My friend and I stayed on the 4th floor. The room was not soundproof at all—you could hear other guests constantly. The heating pipes were extremely noisy and made it hard to rest.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. We were given insufficient towels, and when we asked for hair towels, they brought the wrong ones.

The minibar was empty, there were no proper toiletries, and the shampoo and soap were cheap, half-empty bottles with broken lids.

Well I stay for two nights again fantastic place to stay 20 min or 30min from city centre easy to walk about, excellent breakfast, beautiful room perfect service and fast, they provided real coffee with pods , water too in room, they were fantastic place to stay. The only minus is spa is not included and would cost you between 70 to 80 euros. And the gym was closed at the time due to being refurbished. 😔

Hotel surrounding area wasn’t great but it’s an older hotel outside the city center. With that said still felt safe, clean-ish, worked staying a few nights. Was less than a 10 minute drive to all the Verona Tourist spots and the hotel itself had solid Spa options if we stayed longer would’ve def tried them out. Staff was helpful and nice. Parking was limited in the free outside section and then their garage was 10 euros per night. Not much food was open late at night around hotel but there’s a McDonald’s across the street that’s open late, along with that the hotel restaurant looked solid and was open pretty late as well.

Toilet does not have shower curtain so water will tend to get in the floor.

Customer service is not the best. Check in with hotel if they are able to help make preparation for birthday but message was totally ignored.

Great hotel

After travelling through central and northern Italy, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice, modern & comfortable hotel! Room was a very good size. Breakfast had a large variety. We wanted to try the restaurant but it was closed on Sunday which was the only day we were in Verona. Bathtub didn't have a shower curtain so water went on the floor - that was the only issue we had.

But no Flexibilty to change date. My perception was up to 48 hours before check in ??
Spa area ( Jacuzzi, Sauna) not available ( I specifically was drawn to this at booking) and seemingly chargeable ( accept treatments are). Their own booklet in the hotel confirms entry to Fitness Suite is free??
Window seriously cracked - hotel aware already but should have been stated at check in.
Excellent recommendation for nearby Pizzeria Rio. Il nostro Calzone is a must.

Overall the hotel was good value but a couple of annoying things.
1) sauna is shown so on arrival we asked where it is only to be told it needs to be booked. We could only book it the evening of the next day at which point we would have checked out and unable to use it. Then we asked the oriental gentleman in the evening if any availability had opened up and he was annoyed we was asking. If you need to prebook it should be clear
2) parking is very limited so i would suggest you pre book the private parking for which you need to pay.

Having said that the hotel was a very good price and breakfast was good and rooms clean

A very nice facility for the price, but not very conveniently located. The bar is nice. The restaurant is good food. Service was very friendly. The morning breakfast is worth the price. Make sure you drink bottled water, though, and the bed is extremely hard.

Clean large rooms, recently decorated, compared to other colleagues who stayed in different hotels, my choice was the right one. Centre of town is 3 km away, easily reached by car, free parking in the hotel was a great bonus. The only criticism is that I asked for an iron and ironing board, just to press my shirts after being packed in the suitcase, paid 8 euros per shirt and they came back looking more less as they were when I gave them in.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and attentive. There were some things that showed the hotel was a bit run down: stained hallway carpet, faded wallpaper, cracked paint. Overall the room was clean and quiet. The shower pressure was good. The morning breakfast was good, many options hot and cold. I would recommend this stay!

The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because i booked a suite with a hot tub. When I arrived i was told the room wasn't available . So i paid more money for a room I didn't get. Now they did offer a spa treatment, which did work for us as we were on a schedule.

I will be back to this hotel again in the coming months. I will book the same. Lets see what happens .

Welcomed nicely when we arrived snd we were given helpful information during our stay. The man in the breakfast area was particularly helpful. We used the spa and , whilst enjoyable we would suggest adding an option of relaxing music and a handrail for getting into the hot tub. You could consider offering electric bikes with advertising for you hotel. There was some noise outside the room at night from noisey patron.

The spa and facilities were lovely however the poor location to the town and the rude and unhelpful staff both on reception and in the restaurant ruined our stay. The dinner was over priced and disgusting. Parts were too hot or overcooked which burnt my daughters mouth as potatoes had been done in a microwave

Gave no allowances for future nights. Would never, ever stay there again and would not recommend for anyone. They even turned us away from their dining area and said they were too busy to supply room service.

Really lovely hotel. Spacious clean room, comfortable bed and great breakfast. A lot of effort went into breakfast preparation. There were a couple of minor things that required attention. The TV didn’t work on arrival however a staff member arrived promptly and fixed the problem. The shower was just bearable but on the cold side.

Noisy location

We stayed 3 nights and didn’t have one night of good sleep. At check in time, realizing it’s on a main road, we asked for a quiet room at the back, we were asked to pay 10 euro extra each night. We paid and hoped it would be ok. However, we heard ambulances or police sirens all the while when being in the hotel. It seemed to go on till midnight and start again from 5 am. There’s a hospital nearby, I can’t say it’s hotel’s fault, but a good night sleep is just impossible when sirens wake you up all the time.
Hotel deco is a bit dated but in good condition and kept well and clean.
I chose the hotel as it got good reviews but no one mentioned about the noise issue and I wonder why. The hotel hasn’t changed its location, nor has the hospital. I wouldn’t not have booked to stay there for 3 nights if I had been mentioned in the reviews.

We had no trouble finding this hotel. It has a great location, just outside the main city (old city) and close to lots of amenities like gas stations, etc. We arrived around 6 and wanted to use the spa services. Since the spa closed at 7:30, they gave us a special rate, brought the robe and slippers right to our room, and we then enjoyed the spa for an hour. They have a jacuzzi, sauna, and several other therapies. It was quite luxurious. Then we walked nearby to a delicious restaurant and had a nice dinner. The breakfast spread was enormous and amazing. The room was updated and modern and very nice. The staff was extremely helpful. We had a great stay.

Property is very old. Water was not provided complimentary and even though I used it, they did not replaced it. Breakfast was limited in options. It is close to city center and convention center. A little out of the way but comfortable. They offer a free shuttle to and from the Opera (when there are shows) - nice plus.

Showers were a little small.
Enjoyed the stay overall - very friendly staff! The hotel is a little dated. The only minus was that there were not many places to eat around the hotel so make sure you enjoy while in the heart of Verona.

Very disappointed in this hotel, first glance the hotel lobby and breakfast food looks really tidy. You then get to the doom and it’s a dated room with a utterly useless shower. Bed was horrendous. What made the whole thing worse was the fact that we stayed in a 2star hotel the night before what was a 100 times better. Couldn’t get served drinks our side, and took 20 mins to get served inside at the bar as the only bar attendant was serving food in the restaurant.
The only plus point in the hotels favour is the location. About 20-25 min walk to centre of the city.

The hotel looks much better inside than from outside. Nice and big room with huge bathroom. We had one kingsize bed and two single beds for kids. Cozy spa, however with extra charge of 10EUR/person. Breakfast was very rich and tasty. Walking distance to the city centre and 30 minutes drive to Gardaland.

There was a grocery store around the corner and several restaurants nearby. The hotel location was about a mile from the old town, but there were several taxis availible to take you there if needed. Great value.

The hotel staff was not nice at all at the first place. She gave us a room just right across from the elevator. She gave us a sheet of paper with the map but not bother to tell us anything about the city or activities. She didn't say anything about the wifi password, and in fact the wifi was not working at all for all night, or 5% working only. She said nothing about the hours of the breakfast until I asked for because I knew it was included in my price. At 7am in the morning, we could hear upstairs walking and people walking up and down stairs which was very annoying.

Secondly, the hotel location was not very close to the train station we have to take a bus for 10min (wait time around 15min) to get there. If weather is bad, please reconsider it.

Thirdly, the bright side. The hotel owns shuttle service to take us to the arena and picked us up after the opera, which is very convenient, and thanks to the driver who was very considerate too.

We went for the Opera festival at the Arena. Very well organised shuttle service to and from the hotel. Easy access to the old city shopping and sights especially the Cathedral of St Zeno and the Castelveccio museum. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which had a good selection on the menu and drinks in the bar too( open when we returned at 1am after the opera). All in all a restful and delightful stay.

The hotel is a good value for those visiting Verona to go to the Opera. It's a little far from the action ~3km, but they offer a free shuttle for opera attendees. Nice hotel, but there wasn't any air conditioning in our room and they get pretty warm in the summer. Also, the bath had a shower attachment but no shower curtain or barrier (kinda strange). The room itself was really great otherwise and the hotel has a decent restaurant and bar.

Wonderful Place to Visit

The hotel was well located. It cost about 35 Euro's from the airport to the hotel and about 20 Euro's to get back to the airport. Within walking distance to the bus station, or 9 Euro's by taxi. The room was very clean and beautiful breakfast buffet offers pretty much everything, the bar is small, but quaint and the restaurant offers some good food. I had the ravioli and it was delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The servers and bar tenders don't know much English, but the front desk staff speak it very well and were super helpful. The walk to downtown (arena area) was around 30 minutes and it's an easy walk. Castelvecchio is closer. The only reason why I gave Comfort a 2 rating is because the beds are like sleeping on a boxspring. But, overall, it is a great place to stay.

We (friends) stayed from 1st to 5th sept in a superior room with twin beds. Firm beds, wooden floor, plenty of space. Bathroom and room were spotless. Only downside was that the bathroom had a shower in a bath with a very narrow side panel so water splashed onto the floor. Otherwise, We were very happy with the room.
Breakfast was good, plenty of fresh fruit etc. Small gripe... The scrambled egg was solid no matter how early you had breakfast.
We had dinner once in the restaurant and it was good.
The staff were very friendly and obliging. There was a particularly nice and efficient lady at Reception. Don't know her name but would describe her as tall and slim, perhaps she is the manager. She was most welcoming and particularly helpful. Our compliments to her.
We often had a late night drink at the bar which was covered by the Reception staff.
The hotel is a good 20 min walk from the centre of Verona. We had no problem getting taxis either from restaurants back to the hotel or vice versa.
At checkout, we were given an \"opera\" cd which was a really lovely touch. Thank you.

We were very pleased with our choice of hotel, primarily due to the staff, service, quality & cleanliness of the room and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

Great value in Verona!

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Verona. They have a wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. If you have a car you can park for free which I did this last time.

Nice comfortable hotel with a character

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my kids. Room was very spacious for four people. Staff are very friendly and welcoming to kids. Free parking was very useful. Arena is 30 minutes walk but only 10 minutes by car. Air conditioning was not very effective though it was set at 15 degrees it was quiet warm in the room. Overall very good experience. Liked the interior carpets and paintings in the wall.

We spent one night in this hotel. It was of a good standard with friendly, helpful staff. The free evening shuttle to the city centre was great as it allowed us explore the city & attend the Opera.

Room is clean and the bed is very comfy. It is excellent for a family of four to stay and enjoy a three days break.
