I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. Security is excellent—you are screened each time you enter the property, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay.
The staff were phenomenal. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and eager to help. One of the bell staff recommended a local tour guide, and that recommendation became one of the highlights of my trip. I completed two tours with the guide and had an amazing experience.
The hotel itself is very high-end, and the atmosphere was relaxed and professional. Having an ATM on-site was also very convenient.
My room was excellent, with a beautiful view and every amenity I needed. Housekeeping was outstanding, and everything was consistently clean and well maintained. The dining options were great as well. I enjoyed both the main restaurant and the pool area across the street, which offered beach views, music, games, comfortable daybeds, and a full food and drink menu.
The only drawback for me was the spa. Most of the staff I encountered there spoke French but limited English, and I wasn’t comfortable booking services without being able to communicate clearly.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The service, security, amenities, and atmosphere were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dakar.
