Staff was great! Hotel was no frills, but that's ok, becasue neither are we. Price was high as it was running with the bulls week. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. No bar on property, but there's a convenience store right next door. This hotel was easy walking distance to El Encierro.

We stayed for the the San Fermin Festival. It was a quick 20 minute walk to the festivities. The service at the front desk was great! Rooms are smaller than in the U.S. but worked great for a short stay. The breakfast is awesome!! Would stay again.

The hotel itself was very nice and had a nice bar/cafe attached which was good.
But once stepping outside, it’s not so pleasant.
A lot of drunk people accumulating on benches drinking.
Did not feel overly safe and wasn’t what I expected.
We were limited due to availability due to holidays and we needed a pet friendly hotel.

Lovely hotel but needs soundproofing.

Hotel lovely inside. Warm welcome from reception. 20 min walk from centre of Pamplona. Nearby are shops cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable however the noise heard from above and next door was enough to put me off returning. The couple next door were obviously having a ‘romantic’ night and it was as if they were in our room. It’s a shame because apart from the paper thin walls it’s a lovely little hotel.

We came for the San Fermin festival. This was the perfect spot to stay. A short walk from the actual festival. It was nice and quiet at night. And above all else, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided all sorts of advice and information for a first time attendee for the festival.

Be careful very careful !

They need to change out the mops and the chemical agent they use to clean the floors in the rooms. It smells too strong and kept me awake.

They copied both yes both sides of my credit card
And of my passport. They said when challenged that it was a mistake
However they hand wrote two code numbers beside it and my passport copy. So this is ominous !

Very clean and smart rooms, coffee area opposite reception is very good and the coffee great. Reception staff when we arrived were so friendly and helpful and the same in the morning. The hotel looks at first to be away from the town but is just a short walk away via some residential areas but which also have nice evening bars, child friendly too.

Good modern hotel for those staying for a couple of nights. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable bedding and a very nice shower room and toilet. Underground car parking include in our price- not cheap but reasonable for what you got.Attached cafe for those who want breakfast but limited range of food and drinks available. Hotel is in a modern and clean residential area and about 15 minute walk from the old centre of Pamplona but there are about 3 local bus routes which get you there very quickly an cheaply at a flat fare of 1.35 Euros 💶 per person. Be warned that eating out at night, most restaurants do not start serving dinner/supper until 8.00-8.30pm, with last buses leaving at about 10.30-11.00pm.

Great hotel, dicey location

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The bar has wine for €1,50 and the hotel staff is multilingual and very helpful with local information. I checked in 2 hours earlier and expected a long wait but my room was ready.

The only downside is location. Although it is only .7 miles outside city center, I was asked for money by panhandlers on my walk and I didn’t feel safe coming home alone at night. There is also more street noise than you’d expect from a suburb.

Okay hotel outside of the Old Town

Stayed here over the New Year en route from France to Portugal. The hotel is situated outside the Old Town with a 10/15 minute walk there. Staff friendly and very helpful. The hotel has secure underground parking onsite and a cafe/bar right next door. But the soundproofing in the room was not existent and you could here the neighbours using the bathroom and even the telephone ringing in reception a floor below. There was a basic Continental breakfast. Felt the hotel was a little overpriced for its location and lack of privacy in the rooms.

Excellent modern hotel in safe & convenient location with on site private secure parking. Very friendly & helpful English speaking staff. On site nice pleasant cafe/bar. Very comfortable room with good bed/pillows/quilt...even the towels were large & soft to dry off on after a luxurious shower. Only comment was that there were no in room drink making facilities however with the cafe on site was not a problem. Glasses for drinking in room...not plastic! A bonus to enjoy one's nightcap!
Only a short walk, 15minutes, to the Old Town.
Highly recommended and would use again.

Very modern, clean room, but a little too warm for comfort, and the window blind was stuck in the wide-open position so occasional bright light came in at night. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The immediate environment is not very interesting, but the hotel is close to the train station which was a big help as I needed an early morning train.

Hotel staff were unhelpful with any requests and the answer was ‘no’ having booked through Expedia our hands were tied and we were forced to stay there 4 nights through this. The room was about 25degrees all through the night and we sweated it out, no help offered from the staff. Ps the heating was in the off position and it was cool outside?

Not near much but a nice easy walk to the central area. Might be better that way so you can burn off the pinxtos. Not a big sign you might drive by it passing by. Parking is great but you need to stop at the front desk to figure out how to access the garage three floors below the hotel but an elevator makes it fine with bags. Good wifi and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly.

We stayed during the Running of the Bulls, so we expected a higher rate, but this was 5x greater than usual and the quality of the hotel did not merit this amount of money. The room and the hallway were run down and there were no amenities, such as a safe and coffee in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for 3nights during San Fermin 2016. It was the perfect location. It is walking distance from the train station (even with luggage it isn't a bad walk). It was far enough outside of old town Pamplona that you could get a good night sleep and have a quiet lunch, but it wasn't so far that the walk to the festivities was bad (about a 15 minute walk). The hotel was pretty basic but nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel

We stayed in Pamplona Plaza for 2 days during San Framin. Hotel is ideal location if you driving as its easy to get to, you can walk to city center within 15 mins, and bus stop is right across the hotel as well. Beautiful river passes not far from hotel. Parking is easy for small cars, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Pamplona in itself is beautiful city, def recommend both hotel and city to visit.

Reasonably convenient

I picked it out of the various 50 euro hotels as it was walkable from the centre.
It is situated in a working area which in the summer evenings wasn't a problem.
The big plus which I missed was that it is also walkable to the station.
There is an excellent cheap restaurant attached to the hotel.
The room had a small bath rather than a shower always a plus for me.

Stayed one night. Easy to find a good for parking. Best to park car earlier rather than later as spots in the car park are limited, however there is also parking on the street. Basic accommodation. We had twin beds pushed together to seem like a double, not so ideal as a couple. Main downfall is lack of noise proofing between rooms. Snores, and all can be heard fairly clearly we found from neighbours. Clean, good shower and was within a walk of old town. Reasonable for price paid.

A great choice if you need to be near the station

The Pamplona Plaza is very convenient to the Pamplona rail station, just two blocks. Old town is easy to walk to in just 10 minutes or so. The neighborhood around the hotel is best described as \"soulless\" or \"generic\", but there are a handful of restaurants, a convenience store, an ATM, etc. within a block or two of the hotel. The desk staff were friendly and spoke decent English. The room was clean, reasonably spacious by European standards, and the area was quiet at night. The free wifi and air conditioning were both appreciated. If you want to stay near the train station this should be your first choice.

hotel room was clean but small and was on first floor next to the main underground garage. Every time the door was opened you could hear the cars coming and going - day and night!!. The door mechanism was noisy. Not a good place to have a room to be honest. Had we have stayed any longer, we would have asked to have been moved. I can only comment on our room - other rooms may well have been better. Lack of storage for clothes also was evident.

No Wi-fi in our room

Could not get any Wi-Fi reception in our room , and even in main areas was rather slow , which was extremely disappointing. Our room was directly above dining room so was a bit noisy at times with the sound of chairs and tables being moved. Was not happy that there was no fridge in the room , could not keep food or any cold drinks. Rooms were clean , and tidy. Overall was not happy as it was very expensive and the little things were not right. Would try another hotel next time.

2 night stay in what I would describe as a business travellers hotel. Good location out of the centre of Pamplona, but very easy access to the centre of town using bus ( a few yards from outside the hotel, number 21 into town and 3 out of it to hotel costing €1.30 each way and a very good regular service). Alternative is to walk in on a nice riverside route 25mins. Very helpful reception staff. Oh and make sure you get the breakfast included, a good spread is provided in the a.m.

Due to the poorly working A/C, we had to open a window at night which made sleeping almost impossible. Traffic noise was very loud every time a lorry or motorcycle drove by. We went for the Sanfermines, but the walk was a little lengthy every time we went to the old town. The phone in the room was out of order for the duration of our stay. The surrounding nighborhood was nice; easy access to pharmacy, grocery, inexpensive restaurants. Hotel parking was plentiful even during 'fully booked' period of the festival. Hotel staff were very friendly.

Nice Staff - Room is kinda a prison cell

The staff was extremely friendly and they seemed to be very helpful for arranging tickets, etc for people but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Hotel was clean but rooms have pretty bad lighting and rooms are small. I guess it was what you'd expect for a 2-star place. We were kept up all morning from 5am-8am hearing the person in room above us walking around in high heels and moving furniture around. Also the hotel security is pretty bad, there are no safes in the room and they ask you to leave keys up at the front desk. And 1 morning we left early in the am there happened to be no one at the front desk, a couple of keys left out and the front door to the hotel was unlocked.

Excellently situated for travelling into the city by car without getting snarled up in the city centre and with plenty of free parking.

Not too far from historic sights and shopping. Also well situated for leisurely walks in the parks/ alongside river and hiring bikes to use on bike lanes. Bike hire at hotel is free.

Hotel buffet breakfast excellent as was the evening meal in the attached cafe/restaurant. Reasonably priced.

A choice of bars and restaurants in surrounding area without having to go into the city centre which is a bit manic.

The hotel was easy to find and hadvery secure parking.Th receptionist spoke very good English.The hotel was well maintained and clean and the beds comfortable.The cafe/restaurant attached to the hotel had an extremely varied menu and was good value.Unfortunately breakfast wasn't so good. There was not much of a selection, the toaster was slow and there were no clean tables when we came to breakfast at 9 am.We had to clean our own tables and ask several times for different things eg cold milk and coffee. The hotel said the restaurant was separately owned and not their responsibility.

Todo correcto.

Lo seleccioné por motivos de cercanía al lugar de visita.
Está bien, no hay nada que estuviese mal, salvo que no pude elegir el desayuno cuando lo reservé.
No tienen salón de desayunos, sino la cafetería abierta al público.
Quizá la bañera debería cambiarse a un plato de ducha.
