 for 10 days as our honeymoon.
This was the first time we have stayed in a '5 star' place and we were looking forward to the butler experience.
I can tell you that we were not disappointed!! The villas are really something else. A tropical paradise right off a busy little road but a world away from everything going on outside.
We had the 'Marquise' villa which is served by Pasak the butler. I cannot fault either the villa, Pasak or anything about Ametis Villas in the slightest.
We had the most wonderful time and were looked after, pampered and treated like royalty for the entire duration of our stay.
There is nothing bad I could say about this place. The villa was beautiful, Pasak only to keen to help us with whatever we wanted and every member of staff was friendly, happy and seemed to care.

I would honestly love to be able to put some constructive criticism of Ametis Villas on here, but I just can't fault it.

Thank you all so much for making our honeymoon special. We will never forget and maybe we will be back in the future!!

P.s. I don't work for them I promise. We just loved it that much.

Island Jewel Amid Surfer Heaven

Canggu is changing - fast. Ametis remains this beautiful jewel of calm amid the Bali bustle that is tangling its way up the coast. Stay in your villa all day or take a 50 m walk to the beach and join the growing surfer crowd. Ametis staff are superb and couldn't have been more accommodating.

WONDERFUL , RELAXING WEEKEND GETAWAY!

The Ametis Villa was a lovely weekend getaway.
We loved the pool, the open kitchen/living room, the friendly staff, and free in room beverages (water, sodas).
They had free bicycles, free shuttle to the nearby restaurants, free breakfast every morning (in our villa), free tea from 4-6, free sunset cocktail from 6-8pm. We felt thoroughly pampered.
We loved the quiet location that was 20 minutes away from the busy tourist area of Seminyak.
That being said, if you are looking for loud and crazy nightlife than this location probably isn't for you.
The beach was a quick walk down the road although it's more for surf lessons and watching sunsets than it is for swimming.
Our personal butler, Gede was friendly and accommodating.
My only note was that the food was just ok which is surprising because the villa and service are superb!
Overall, we had a relaxing holiday!

Only 3 mins walk to the beach

We stayed in a huge 3 bedroom grand villa. All rooms are enormous big with huge windows. We can even watch the beautiful sunrise and sunset from our master bedroom.

How close to the beach? Just 3 mins walk! But we only went to the beach twic because our childre wanted to stay and play in the pool in our villa. The villa provides free transfer for all guests to Seminyak and nearby areas. Our butler Putu even drove us to a local traditional market to buy some delicious fresh fruits and snacks. Not to mention how nice was the breakfast, there were so many varieties to choose from.

In addition, I would like to thank the GM Akiko for prompt and easy communications in Facebook. Thanks for organising extra mosquito prevents equipment and amenities in the villa, it prevented our children bitten by the mosquitoes and other insects.

Any thing to improve? Yes, just some minor areas such as the cleanness of the kitchen sink and the bath tub, as well as some stains on the sofa and dining chairs. Overall, this is a very very nice place to stay and we love to come back again next time we visit Bali.

Amazing villa - didn't want to leave

We loved our stay at Ametis. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by everyone and were looked after so fantastically by our butler Gede. The villa is so private so ideal for a relaxing break but is close enough to get into Seminyak when you want to go out. The spa was fabulous and we had some fantastic massages while we were there. Gede would kindly drop us off in Seminyak for our dinner plans and then give us a mobile phone to call him when we were ready for collection. This was a great service. We also had in villa dining some nights and Gede would bring our meal to the villa. Awesome. Gede also drove us to Tanah Lot which was beautiful. Overall, I cannot rave about this place enough - simply beautiful and we hope to go back very soon.

The room in the villa is perfect，free 60min spa, welcome drink，afternoon tea and sunset cocktail are provided. They also give us some lovely flowers and a cake for our honeymoon trip.
Putu is our personal butler，his service is great and efficient.
It's only 3-5min walk to the beach，but far away from the shops. It does not bother us as we only want to stay in the villa. Putu can also take us to the restaurant if we want to.
Ametis Villa give us a wonderful ending of our Bali trip.

Hotel is nice but the area sucks!!!

Hello,

We were there last month for our honeymoon. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly and helpfull! BUT the hotel area totally sucks! When we were booking for the hotel, we fell in love with the pictures and the beach that were shown on the website!! HOWEVER, the pictures are way different the real ones. We couldn't even swim because of dirtiness. The dogs were everywhere and the area didn't seem safe. So we had to rent a car and spent $50 bucks each day to go to Nusa Dua area (It takes more than an hour depending on the traffic). If you are taking a trip to Bali, definitely go to Nua Dua area!!

The villas are a great place to relax, it's hard to complain when you have your own private pool and your own butler. What I really appreciated is that there were no hidden extras. The wifi was free, the mini fridge was free, the breakfast was free the transport was free... There really is nothing much around the area, the beach is sad and probably good for surfers. Took a walk there, hoping to chill under a palm tree but no trees and rubbish lined beach. Walked back to villa and enjoyed the pool instead. I had a great stay but I should have got the mosquito net put up the moment I got there rather than only on the last night. Thing to note for the next trip!

Luxury at it's very best!

Our requirements: luxurious, exclusive hideaway (but convenient to Seminyak), traditional Balinese with a twist of modern luxe design, a private pool and spacious living area to relax and chill out.

What we got: a butler pick up service from the airport, jaw dropping first impression of the villa- presenting an exquisite 13 metre pool, massive open space, lush landscaping and the most beautiful luxurious furnishings. A welcome complimentary massage and welcome drinks followed to set the “holiday and relaxation begins now!” Breakfast, afternoon tea, sunset cocktails and canapés, mini bar & snacks, fruits of your choice, WIFI, laundry, 24-hour driver and butler were all complimentary for the 7 days of bliss!!!

Our butler Putu treated us like royalty; nothing was too difficult, always happy to serve with the biggest smile! The ustomer service is mind blowing, exceeded all expectations- above and beyond! The general manager even welcomed us and said goodbye to us- I was very impressed with this. We were also surprised with our departure when we were presented with farewell gifts.

Akiko, we will be back again, thank you so much for spoiling us with the hospitality of your team and making our first time experience to Bali one that we will never forget! This villa is a hidden gem…forget any mainstream 5 star hotel resort chain, this is the place to be at!

Best Villa Ever!!! Beautiful!! Amazing!!!

This was the first time I have ever been to bali & stayed in a villa also my first trip overseas with my partner. I was blown away by how different an experience like this can be. It was like having your own home away from home in pure luxury with a private pool & butler.

This was also the first time I have ever had a butler before in my life and this is definitely an experience you will never forget. Our butler Dika would attend to any need or request. Each day we would order breakfast and enjoy it by the pool each morning. There also was afternoon tea & cake, then sunset canapés with cocktails to top it off.

I also liked how the villa had private cars to take you into Seminyak which was not far about 15min with a very nice drive into town via some beautiful rice fields along the way. Also the beach was a 5min walk or if your feeling lazy they will drive you & pick you up when you need. They will even bring you a towel and water after your surf. We also got drop off to any restaurant each night & would call with the villa mobile when ready for pick up.

I would definitely stay again in a heart beat! This was a trip I will never forget.

Slice of heaven

This was more than an oasis, it was an experience that will be cherished. I did my research on accomodation that would give me rest, relaxation and time out from a hectic work schedule. I was deserving of this treat and I brought my dad with me (who had a recent back injury) to enjoy this small piece of paradise. The staff, the hotel, the service and our villa was above and beyond and truly deserving of the positive reviews others had left on this site. Kadek was an amazing host and my father who is not a seasoned traveller had taken to his hospitality including Alit from Ruby Spa. I am thankful to the staff for their friendliness and making my father and I feel welcome everyday we spent there.

Luxurious villa in rural setting.

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights in August 2013.

We stayed in an imperial villa which had its own pool, kitchen and spacious (outdoor) bathroom.

The staff are very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Canggu beach is 2 minutes walk down the road. Echo beach is about 10 minutes walk away (lots of places to eat). There are also lots of little local places (Ulu, a Thai place near the villas was superb!).

Villa restaurant is ok but better to get out if you can drag yourself away from the pool.

A free car is available to take you to nearby tanah lot (temple) or into Legian, Kuta or in fact anywhere you want. We had the driver take us on an excellent day tour to Ubud for 160USD.

The butler they assign to you is great and will organise everything from what you want for breakfast to helping you get a bargain in the markets.

There is a bit of noise from the ever present Bali traffic (mostly tourists on motorbikes going to the beach) so would recommend a villa at the back of the complex. Also due to the open layout of the villas you will need mosquito repellant.

Overall Bali has a few rough edges but Ametis helps to smooth them out and makes for a great holiday you will want to return to.

The Great Escape

A great place to get away from it all. The Premier Villa with private pool was lovely and so huge. Our personal Butler Artana looked after us extremely well and catered for all our needs. It is a long way from Seminyak though (35 minute drive) if you want to go and eat there at some of the good restaurants. It definitely is not amongst the action and really is a retreat to get away and chill out and relax. Lovely time though

I was greeted by my butler at the airport and everything from the beginning was so smoothly organised! I stayed at the Premier Villa which was just beautiful - your own swimming pool, garden and outdoor living room area where you can get your butler to serve you your meals if you didn't feel like going out to the restaurant. There is a comfortable king bed and spacious semi-outdoor bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. The mini bar was complimentary and stocked with soft drinks, beer and chocolates. There was also plenty of free water bottles and snacks. Every day there is complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, sunset cocktail and canapés. The food was reasonable at the hotel (although sometimes the canapés seemed like microwaved leftovers - I had soggy spring rolls one night). Even though I'm a Melbourne coffee snob I was satisfied with the coffee at the restaurant each morning. The butlers are very knowledgeable about the local area and were helpful in organising my activities; surf lessons, trip to Ubud, etc. I also indulged in a three hour \"ritual\" at the spa, which included a foot bath, whole body massage, scrub, and a relaxing coconut milk bath afloat with frangipani and ylang ylang. Afterward you are served fruit salad and orange tea. I went as a solo traveller, and I kept getting asked if I was \"alone\", which was awkward. This villa is more for couples, but I absolutely enjoyed all the benefits it had to offer and particularly grateful for my attentive butler.

Our stay at the Ametis Villas was just wonderful. They picked us at the airport regardless the flight delay. (The driver was waiting for us with a smile). There were welcome cocktails when we arrived and they prepared a flower bed surprise per my request to surprise my spouse for our 5 yr anniversary.

Our butler, Teo, was wonderful. He met our requests for a picnic lunch by the beach, the BBQ celebration accompanied with Traditional Balinese dancers, our trip to Tanah Lot Temple and the set us up with a few water sports during our stay! Just ask the butler and they will accommodate your wishes :) We also enjoyed the spa and complimentary breakfast.

Overall, a wonderful place, very relaxing! The beach is abt 5 to 10 min walk, there a few shops u can take ur bicycle (complimentary) along the street. You are away from the large crowd of Kuta and Semiyak. This is a place to relax, but you are about 30-45min from other activities such as the water sports.

We had a fabulous relaxing stay at Ametis. Our private Butler Pasek took care of all our needs and requests. The staff here are very professional and seem to be aware of your intentions before you know yourself.
The villas are out of this world, huge bedroom and bathroom with an outdoor shower with every amenity you could want. Lovely body lotions, bath salts for the bath, even insect repellent. Having our own pool was wonderful, we spent a lot of time in there.
Our alfresco living area was much used with everything we needed.
I cant speak highly enough of Ametis Villas, I will certainly be back!

Must Stay!

Ametis is a sensational villa experience. We stayed in the Imperial Villa which definitely exceeded expectation. The service headed up by the Head Butler, Astawa, was pre-emptive and professional while being understated and friendly at all times. Even though it is a 20min drive from the centre of Seminyak where all the 'action' is, the 24/7 car service (on call via a mobile provided) makes this a perfect respite from the tourist throng. The only downside was an inconsistent restaurant experience - exceptional one night and below average the next. They're new so I'm sure this will improve with time. Besides there are so many great options in Seminyak these days.

If you're looking for a luxury hideaway I could not recommend this place more.

amazing quality of the service

It is hard in few words to explain to new people the real nature of our positive feeling regarding Ametis Villa. So I will resume to say short that room is big and beautiful and the whole villa space is a small paradise.
We spend there one week in an Imperial Villa called Tourmaline.
First let me say I am a constant traveller in the last 15 years and there are few country's on this planet I've misses it. For the people who know what it is I will just add two more reference indicators, I am constantly in the last 10 years platinum or gold member at Air France Sky Team and Gold on Emirates. I can continue but I will stop here because What I want to express is regarding priority. For me after thousands of night spend in all kind of hotels but often in luxury ones I came to the point that after certain lever required I am looking first to the service and only after to other things.
And here, in Ametis Villas the service was just great. If Expedia will have the option I will rate with 6 stars the service and the profesional quality of people like Akiko, the General Manager or Dika who was more our Friend than our butler. There are few places today who don't promote all the advantages they offer. In a world where a small service is packed and sold like an elefant service Ametis Villas has many things included you will find out only there.
I highly recommend this resort for the excellent conditions but especially for the incredible service you get there!

From the first point of contact we were very pleased with everything and everyone, The staff were professional but friendly especially our wonderful butler Eko. They couldn't do do enough for us.
Eko organised everything for us,bike rides, scooter and day trips, suggesting places to go, but the highlight of our stay was having the Chef come to our villa and cook us a seafood meal, they set the the villa up so beautifully, candles in the pool etc it was like going to a restaurant but better!
The only things we could fault, we found the bed a little bit too firm and in the description it said it had a no children policy, we had a family with little children stay in the villa next to us which was a little disappointing as we had left our children at home in Australia so we could have a holiday without them.
But we will definitely be returning to this little piece of paradise :)

7 days back in the real world and madly how to return to Ametis Villas.

From our arrival to departure, our Ametis Villa experience exceeded all our expectations. We are experienced travellers and have stayed in five star accommodation from New York, to the snowy mountains of Banff, to the South West of Western Australia. We have never had such a complete experience as that which we experienced at Ametis Villas.

We cannot speak highly enough of Pasek, our Butler, the staff and the villas themselves. This all combined made for an extraordinary travelling experience.

Beach is a bit of a walk ride or drive but this is compensated with individual private salt chlorinated pool... Would come back again....

ヴィラはとてもプライベートで落ち着いた空間で、清潔さや快適さも完璧でした。空港への送迎はアルファードで快適に、また周辺エリアへは無料で高級車を使って送り迎えしてくださり、その度に心地よいホスピタリティを感じました。

毎朝運ばれる朝食も素晴らしく、メニューの種類が多くて毎日選びきれないほど。どれを選んでもとても美味しく、一日の始まりを幸せな気持ちで迎えることができました。

One of the best in Canggu

We’ve spent 5 nights in Ametis Villas for our Honeymoon, then we moved to Ubud.
I can easily say that you can easily book Ametis for a pleasent stay without a doubt. It is one of the best if not the best hotels in Canggu/Seminyak for this price point. Staff is very kind, housekeeping is available multiple times in the day and of course free car service to Canggu and Seminyak which makes everything so much easier. There ls a decent spa in the complex as well, best massage we got in Canggu.
We stayed at the Imperial Villa, which is as big as it looks. Very big pool compared to alternatives. Nice bathroom. Yes there are things that needs to be upgraded or changed because it got old, such as the poolbed or some floorings but i can assure you all very minor things that won’t stop you from enjoying this beautiful hotel.
