Great little hotel

Everything great. Loved that our two little dogs welcome. So quiet and peaceful. Very clean and modern. Receptionist very friendly and spoke English. Location good near a river with a paved walkway along side of it to walk the dogs. Petrol station next door to refill our tank before going onward with our journey.

Fantastic reasonably priced hotel

Reasonably priced, just 3 miles outside Pamplona, very clean and comfortable. Super helpful staff. Lovely cafe attached serving snacks coffee breakfast and evening meals - noticed a lot of locals popping in which is usually a good sign. Suggest you choose river view room as our room at the front was slightly noisy with road traffic.

Lovely hotel perfect stop off point for our drive from Southern Spain to the UK, dog friendly , allowed in restaurant. Excellent food offering. Really nice big fluffy towels, unusual in a lower priced hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This is a busy hotel with excellent and efficient staff.

The rooms are a decent size, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet given the main road in front. Downstairs is a cafeteria but their space away from this with good internet access (equally good in my room). If you stay in for dinner, it’s in the cafeteria but don’t be put off because it’s good.

The staff were not phased by a deaf Englishman who can’t speak Spanish, they just got on with it and made sure everything was okay.

Iriguibel was better than some of the 4* hotels I’ve stayed in. Happy to recommend it

Good simple hotel

Spent a night at hotel en-route from Spain back to the UK. Good simple hotel. Extra pecautions were being made because of COVID, masks, hand sanitiser, breakfast items were individually wrapped, but still an enjoyable meal.
Easy to find hotel as it's located directly off the Pamplona ring road.
Only down side was parking, very tight to park outside hotel. However there was a large supermarket car park across the road if you couldn't park at the hotel.

Stayed for the “Running of the bulls”

We went for the running of the bulls. It is away from town but the 4H bus was fairly accessible. They were busy due to the festival but check in took at least 20 minutes. I heard later that being in the city center was not a good choice due to the loudness of the area. You would need to be there to completely understand. It’s one loud party which lasts a week. We arrived on Friday and left on Sunday. Breakfast was fine. Would I stay there again, I would say “yes”. Just plan on riding the bus or taking a taxi.

Hidden gem.

This was a stop over just to get my head down for the night. Nice clean hotel with a restaurant downstairs and free soft drinks and water at reception. About 15-20 parking spaces out front but these were full when I got there. Over the road is a large car park (on Google maps) which was cordoned off when I was there due to construction. I was travelling in a large van so managed to park on the pavement outside.
This hotel is next door to a fuel station and a busy road but the rooms were super quiet leading to a great nights sleep.

This hotel was a perfect place for us to stay during the Festival de San Fermin. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even gave us a little welcome package with maps, candy, and festival info. They had a little library onsite and complimentary beverages and candies in the lobby. These were a charming touch - and convenient for staying hydrated in the summer heat. We took a bus to get into the Pamplona city center that required us to walk 10 minutes through Huarte, a charming small town that felt special to us. This bus ran every 20 minutes 24/7, so it was easy to get in and out of the festival. We liked having a little retreat away from the action. Our room overlooked a picturesque river with a little waterfall where we picnicked and swam to cool down. The price of the hotel was very reasonable. Would recommend and would stay again.

Handy parking area outside the door, bar and restaurant, nice reception service, free mini bar, books and sweets in reception. Clean spacious room with huge beds and great shower, nice river view, very quiet. Good breakfast to choose from and again nice service. We would recommend this as a good value for money hotel to spend the night!

So, you want to hike the Camino de Santiago

I do not understand, why wealthy Americans are staying in Alberques with no comforts at all. This hotel is one of the best 3 star hotels I have stayed in, in Spain.....There was no noisy refrigerator in the room, so the hotel offers free drinks by the reception desk!!!! Free pastries and candy available at the reception desk too!!!! The room was super clean and super comfortable. I was the driver for three hikers and would go off to meet them on their hike and walk a short while with them. The hotel was easy to find and convenient to Pamplona. With free parking.

Into town for the running of the bulls. Hotel was on the outskirts but could get to and from town with 24 hr bus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Let me check in early. Made taxi arrangements for me to the train station. Pretty location and scenic. Next to river. Very peaceful.

Family stay for San Fermin Festival

As a family with a 3 year old, we stayed here for the San Fermin festival. It was a great location to be away from all the crowds and nightlife but still be able to enjoy the festivals. We asked reception to book cabs for us for an early pick up, when the cab arrived too early, a reception attendant offered to take into Pamplona after finishing his night shift.
Very friendly both reception and café. We'll definitely recommend.

We just stopped for the night on our way to Southern Spain , the hotel is great, very up to date and clean, the bar and restaurant charge very little and there are other places near. I found the staff very helpful. All in all very good. The only thing is the breakfast is very basic but was included .

It was a pretty good stay. They only speak Spanish but I was able to motion my requests which was goofy but fine. The staff was patient with us. It's about a three minute walk to the bus stop (N4) and a 10 minute ride heading to the city center (1,30€). The room was nice a pleasant and they have AC which is a plus during this time of the year. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel Sercotel Iriguibel on two different occasions on our visit to the Basque country -we liked it so much on our first stay, we booked another night on our return. It was conveniently located right outside Pamplona and near the Basque villages. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was easily accessible right off the small highway from Pamplona and the northern Basque villages (and Camino De Santiago). There is a river right outside the back of the hotel with a good walking/bike path, and the village has charm, too (not just a modern suburb).

Quiero ser justo, el lugar impecable, precioso y lleno de vida, pero yo llego mal acostumbrado, quizas la falta de algunos detalles sea intencional, el objetivo de mi mensaje es que este llegue a todos los auditorios y que este sea positivo.
Faltan el \" par de almohadas por cama \", tetera o cafetera para el gusto de poder preparar un café o un té en tu habitación a la hora que quieras si tener que pagarlo o explicarle a nadie como te gusta.

Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar que vale la pena conocer y disfrutar cuando menos un día.

El personal en la recepción y barra; profesional, atento... perfecto.

Dans le cadre d'un road trip en Espagne en famille, nous avons passé notre première nuit étape à Pampelune afin de visiter la ville, mais surtout pour nous reposer. L'hotel fait aussi office de restaurant, donc, vous devez littéralement traverser le restaurant, et un peu déranger les clients pour vous rendre dans votre chambre. Dans toutes les chambres et appartements disponibles, seul un seul possède un frigo, un vrai. Evidemment, nous n'avons pas eu cette chambre. Nous nous sommes donc contenter d'un frigo d'appoint dans lequel un bouteille d'eau de 1,5 L ne pouvait tenir, car trop petit. Sinon, le personnel était plutôt agréable. La chambre relativement confortable et très propre.
Le problème est la distance qui le sépare de Pampelune. La voiture est nécessaire.

Perfecto para la estancia requerida, la habitación y el baño grande, acogedor con vistas al río y silenciosa. Las dos veces que hemos necesitado aparcar en el día hemos tenido plaza disponible y el todo el personal del hotel sobresaliente. El único punto negativo que pondría es la almohada que a nivel muy personal siempre necesito que sea viscoelástica pero es algo que no creo sea importante ya que las ofrece el hotel hacen su función perfectamente. Muchas gracias por la estancia y hasta la próxima.
