We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and did not receive any room service during our stay. However, on the day of our departure, we were unexpectedly charged 100 Euros without prior authorization. When we reached out to Best Western relations, we were told the charge was due to the room being left in poor condition. In reality, there was only some minor trash left behind, and it seems they expected us to clean the room ourselves, which is unreasonable for a hotel stay. It was very hard to communicate with staff due to poor English except one guy in the morning. Don't ever go to this hotel

A good hotel for your stay in Antibes. Generally speaking nothing wrong with this place, just wasn't spectacular in any way.
Though this was on us to confirm while making the reservation, the room had no mini fridge and unfortunately, the front desk staff told us their ice machine was broken.
Also of note, the roof top restaurant and terrace is permanently closed now.

The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. However it was rhe worst breakfast experience I've ever had - and i had to pay. All the hot food was freezing cold. There was no one on duty and all the tables were left uncleaned. I had to try and source my own plate/cutlery. I could barely eat anything, or speak to anyone.

Renovated hotel in the middle of Antibes town, 12 min to the beach, 18 min to the old town. We loved the hotel a lot, we had a suit with the terrace with an amazing view! Not a lot of shops or restaurants in the immediate area but not easy walk to a big variety in the Juan-les-Pins.
Overall we would recommend this hotel to for and family and would definitely stay again if in the area!

The hotel is not remarkable; but ample for busy tourists. It is quite a walk from the main area of Antibes-Juan-les-Pins. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and a couple were not. If you are looking for a memorable experience while in the Cote de Azur, look elsewhere.

The staff were outstanding. They recognized us each time we entered the lobby and remembered the plans we had discussed with them, always asking how it went. Always very attentive to any requests. They made excellent restaurant recommendations, helped us navigate language barriers when booking outings and made our stay feel like we were staying with friends.
The Best Western website erroneously states that there are rooms with sea views. There are not. The staff ensured we enjoyed our room and the time at the hotel. We loved having a terraced room on the 3rd floor. It was private and extended the living space for quiet moments in. Huge thanks and a shout out to Zacharie, Charles and Rayane. They made our stay a memorable one!

The hotel experience was underwhelming. Despite booking a city view room, we were given one that overlooked the parking lot. Upon check-in, the receptionist attempted to charge us for the full stay, even though it had already been paid in advance. The restaurant, which was advertised as being open until midnight, was closed by 10 PM.

On our last day, the city of Antibes experienced a power outage—but surprisingly, the hotel had no backup generators, which was quite disappointing for a property of this standard. We also visited the rooftop restaurant on our final evening. Although other guests were dining, we were informed that the kitchen was not taking any orders due to a plumbing issue.

Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations.

Our first stay in a Best Western. Staff were great and very helpful with good English communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Cleaning staff also helpful. Went to the rooftop bar for a drink but not very welcoming. Staff only interested in serving food and not bother with other hotel guests. Not recommended if you only want a drink.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff let me check in early and provided umbrellas for the days it rained. Room was tidy and cleaning was good. The only complaint was that there was loud music at night and noise isolation isn’t that great. But this is a minor issue. Would definitely recommend staying here

Très bon hotel en général, le seul inconvénient pour moi a été le fait qu’il y avait pas de petit frigo dans la chambre en plus de devoir aller constamment à la réception pour avoir de la glace puisqu’il n’y pas de machine a glace sur les étages. Si vous y allez pour la plage, prévoyez au moins 10 à 15 minutes de marche. Sinon, très proche de tout.

Great stay,

This is a perfect hotel for a short or longer stay. It’s just a 10 minute walk to Antibes or Juan les Pins - so perfect location. Very clean shower room and a comfortable bed. Would highly recommend although slight con was the room was small - could have done with a suitcase stand.

This hotel is a great value if that is what you are looking for and that is why we chose this hotel. We were able to get family rooms for a great value, the carpets were stained and the property seemed dated. The property has AC but they did not do the job as we slept without blankets and sheets.
I will say the staff was kind and helpful. Giving us recommendations, making arrangements for car service to the train. The staff made up for what the hotel was lacking.

I stayed in property two times in 3 years period... The first time I stayed here the rooms were quite clean and renovated. The second time after three years I saw there has been no renovation taken place. The rugs were disgusting, many stains und quite worn out. Same goes regarding the bedsheets and towel... Water flows out of the shower and the sounds travel through the wall quite easily. I booked two refundable rate and after seeing the room qualities I wanted to cancel the booking and check out. The staff in the reception can only speak basic English and they couldn't help since the manager wasn't there. After calling hotel.com, the manager refused to refund my money and hotel.com didn't help with the situation since the payment was taken in the property. Despite ''daily house keeping\" the bedsheet was not changed. Upon check in hairs from previous guest lay all over the bed and shower. Breakfast includes the worst quality and dried out things. Paid parking despite being quite faraway from central.. Horrible view from the room as the rooms face old buildings with disgusting balconies from other people. All n all huge disappointment for price quality

Nice, recently renovated hotel. While not by the sea, location was still central & the surrounding area felt spacious. The staff were friendly & we loved that there were some free pastries offered at the end of the day. We didn't have the chance to really spend time on the rooftop terrace, but the view and music were great and the menu sounded good too.

First room smelt of stale smoke and carpet dirty with big spots of bleach spots all over it so asked to be moved I paid for a superior room but no more available ended up in a cheaper room but no refund not very happy at all.

Great value and service for the price

If you are looking to find good value for money in high season in Antibes I would say look no further than this hotel. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean and service was very good. We took a room with the terrace which was quiet and private. The whole place has a nice charm to it and the staff were super friendly. It even has a great roof top with reasonably priced drinks and the general location was within walking distance to almost everything. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a comfy place to stay but are hesitant to pay the higher prices in this location. We had some friends staying at a much higher priced \"luxury\" resort but when we visited we felt the service was friendlier here at the Best Western and were happy to not be paying exorbitant prices but still having a comfy and clean place to stay. Bear in mind there is no direct beach access or a pool so if you are looking for a more resort style place it may not be the right fit.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well located. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely and decorated well. There is a lovely rooftop. The staff were friendly but the hotel is not well run and there was often confusion among the staff. The breakfast could be better. I would go back to this hotel for the views and location.

I like the location,and the overall style & size of the accommodation, but most importantly I really like the hotel staff. Anastasia upon checking in was so warm and accommodating along with her two colleagues - Katya and Anastasia #2. Hamdi, the assistant manager is personable, helpful and a consummate professional. I will be back!

What’ a great find. Family room was huge and had a balcony with views of Ocean from main room and balcony. Great front desk service. Food at buffet was diverse and really nice and a pool table for the kids to play some pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

Air condition/fläkt lät mycket högt, framförallt kring 23 och 04 och det mullrade på i ca 20 min.

Mon check in a été interrompu par le check-in de clients visiblement plus importants.
Au bout de plus de 15 minutes, on m'a demandé de régler ma chambre que j'avais déjà payé.
J'ai reçu le remboursement du trop perçu (le plus petit montant des deux facturés) 6 jours plus tard.
Continuez jusqu'à Nice, vous avez un Best Western de grande qualité !

Insgesamt war ich zufrieden. Großer Vorteil war die Tiefgarage, in der Umgebung ist es unmöglich einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen.
