Room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even provided a very nice birthday basket of goodies for my husbands birthday with only giving them a couple hours notice. All the amenities were very nice and with the hotel being right off a BTS stop it’s very convenient and easy to get around Bangkok by rail.

Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren freundlich und ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und kompetent, wenn es galt ein Problem zu lösen.
Sehr positiv. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der BTS Phra Khanong.
Das Frühstück ist sehr vielseitig und es wird für alle Geschmacksrichtungen etwas angeboten. Ich habe bei meinen vielen Reisen in dieser Preiskategorie noch nie ein so reichhaltiges Früchtebuffet wie im Jasmine Resort gesehen. Da hat das Hotel ein ganz grosses Kompliment verdient.
Das Badezimmer (Zimmer 8008) sollte dringend renoviert werden. Es war zwar sauber aber die Dusche und die Badewanne (ohne Duschvorhang) war nicht benutzerfreundlich.
Ich konnte von einer Aktion profitieren und das Zimmer günstig buchen. Der Normalpreis ist überteuert und da gibt es in Bangkok modernere Hotels mit gleichwertigem Angebot.

I tripped over a very small step opposite the Jass Bar sustaining quite a lot of serious bruising.
This should be fixed.

I enjoyed my stay at the Jasmine Resort and already booked two more stays at the hotel for a future trip to Bangkok. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The entrance to the Phra Khanong BTS Line is seconds away from the hotel's main entrance; good to have when it is raining. The property is in good condition, but you can tell the age of the place (e.g., the room bathroom could do for a remodel). I like it that the toilet has a dual toilet seat bidet and a hand held spray bidet. The staff was amazing and was ready to assist and very helpful. Some of the standard room accessories (e.g., iron and ironing board, dish soap and scubber, and kitchen knife) were missing upon check-in, but the staff replaced the items very quickly upon request. I look forward to my next stay at this hotel. There is a drug store and convenience store seconds away from the main entrance.

Solid hotel for long stays right next to a train.

Hotel was clean, well designed, and had laundry facilities. If it was any closer to the train station it would have to be in it. The pool was nice, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the rooms were ginormous.

Only complaint is that the neighborhood id a bit bland. There's a couple nice hawker centers within walking distance for food, but pretty much anywhere else you're gonna need a taxi or a train. Luckily the train station is basically in the front parking lot.

Overall, our stay at the Jasmin Resort hotel was good. The staff were friendly, breakfast had variety and the rooms were large. It’s conveniently placed for the BTS transit system and was priced very well through hotels.com The hotel loses a few points for me through a few small aspects such as very firm beds and really badly designed sink taps (that you can’t turn with wet hands). Overall, I’d possibly stay again as there was enough done well to make it work.

I have stayed in Jasmine Resort for multiple times, and I will stay here again whenever in Bangkok. Hotel is clean and well maintained, though you can see a bit of wear and tear here and there. The staff is friendly, helpful and overall amazing. I’m always welcomed back here with smiles and. Hotel has a nice outside pool, Spa with hot pool and a gym. They are not the biggest ones, but got their job done nicely at least for my needs. Hotel is located next to always busy Sukhumvit road and it easy to get to anywhere in the city from the hotel. Nearest BTS station is just next to hotel which is a great plus. You can find many massage places, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is also small convenience store just outside of the lobby. Ekkamai Gateway shopping centre is also close. For those who want to practice golf swing, 42 Tee-Off driving range is just a short walking distance away.

This hotel was the perfect location to access the sky rail. It was a bit noisy as we were on the 11th floor so if you can try and get a higher floor (we tried but they couldnt give us one) as the constant hum of the road traffic can be annoying. There was plenty of breakfast choice.

This was our second hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights. We enjoyed a pleasant and tranquil stay at this hotel. The spacious bedroom sky suite room offered ample comfort and relaxation, and the location was perfect for BTS travel. The price for our stay and duration was reasonable.

The only drawbacks were that the hotel’s facilities, including the gym, squash court, outdoor and indoor pools, and spa, closed earlier than anticipated compared to other hotels in Bangkok. It would have been nice to enjoy these amenities later in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Furthermore, the breakfast service also concluded earlier than at other hotels in the area.

Despite this, we had an enjoyable overall experience during our stay.

Perfectly convenient location, literally just right next to the Phra Khanong BTS station (exit 1). Nice and helpful team of staff and they are all fluent in English. Excellent breakfast (vegan friendly). Nice and comfy bed, clean bath tub, great selection of facilities (gym, pool, spa, sauna, steam room, massage pool, even squash room). I can’t ask for more for the price i paid! Will definitely stay there again for the next visit!

Cons: occasional drain flies and small buggy were spotted in the bathroom, but it’s bangkok after all. The building and the facilities overall are not in the newest condition, yet everything is generally well-maintained. And there is no 7-11 nearby. the closest one is 5mins away by walking. Think twice before booking if you are picky about these.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Staff and room were great. Suggest to book the bigger room, worth the upgrade. BTS station is 30 steps from the hotel lobby. Breakfast is good, but after 2 days you would want to eat something new. Overall 5 stars, the only downside is the traffic around the hotel, it is always congested but non-issue if you only want to take BTS/MRT.

Hotel was alright. It was a little dated and had a faint smell of cigarettes. When I took off sheets to. Heck for bedbugs as a precaution there was an old toe nail clipping. There were some stains on the floor near the door to the pool. The hotel was in a very convenient but busy area. Staff was quick when you asked for something. Our room had a private pool which made up for a lot. It was clean and a great amenity. The gym is dated with little equipment.

This is my second extended (greater than 10 days) stay at the Jasmine Resort. First, the staff are just incredibly good - everyone from the front desk to the door staff to the housekeeping staff. Super polite, prompt, and friendly. The property is a great value with nice rooms and furniture, along with a fantastic location right next to a major BTS station and a short walk from so many great restaurants. This is by far my favorite corner of Bangkok and favorite place to stay.l

Very nice hotel, super convenient to accessing the city with BTS outside the door but the rooms were still relatively quiet. The front desk staff and concierge were always ready to help. Very nice pool and spa area were great and I had one of the best massages there that I got in all of Thailand and very professional. The breakfast was plentyful but in true Thai fashion, cold.
Good eateries in the area.

The photos do not seem to accurately reflect the current state of the property, partly due to the impact covid has had over the last almost two years.

The bad upfront: I was irritated by the design/layout of the toilet area because the direction the door swung made it difficult to enter or exit without doing a little gymnastics routine. The current food menu is not suitable for vegetarians.

Honestly, there wasn't anything bad about the room I stayed in. The place was clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well, maybe a little too well. There were only two pillows on the bed, but additional ones in the closet. I couldn't figure out how to get the stereo system to work but didn't ask the staff for assistance.

I don't know why but overall I just felt underwhelmed by my experience there. I don't have any true complaints or anything that was wrong. I just left with a feeling of \"meh.\"

Not sure who to call out for this but as an Expedia VIP access member this property offered zero amenities or upgrades or add-ons in the way that Expedia advertises that VIP properties should and do. I have stayed at other VIP Access properties and recurved small but meaningful perks such as room upgrades or complimentary breakfast vouchers. This hotel offered nothing whatsoever and when I asked them about it the hotel provided the response “no VIP access was available at the time of check-in.” I found this answer both vague and unconvincing. It is my believe that this property should not be listed as a VIP access property on Expedia.

Certainly not a five star hotel. Everything quite old, service ratehr basic. I entered the room and the AC had not been on for a log time. It was humid and stuffy and even the flood was moist. Found two insects. Service surprisingly transactional, not very friendly. Given the price and the declared five stars, I would have expected much more. Especially given comparators in Bangkok.
