Hotel room was perfect for not spending a lot of time in the room! Just around the corner from the bus that took us into city center for San Fermin festivities. Very convenient. When our bus didn’t show up once, hotel staff helped us to arrange a taxi quickly. Nothing flashy about the guest room but we didn’t need much because we were in Pamplona enjoying the fiesta!

At 12.30 am someone was trying to get in our room, hopefully it was a drunk neighbor looking for his room,also you can hear everything in the next room,lots of noise in the middle of the nite,chairs,showering,even toilet flushing.

Reasonably priced & a bus ride away from Pamplona

Located a short bus ride out of Pamplona. Friendly staff, clean room, although limited facilities. Ie no te or coffee making facilities in the room.
On site parking available for €10 which was great for us as we brought our car. For cost of £57 plus €10 it was very good value.

Lovely clean hotel but a little bit out of town

We needed a hotel that accepted dogs and that limited our choice but this hotel offered decent sized rooms that were clean and staff were friendly. The area was decent and it was around 30 mins walk into pamplona. Buses were available but staff weren't sure whether they accepted dogs and we weren't confident enough to try them as our spanish is non existent.

Air conditioner did not work in my first room. They gave me a second room, and the smell was so bad. I almost gagged when I walked in. Third room was ok.

Camino stay if you want to stay short of Pamplona.

Great little place to stay. Note that it's about 1.5-2 miles from Pamplona on the Camino. If you're looking to adventure Pamplona it may make sense to stay somewhere further on the path. Staff was wonderful. Area around it was quieter than Pamplona - but less food options.

Good hotel in quiet area

I booked this hotel for my trip to Pamplona and although situated in the quiet suburb of Burlada it was only a ten minute bus trip into the city centre, with buses running every 5-10 minutes. The hotel itself was modern and spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Secure parking was available for a nominal fee, important for me on my motorcycle tour. The hotel had no restaurant as such however their was a small café/bar which served a perfectly adequate breakfast at a reasonable cost. Would be happy to use this hotel again, although would possibly be tempted to seek something closer to the city centre if sightseeing in Pamplona.

Stayed here during the San Fermin festival over in Pamplona. Its a very manageable 2 km walk over to the heart of Pamplona. Our room was clean and great condition. The restuarant downstairs was a bit disappointing. They advertised specials but then said they weren't available. No breakfast options that I saw but we found a little place a couple blocks down that served up some great eggs and bacon.

Overall, a great experience. Although, (3-night stay) first night it was impossible to sleep: freezing room, heating 20 secs on 45 secs off, whole night long, and very noisy. At 6 am, I went downstairs, and the receptionist immediately changed my room. Quiet heating, efficient, warm floor. Avoid 108 (if not fixed!). Cleaning staff👍, adm staff 👍

Stay was good. We came for San Fermin, so only really used this place to sleep and shower though. Bus to Pamplona conveniently stops around the corner and takes about 10-15 minutes (we also tried walking a couple of times, it's a nice walk!). However if we had to choose again, we would probably stay closer to the festival as it was a little annoying having to decide whether it was worth the time investment going back to our hotel in the middle of the day or not. Nothing against the hotel, just a personal travel preference!

Not happy about baggage transfer which we paid for. Hotel neglected to arrange the transfer to our next destination while we walked the Camino. Bag left behind and when negotiating it to be forwarded on manager not accepting responsibility. Bag was eventually forwarded on alone by bus which would not happen in Australia. A serious breach of security. Then we were expected to travel back to a nearby town to pick up the bag from the bus station. Bag was not delivered to us. After some negotiation Manager did pay for the return taxi trip for us to pick up the case from station. Taxi driver was nice and very helpful. Not something you wanted to do after walking 25 km.

Stayed for San Fermin, 2015.

I visited Navarra for the Running of the Bulls in Pamplona and stayed at Hotel Burlada for 3 nights. My stay was comfortable, clean and relatively quiet (you can´t control fellow fiesta-goers who choose to stay at the same hotel. Unfortunely, I had lost some important banking information before arriving in Pamplona. Upon checking in with the front desk in Burlada, the hotel Manager immediately offered his assistance. Even to a complete stranger, he offered to walk me to particular locations in the neighborhood, broke down any communication barriers, he even went so far as to offer me money so I could get by until I was back on my feet. Incredibly curtious, professional, warm and understanding. Hotel accomodations were very good as well, small room, but clean and equipped with HVAC and TV. Bathroom was also clean and wel maintained. Restaurant on level 0 is also friendly and accomodating, very eager to please and allow you to enjoy your stay in the area. Easy to find from #4 bus out of Pamplona, close to nearby cafes, plazas and markets. Above all, the streets are quiet and free of any spill over from the fiesta not too far away. You can walk to the Pamplona city centre in 15 minutes, just enough time and space to warm up for el encierro if you choose to run with the bulls. I must commend the staff above all else, they made my stay in Navarra much better than it could have gone had I stayed at a hotel with mgmt. who didn´t care about their guests. I recommend this hotel!!!

A group of 13 stayed at Hotel Burlada during the San Fermin festival in Pamplona. The location of the hotel is 2.5km outside the town centre but a 24hr bus goes every 10 minutes from the main street right by the hotel into the main town centre, so location is perfect. The quadruple rooms are a little tight and dont have many creature comforts but we were running with the bulls and in the town centre most of the time so we only needed beds. The hotel bar staff are very friendly and the bar is a good starting point for a beer. The reception staff were extremely helpful, very kind and accomadating.

This Hotel just off the Camino. About 2km from Pamplona gates. I cant complain about the price it was great.
The receptionist was great and check in was quick.

The room was spotless.

However. .two things were a let down.
1. There is minimal sound proofing between. The corridor and your room. I could hear everything as it echoed up the passage.

2. The mattress needed replacing. Just by placing your hand on the bed you could feel the springs.

If those two things could be addressed. ..this would be a great little Hotel.

We were only there for two days for the running of the bulls. We booked this hotel a week before leaving to Spain and it was the only one available for a famly of four. This hotel is not what we were used to. Hotel is very basic, just a place to sleep as we were only in Pamplona for the beginning festivities of San Fermin. We had a room for four, my two adult sons, my husband and myself. It was basically a room with two twin beds and bunk beds for my sons. It met our needs, just a place to sleep for two days,with a bathroom. Very small no room to move around. No view. Basic.

I gave this little hotel right out of Pamplona all 5's because for the price you pay during the San Fermin Festival it was a great value. My wife and I went to Pamplona to run with the bulls and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Access to transportation was within a block from this hotel. We caught the 4 line, which is a 5-8 minute ride into Pamplona. I would definitely stay here again the next time I return to Pamplona.

Great becasue it had avalibvility for the Running of the Bulls, and it was only a 10 minute bus ride (bus ran all day and night, came at least every 15 minutes and was a 2 minute walk from the hotel). The room wasn't much (literally filled by the bed and a cot), very tight/cozy for 4 people, but better than sleeping in a park. Expensive, but what you have to expect for the location and event.

Good location for the Running with the Bulls. If you don't mind a 5 minute bus ride. The bus is a quick few steps around the corner from the hotel.

The problem was that there was no hot water and the hotel was at capacity so any type of service that needed attention took a long time if they even came at all.

The all day breakfast in the hotel restaurant was good and affordable.

This was the most expensive hotel that I paid for during my 2.5 week stay in Europe...and it was the lowest in terms or stars/quality and the reason being was that we went during the Festival of San Fermin...so we expected to pay more. The hotel itself was basic, nothing fancy at all, so don't expect much, but it served it's purpose. We got free Wi Fi which was great, and that was it. The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride away from Pamplona, but very easy to get to. The stop was right around the corner from the hotel and it was a straight shot...no transferring buses. The hotel staff were very nice and were very helpful.

Great place to stay during San Fermin

I stayed at this hotel with four friends for three nights during the San Fermin festival. Location is absolutely no problem. During the festival, the bus line out to the hotel runs 24h, and I never waited longer that 10 minutes for a bus even at 4 in the morning. It is a 6-7 minute bus ride.
Rooms were clean. The bathrooms were good. The rooms were quiet.
The only downside is the ridiculous price during the festival, but if you are willing to pay it, it is an ideal place to stay.

The photos on the web page are deceiving. The hotel is run down, the lobby is very small and always smoke filled. The room is very cramp. There is no air conditioning, the noise from the outside traffic is deafening if you keep the windows open. It is also quite far from the main attractions.

Establecimiento súper limpio y con camas cómodas, pero nada acogedor. No hay ni un cuadro,ni un pequeño detalle que recuerde a una habitación de hotel, parece un tanto carcelario. La habitación muy pequeña, no podíamos ni movernos en ella. Se oye mucho ruido de la calle y de otras habitaciones. El baño también súper pequeño y sin apenas espacio para dejar nada, pero estaba muy limpio, la ducha y el agua muy bien y las toallas también.La cafetería del hotel no la probamos porque en la misma calle hay un sitio excelente para desayunar genial a buen precio. No es fácil aparcar en la zona y el parking del hotel son 7 euros por día. Sopesando pros y contras, no volvería.

Hotel situado a las afueras de Pamplona, se llega al centro de la ciudad en 30 min a pie por un camino 100% seguro. Aparcamiento escaso en la calle, pero zona segura. El hotel está muy bien, con un pero: la insonorización de las habitaciones… Fuera de eso, todo perfecto, el personal muy amable. Hay ascensor.

Bastante bien.

La habitación está muy bien para el precio. Pero se oyen ruidos de todas partes: huéspedes, vecinos...
Un enchufe y una luz no funcionaban.
No hay cortinas, sólo un estor, que deja pasar toda la claridad, o una corredera que deja la estancia completamente a oscuras, no hay punto medio...
