Great spot - had water views from our balcony and enjoyed the live music since we’re there during the jazz festival. Walking distance to everything including lovely cafe’s and Michelin rated restaurants (highly recommend Les Pecheurs). The roof top pool, bar, restaurant was great. Also walked to the Port where we took kayaks out and chattered a private boat.

Couldn’t give five stars as we had two rooms and on two separate occasions, the rooms were not made up until 5 o’clock which apparently is the deadline they give themselves to make up rooms and at the roof top pool no service had to go to the bar for drinks and one came to clear plates glasses etc.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was attentive and friendly. The concierge booked us a great beach day and arranged for transportation. Rooms and entire hotel well maintained. Roof top pool was small but nice. Great location. We would absolutely stay there again on a trip to Antibes.

When we first arrived they told us our room would be ready in 1hour, it took 5hours.
The room was marketed as sea view, you had to lean outside the balcony to see the sea.
Had a massage booked and they were 30minutes late.

We had a lovely stay at the 1932 in advance of our trip already booked for June for our daughter’s wedding and so were happy to find such a beautiful hotel and such friendly staff - it adds to the excitement of knowing that we will be staying there again « en famille » for the big event!!

This is a fantastic property. A VERY accommodating and friendly staff. Art Deco style very attractive, clean lines, clean hotel. They took our car and parked it and retrieved it whenever we wanted. 1-2 block walk to beach. Lots of walkable restaurants nearby. Rooftop restaurant with Med and sunset views extraordinary. Room was large and shower was big. Breakfast room very attractive with a wide variety of foods. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. The team on reception were very friendly and helpful with organising drinks for our guests arrival to their rooms. The rooms are gorgeously designed and very comfortable. However, 4th floor rooms are under the roof terrace, so expect a little noise from above until about midnight. The service on the rooftop bar and restaurant was slow on the three occasions we went up - and not particularly busy. However, the food and drinks are worth the wait and that view makes it worth the whole. All in all a very chic hotel perfectly positioned in a gorgeous town!

We stayed for 3 nights before we made our way down the Cote D’Azur. We rebooked for the night before our flight. the staff was excellent. Davide the concierge was fabulous and gave us great restaurant reservations. Gym was a disappointment but hotel is in a nice area for running and swimming in the sea.

The hotel is located 1 block from a construction site. Your view from your $450 a night hotel is a construction site a be prepared to wake up at 8am to construction noises every morning. Also I sent out a small bag of laundry because I've been traveling for 6 weeks- some workout clothes, thongs and sleep outfits and the bill was $385 euros. Hotel reception does not care about either issues. Find yourself a better hotel. I paid $3,000 for the week for the room only- I'd say find yourself a better hotel..

This property looks good from a distance, but it was clearly a very cheap renovation, and the majority of the staff has no clue as to what customer service and professionalism should be like.
This area of Antibes is also somewhat cheap feeling.

This is set to be one of the best options in Juan/Antibes when refurbishment of this Art Deco property is finished. Gorgeous locations just removed enough from the crowds but easily walkable. Great valet parking service.
The rooftop is well laid out, dinner is really great. Very good food, only tapas before 6pm and very limited pool service before 10 am as staff is busy downstairs with breakfast.
Staff was attentive and very responsive considering circumstances but the teething problems are due to poor management at the top.
If a hotel is still under construction, there should be very strict guidelines as to how construction staff interact with guests and how cleaning is done.
The hallways were ALWAYS dirty and absolutely foul smelling. The contractors are using the same lifts and common areas as guest. Dust and dirt everywhere despite the cleaning staff's best efforts to mitigate. Thank you very much to the cleaning ladies who really went out of their way to make sure hallways are as clean as can be and safe from construction debris. They should be applauded where the managers handling the construction contractors should really look into best practices.

We pointed out that we had already paid for the whole stay and were happy to give a card for warranty but there was no need to secure that amount per day for 4 guests. same with many other guests. This hotel is reminiscent of my childhood seaside hotel in a good way. The ambience and the staff, breakfast are excellent and a great value for money in the area. It is located within walking distance to a great beach, shops and restaurants.The only caveat is some noise from the streets at night. Also, the parking is a little walk from the premise.

It is a lovely, cosy hotel with a good enough facilities for a week long stay. We visited in the mid June as an escape to get some French Riviera sun. We enjoyed making fried and boiled eggs ourselves for breakfast which was a lot of fun. The beds and bed lining are of a good quality, the staff speaks perfect English and are very helpful.

Why this Hotel is only 3 star is beyond me. It merits 4 star for everything..Yes . it does not have a formal bar or restaurant, but if you want a drink just ask at reception and they bring you whatever you want. Breakfast in the main ballroom ( as it once was in the jazz era ) The staff are endlessly polite and helpful. This was the fourth time we have stayed here. 5 mins walk from the centre of Juan les Pins in a quiet area.

The shower drain was very sluggish and took a long time drain but this was promptly fixed after first day.
Someone came into our locked room one night about 4.30am. On finding it occupied they retreated. Reception could not explain how they had gained entry but changed our lock combination and key cards and we had no further problems.

Underground parking is available in adjacent street - accessible via a double ramp but any reasonably competent driver could manage! If you can't, driving on the Côte d'Azur is not for you. Fantastic service. Lots of eateries and cafes nearby.

Absolutely top drawer! I can hardly think of enough good things to say about this hotel. Every staff member was a pleasure to speak with, not only courteous but genuine. From the wonderful breakfast buffet (at a super low discount price I might add ) including fresh squeezed orange juice, to the free Bluetooth speaker offered us, English BBC news and Bloomberg news on the TV, it exceeded all our expectations. We parked on the street for free 50 feet from the front door. The public beach was 200 m away. There were tons of restaurants within four blocks.

Good place to stay with shops, restaurants, pubs, beach nearby. We got a bus back to the airport which was 10 euros for the two of us. Taxi would have been 70 euros.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
We had a lovely room with a lovely spacious bathroom. It was close to the shopping and restaurant area of Juan Les Pins. Just a short walk through a park. We also walked to the town of Antibes two days in a row. There is a bus ear to the hotel which goes to Antibes as well. We loved the whole area.

Situated in Antibes an excellent hotel for the whole region. Generous sized rooms and importantly bathroom, good breakfast all for $95 a night inclusive of taxes. 5 star quality

I have to admit, I'm not generally a fan of Best Westerns. I was very pleasantly surprised by this one! The location is perfect (in town, but quiet, a two minute walk to the beach, etc). The building is beautiful - marble foyer and staircase, a comfortable lounge area, a beautiful breakfast room, and so on. I stayed in the Comfort Room, which had a beautiful view of the sea and a nice balcony with table/chairs. The room was large and impeccably clean.

We had the most unbelievably good stay at the Best Western Le Grand Pavois and I could not recommend it highly enough.
The hotel is ideally situated in Juan-les-Pins and is less than a 5 minute walk (through a lovely park) to the centre of town.
The hotel is beautiful - the entrance area is lovely with a great bar and a superb grand piano in the centre that guests are encouraged to play. The staff were all absolutely superb and incredibly friendly and helpful.
The room was just amazing for a 3-star hotel. Ours was palatial in size (the biggest room I have stayed at in France) with a lovely balcony and sea views, unbelievably comfortable bed, fridge, tea-and-coffee making facilities and a great bathroom with a big bath. We were travelling with a baby and there was plenty of room for prams, travel cots etc. It truly was a home away from home (we didn't want to leave).
The wifi was free and worked fine. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but instead went to some of the lovely bakeries and cafes in Juan-les-Pins and Antibes.
I could not recommend this hotel highly enough - it is a winner and incredible value for money. I truly did not believe you could stay in a hotel like this for the price we paid - we cannot wait to stay here again.

The Best Western Le Grand Pavois review
The Best Western Le Grand Pavois was a great hotel. The room was very large and clean. There was a grand view of the Med from the window and balcony of our room. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. The walk to down town Juan-Les-Pins was approximately 5-10 minutes. Housekeeping forgot to refresh the liquid soap one night but the hotel staff gave us extra bar soap when we asked. I would stay here again.

we stayed for 6 days in Juan Les Pins the hotel was ideally situated for the beach and the town.It was clean the room was of a good size the air conditioning worked brilliantly.I would recommend it to anyone else. The only downside is that it does not have a pool.
