Secure parking - our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and quiet. Hotel easy walking distance to beautiful beach. Old town Antibes 30 min walk however station close by for easy visit to Cannes and Monaco by train. Definitely recommend this hotel 😁

Nice hotel but can be noisy.

If your room overlooks the park, while pretty, it can be very noisy with passing traffic etc. Be warned - if you like a tea or coffee in your room from a real cup, they only provide cardboard ones so bring your own!! Also, I bought some delicious fruit from a nearby market. When I asked to a knife at the hotel (to peel skin and fruit etc) they said it was not possible...which is bizarre (whatever happened to customer service??). The rooms themselves are a good size but the bed (at least mine) was very uncomfortable. On the plus side, you are a few minutes walk from the train station, the local Carrefour supermarket and the sea!). Finally, if you think you will eat breakfast at the hotel each day of your stay, you will need to tell Reception (and pay for it) when you check in - if you don't and just pay 'on the day' it's a couple of euro more.

Overall nice and modern hotel. We were disappointed the family room for two adults and two children comprised a large double bed, a sofa that converted into a bed - and a roll away bed on the floor which was very uncomfortable. The breakfast in the hotel was overpriced for the buffet offered. On some days we wanted to have breakfast in our room with bought cereals etc but the hotel could not provide any bowls or cutlery (as the restaurant apparently operates separately to the hotel) and the staff were not very helpful on this. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the train station so is well located.

I had a wonderful stay at The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Les Strélitzias in Antibes. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they truly made the difference. The hotel was spotless, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh options. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We don’t usually eat an evening meal in hotels but the food was excellent. It was imaginative and very reasonable . The menu de jour changed daily. We were disappointed that on our last night we were turned away as we had not pre booked due to an event.
Two issues would elevate this property if resolved ,
Coffee cups in rooms . The paper cups provided felt as if they would collapse and lead to a possible injury.
A swimming pool would be nice .

Location, location… and clean 👌

Considering its a 3 Star hotel, its was good value for money. The location is very nice - only a five minute walk to the beach and 10 min to the ‘main’ restaurant area of Juan les Pins. We had a decent room at the top (6th floor / corner) with 1 x king size and 2 x single beds for the kids. Breakfast was so/so but was included. Cannot say it’s worth EUR 16/head if not included.

Such a nice place if slightly dated. Well built and very nicely cared for. Good breakfast too except for the coffee. Approachable maids. The front desk was always busy though and only one woman spoke English and she was less than friendly. Still I’d stay there again!

Would not recommend for a family

I would not recommend this hotel. Everything is an upgraded charge.. The staff told me that it was forbidden to eat in our rooms. That they could not provide glassware for the rooms, even though they had a full bar. There was no ability to heat up my 4 year old daughter’s food… They refused to use their own microwave. Not a good family, friendly hotel at all.

This is my second time in this property. First one was amazing so tried a second time. I had no idea that I have selected a room without a balcony this time. So asked the receptionist to pay more but not possible. Room no 15 is the worst room ever. The cleaning ladies wake you up early every morning and the office room I believe is on top of this room. A lady was walking with high heels all day above us. This holiday turned out to be not ease but stress. I asked a change again but NO.

Our first visit to Antibes.

We found the hotel with only alittle detour thrown in and that's mainly thanks to google maps loosing GPS signal. We drove up into the forecourt to unload the bags and once checked in, I had to move the car to the rear of the hotel to access the underground parking, which infact meant driving around the block and doubling back on myself to get to the entrance.. no big drama to be fair. The hotel lobby and reception area is nice, and well appointed. The room was large and refurnished to a decent standard but it's obvious to see the architecture is old. Obvously not as nice as the pictures portray but comfortable nonetheless. The seperate toilet was clean but completely devoid of character. Hang a picture or an artificial plant, something...! The bathroom was better but the lit mirror was spontaneous due to a faulty wiring and the bathroom shower seal was ineffective allowing water from the shower to spill out onto the floor which is a pet hate. Towels were a little wash worn, but there were more than enough for the three of us so no issues here. We ate out so I cant comment on the breakfast, which was just a tad overpriced in my opinion. Overall, a good stay but for the price, I was hoping for better.

The location is good with a pretty park next to it and easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops.
The room was very basic but clean. Disappointed to have only paper cups for hot drinks( only 2 tea bags!) ... And paper cups wrapped in plastic in the bathroom unnecessary plastic.( cups in bedroom unwapped) staff were lovely and helpful however. Great for one night

Good location to walk to the seafront and also walk to our friends. Parking is somewhat complex.. you have to check in first to gain access then drive round the corner almost 360* and wait again for the gates to be opened - we had to telephone to remind them we were there..!! Otherwise good hotel to stay at.

The hotel is very clean, the staff was very polite and nice, all the current measures needed related to Covid are taken in account. We stayed in a standard double room with terrace, which was very clean, absolutely no comment here. The room is a bit small and the bed was also bit smaller than usual, so if you intend to stay more than 2-3 nights it might get uncomfortable. We liked the breakfast in the hotel, it was better to have breakfast in the hotel than somewhere out in the city. Overall a nice experience.

Everything was fine once we found the place. The hotel was named something else on the outside so we dismissed it. We stopped and asked if this was The Original Hotel and not what was advertised outside. It was. Why is it not advertised under the correct name? It took us one hour to get to fathom this out after a lot of driving around thinking we were at the wrong hotel.

Average hotel in most senses. Had a cold shower one morning and it was generally a poor bathroom. Good location for the beach and we had a corner room on a high floor which meant the balcony was nice. Friendly reception staff, but we waited at the bar one night for 10 mins and no one came to serve us so we went out instead.

Clean your own room

Huge apartment with good balcony and electric blinds on the 3 windows. Separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom but the bedroom and fold out couch are in the same room. You pay €35 to have the room cleaned or you can make sure it is reasonably tidy, strip the beds and wipe the kitchen over and not be asked to pay. Close to bus stops and the train station with a bus stopping 50 feet away direct from the airport.

Quiet oasis in sleepy Juan Les Pins

Perfectly fine hotel room. This hotel does have smoking and non smoking rooms so ensure you specify your choice.

The hotel is an older property that has had a soft refurbishment.

Blankets on the beds appear to have been forgotten as part of the make over - a duvet would be more 2017.

Breakfast is really where the 3 star rating shows. Not worth staying in the hotel for.

Would recommend this hotel.

A night here was disappointing.Room needs upgrading.Shower small.Maid knocked ondoor TWICE , Woke me up.Maid also knocked to see if I was leaving.Did not Take breakfast.Tea making equipment was OK but powdered milk was off.No pool.Reception was helpful when I arrived.When I left receptionist was not helpful and had a superior manner.

An extremely convenient location, less than a ten minute walk to the beaches in Juan Le' Pin a town adjoining Antibes France. The location is unique sine it is sequestered behind a park keeping traffic noise non existent. Breakfast was great and dinner was well prepared. Staff were congenial and helpful.

We took the bus from the airport and found the hotel easily. Our room was spacious but the bathroom was in need of some refurbishment, particularly the bath and shower seals which had black mould in places. The toilet was separate and in the corridor and would have been more hygienic if it had had a washbasin. I was disappointed to see an over- the- bath shower and, given that this hotel caters to a largely elderly customer group, I think that that the superior room we had booked should have a walk in shower. Room cleaning was good but timings were erratic. Paper and plastic cups in the room were a mean spirited economy and bottled water would have been a courtesy if only as a welcome gesture. The breakfast buffet was ample and of a reasonable standard. We only had one evening meal and were less than impressed by the service which was clearly intended more for half board customers. As we didn't order a starter we felt we were kept waiting for 45 minutes until all starters had been finished and most main courses served before we were served. My pasta dish was poorly cooked canteen style food, very unappetising and the only vegetarian dish on the menu.
We would stay here again for the location and overall room comfort. Reception staff and cleaning staff were cheerful and friendly.

There were 5 of us (incuding 2 children). Overall amazing, will go their again (I rarely do). Apartment was much bigger than I expected, 2 big balconies, not far from beach, all in good condition. Staff very helpful and friendly. I dont know but i cant fault this property in any way. A very nice garden/small park just infront of the hotel with a playground. 2 shops nearby (like Tesco city). parking is either free (infront of the building) or in the hotel (costs 7 euros p.d.). Prices were very reasonable (we went through expedia). You can dine in the hotel (we did not do but we heard food is OK and prices much better than at the beach front).

Very Pleasant Stay and Great Value!

We were impressed by the great location and the convenience to get to the other parts of Juan les Pins/Antibes.
The hotel lobby and public spaces has an updated look and was very pleasant. The sleeping area was also updated but we were not assigned the room with updated bath so that was the only negative part of our stay. However, room 42 has a wrapped around balcony with great view of the park and a glimpse of the sea.
The underground parking was super useful and convenient and reasonably priced. Express breakfast was nice and fresh too.

My only recommendation to the hotel was if they refurbish the hallways and entry door to the room plus most importantly all the baths on all floors and change the pinky-red color accents in the rooms to something more
neutral, it will be the best thing in town!

The hotel was great overall and a good base for touring the coastal towns. Excellent staff who were always ready to help with our stay. No matter which member of staff we met from the room maids to the reception, bar and restaurant staff, all greeted us with a smile and a bonjour!

We took the buffet breakfast and this had a good choice to suit all tastes and set us up for the day. The restaurant was busy with other residents at lunch and dinner but we didn't eat in, apart from breakfast, during our stay. There was a choice of half a dozen restaurants within a 20 minute walk of the hotel and of course far more further afield.

The hotel was a minute from the nearest bus stops and a 10-15 walk to the train station. From the train station we travelled east and west along the Riviera, Cannes was 10 minutes, Nice 30 minutes and Monte Carlo and hour away.

Huge, clean, modern room - great value

Our room was huge, bright, modern and clean. The staff wss nice and accommodating. Great bar but the restaurant was closed for renovations. Roomy and secure parking was very reasonably priced (we particularly liked that!) Easy walk to the port and attractions. We were a little concerned about the distance to the Musee' de Picasso, but with favorable weather, like we had, no problem. Near the hotel is a minimart with lots of choices for a casual snack/meal in our room on one of the three nights we stayed. We considered the hotel price to be a value for the enjoyment we experienced. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in lovely resort.

This hotel was practically perfect! The room we had over looked the garden courtyard. It was clean, modern and very spacious. The room had two wardrobes, separate toilet and bathroom, safe, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Bed was comfy and the air con really quiet.
We had a lovely balcony where we had our breakfast. Didn't eat hotel breakfast so can't comment on that.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
On site parking at 7.5 euros was useful and secure.
Hotel is in Juan Les Pins area and couple minutes walk from beaches, restaurants, bus and train stations so ideal.
Would highly recommend this hotel

A gem of a hotel in Juan les Pins

We just needed a place to stay for one night and could see that this hotel ticked the right boxes - a short walk from beach, safe parking and a park beside it so feeling of space. Our room was delightful with wrap around balcony (definitely an upgrade!).
Dinner was delicious and excellent value.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice, close to the beaches

Very nice hotel, a bit old, but looks perfect, very quiet. Perfect location, close to the beach, train station, supermarkets and a lot of restaurants around.

Great hotel near beach and transport to airport

Though didn't take advantage of the facilities of the hotel (i.e. restaurant or bar) the room was very spacious and clean. Ideally situated to bus stops to and from Nice airport and into Antibes. Short walk to the beach and the plentiful bars and restaurants. Would stay again.

Just what we wanted

This was an excellent experience. The hotel is within a few minutes' walk from the beach and main town, but set back behind a lovely park, so no traffic noise. The room was large, with a sofa, table and chairs and a huge bed. There was a well equipped ensuite bathroom with a range of toiletries. The room had an entrance hall with a separate toilet and two cupboards, one serving as a wardrobe and the other containing a safe and a fridge. It was almost like a mini apartment in terms of space and facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel has restaurant facilities which look very nice but as we were out and about all the time we didn't use them. Overall I would highly recommend.
