It is a good place specially if you are travelling through the city and not staying for long. It is located outside the city center, and it’s rather inconvenient if you don’t have a car or can’t get a taxi. The hotel is modern, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The internet is fast, and their breakfast is good. The rooms are small, but I would recommend them for sure.

It's the worst hotel I have ever been to, it's more a cheap hostel for truck drivers. Full of cops during the night, feel very unsafe, the shower has no door, and it's in the entrance of the room. and EXPEDIA didn't care about my claims, they told me that if I wanted to leave the hotel and request a reimbursement, I would need to leave the hotel. I did it but then they told me they couldn't reimburse me without further explanation.

The staff is fantastic and decisive. We checked-in late at night with no problem. They have a bar 24 hs and also a buffet breakfast for 10 euros (we couldn’t use it, but it’s sounds good). El personal es fantástico y resolutivo. Ingresamos tarde, a la noche, sin problema. Tienen un bar 24 hs. y también un servicio de desayuno por 10 euros (no pudimos usarlo pero suena bueno).

A first for me as I have never stayed in a Hotel were the shower was actually in the room! Very strange and embarrassing as we were sharing with our 2 children who are not used to seeing their middle-aged Mummy and Daddy buck naked. The room was tiny and we felt cramped, the photo's were misleading as we expected our son and daughter to have a bed each but on arrival they had to sleep together on a sofa bed! We won't be using Bed4U again.

The local area was horrible. The rooms are very small the beds are very hard the breakfast is very good the staff are friendly.do not request a room for four people it will simply be a double room with two additional beds crammed in it with no room to walk. The hotel is noisy at night. the only redeeming qualities are it's cheap, the breakfast is very good and the staff are good. Cleanliness is okay. entry is through a gas station, on the ground floor is a car wash. Did I mention the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is located quite near of noisy highway and gas station, that is why I can not sleep well with open window. The bed was so hard. You can hear well at night how water dripping from faulty tap, because the shower is too close to bed and the door is made of glass. Somebody smoked tabacco in another room, so you can smell it in your room.
Breakfast is perfect. Bus station in 1 minute to go. Very positive atmosphere in the hotel. Blackout roll-curtains on window.

Hard to Find !!

Pace was extremely hard to find even with GPS and Waze. Even local police officers had no idea how to get to it. A second patrol in the area came to rescue the first patrol in regards to my inquiry and one of the four officers present, put the address of a local restaurant on the GPS in order to find it. Once I got there, I was charged for my second room even though I informed them that I had -paid. Once I got settled, I showed them my reservation on the computer and even then, the receptionist had to check with her manager in order to get credit for the second charge. On a positive note, breakfast was good and plentiful.

Not in the city centre but still a good location. The hotel has a bus stop straight outside that takes you into the town about a 10 minute journey.

Rooms were good however the shower and wash basin was in the room not in a separate bathroom. The toilet was however. It was fine for us as a family.

The hotel room was very nice only knock on it was it advertised a Tempur-Pedic bed and it was not which is fine but please don't advertise that you do. Also they advertise a area shuttle which they don't they mean there's a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel location is a ways from Old town so you do have to take the bus. Other than those things the hotel and staff were great and we enjoyed our stay there.

A short taxi or bus ride from centre of city. Unusual setting as part of a service station. Guess excellent position if you are driving. Ultra modern. Smallish rooms but bright , clean and comfortable bed. Air conditioner but we were happy with a window that opens. Breakfast was good value. Dinner did not start until 8.30 pm, a little late for us. Good price and very helpful staff.

The hotel is quite accessible to Pamplona, San Sebastian, Santander and Bilbao. The hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes from the center of town, but close to the freeway, which makes everything quite accessible. The breakfast is outstanding!!! The service and its employees superb!!!

We did get a quadruple room, but its not any bigger than a room with one or two beds. It wa a small space with 4 beds which looked like a gigantic bed, room was damp and smelled of mildew when we checked in. We were told to turn the ac on. The ac ran 24/7 and never cooled off. AC technician could corner the market because it seems like the AC doesn't work anywhere. It was close to public transportation and easy to get a cab.

Great inexpensive option (unless you book last minute for San Fermin festival...then it is really expensive!) with clean updated facilities, secure, nice breakfast offered.

Booked 3 singles in one room, very interesting layout with bunk beds and another single attached at different level. Very small space, shower is clean and adequate (they provide body soap in dispenser in shower, no hair products) with separate sink outside and separate toilet with its own door. Really small space but private, perfect for families or friends who don't mind living out of their suitcase.

Hotel is behind a gas station, weird! Parking is limited on-site but spaces are available around the corner...but it is a light industrial area so keep that in mind and secure your valuables. The hotel itself is secure, have to use room key to access elevator to get to rooms.

Bus stop is within 100 feet of the hotel, as of July 2017 the bus fare was 1.80 one way into town with pickups every 15 or 20 minutes.

This was our first stop-over on ong drive from home in France down to Southern Spain. Stayed two nights so we could explore Pamplona city. (Beautiful and well worth extra night).Biggest criticism was actually finding the hotel. In the end, as we were tired and grumpy, I went to Guardia Civil. A very helpful guard found it on his Google maps and directed us from Guards building - we were not far away;signage is non-existent. REALLY clear directions on the hotel information would be excellent. The reception staff was a really helpful lady, gave us a good map of the city and booklet of about 8 city walks we could choose to do - really useful. It is a 25 minute walk, straight along the ringroad into the city - or a number 16 bus which seems to go frequently from across the road from the hotel. Easy walk though, but use pedestrian crossings - the traffic is pretty fast flowing. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The continental buffet breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. Had an evening meal there on the Friday evening as needed to be away early next morning.The food was decent quality and very reasonably priced. Just a point to note really - you can very easily pass the hotel, as it forms part of a GALP garage forecourt. So, you negotiate the nearby roundabout, with the fire station on your right, and whilst paying attention to traffic you completely miss the hotel.

I was staying there for the San Fermin festival which was about a 5 minute cab ride away. Bed was not that comfortable.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Bed 4 U Pamplona during San Fermin Festival. The gentlemen (I think he name was Fermann...something) was extremely helpful! He spent a good amount of time detailing the city to us on a map, giving us tips for running with bulls and arranging balcony pass to view the run. I hope we meet staff like this at every hotel the rest of the trip as they were simply brilliant!

Very nice friendly hotel

This hotel is super clean with modern decor. The bus stop is really just out the door. It's also on the airport side so inexpensive taxi ride. We were there for Running of the bulls. It was away from the festival but easy to get to town. The staff handled all the guests very well and they were always helpful and polite. They had a little bar and and tapas as well as a nice breakfast with great coffee.
I would stay there again.

We were initially given a room that had a strong smell of smoke although the hotel claim to have a smoking free policy but the desk staff was quick and professional in changing it for a different one. The mattress is very very hard so we, personally, didn't like that

Orange is the New Cool

Loved this place! A friendly face awaited me upon my delayed arrival and a warm room with a comfortable bed. I slept the best I had since leaving home. In the morning Katia was incredibly helpful in assisting me with my travel plans, called me a cab due to rain, and explained to the cab driver where I was going. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. I would book again if I were to come back even though it was a bit out of the way.

San Fermin week

Stayed there for Running of the Bulls festival. Was a 10 minute bus ride to and from the main square. One straight route though. Bus comes every 15min during the day and 30minutes at night.

Staff was great. Did everything we needed and asked for. Very helpful.

Rooms are kind of small. Three women in one room. Had a bunk bed and one single bed. No hair dryer. You have to ask the front desk for one. The toilet is in a separate closed door, but the sink and shower is out in the open. Not much privacy. However, it is very clean. No issues.

Be aware, during the *festival there is next to NO food in the city. Anywhere. Other than sandwiches in a baguette, it is nearly impossible to find a restaurant that will give you anything but a baguette.

I liked the hotel. It was on the main road into Pamplona but I would say it was a good (straightforward) 35 - 40 mins walk to the main square. A little further than I first thought but, having said that, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which will get you there in 5 mins for €1.65. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample. What can I say about that fresh orange juice machine. All gets the thumbs up from me

We were touring the whole of Spain by car and this hotel was ideal for the one night we spent in pamplona. Nice size clean rooms with bunk beds provided for the kids. Free parking outside the front of the hotel so worked out great for u.

Stayed here whilst visiting the city for the bull run. Great location, just a bus ride (buses ever 15 mins) from the city. Friendly staff and spotless, modern facilities. Only downside was the awful sound transmission from adjoining rooms, resulting in a terrible night's sleep.

Little out of the way...but

Hotel is on an industrial site, just south of the city centre. On first look you think...uh oh, but when you walk in be prepared to be very surprised!
Room a decent size with good shower, not much of a view tho'. Bed comfy. We had breakfast included in our price, which was of the continental style,but plenty of it!.
There is a bus service into town, but we chose to walk. it took us around 40 mins to hit the centre, but be wary of the lack of signposting (grab a free map from the reception desk).
All in all a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.
